@Telstra I have had issue with NBN for months. Telstra finally sends NBN guy out... but to my old address! I have been paying full price for substandard service. PM me to fix since I can’t get hold of anyone who can help. Failing this, I will have to change service

@marblewraith @Democracy_Duck @Senator_Patrick Yeah, not on backbone of nbn we can't, not until all that bloody copper is replaced. Still too slow in too many areas and fails every time we have bad weather. Would love a non profit search engine in Oz, and the Gmail/GSuite type stuff that could accompany it but can't see it.

@SameerCharles @Optus You are not alone. NBN from @Optus is useless. Never works.

@truetimelord I'd be frustrated too, Dalek. Please stay in touch with your service provider, as soon as any updates are available your service provider will be notified directly by our nbn support teams. 1/2

@NBN_Australia We have a WhatsApp group for our neighbourhood. It seems at least seven of us have had multiple issues with our NBN connections since the storm. Everyone is with different providers so it seems like an NBN issue. Are you solving this at an area level ?

@dodado23 Thanks for sending us a DM, sadly we are getting errors when trying to respond to you there. For your issue, as per our tests you're on an NBN FTTN service and the maximum line sync speed your line is only capable of is around 35Mbps download speed. 1/2 -Mel

@hyprntv Are any current NBN RSP's using your network for backhaul?
