@NBN_Australia But that's not the right perspective. You would have known this was broken from your engineering systems (NOC). Why weren't we told immediately? This is not how to run a service business. Thanks for all placatory words. They don't help me being able to get back to work.

At this rate @NBN_Australia should be announcing emergency inage for the rare times it is working. #fraudband

  • brynen Scott Brynen (@brynen) reported

@eevblog Govt programs are only good when it helps people with EV car rebates, and fast business internet like the NBN. When it helps others, it sucks.

@TPMaluna @CHWaterVic That's terrible Tanya & sadly not surprising. No other utility/service (gas, electricity, NBN etc) can send you bills for, not only no product & no intention to provide it to you, but not even do what they're claiming to charge you for (maintain waterways) in your area. Bullshit

@colonelhogans I noticed channel 9 nbn giving away cruise tickets .. socially responsible service ...to thier sponsors .

@NBN_Australia is it possible to update our provider re the outage in 3781? An estimated ETR would be handy. 24 hours or the usual 2-3 weeks that we seem to experience? It really is poor service we get here. Every time.

  • meganvs Megan S (@meganvs) reported

@NBN_Australia I have done all of this multiple times. Our provider can’t give us an ETR because you guys haven’t given them one. There is currently a broken cable hanging from a pole and no technician in sight. Will they be there this weekend so I can work on Monday?

@iiNet is there an NBN outage in 2093 NSW?

  • catelizlouise CattyEllieLou💕 Vaxxed to the Max (@catelizlouise) reported

I was told today by Telstra that I should be able to upgrade my home NBN connection to FTTP. 🤞🤞🤞 Better late than never. What a huge waste of time and money the LNP Fraudband has been. 😠

  • GrumpyOldeDude Embrace life (@GrumpyOldeDude) reported

@9NewsMelb Isn’t the speed dictated by the NBN network! Unless they’re paying for a plan with a speed that NBN cannot supply to the carrier.
