@Optus what is going on with your tech support? For a month at least the only update I’ve received is that the ‘fixer team’ won’t respond to your customer service people? I’ve gotten nowhere for 2 months and my issue is still unresolved..

@MickMCG34 Geelong looked awefully slow Thursday Collingwood ran them ragged , big outs and game style not suitable to Optus may big sliders for mine , other 3 look ok Eagles to get good run and GWS thereabouts

@stevesparke Problem is I could use other apps while Google Music was playing in the background, and Optus don't charge for the data usage, which I'm sure won't be the case with the new arrangement.

@KlausBremner @joebishop72 @Optus @premierleague I remember with Optus it came down to money. FOX presented a pitch and the EPL were apparently like well done, crushed it as usual but I’m sorry Optus have offered 4x your bid. In the end Amazon/Google money is to a scale that makes other stuff irrelevant

I definitely recommend getting the 661 shuttle to Optus Stadium (instead of the train if you're already in the city), until the final stop (Causeway) I was the only person on board! No problems social distancing here!

@pickle2401 Then question - if WA do manage to get 60,000 fans for it, wouldn't the AFL want the potential for a bucket load of more sponsorship $? Optus has a **** load of function spaces and I guarantee businesses in WA would pay a premium for them. Yes they might not be able to get...

@lkmaher33 You're right they have, 25 years ago. Has changed in that time. Did you see the crowd at the Origin last year? Was the largest ever crowd at Optus prior to the Bledisloe cup game. Also had 44k for the NRL double header last year at Optus. Not bad for an AFL state

Carlton played at Telstra Dome in 2007 with Optus as their sponsor on their guernsey so no problem at all with Optus Stadium for the GF

@SENBreakfast It should be in WA or SA. NOT NSW or QLD. Far out. Optus is the best stadium outside Melbourne and AO is damn fine too. Gabba is crap and Sydney , well. That is hardly an AFL ground.

@Nick_Roberts74 @NeilStewartWC @HBFArena I think time differences re night games for TV scheduling makes Qld more palatable ... the Thursday Geel v Coll game at Optus Stadium at 1810 WA time works for TV in the east but a very poor time crowd wise in Perth. Qld provides greater scheduling flexibility.

@TexanMeg @Telstra @Optus Do it! I haven’t really had any issues so far on my regional trips since switching over. The places where it cuts out don’t seem to work for Don either, who is on Telstra.

Just trying to get off my bad 4g Optus plan and upgrade to their not that good NBN plan, been chatting to their reps for an hour and a half now, and was just asked to confirm I was relocating and wanted to set up internet at my new location... wut?! No!? How!?

@Optus unfortunately, it's been reported many times and they say there are no issues when there obviously is. how are flagship phones - android and iphone and ipad AND the wireless modems dropping off in signals?

@Optus this is getting really stressful - we have no home internet since Friday and unreliable mobile service due to ‘upgrades’ (postcode 4060). Were told we would be contacted by a ‘high priority’ person by 9am today. Have heard nothing. Please help.
