    Thanks for the help in lighting a fire under NBN regarding the constant failures of service, @PaulFletcherMP. They sent out a techie promptly. It's a sad state of affairs when an MP needs to get involved at this level for something that's a flawed but essential monopoly service.

    @Optus #nbn customer service is absolutely appalling!! For over 12 months I have been trying to switch over to NBN and for some reason they just can’t get their act together! Disconnecting my service for absolutely no reason and canceling my #optusnbn order! 4 orders so far!!

    @TraceySpicer @Telstra @NBN_Australia Then he has a voip. they have been phasing out legit landlines for a while now. I hope he has emergency assist? ( sorry i used to work there - telstra)

    @TraceySpicer @plalor My experiences of Telstra over last 2 years is that their default response to any wifi issue is to say it is an NBN problem and volunteer to send out an NBN technician so not shocked by that aspect of your tale

    @TraceySpicer @Telstra Currently in protracted conversations with @Telstra due to NBN to my house stopped over 5 weeks ago. They’ve sent me 4 modems that don’t work and they can’t fix nbn because it is already connected.
