Dear @Optus I’ve been a business customer for years, multiple services, but I cannot continue with you as my mobile provider. Customer service is so, so bad now, even for absolute basics. If you’re interested in examples, so you can fix this for remaining customers, DM me.

@Optus call me a valued customer - business account for over 20 years. when i try to get global roaming at same rates as a private phone, $5/day (opt in/out) they say no, you have to pay double. Valued customer my arse.

@CameronStu Still amazed Australia lags so far behind some other countries - widespread issue but Optus Sport, sports channels and bars are flooded with gambling advertising. To watch 9 minutes of soccer highlights you’re literally forced to watch a gambling ad beforehand.

@04_moud Hey there! Sorry to hear that you have been facing these issues. If the number can be re-activated, it can only be done by the provider with whom it was last. If you're an Optus customer, please send us a DM so that we can verify your account details. Mitch.

  • danrsvilla Dan (@danrsvilla) reported

@coopermanyorks And even if you get a decent stream from optus, it’s not the same as watching sky, there’s no pre/post match unless it’s the featured game and no halftime unless it’s featured. A fully supported and advertised service isn’t comparable to a stream

There is a scam targeting OPTUS customers. The person claims to be from OPTUS and offers a discount on your phone bill for 6 months. HANG UP. It’s a profile info collection exercise. The NSW Police and OPTUS are aware of the scam.
