@Telstra Exchange and that lazy NBN techs " borrow" my good pair when they can't be arsed looking for another and i get a crappy pair on it's place. The fibre spur from Wodonga runs down my driveway and on to the East Coast I have been shown the tap in point in my neighbours paddock

CAUTION: If someone from the @NBN_Australia calls about your connection to the internet via the NBN just hang up. Call your ISP and inform them. Have 2 close contacts who have lost $100k from their scam this week. Aussie accents and very clever.

@NBN_Australia So our internet never even went down yesterday which makes me wonder if they did any maintenance at all. If that’s the case, why were we not updated and when are they going to do it? 🤔

@denniallen It's for emergency reasons. Landlines didn't require power to make calls during blackouts, but nbn modems do.

Safe to say that the mobile network is not coping with half of Western Vic losing their NBN connectivity from the power outage.

@NBN_Australia Yes I was in contact with my provider regularly for updates. It’s working again now but it’s a terrible time to be without connection for so long. Hopefully it won’t happen again.
