    @NBN_Australia we stayed in all morning waiting for your technician, who was due today. Didn’t turn up as vehicle had broken down, but no one called to advise us. What appalling customer service. You guys have phones right???

    Setting up NBN at the new place. Should I get the router that's offered from the service provider, or should I get my own online? Don't really know what to get in the terms of a router for NBN, streaming / gaming purposes.

    @helphelpandhelp @ejfuente @DanaScully2 If you don't need the landline you can just go wireless. I had the same issues as you so I dumped the NBN. Half the price for a better service.
