@MrWigglyAU I would recommend confirming with our team what type of NBN service is available at the property. If it is just NBN Wireless, however, then we will be unable to change that, and you would need to speak to NBN directly - Chris

@jasejdv3 Hi there, apologies for any confusion. There's actually no nbn infrastructure build cost to eligible customers. This is an on-demand model, and eligible customers will just need to place an order with a participating service provider and purchase a higher speed. 1/2

@MaxLoomes @TedTexaco @NBN_Australia is a disgrace! Are we also bottom of the table for internet in Oz, like vaccine strollout? Cannot wait for wireless 5G, and first opportunity to rid ourselves of this scam which is No Broadband Network!

@NickRossTech If NBN gave us Fibre users faster speed at a lower price the FttN users would get upset. I pay $150 for 1000/50 and would love more upload. Download would require a significant router upgrade but it would be a nice problem to have.

@Telstra I have an old F@st 5355 modem on my NBN plan that is having some issues with WiFi and isn't compatible with the new Wifi Smart Booster from Telstra - is there any options for an upgrade on my plan?

  • mark87nexus

@NBN_Australia Thanks anyways, but I don't think we'll see this upgrade this year or next year. The only thing we are going to get is more problem from fttn drop outs and disconnection. Which we have now. If we ever get this maybe another 10 or 20 years.
