@DodoAustralia any update on the NBN outage in the Bellarine Vic? It's not listed on your site and as a customer for the last five years I would expect some notification of there was a planned outage. The lack of support or answers is definitely making me reconsider my account

@NBN_Australia one of you technicians visited today. Just before he left, I said the internet is not working. He said it wld be on in 5mins and left. From drop outs, I have no internet. How does a technician leave without ensuring the it works? Why no new booking after six hours

@betterbushcomms @Cassara71 @NBN_Australia Starlink is only made for people that don't have any other options or have very **** satellite or fixed wireless services. Yes the dish is very expensive but that's what you get when a company wants you to pay equipment outright
