    @TPG_Telecom Yep if you check through my incident history you will see that this about 5th or 6th time a technician has been sent out since NBN was installed

    @aussie_bb hi there! Is Aussie or the nbn down in Vic (specifically 3123)? Some sites seem fine, others (eg ABC news site) cannot connect at all. Ta!

    If that car accident didn’t nearly wipe out my poor Dad in July then this phone call I’m overhearing between him and the NBN technician could finally do it. What an absolute **** show. #nbn

    @TPG_Telecom Thanks for the Julien. Is it a specific TPG issue? The reason why I'm asking is the NBN outage website states there isn't an outage currently at my address

    @brigidglanville @NBN_Australia ISP must pressure wholesaler NBN. We initially had major problems... I got the best response via my ISP's text chat support. Putting it all in writing for the overseas call centre worked much better than speaking it. Six NBN folks turned up and it's been flawless since.

    @NBN_Australia No outage. Someone has been and kicked can down the road to someone else. Told it will be days.
