@joshh_dp @Telstra Yup... I’m in the middle of central inner Sydney and on only 2 bar signal strength. I’ve been asking them for weeks to get field technicians to have a look at signal towers but nothing.. Vodafone and Optus in same area are full four bar signal strength. 😒

@Optus 4h50m spent in a single live chat and although my issues remain unresolved, she offered to add 10gb to one of the sim cards that doesn't work! If you have any other bored employees maybe they can skim the chat log for the most egregious examples to fit in a r/TIL post

The @Optus website still sucks. The NBN plans are as clear as mud. 5G is available to about 10% of Sydney. I can't be bothered.

@10Swampmonster I am 60 and this season is the first time I've never watch either match of the day , or the weekend highlight show on optus. The90 minutes of so called football #NUFC have served up this season , is killing my intrest.

@BelongAU we've had over a hundred drop outs the last two days and now NO internet at all. Opened a support ticket yesterday and NO response other than ref#. Sent you a DM and NO response. & no call center. Getting tired of this #badservice. Maybe we should move to @Optus.

@loutosetto @Optus Where I am, Telstra NBN is the only choice. Feedback from the teenagers is that it is stable and slow. NBN may have been dealing with the shock of most of Sydney staying home for the last few days watching STAN or Netflix.
