@KateEmerson88 We had the same issue and I work for an emergency after hours service at home for aged care and disability. We changed providers and couldn't be happier. Telstra and the NBN are crap

@cat240359 @rkd993 I'm glad you got it fixed. Here they just don't care. We are in a small town and others in the street are still connected. So it is one Teslstra person after another, some okay, some horrible but none of them with the power to talk to the NBN.

@MichaelSpring17 It is not the NBN as such but the service providers NOT purchasing enough bandwidth from the NBN to service the demand in their respective areas.
