Really need to switch to @Telstra from @Optus.. can’t get any service in the emergency department I’m working in now at Palmerston... makes it kinda hard to get teams to call and discuss patients..

@Optus No you won't! Or, why would you suddenly do something different this time? You never have with previous DMs. So, I feel like I'm helping Optus, because every time you say "there are no problems", and I show there are, you have a chance to fix whatever monitoring is not working.

@Optus Just went through multiple days of outages with the 5g at Warriewood. Seems to be a constant recurring event. No doubt they will still want the revenue for the days when no service was provided.

@10FootballAU @ParamountPlusAU Also tried on the Fetch Mighty (latest updates), same lack of smoothness. Really noticeable in the crowd behind the action, almost a motion blur effect. No issue at all with Kayo/Optus on the same Apple TV/Fetch boxes.

@Optus It seems my @Optus internet phone connection wasn't properly set up by Optus to leave messages on mobiles using Optus' own network 😳 Not discovered for several years as no one that I knew used Optus. Now 2 people I know but one is leaving Optus for poor coverage.

@Optus home internet has been randomly dropping out and getting extremely slow in the last fortnight or so in melbourne. the monthly bill just went up, cant use, now i have to buy 4G data. are you gonna compensate me for it?

@WGoodings Optus sport is just as bad. Streaming a live football game but it’s still delayed by 10-20 seconds is the worst

@Telstra And I'm currently looking at optus coverage maps. Have been with telstra for 15yrs, currently pay around $150/month and have been subjected to absolutely atrocious customer service.

@gomoau I am not officially a gomo customer yet, have been connected to gomo network though for last 4 hours, and your support claims my number hasn’t been released by optus yet. How the hell am I able to recieve calls on gomo sim . Joke of the century

@10FootballAU @ParamountPlusAU Hey team, 2021 ATV4K with the latest available version of the app, Optus NBN (100/40) etc. Stream much improved compared to last week, very sharp in still/slow moving scenes, but the frame rate needs work. Noticeable judder on long ***** and any time the camera pans a long way.
