My NBN is completely down in Bull Creek all morning since 8:30am this morning. Optus said there is a line issue at my premises but it’s completely down. It’s an ongoing issue with no fix at all. This is the only service I can get @GrayConnolly

Yo when I was leaving work I saw the optus store was closed but had two customers signing up for a phone and its now 40 MINUTES PAST CLOSING AND THE CUSTOMERS ONLY JUST LEFT. Poor optus guys!

How do I complain to NBN. Having it since 2 weeks ago and it’s unstable with frequent dropouts. Currently typing this while using mobile data. Can anyone help me out. My ISP is Optus since 2007. Forced to switchover 2 and a half weeks ago

AU customer service! I paid #Optus extra for overseas phone service but the call doesn't connect when I phone #Commbank to ask why neither my debit or credit card work in a U.S. ATM to get some cash and what I can do to fix it. Of course online enquiry with bank gets no reply.
