I hated Optus, but I have to say, the NBN box itself never failed in all the years I had it. Will be interested to hear how you go with Starlink

Community raised it many times with Jazz, to always receive a reply to adjust network settings to no avail. Please talk with Singtel/Optus to restore Jazz IR in Australia.
