@Optus @iheartguitar If you're interested in alternatives @VodafoneAU had been great especially with their 4G backup, so even if NBN goes down the connection still works. Nowadays internet isn't a luxury, it's livelihood and companies need to step up their game to match.

@Optus are you aware of how inconvenient it is to have your network CONSTANTLY being "upgraded", to have the reception worse off than it was before. I pay $120 a month for a terrible service. Inside and outside of the home. Customer of 10+ years, won't be renewing my contract!!🙄
