In 4 weeks my Telstra NBN went from most reliable service to 22 outages per day. 3 different call centres acknowledged “no issues, see issues, your line is bad”. @Telstra how can I help you to help me? I really don’t want to cancel contract or ask for refund.

@Dave_Oakden @evcricket The best thing to scale a market is consumer demand. If you attempt it by regulation, all you get is the solution that the regulator wants. This is what we have with the NBN. A **** system that consumers hate, all because someone decided they knew what was best for consumers.

Except most in Australian media hardly touched the issue, despite the monumental damage to Australia and the massive cost blowouts. And it’ll cost tens of billions and a generation or two to fix. #auspol #NBN

When I first got internet connection to the phone line called ADSL and ADSL 2+ it was ok but slow and now NBN connected internet over a modem is a lot faster and can be temperamental if they get NBN outages or you have internet line drop outs.
