@NatarshaAU I had the same issues! Constant drop outs and or crappy internet. After multiple phone calls and new Modems we found it *** The NBN connections for my house, Maybe get a technician out?

@JudkinsSimon Optus can top that. Promised my phone broadband (b4 NBN came late LAST YEAR) next day, but the package was labelled "must be delivered before 12:00pm" and the van for this area always left at 11:00 so 3 days I waited...WTF? It wasn't milk for heavens sake.

@NBN_Australia I just said in my tweet that I already spoke to my ISP... it's to do with your limited FTTN technology. The only fix is getting my street upgraded to fibre.

@elizabeth_BBC @andy_penn Telstra forgot to transfer my data service when moving my business to the NBN. They only ticked phone number. Solution, instal a 2nd NBN for data. Telstra asked to merge together into 1 NBN service. They forgot the data again. Telstra have given up fixing their mistakes

@NBN_Australia our NBN box died for the 2nd time in 12mths due to a storm/heavy rain and ur telling our ISP u cannot changeover the box for 3 weeks!?! Firstly, what a stupid piece of tech and secondly 3 wks is a disgrace & will severely hinder my son who is doing uni from home.

Now, if only the @NBN_Australia could actually deliver a fit-for-purpose service. Three major service outages in the last ten days is massively bad. Not in any way acceptable.

@kateingham @QuentinDempster @AlboMP This is exactly right. Its the copper wires! We changed to cable 5 years ago because of this problem. The NBN has forced us back to copper!!!!
