  @THATS_RIGHT_YA @robb_j_m nbn fixed wireless made me pay for 50mbps plan if i wanted to get 25mbps <two mbps faster than the adsl service it replaced> for 4 years, if i dropped to the 25mbps plan would deliver 12.5mbps. took them 6 years to deliver the 100Mbps plans they promised at launch.

  @AlanBixter Our communications infrastructure system is not good enough. After the Turnbull NBN debacle and massive cost blowouts we still have inferior IT infrastructure. My internet is slow but works OK, however ph reception is woeful and I'm 40'ks from the coast of seventh largest city.

  @ItsMissShorty @robb_j_m When people refer to NBN/Internet as “WiFi” they’re absolutely Luddites or just too lazy to know what they have/need and don’t deserve any help from those who might.

  @jeff32567916 @australian He recognised that NBN via wifi (using mobile phone network) is a bad idea, when the mobile phone towers back up battery's go flat (couple if hours) we have no communication at all, we should all still have wired communication but we don't so it's very easy to switch it all off

  @Michz45 And you seem to think giving the government more money will actually benefit those services. Why do you think the gov does not get involved in baking bread? Because it would taste **** and cost $100 per loaf. That's your Medicare, NDIS and nbn to name a few

  My home internet cut out. It must be raining somewhere in Sydney. This NBN Internet is a joke. Everytime it rains even slightly you lose connection.

  @BassonBrain @Starlink Nationalist fools wasting taxpayers money. Imagine if every country wanted their own LEO constellation the performance would be poor it would be expensive and require endless subsidy's like Australia's NBN satellite service.

  The Labor Budget 🙄 So far all I see is nothing to help or support now, $250 in 2028. Ffs everyone has been left behind. We're spending more than that additionaly on groceries, fuel , insurances, nbn, etc etc. Where's the relief.

  @THATS_RIGHT_YA @robb_j_m I doubt that’s a problem with the NBN infrastructure and perhaps more to do with your provider (TPG). I’m not sure what a 20 cm network cable has to do with much. At gigabit speeds I’d suggest a Cat7 network cable, to be sure to be sure. They’re fairly cheap nowadays.

  @Sauronlordking If there is one thing I didn't mind from the ALP that would be the NBN in its original form. Then this idiot came around and mutilated it into his own little mixed up mess. That now has to be unraveled at even more expense!!!
