@SquigglyRick Don’t hold your breath waiting for @Telstra. We are STILL without NBN as they “escalate “ to fix the problem. Apparently. Not that we can tell.

@chrismurphys @Telstra First off, the TIO can intervene if Telstra aren't doing their job. You can create a case on the TIO website, Telstra will be levied a small fine and they'll have to prioritise your issue. Is NBN available at your house?

Day 10 of no TV. Man came to install NBN today. Apparently there is a problem and a trench must be dug, but not today. The life of no TV continues, now indefinitely.

@cameronwilson What a Joke! I still have offices where NBN isn't available yet! If you're into irony, one is the main ICT service desk office. To rub salt into the NBN wound, it's about 200m down the same street from an office that has NBN Ethernet (fibre)!

@RBJRON @LeftyLongtitude @PaulFletcherMP Fletcher is already at war with all #SocialMedia by refusing to fix the #NBN

@theage @SupratimA Connection doesn’t equal quality - I had 100mbps cable which was replaced with 50mbps nbn - I was told I could pay extra for 100mbps only to then be told the fastest my connection will ever get is 80mbps - nbn is a bad joke

Fwiw I am on a FTTB connection that is on a non NBN network that connects to my building. Somehow my non nbn FTTB connection is twice as fast and half the price of the NBN version

@cameronwilson Read with interest the sentence about copper legacy being a throttle at the moment. I'm not an network infrastructure engineer so bit confused. What legacy? FTTN copper or we talking non NBN services (eg: ADSL) that haven't been connected yet on same NBN network?

@ArchieBoubie Apologies for the ongoing issues you've had with your service, Archie. Something to take into consideration is that if your address is now NBN ready, you will need to make a move over to NBN before the Cable network is shut down. (1/3)
