@NBN_Australia Your status page is useless. iiNet is reporting an outage from NBN but the NBN status page says no outage.

@beourmate Why are outages not reported on your website. The map never changes even though outages are reported on other nbn sites

awesome work @telstra @NBN_Australia . I would rant about incompetence in Australia but I have learnt at this point that these people know no better. Expecting an Australian service to improve is like expecting your horse to be an author. Neither is going to happen.

@TaodeHaas @Telstra Could this be a NBN issue? Also usually your phone can act as a hot spot until you get a fix! Look outside the box!

@MyRepublicAU Customer gave My Republic another chance due to friendly phone call & helpful manner. Agent told customer over the phone a technician would come out to premises to test NBN connection, resolve issues. Days passed, no technician, no updates, no communication.

Field Services have confirmed that the technician from the third party network is on site, Network engineers advised that the site is now reachable but alarms are still present. An NBN technician will be requested to attend the site to further assist.

@PerthLive6PR I can confirm that the NBN is still down in these parts and I am relying on 4G. The perils of isolation!

@newscomauHQ In principle I support this. But $6 million funding? Sounds like another grossly underfunded NBN... that's assuming the system actually works! The ALP have been habitually clueless at calculating the funding required to achieve their objectives.
