    Really need to switch to @Telstra from @Optus.. can’t get any service in the emergency department I’m working in now at Palmerston... makes it kinda hard to get teams to call and discuss patients..

    I’m sitting inside an @Optus store on my phone on hold waiting for #Optus to answer me cause the people in the store can’t simply cancel an old data plan for me... Top notch cuteromer service. 😐 #Darwin

    Back on hold and it advises me it will be about 30 min for my call to be answered. Multiple staff in the #Darwin store I’m at not serving customers at the moment. Can’t cancel my contract that expired in 2018. #Optus @Optus

    @mesterman @Apple I did have an issue a while back then couldn’t send SMS. I was told by Optus to do a reset (I think it was reset network settings).

    @Optus Trying to watch the France/Suisse replay… apps keeps buffering and I am already watching on medium which is garbage. I can stream 4k on youtube. Optus get your servers in order 😤

    @RocBSyd @Elia_Santoro Yeah I get Optus sport included given mum has been a customer with them for almost 20 years. As carer for mum, when had to switch to 5g home broadband the local store said keep in mums name as less paperwork involved. At worst I will be up for $54 a month 1/x

    @ChromeTyranno The handoff from SFExpress to the local carrier is really bad. On both my Optus Pexus and Eris it looked like the package had stalled at the receiving port, only to find them in my PO box a week later.

    @Optus All services have now been restored… but I would like to share the lack of information flowing through to customers was not acceptable, when I engaged Optus yesterday and went through the bot process only to find out 30mins later and repeating everything that there was an issue
