I understand some large contracts are being awarded by NBN Co to fix up some of the non performing FTTN areas. (Malcolm Turnbulls cheaper quicker alternative). The contracts are to revert back to FTTP. Nothing like doing a job twice.

@starppael @Redcar51 @TurnbullMalcolm I can't help it either, despite the NBN and failure on climate.

@bsmcvay We've received no confirmation from NBN about common issue in the area. But we'll have this matter raised to our engineering team for further investigation. Updates will be provided via call and/or SMS. -Charm

@NBN_Australia Power outages causing problems? If only you had used FTTP you wouldn't have this issue. And our communities would have phone and internet.

4 months into my rental contract. 4 months without NBN. 4 months with multiple emails to the Estate Agent with no answers. The urge to just break my contract and move to a new house is quite high. There is one near my current house that has FTTP too. Damn it

It’s pretty bad we have one of the worst internet connections in the world. NBN was meant to be world class here we are. No internet for 3 nights and possibly over the weekend.... @Pentanet_ISP

@Telstra I’ve been waiting SIX months for my NBN to be connected.....still no solution despite close to 50 calls and FOUR appointments where your engineers failed to show... what do I have to do as an existing customer? Mind you... I am getting billed!

@TelstraEnt Been waiting SIX MONTHS for my NBN to be connected.... although I have had THREE modems delivered and THREE appointments where engineers failed to show?? I’m an existing customer , why would anyone take the risk of becoming a new customer?
