    @Telstra No, still just ADSL. I received an Information Summary about the plan I signed up for. I spent an hour this morning trying to talk to someone about it with no success at all. I can't be bothered dealing with this any longer so want to cancel the NBN and stay with ADSL.

    @dr_shorthair @AussieBroadband Oh I’ll go look at their plans. When I was at nbn we all recommended Aussie Broadband because they were better at customer service while getting connected.

    @NBN_Australia @NickRossTech So I just found out today that NBN doesn't consider ongoing network faults as outages. So the fact my internet is currently down isn't counted as an outage. This is the best of creative accounting :)

    @Telstra So it’s a yes then. I would think that any troubleshooting, regardless of the reason for taking that long, should have a time limit for customer involvement. It was an NBN box/lightning issue that I knew what the problem was but the support insisted I troubleshoot for the day.

    Has anyone had any problems with @TelstraAU @Telstra NBN recently? Mine been horrible and it disconnects every 20 minutes, it’s making it hard to stream and compete.. We called and got no help, it made it worse, our neighbour has the same net but is totally fine..

    @NBN_Australia absolutely gutted and tired of NBN & even more ever so useless @iiNet - too many chances and opportunities to rectify your actions with too little improvement. After 10 years, I must consider other reliable options. Pathetic service - both hang your heads in shame.

    @NBN_Australia is down in Killara. Sorry @BESydney for disrupting our conversation this afternoon. Have now managed to get the personal hotspot on the phone to work after mucking around and realising had to turn the NBN off!

    So, I finally got a new place, can set it up to however I like so I can stream, and then I get hit with the fact that the old tenant took the NBN NTD box so no one can reconnect to the net until it's replaced. And that's not happening until March because of delays. ****.

    For anyone with NBN considering @Telstra, I am presently with them, and since moving to the NBN, Telstra is terrible. I whole-heartedly recommend @AussieBroadband instead. From user reviews, they are superior in EVERY. SINGLE. WAY. I just wish AB had installment plans for router
