@ObeeWhen @GrrrumpyPants There was a queue of people with similar hack issues. I don’t know how much business Optus is doing these days. I walked out in disgust.

@prairiegirl0028 Optus is like that right at the top. All open and freezing from the wind. Glad I'm down closer to the action now. Not sure we'll remain dry tomorrow night though in new seats. Unless of course it doesn't rain.

@VodafoneAU you seriously have no idea how to look after customers. Absolutely hopeless. I'm paying for a service that doesn't work....repeatedly. My work depends on you delivering a service that I pay for, incredibly bad and disappointing. Checking Optus and Tesltra options 😞

@manthatcooks Give up, if it’s Optus you’re wishing to use then switch to @amaysim go buy a $2 starter sim, follow the instructions and 30 minutes later you’ll be up and running. Better value, fantastic support and, what’s stopping you?

@markje4 @cheryl_kernot I only became an Optus customer when they bought out Virgin and I left them a couple of years ago. I was told they will delete all past customers details when this is all sorted but as it's an ongoing issue they don't know when that will be. Fanfuckingtastic

I'm an #Optus customer, so if a hacker now has my #Optus email address, all I have to do is change to Telstra, or other Server and voila...one problem is solved! 🙌🙌🙌

@OptusSport Optus are a crock of ****. I had an Optus sport subscription as a part of my service. But I was charged for the data I used to watch it! I used to have 20gig allocation as a part of my service. One match takes up 5gig. I used to have to miss games so as I didn’t use all my data.

@Lachy_Steele A terrible venue for footy. Here in Perth, Optus Stadium is packed but nearby at Crown, every other gaming machine has been switched off since March last year

@JulianBurnside This might be relevant: I swapped to them from Optus travelling through WA. Haven’t been able to stream ABC since. Checked everything, but found our from the yesterday they are doing maintenance on their 4G network till the 20 Jun.
