    @AdelaideMail Get an Optus one. You can call someone for 9’59 and then hang up, ring them back and you won’t be charged (between 8pm and 8am)

    @Optus 3/1 Mills street South Brighton 5048 (do not wait for me to contact you) Check for external errors immediately. If not send someone over immediately to check the inside of the box & provide a more secure locking mechanism. If you cannot do this ship me a wireless kit

    @Optus 3/1 Mills street South Brighton 5048 part(3) I cannot contact Optus any other way at this time. If the problem is in the box (on the outside of the building) a more secure locking mechanism must be provided. If not please change my contract to wireless.

    @Optus so just called and got to a operator who transfers me and the line gets cut. Good work for a communications company. This poor service is too common with Optus and I’m really looking at taking the family and business back to @VodafoneGroup or @Telstra.

    Thanks @Optus for your inconsistent internet speeds on your wireless broadband service. Sunday night movie was ruined by constant buffering even after many router resets. $800+ a year and I can’t even be confident to invite friends over for a movie 😡😡😡😡😡

    @alanwedesweiler @Optus RIGHT! Its now 3 wks since I ordered & am blown away by the lack of problem solving @Optus has offered given this situation. This is horrific customer service, while ‘out of your control’- what you can control is how you solve an issue quickly - keeping customers happy.

    @Optus @VodafoneAU Still on the phone for 30-mins and this is a mess. All your staff have no idea. Expect a formal complaint to the @TelcoOmbudsman on how you charge for services not delivered and how you don’t put on your records your discounts you quote to get us to sign up too!

    @weglaweg If you have ported the number out from Optus to another provider it will auto cancel with us. You will see on your final bill a credit back for any monthly access fee charges that you have been billed in advance. Meg

    @Optus hello, i’ve just ported my optus postpaid mobile # to a different provider - number is now activated with them, and MyOptus acct says i have no active services. billing period ends this fri 25/9 - do i need to contact optus separately to cancel?

    Also this isn't me asking for money this is me being annoyed that optus has the power to know the exact amount a bill would be but doesn't have a good enough system to tell the support staff how much the bill will be so they can tell you the exact amount.
