    Really need to switch to @Telstra from @Optus.. can’t get any service in the emergency department I’m working in now at Palmerston... makes it kinda hard to get teams to call and discuss patients..

    Back on hold and it advises me it will be about 30 min for my call to be answered. Multiple staff in the #Darwin store I’m at not serving customers at the moment. Can’t cancel my contract that expired in 2018. #Optus @Optus

    Right now, Optus needs to pay for people to replace their passports & licenses. They also need to pay, further down the track, if or when identity theft occurs due to their errors. That might be an even more significant bill.

    @Optus have been trying for 3 days solid to get a number share problem sorted. Have had to explain the entire thing 6 or 7 times to different people and no one seems to be able to solve this problem. Even have a case manager and they are clueless

    @cavalierfc @Optus Hi. A replacement CRN/licence number can only be issued if you provide written evidence from an enforcement agency (QPS, interstate police or AFP) that proves your CRN has been used to commit fraud, and a statutory declaration requesting issue of the new number.

    @nadinevoncohen @patrickkeneally Only contact I've had from Optus has been apologies for our NBN dropping out. Which is roughly about ten times a day. But hey, who could have foreseen the copper technology solution not being up to the job?

    If you think I didn’t already despise @Optus, I definitely do now. Complete lack of respect for their customers. No accountability. Complete negligence. I left @Optus as a customer since my last tweet, and they still **** me over and compromise my info. Absolute scum of an org.

    @drcarrot98 @Optus @Telstra I'm in the same boat. They all stink. I took Vodafone to the ombudsman a decade ago and I also left Telstra nearly 20 years ago for their appalling customer service. And the way that Optus has behaved after the fact is utterly disgraceful & unforgivable.
