Back on hold and it advises me it will be about 30 min for my call to be answered. Multiple staff in the #Darwin store I’m at not serving customers at the moment. Can’t cancel my contract that expired in 2018. #Optus @Optus

Really need to switch to @Telstra from @Optus.. can’t get any service in the emergency department I’m working in now at Palmerston... makes it kinda hard to get teams to call and discuss patients..

I tried phone messaging Optus: robot said at 20:19 a live person would respond, still waiting online 21:02. I sent you direct Twitter messages 20:41. Please respond. OptusApp not working either
