Really need to switch to @Telstra from @Optus.. can’t get any service in the emergency department I’m working in now at Palmerston... makes it kinda hard to get teams to call and discuss patients..

Back on hold and it advises me it will be about 30 min for my call to be answered. Multiple staff in the #Darwin store I’m at not serving customers at the moment. Can’t cancel my contract that expired in 2018. #Optus @Optus

I’m sitting inside an @Optus store on my phone on hold waiting for #Optus to answer me cause the people in the store can’t simply cancel an old data plan for me... Top notch cuteromer service. 😐 #Darwin

@JustJul77588855 @CannieW54 @_sara_jade_ Had the "we're upgrading locally" text 24/9 & the same day I had an email - seems the same as previous notifications over the last 2 months?! I never click on any links & the latest didn't have the links activated as per Optus info so 🤞legit. Good luck!
