It should be investigated and people charged. I have a Vietnamese friend on a work visa who worked for a telecommunications company and now NBN. He often works from 7am to 9pm and in his first job he climbed those towers, often works weekends but never gets paid overtime!

@JaiRitter3 @lassie_welsh I've never had an issue with them at all. I have NBN through Telstra and tbh I've never had an issue with them either

If I wasn’t already bald I would be with the blame shifting between Telstra and NBN - and the appalling shitfight of Internet speed by the LNP ****** - 200m from a phone exchange and they try to say it’s about the distance resulting in **** speed - *******!

@Anthony_Klan @Optus I haven’t used them for years. I’ve heard many bad reports with them on NBN - I went with Aussie Broadband and it’s been excellent. For mobile, Vodafone seems at least as good in metro areas and is cheaper, or if you needed wider coverage you just have to go Telstra…

Two invoices ago (NBN) an error was made on the invoice. It took a LOT of explaining to get the call centre to understand the error. I was given a $10 credit for the issue. I paid the reduced invoice. Two invoices later I'm being chased for that amount out of thin air!

@CarolePaton @FrugalFH I was involved with a small not for profit - original treasurer had died suddenly 5-6 yrs before I came along. Similar issues, I finally had to deal when the NBN came along. They ended up send us a cheque in her name! Luckily the bank accepted it.

@Optus the moment I thought it can't get any worse your customer support team happened. Trying to reach your tech support about the NBN issues. When called upon either they talk about how we can provide you with the new service or keep connecting me to one to another.
