@Pullenvalebirds I've never had any problems with Telstra I must say. But my modem at 3 years old was simply not keeping up. Telstra told me they'll be replacing the modems abt every 2-3 years for free. I've got the updated version now, the one that overrides NBN and power failures.

@NBN_Australia Hi Natalie. We have spent hours on the phone. The first technician was Telstra. The second technician was from @NBN_Australia he was unable to fix the board.. we were meant to be contacted last Tuesday.. still nothing!!

@slsandpet @RBJRON Yeah... sadly for me, I am still in the karma phase of this crisis. ie. ***** who rubbished our nbn senate submission now struggling to work from home. Yes, I know, I am horrible person and should not be getting so much pleasure from that 😳😉

@BelindaJones68 🐝. Remember when Clotty came to Newcastle a few months ago. He was confronted live on NBN News & promised there'd be no offshore gas exploration for PEP11. If you know how to find this footage this may become handy down the track when the election is called if he lies on this

Just had 10 days in New Zealand staying with our daughter. Her internet connection is FTTP. 100mbps down and 25mbps up for about the same cost as our ****** NBN Wireless. Australia is 3rd world when it comes to internet connections. NBN IS ****.

@Telstra hi guys been trying to sort out connection for over a week. Keep getting told a different story every time I call. NBN tech attended saying it’s an issue in the street, but no outages are registers so what’s going on?

@acccgovau Only because they were forced to with ADSL being switched off. We also have among the worst internet speeds in the world with our NBN.
