@superloopnet Superloop NBN is down. Is someone fixing it? Other Superloop users have the same issue in Greater Sydney and Canberra. The distruption page on the Superloop page shows no distruptio, which is incorrect. Not a good way to start the year.

@ToomeyWright @katiebecker16 Got it. Only way to predict the weather accurately now is to look out the window to see if there are any clouds forming. My phone says it’s raining look out window no it’s not. Best weather forecaster is our internet NBN always shuts down minute it starts raining.

Just lost my NBN for three days due to kids getting bored and ripping the junction box off the pole down the road. Hopefully that was the last BS for 2020.

@Telstra 8.05am email on a Saturday morning is not enough notice for a 7 hour NBN upgrade outage on Monday starting at 8am! My son is WFH providing an essential service with the NRS. Unless his boss checks emails on the weekend how’s he supposed to let them know he can’t work?

@NBN_Australia We have reached out Multiple times to @Telstra and have been rebuffed a few times. I'm looking forward to moving so I can find a better internet provider. I have had no issues with your NBN customer service by the by. Only Telstra :")

@NBN_Australia @Telstra Such poor service guys...no NBN and no response from Telstra at all via chat and Gold Member services for a day and a half. Tried multiple times..can I have cable back?
