@janine_hendry @MargaretHollin1 @Optus Ah yes, seems things haven't changed since I dropped them a few years ago. Still fascinates me they are a going concern. Mgmt here and parent, SINGTEL couldn't give a rat's arse about customer service. 👎😡🤬

@janine_hendry 3 days intermittently via chat with Optus only to be told to go to the store. Complaint opened in store. No response for 20 days. Complained to Ombudsman. Took another 10 days to hear from someone with authority. 10 days later someone eventually responded to my original complaint

@janine_hendry The only way I ever got a response was to troll them on Twitter. Include @Optus in your tweets detailing the issues and lack of response.

downloading S1X and never seen my net drop out this much since i was a teen with Optus net on wifi trying to download dlc's for black ops 1 gta rp didnt even take as long as this either

@janine_hendry Several yrs ago here on GC, I had a journalist with me ALL DAY while I tried 2 get thru 2 Optus on ph! I gave up after 3 days! Switched 2 another co. Same with Origin Energy! Tried for 3 wks! During C'link Robodebt, u could try for MONTHS & NEVER get thru!

@janine_hendry Their chat people are terrible. I had to ask for a password reset for webmail, a simple request, but they passed me around from one person to another, hours later I was passed back to the original techo who then did the reset. I dread having to deal with them. Optus shop is great
