@markje4 @cheryl_kernot I only became an Optus customer when they bought out Virgin and I left them a couple of years ago. I was told they will delete all past customers details when this is all sorted but as it's an ongoing issue they don't know when that will be. Fanfuckingtastic

@VodafoneAU you seriously have no idea how to look after customers. Absolutely hopeless. I'm paying for a service that doesn't work....repeatedly. My work depends on you delivering a service that I pay for, incredibly bad and disappointing. Checking Optus and Tesltra options 😞

I'm an #Optus customer, so if a hacker now has my #Optus email address, all I have to do is change to Telstra, or other Server and voila...one problem is solved! 🙌🙌🙌

@dave_it @Optus @Rita_Saffioti I think they mean the size 6 font number located on the right hand side of the back of your license. I’ve never ever been asked to supply this number.

FYI regarding the Optus data breach: a contact has had an email from a “staff member” to change their bank account details on their payroll system. Contact called the “staff member” and no such request, yes staff member was an Optus customer. Just be alert to any sus activity.
