@cathywilcox1 @Optus We've got Aldi Mobile on both our phones, never had a problem. On the Telstra network anyway. We have so much data because it rolls over every month.

@kbrspace Having a lot of trouble getting satisfactory 5G home internet and service from @Optus . What do you suggest other than your customer service, which I have tried and they failed every time?

  • fictillius Evan (@fictillius) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

If you believe the PM wasn’t aware of the NSW plan and was involved in creating it to take the heat off him then I’ve got a great Optus HFC network you might like to buy.

  • zebrazyra 🦓 ZebraZee (@zebrazyra) reported

@Optus I have contacted your technical support and they told me I rang the wrong number, they gave me a new number and the new number didn’t have any of the options I needed, and it wouldn’t connect me to a human.

  • cameronreilly Cameron Reilly (@cameronreilly) reported

@LeonRRowan @amaysimAU Wait! Optus don’t support it on prepaid? Seriously?

  • Tingas75 Tingas (@Tingas75) reported

What’s the deal with @Optus phone numbers? This is the 2nd prepaid No. I have used for work & once activated, I’m getting smashed by spam texts from random businesses & non-stop calls from scammers & people wanting to help me with my share portfolio. You guys sell these numbers?

  • StefanVXR8 Stefan Tapp (@StefanVXR8) reported

@Optus Can you explain why since renewing my contract I get several spam calls every day? Never had them before or when I was with Telstra….
