@Magpie1954nBird @Telstra I was charged for both my adsl internet AND a yet to be connected nbn service. I had to go to a Telstra store to get it sorted to avoid an indefinite wait on the phone. They couldn’t even get through. It took ages for the mess to be sorted.

@Telstra I’m not at my friend place their internet service was down entire day yesterday it was using Back Up 4G Speed 20mbps download 1mbps upload while Telstra NBN in my place is very slow as well I got 150mbps spose to have 250mbps.

@kayosports Having issues this weekend - either the AFL resets and starts the match from the beginning, or I get the percentage pause to resume that takes 20-30 seconds to come back to the match - I'm on an NBN Fibre to the Home 100MEG, speed is not an issue!

@NBN_Australia Sally the least customers deserve is the truth cos the problem "is due to to an nbn technician shortage in some areas as a result of recent industrial action that has seen technicians walk off the job and internal issues within nbn's systems".
