    @LesStonehouse @Telstra @Optus Oh He's. It does seem older folk were totally neglected in all of this. No NBN no phone. Cutoffs before they were ready. Expectations they'd understand it all. Neighbour is nearly 90 and it's been awful trying to keep him connected. All on his own.

    @LesStonehouse Faithful to Telstra for 40 years despite our blind loyalty not being reciprocated in quality of service or pricing. Switched to Optus at NBN connection time some years back. Could not be happier with Optus!! Stuff Telstra "and all who ro(r)t in her!!"

    @blake_andersson @Telstra @Optus Go Boost Mobile! I’m with them. Same Telstra network, unlimited Apple Music, more data for less. Pre-paid.

    Hey @RituSinha2012 thought you would like to know that after four days my Optus service still not working. Multiple phone calls, live chats and a visit to a store to be told a technical glitch and wait another yet 24-48 hours. Worst experience ever

    I don't care about Optus, just glad they've retired their god awful rock lobster adverts. Ensured I would never use their service ever. I despised that advert, the song and all of it.

    Really poor service @Optus been on “priority” chat with you for 3+ hours and you can’t resolve a problem (still ongoing. If 3 hours is your high priority, good lord help your normal customer service queue times

    @Optus Update @Optus customer service said to wait until tomorrow when they’ll get back to us. Ref: 24369613. They’ve now cancelled the service and connecting a new service and this may take ‘some time’. No specific timeframe.

    Honestly reaching the end of my rope with @Optus. Won't send me a replacement modem/router damaged during the storm cause I'm out of contract. Even though I never got a new one when I signed up to nbn. Their solution is for me to sign up for the new optus nbn plan... (1/3)

    @MichaelWestBiz @Optus In my experience the telcos are all universally bad. I was forced from ADSL to NBN and it took 6 months... While I had no internet.
