    Optus we scraped through,never been a customer, now Medibank hacked.... Needs to change,companies holding personal data. Why do they even need to ? After validation the only detail they should store is for payment, no licence, no passport, birthday...

    Online licence replacements are now available for affected Optus customers. Effective immediately, South Australians affected by the Optus data breach will be able to apply for a replacement licence online via their mySAGOV account - without having to attend a Service SA Centre.

    I spoke to @Optus about cancelling my service and part of the package to keep me was a 12 months subscription to Equifax - so wait, do I need it or not? I don’t think it should be an optional extra 🤨

    @Asher_Wolf @pully8 @OAICgov I had a free month, the following day after it expired Optus was compromised. I wanted to cancel my account prior to the day before the free month ended. So I took my modem back, but was told I could only cancel the account if I bought the used modem. If I had a faulty modem YES!

    I’m stuck thinking about my mobile carrier, so I stay with an Optus MVNO or go to a Telstra ‘full service’ MVNO. It’s complicated. There’s $10 a month in it between the two companies.

    Seems like @Optus is going to avoid the repercussions of a data leak. Maybe a good chance to look at their offering and price it accordingly to their network quality. Lower prices to add customers.

    @jacojac Hi Jack, just to clarify, if you have more than two services still on legacy plans (non-Optus Choice Plus plans), you can still share data amongst those two services, just not with the service that has been recontracted to the Optus Choice Plus plan. (1/2)

    @Optus I have sent all the requires documents which proves you guys made a mess. Now, can I have my money back??? This is very sad state of affair! I believe a company like @Optus should have better process I place to refund the customer money when they charged in error.

    @planetbacon @OptusSport The issue is available bandwidth between Optus and other providers. Only works properly on my Optus SIM which is inside their network.

    Good morning @Optus, we have a damaged UNI-D 1 port on our HFC NTD however UNI-D 2 is fine, what is the best way to transfer the service from UNI-D 1 to UNI-D 2 because I seem to be confusing some in your support team.

No gps, FM radio, and the hardest txt system ever lol, it’s never had any scam attacks - yet my new smartphone through Optus has been bombarded & I got a new number issued. 🤔 Might b a smartphone problem 😧

    I the FIRST ORDER PLACED yet not dispatched yet? And how do every agent I speak to have different things to say about dispatch dates?? So which is it? I’m so sick of the lies, mis information, and bad treatment by Optus with my newest contract renewal!

    @Optus Wanting to watch the goal rush though, just don’t want 1/4 of the screen lost? The live table is unnecessary, it could pop up when a goal is scored and then disappear Scores down the bottom are good but it is also bulky and distracting. Surely a sleeker more subtle design?
