It should be investigated and people charged. I have a Vietnamese friend on a work visa who worked for a telecommunications company and now NBN. He often works from 7am to 9pm and in his first job he climbed those towers, often works weekends but never gets paid overtime!

@Aussie_BB I get it, but maybe aussie BB could put some pressure on NBN to get on top of maintenance and resolution times. it took 3 hours from the outage to get an estimate of when the engineer would be on site, and around 5 hours for resolution.

@andy_penn Hi Andy. You had an awesome staff member who helped me out in May when my mum's landline was affected by NBN work in her area. He made one call & it was resolved. The issue was external & not with her landline or modem. Exact same issue has happened again. And.... (1).

@Aussie_BB @NBN_Australia Hi Lizzie, your team has been providing fantastic support so far (both levels 1 and 2) and has shown great patience. Just got off the phone with one of your reps. We're waiting for NBN Tech Visit number 6 to be updated so we can no doubt repeat the process again.

@kbrspace This is BS!! I've been 7 days without any @Optus NBN!! Contacted at least 15 people, and you still can't provide me with an answer or a solution!! Technician that was scheduled today DID NOT COME! Nobody can give me an answer.

@maximum_sincere Yeah man they suck. Aussie BB is the way forward. iiNet left us without internet at our old property because they canned ADSL in the area and had zero NBN solution for us despite the fact my upstairs neighbour already had NBN.

I have been trying to get @Optus to fix a problem for 5 days. Even their NBN technician 4 days ago said it was a modem problem. Because my contact has been away my problem can’t be fixed until she returns, if ever. Most recent staffer lied saying she would get back in 15 minutes.

@MsRonnyB So depressing to even think of what we have missed out on… - Fibre to the home NBN - Carbon Trading - EV and renewables incentives - Making Gina, Clive and Twiggy contribute more. All down to the stupidity of LNP voters who are so easily convinced that progress is bad.
