@amaysimAU any chance you could look into the service coverage in Oatley NSW? Drops out at home constantly and can be poor in the village even where there's a massive tower? Word is NBN has failed in parts here, because of the rain. TY

Is it an #optus tactic to make getting something fixed so difficult that customers just give up? I've had no nbn since 16th February and no one at #optus seems to care or want to help her the nbn working again. My son works from home. This is just not acceptable.

@ScottMorrisonMP @Dom_Perrottet Oatley West has extreme poor communication due to this wet weather no NBN no landlines for security of our elderly. No 4G services. Hope we never suffer what Ukrainian is suffering.

@NBN_Australia We look forward to the network not lost being & needing fixing every time it rains, the network is sub-standard, we suffer real costs because of it. Our ISP blames your network. Sub-standard service does not cut it when you have paying customers. What will be done to prevent it?

@AjaanMark State borders do lock you into that particular State’s vision to support its regional communities.. The NBN was (is?) meant to address that on a national scale. It’s still going to have an economic case though. 10k x $60 + 10k x $30 is a revenue base of $90k per month.

@Jabbatron @Telstra Yea, the telecommunications ombudsman. File a formal complaint with them (they are very used to this process) - then they will have a hard deadline to resolve your issue. This is how I’ve had to end up handling issues I’ve had with Telstra, Optus and the NBN. Good luck!
