Really need to switch to @Telstra from @Optus.. can’t get any service in the emergency department I’m working in now at Palmerston... makes it kinda hard to get teams to call and discuss patients..

I’m sitting inside an @Optus store on my phone on hold waiting for #Optus to answer me cause the people in the store can’t simply cancel an old data plan for me... Top notch cuteromer service. 😐 #Darwin

Back on hold and it advises me it will be about 30 min for my call to be answered. Multiple staff in the #Darwin store I’m at not serving customers at the moment. Can’t cancel my contract that expired in 2018. #Optus @Optus

yo @Optus why do you not allow passwords over 15 characters? also why do you not allow pasting into the password field? the NIST guidelines say this is poor security practice on your behalf.

@Optus Problem with Optus is, they cannot be contacted by phone or email within Australia. NBN goes down, phone the Philippines and get the runaround. Close one account about to close another.

@Optus - what sort of discount can I expect on my Home 4G internet bill after yet more maintenance on the ONLY tower in my area? This is about the 20th time maintenance has been undertaken in as many weeks. We're paying a lot of money for a horrible service!

@anthony_gerrits @Optus Not defending Optus here but you are aware that the NBN outage is nothing to do with Optus, they're only a reseller. You would get the same result of no internet when the NBN itself is down with Telstra, or any other reseller.

@Optus Optus voice quality is indeed the poorest I also feel as if Optus to Optus quality is way better then Optus to Telstra or Optus to Vodafone while , Vodafone to Telstra and Vodafone to Optus is great! However anything from Optus to others horrible.

@Inmaniac +1 for Superloop. Solid pricing and amazing service. Only downside is no 24/7 service but haven't needed it since leaving Optus 9 months ago. Even renewed promo pricing when the 6 month signup promo ended.
