    It should be investigated and people charged. I have a Vietnamese friend on a work visa who worked for a telecommunications company and now NBN. He often works from 7am to 9pm and in his first job he climbed those towers, often works weekends but never gets paid overtime!

    @ianclarkeAU @CovfefeDnUnder Mate, you're talking to a @Starlink customer... I use it on the Gold Coast, and I'll likely never go back to the NBN, even though I can get fiber, largely because I refuse to pay for something that is intentionally outdated. Outside of the cities, #Starlink is the answer.

    @1Alboforpm Considering Labor designed the NDIS, Libs and Labs together gave us the NBN, Libs and Labs the submarine fiasco? How's the tax on tobacco going in stopping smoking as opposed to feeding organised crime? Pot / kettle Their sudden growth will result in messes, poor communication and confusion between newly formed members but their sudden growth is do to the F up by these 2 major parties. Oh... and ... Fire the Liar

    @Telstra well done. In an unprecedented occurrence after more than 40 years as a customer, Telstra staff - part of the transition team from ADSL to NBN - have, after a series of missteps, done everything single thing they promised to do yesterday. Thank you.

    @GreenTyler27 I cant remember even 1 gov project being completed on time and on budget. Completely the opposite, snowy 2 ..... How much has the NBN cost us! Jacinta spending spree! The list of failures never ends in Australia

    @oscarcsims also very confusing policy/reg space. govt essentially renationalised Telstra infrastructure in leasing a bunch of its assets to the NBN. yet Telstra still runs emergency services, payphones, landlines - not NBN. minimal economic incentives, maximal telco corporate welfare

    @Democracy_Duck @ABCmediawatch Are you suggesting giving the network back to public ownership? To an organisation like NBN where rejects from Telstra & Optus go to work? (Including Telstra's so-called risk management 'experts' BTW) With ACMA keeping an eye on things?

    @VoteLewko @Starlink Govt/Telcos/NBN spent billuons of taxpayer dollars to build a rubbish service. Starlink does way better at zero taxpayer expense. So government response to this is to spend more dollars on their unworkable rubbish. I can't think of a better argument why big government needs to go
