  @MarkoMatvikov AussieBB are awesome! I got FTTP installed via NBN organised by them without any work on my part. When in the process of moving in I hadn't connected my router up after signing up, they rang me to check of everything was okay and if I was having tech issues. Great customer focus.

  @Freddy717263 Of course I knew the power was dead - but only for the NBN. Everything else in the house was working - hence my call. PS - I'm not an electrician, but at least I solved my own problem in the end but wasted 1 hour on the phone to 'tech support'.

  @mrru5s3ll @LCHF_Matt @pikkkkaro this is the only decent explanation for what he said that could make sense. the only other way is if his NBN is unstable. because if you have a gigabit connection you need a router capable of it and they all have fine wifi by aus standards , which I would argue is **** but w/e

  @Riogallica Didn't know you could contact NBNco. I've had 3 NBN boxes **** up (nearby lightning 🌩 strike) Contact provider. Ausie BB, 1-3 days. Next door has Optus, 1-2 weeks.

  @mrru5s3ll @LCHF_Matt @pikkkkaro yes I understand ,he seems to think I don't know there's a difference between wifi and NBN but my only contention is he seems to think we have great wifi but **** NBN and I think the inverse. somewhere this communication got lost lmao
