    @Telstra Im moving all of my services (NBN, Fox, 3 mobiles i pay for) away from Telstra. I have been trying since before xmas to get 1 little accounting issue sorted & Telstra Shop dont want to know about it, 24x7 app & webchat staff stuff around for so long its still not resolved #ImOut

    @IanWoolf @NBNCoLimited NBN turned my old Service off in their Portal Thursday night and 5 days later they still need another 2 days to turn it on. Incompetence I never thought possible

    @brinlyau @Optus I apparently need to wait months for my NBN. Experience so far, Optus at my place (or Sydney in general) is damn slow. Telstra is "good enough". but Optus has 500GB and Telstra has 200GB. so I'm running both... I've got all of my random stuff on optus and my laptop on telstra.
