    It should be investigated and people charged. I have a Vietnamese friend on a work visa who worked for a telecommunications company and now NBN. He often works from 7am to 9pm and in his first job he climbed those towers, often works weekends but never gets paid overtime!

    @pfbt @TurnbullMalcolm Abbott made sure the NBN was/is a dud. He gave Turnbull the job and made sure Turnbull copped the ****. Thought he was protecting his back from a Turnbull challenge. The NBN was a dud, but Turnbull still challenged Abbott and beat him. Pity he couldn't hold his nerve when he won.

    @TurnbullMalcolm All the major parties past/present are all the same. All been selling AU/us out for decades. You think we have forgotten about " $444 million Government donation to tiny reef body". Never forget the NBN rubbish and wasteful.

    NBN are a monopoly and are very careful to ensure any benchmark, SLA, etc, is easy to sidestep whilst crying poor. So, their Social Media Managers will keep going "well sorry" but nothing will change because why would they make things better unless they have to?

    Last Friday there were workers in the @NBN_Australia pit up the street. Since then we’ve had no internet. Our provider says ‘not our problem’ and has referred it to ‘the wholesaler’ to investigate “which may take up to 5 business days”. 1/2

    @NBN_Australia But here you've been doing scheduled work over multiple days without giving planned notice. I know it's scheduled because I talked to the techs. So it's known bad HFC but you're basically not caring that my days are repeatedly impacted. THAT IS MY POINT.

    There doesn’t seem to be a way to contact @NBN_Australia about this, except via the provider. For an essential service, this seems like a pretty broken system, doesn’t it? 2/2

    @fawcett_jimmy I don't get it? Why would it be great for me? I have NBN and over 300GB of data on my phone. Terrible attempt at humor
