@karendumas Well as Real reporters, not just stenographers-we need to be REAL to The People we serve so we must only tell them the truth-that's our service & sometimes we even wake a few up to truths right in front of them not readily seen - which your team at NBN seem do better than most👍

@iiNet I've spoken to the call centre about FTTC nbn outage and was told it is a either a network issue or iiNet equipment issue. No updates available on your network status page. Any updates?

NBN news (yes I know 🙄 it's local) has a cafe owner waffling on about how terrible it all is for a Perrottet PR...newsflash to Perrottet - coffees are DISCRETIONARY - ppl's lives will be OK if they make it at home...housing on the other hand is a necessity
