    @NBN_Australia I recommend you get a reliable service and stop putting the burden of fault checking on the user. You should know when your network drops out.

    @ourmetalpeople Hi El, that sounds very frustrating. Sorry to hear that you're experiencing these issues. You'll need to raise this with your provider, as they manage your services. They have an internal nbn support team they can request assistance from on your behalf, 1/2

    @Telstra Hoping the problem will be fixed by either new modem or NBN engineer but data use will be high in the mean time.

    @Telstra Hi Tom, I mean the NBN one, and I am actually asking the policy that after 21 days what Telstra may help me to improve? Will this service affected by current lockdown situation?
