@Optus what is going on with your tech support? For a month at least the only update I’ve received is that the ‘fixer team’ won’t respond to your customer service people? I’ve gotten nowhere for 2 months and my issue is still unresolved..

@TexanMeg @Telstra @Optus Do it! I haven’t really had any issues so far on my regional trips since switching over. The places where it cuts out don’t seem to work for Don either, who is on Telstra.

@stevesparke Problem is I could use other apps while Google Music was playing in the background, and Optus don't charge for the data usage, which I'm sure won't be the case with the new arrangement.

So I rang Optus because they have completely stuffed up my account. At 7.30 Eastern they said closes at 8pm but no one answering in technical support so best you call again tomorrow he said Great service #optus

@strongarmtan @WACA_Cricket @MarkMcGowanMP The biggest thing that sucks is all the casual staff that work at places like Optus Stadium, RAC Arena, WACA etc wont have any work until approximately March 2021 when AFL starts again.

Been on an Optus plan for barely 2 months and have already had to sort out 3 separate issues with glitches or things broken with their systems 😩 And each time I have to spend time and mental energy fixing something they broke 😩

@PatrickGormanMP @acccgovau They are all dodgy. I used to work at Telstra and the way they would train you to sell products was usually not in the customers best interest. Top down sales tactics usually the go to. Optus are guilty of the same tactics as they tried to rip me off as well

@albericie @Optus Telstra: intermittent NBN since October (drops out multiple times every day), spent 3 + 6 + 2 hours on the phone with tech dude swapping cables ad nauseam. No resolution, using a hotspot, keep paying my monthly charge to Telstra. They think it’s fixed though!! 😡 @Telstra

Even after they were taken over by iiNet they have kept their own name and reputation as the best in customer service
