Sooo, @Telstra has been charging my 74yr old mother for internet and are trying to get her to sign up to the NBN. She doesn't have a computer. I'll be sorting this **** out and it will end with Telstra not getting one more cent from her ever again.

Just cancelled our @Aussie_BB service because NBN wasn't going to be installed at our new house until October... get off the phone and hear this banging outside, and it's a guy from NBN who turned up to connect our house in the rain.

@NBN_Australia You still don't get it do you that website doesn't tell me when I will get it it doesn't even ball park it if there was a rough date it would be fine like that but no and as for home ultrafast is a joke 1000 down and 50 up stop living in a assymetric speed days 1gig up and down

@LesStonehouse Look, a good writer (& does fine light ent. on TV) but Annabel Crabb is the one who epitomises the serious failings of 'mateship w press gallery & pollies' thing. In Sept 2017 she basically 'fessed up about not getting involved in NBN issue as (didn't want to be seen) 'whinging'!

ppl from this area literally brought these issues up with the nbn ppl directly (cause they promised proper nbn to everywhere) and they basically told them “well yous have SOME internet, even if it barely works & costs twice as much,, so rly we’re not obliged to give a ****🤷”
