@MyRepublicAU internet/NBN outage in Newtown, Sydney. No planned maintenance, no support via live chat, no support via phone. I'm seriously questioning why I should continue paying over $100 a month for your services if you don't have a support team on hand if something breaks?

@ScottMorrisonMP the Northern Rivers desperately need help. Please send in military assistance. NBN is down in areas works - my elder parents have no phone, internet, their home barely livable. Towns w No food, water, petrol. Local member unreachable. Illness waits in the wings.
