Was supposed to work a bar shift for Human Nature concert at Kings Park tonight but had to cancel late to work a FMG function at Optus Stadium as part of my JobKeeper. Back at Optus tomorrow for Christmas Markets Weekend 2.

Well done Bombers, huge effort at Optus. Eagles rolled the dice with Yeo and the one midfielder they couldn’t afford to lose went down, TK. Unlucky. Down on rotations. 3 underdone players plus 2 out of the game was too much. Probs thought they had to play Yeo, limited options

@PatrickGormanMP @acccgovau They are all dodgy. I used to work at Telstra and the way they would train you to sell products was usually not in the customers best interest. Top down sales tactics usually the go to. Optus are guilty of the same tactics as they tried to rip me off as well

@dod1968 @TimGossage No delay at all (that's where I was sceptical). Link into the Optus WIFI and then choose the live play option on the SEN app. I will say forget the WIFI network and then relog in each game. I had to do that as for some reason wouldn't work straight away

So I rang Optus because they have completely stuffed up my account. At 7.30 Eastern they said closes at 8pm but no one answering in technical support so best you call again tomorrow he said Great service #optus

@izzyyys Yeah not thrilled. Assume as an Optus customer I would qualify for the $7 a month one but if not, and i am expected to jump straight into another $25 a month they have well and truly missed the mark.

@VinceRugari Completely agree - I think Paramount +, Stan, Optus or whoever should do a weekly domestic football preview/roundup programme. I genuinely don’t even know what games I should attend, which games matter etc and putting it in context will draw people in and help the whole game.

Cause for discussion, curious what people think. The way soccer fans in this country in terms of subscription services is disgusting. If we support a prem team or another overseas team, we now have to pay 25 a month for Optus or Kayo or both

@VinceRugari Can't blame optus for the increase, but yeah its annoying to watch football I personally have 4 different services all coasting money, it's ridiculous I don't even have stan for the Champions League which sucks but it's not viable for me.

@OptusSport So you’re telling me that even though I just signed up to a 2 year plan 1 week ago, with the promise that Optus sport is included in my plan at no extra cost, that was all bullshit? I’m now locked into a 2 year commitment and have to pay extra for the same service? Cheers.
