@Optus @iheartguitar If you're interested in alternatives @VodafoneAU had been great especially with their 4G backup, so even if NBN goes down the connection still works. Nowadays internet isn't a luxury, it's livelihood and companies need to step up their game to match.

I'm an #Optus customer, so if a hacker now has my #Optus email address, all I have to do is change to Telstra, or other Server and voila...one problem is solved! 🙌🙌🙌

Hey @Telstra, I ordered iPhone 13 1TB Pro Max from you on launch day. For 4 days you lied to me about "calling me back next day" to complete order. Finally I got mad & u took order. Now 23 Nov & still no iPhone. But friend's daughter WALKED into Optus & got a 1TB model. WTF? GRR

@Optus We're approaching 24 hours of issues connecting FFXIV. I understand this is difficult but I'm also wondering if, when the OCE servers come live we will experience similar issues or will the existence of the OCE servers make such issues easier to resolve?

@Optus @KingXRay Also having the same issue. Unable to connect to FFXIV via Optus. Friends using Optus ISP can't connect either but are fine if they use a VPN. Friends on non-Optus ISPs can connect. This issue happens every few months with Optus.
