@NBN_Australia @Telstra I'm moving to an inner nth suburbs Melbourne appt only 6.5km from current residence. It doesn't have NBN. The cheapest ADSL will cost more than what I'm currently paying for NBN, and that's before cost of line rental. Inferior service, but costs more!

@GDTVhazza So jealous... here in tech-dilapidated Australian our government is doubling down on NBN, a failed tech of yesteryears. Guess we skipping 5G all together and dream of 6G when the time comes.

@Aussie_BB @NBN_Australia @ACCAN_AU Hey Lizzie, yeah I spent about two months trying to get this issue fixed at the end of last year, not only did it not get fixed it actually has managed to get worse. Not really up for ripping my network apart for the 20th time just to prove that the issue isn't on my end again.

@NBN_Australia what kind of business model are you using? The 'We Couldn't Give a Toss' Plan. Never experienced this level of unprofessionalism. How difficult is it to organise a technician to complete a home appointment? R is something as simple as this beyond your capabilities?

@NBN_Australia great response @NBN_Australia poor speeds, lag ping, what you have a connection stop complaining. great response for what is meant to be a 50 Billion dollars first world service, yet deliver worse than a 3rd world service, and tell regional business to go away we dont care

@isabellelane The NBN Co can't source materials-- exactly the same as many other industries. Telco's are going to redirect blame to ANYONE to avoid fault for their own WELL-KNOWN shortcomings. PS: Telco's LIE like no other, PLUS have the ability to fix their ongoing issues and REFUSE TO.

Ooh, 46 minute wait time to talk to someone from NBN service. Imagine if I billed @Telstra for my time spent on fixing this.

@everglaves And it doesn't help that the nbn installer/maintainance crew are underpaid. Covid screwed everything up.

Just had a great @NBN_Australia tech here. Yes, it’s 12 months later than someone should have come & yes he found so many problems that could not be resolved on a stupid fault finding messenger. Invest in people on the ground & get this crap NBN service fixed!
