Really need to switch to @Telstra from @Optus.. can’t get any service in the emergency department I’m working in now at Palmerston... makes it kinda hard to get teams to call and discuss patients..

I just rec’d a legit email from @Optus saying I recently exceed my 500gb data plan…which is complete crap. I rarely get anywhere near half that and currently have 450 gb with 17 days remaining. What is going on @Optus

Anyone else in #Canberra having @Optus connection issues? I haven't had a single day since lockdown where my 5G mobile connection hasn't dropped out at least once (but usually multiple times), and been unstable at others.

Oh my God @Optus is useless. JUST CAN'T GET IN TOUCH WITH THEIR PAYROLL AS AN EX-EMPLOYEE. Call centre is just not helpful. Pathetic service tbh!
