    Why is this a issue really the WAFC made Optus Stadium same dimensions as G and surely crowd not a huge factor. All sides get a chance to host all other finals. Once your in gf it is 50/50.

    @Optus Terrible customer service. I made an order for homeinternet and modem was not delivered even after 2 weeks! Customer support had been teling me they are in touch with deivery partner for many days. Still item not with me. I need to wait for a month to get optus internet

    @heidisapirate I had that issue when I was with optus. Had issues for months and they just gave me the go around. Told me upgrades were happening and another time they said no upgrades were happening. Aussie also have an app which you can keep track of everything and status of outages.

    @getdown01 It looks like we have fttc. Aussie Bb looks to have similar costs to what we're already paying, so at least if we switch to them it wouldn't be too much of a difference. Knowing about outages is pretty great, Optus never tells us anything

    @heidisapirate I was with Optus and changed to Aussie Broadband. Great reliability and they tell me whenever there is an outage and planned outages. Prices are better than Optus It's best to check on nbnco to see what type of connection your NBN uses. FTTP and HFC are you better connections

    @HansOrph @SamsungMobile When I cancelled my contract with Optus to switch to prepaid, they told me my 2 year old iPhone8 with the cracked screen and home button not working properly was worth $500. And I had to pay ..... no!!

    I hate the children with the car track Optus advert. So much. I think I’d refuse to ever use their service. Every time it comes up as pre-roll I despise them a little bit more.

    @Optus I think you are missing the point. You are leaving a person on a higher cost plan that is not in their best interests. How is that customer centric.

    @the_boston_rose @Optus Same thing happened me on 17 December. Be prepared for long battle with Optus. I'm still not back online. Suggest you log a complaint with the TIO now.

    @Optus @saintvillan One day I would like to see Communication company staff improve their communications skills by actually reading customers feedback and give answers related to that feedback and not push a button to send a template response that has nothing to a customer feedback.

    @ASPI_org @michael_ASPI @smh Oh... I see! Having a Chinese state owned enterprise buying telco assets in the South Pacific nations is bad...having an Australian government backed company do the same is ok! By the way, who owns Optus?
