It should be investigated and people charged. I have a Vietnamese friend on a work visa who worked for a telecommunications company and now NBN. He often works from 7am to 9pm and in his first job he climbed those towers, often works weekends but never gets paid overtime!

@JonesHowDareYou Woke to a download speed of 0.4 Wasted an hour on the phone with @Telstra No NBN, so on mobile broadband. Had a nap, seems to be OK now, Telstra wanted me to travel an hour to their shop so they could check my device. Lol, problem didn't exist between keyboard and chair. ffs

@Telstra nbn outage this morning, since then internet dropouts every two minutes. Called Telstra support 3x today - they all went through the script. I told them it was definitely a Telstra issue since this happened before and was fixed by Telstra externally. (1/n)

Received a text from our Internet provider re NBN maintenance work. That was on 9/12. Then 10/12 then 11/12 then 12/12. Assumed it got done until another text for work on 19/12 & now 20/12. This time it's emergency work. What does it become if it doesn't get done this time? 🤔

@acccgovau Just read your NBN announcement! I have Optic Fibre across the road that I cannot connect to! The house next door can the house about 5 doors down the opposite direction can! We were MAPPED wifi before fibre arrived so unable to connect. No one wants to review us!

@hsk2 @HilzFuld @realjfriedmann Second this. There is no formal organisation helping all UK ppl pre-aliyah other than the Jewish Agency themselves. Unless you are doing group Aliyah you have to rely on self help. We need NBN in the UK.
