    I have not had internet all day except on my phone data because I had to get a new modem & nbn. It’s so ******* frustrating. I’ve been on the customer service/help line half the day doing the same thing over and over. And it’s not ******* working. 😒😤

    NBN dude came over and replaced my router despite me telling them my broadband was working perfectly. Their systems said there was a problem and so they had to send somebody to “fix it”. The machine uprising has already occurred, it’s just way more boring than we thought.

    @NBN_Australia Our provider can't do anything as it's an NBN issue, and all your status page says is "An unplanned incident is affecting the network". We're well over 24 hours without internet, an hour or two I understand as a normal outage but this is now quite frustrating.

    @Optus I tried to relocate my NBN to a house I just purchased, your service desk was so bad that I've cancelled my services with you and have moved to @Aussie_BB.
