@MikeCarlton01 Our iiNet was down for several days last week after a Northern Beaches storm, but it was an NBN problem. iiNet arranged for an NBN technician to fix it. Happy with iiNet's quick, friendly response.

@Connundrum54 Remoteness is the tyrant here. 5G range is too limiting to provide an Aus wide service. Mal’s ******* around didn’t help #nbn either.

@tantryl @iiNet I’m only having email trouble - I moved to a local internet provider for my NBN service a few years ago. My FTTH speeds with iiNet were slower than my old copper ADSL.

@NBN_Australia Yes…Balgowlah Hts and Clontarf NSW had power outage which cut NBN from 10.15pm on Fri 24/12/21 to 12.30am on Xmas morning,,,we were half at through a paid movie ….Ok now but not last night..we understand but need better Comms when “**** happens”

@botdisciple @NBN_Australia Were you on NBN Wireless before, or were you on FTTN? NBN service sure can be been dodgy at times
