  It should be investigated and people charged. I have a Vietnamese friend on a work visa who worked for a telecommunications company and now NBN. He often works from 7am to 9pm and in his first job he climbed those towers, often works weekends but never gets paid overtime!

  NBN News @nbnnews No doubt you'll have full coverage in tonights news, or going on form lately, tmorrow nights news about the huge blackout and power outage in the Muswellbrook area today. At around 2pm Ausgrid were still diagnosing network faults that may be causing the problems

  @Shirley56733062 @nbnnews It is for those of us who have seen NBN News go from being a top service, and now terrible. And night after night technical glitches let alone in correct visual switching etc. Disgusting.

  @NBN_Australia Ombudsman complaint coming if this isnt fixed !! Possible open circuit 225m from Madison Box / NTD - Our NBN literally disconnected by NBN by mistake and it needs to be fixed

  @Telstra Yes, I believe the problem is the ntd. They keep trying to send nbn technicians out but they always cancel. This has been going on for weeks now

  @NBN_Australia We did with Optus, swapped to 2 weeks ago to Telstra same issue nothing ever resolved. Clearly a problem at your end that no one cares about. Probably lodge complaint with ombudsman.

  Hello @NBN_Australia I'm having trouble navigating your "wholesale" 1800 number IVR. Where's the option to call you because (1) a sub-division is missing from your address data and (2) several RSPs have said they can't fix this? DMs welcome.

  @prior_robin So very sorry. We’ve had intermittent poor quality internet over the years and some outages - have got by using our phones as hot-spots, but far from ideal. We’re Telstra + NBN and can’t say I’d recommend…. Hope yours is fixed soon.
