@purekrome No. To get a reconnection (like we need) you need to speak to any service provider that offers NBN and have them issue a connection order to NBN. We're currently with Telstra so I'll just transfer the service across and figured they should issue the connection order

@VenessaM_Au @YvonneGunn @Ballyurra The NBN started going down the tube when Turnbull got on the job, and got worse as he went. I’ve given up on the local NBN, fibre to the puddle down the road, disintegrating copper to the house. I had to go Telstra 5G to get any performance.

@NBN_Australia Old leadin is working at present - so no “fault” being generated so, NBN staff insist “no problem”. Despite NBN having spend 6 man days laying new leadin at NBN expense, can’t get them to connect it to the house. Theatre of the Absurd

@TonyF_457 @DaleHof1234 @PRGuy17 Dear me! Using the LNP Govt’s own figures, the extra $Bs wasted by the LNP on its substandard NBN “fix” was more than FTH. Would have cost. Coal plants are PRIVATISED & closed by BUSINESS not ALP govts. Wages? These are average figs, not lower end, but yes CEOs are earning more.

@Telstra I don't know if it’s an @NBN_Australia cable because I'm a journalist not an expert on internet connections. @YVWater is doing some digging to fix a busted water line, so I can't just walk into their job site.

@dade_furphy @Asher_Wolf Strata here did a lot of work to convince NBN to do fibre to the apartment, instead of fibre to the building. Building has 1,000+ people. Also extensive roof & plumbing repair, fire safety fixes after original builders left problems

@telstrahate I HAVE HAD NO ADSL FOR OVER 3 MONTHS. I CAN'T GET RELIABLE NBN & NO 5G WHERE I LIVE. I HAVE UNRELIABLE 4G RECEPTION IN MY HOUSE. I HAVE CALLED TELSTRA REPEATEDLY, I HAVE NUMEROUS CASE NUMBERS & I NEVER GET TO SPEAK TO THE SAME PERSON OR AN AUSTRALIAN. TLS I HATE YOU

@Ballyurra I’m lucky. My Nbn is on the HFC Cable network, which means the old underground copper sh!t, always in trouble when it rains, doesn’t affect me too much. No pits to get flooded, as HFC piggybacks along power line infrastructure.
