SingTel do it to save costs, and they were so cheap they only introduced 2FA last month after directed to by ACCC. Allowing SingTel to buy Optus in the 00s was a bad move. 2/2

Raj Bandi (@rajbandi) reportedAddress also. This hack clearly due to Optus negligence. I don't understand why to expose and use an unsecured api to access identifiable customer data. I guess they might have exposed other api's (call records) in similar way for reporting.
