@TonyHWindsor NBN [optic fibre internet] needed reform because it was a government monopoly. Unnatural monopolies are synonymous with bad service. (Not to say that the LNP government chose the right way to reform it.)

Over 2 hrs now trying to rectify NBN issues with @Telstra . I'm not even sure I'm chatting online to a human because all the responses seem to just be copied and pasted rather than really answering my questions.

@trivialal Holy crap, really!?! That's amazing! Most of my time at nbn has been as a contractor. I've just taken an entire week off with covid, and now my sick leave balance is down to 20hrs :(

@TonyHWindsor What's meant by opposition? Dr NO, the mad monk, by denying everything then he got what he wanted and became the worst PM of Australia. NBN at then and now the climate change, why not.

Now when NBN service goes down, my elderly parents have no way of contacting anyone in an emergency as the mobile reception is so bad. I changed them to Aldi plans as why pay $45 each/month for Telstra when Aldi costs $15/month & the reception is the same. 🫤 2/2
