@Telstra I got a call on my Telstra NBN phone from "John from Telstra" and he said there are some issues with my NBN. I told him Telstra usually sends me an SMS when there are issues and he promptly hung up. How do these guys get my number which I never give to anyone

@Optus @NBN_Australia Just off 1.25 hour call with Optus and NBN support which finally ended with them noticing an outage in our area! You couldn’t see this at the start of the phone call!? And why is this NBN outage NOT shown when our address is searched? #FAIL #INCOMPETENT
