    It should be investigated and people charged. I have a Vietnamese friend on a work visa who worked for a telecommunications company and now NBN. He often works from 7am to 9pm and in his first job he climbed those towers, often works weekends but never gets paid overtime!

    @Optus Yes I have tried it, and guess what? Nothing worked. maybe you should consider fixing either Optus nbn as a whole or change your subscription plans details to "we have occasional drop outs and wont do anything to fix them. not to mention you wont get the speeds you pay for. sorry

    @NBN_Australia @Telstra after waiting for 2 weeks for a technician to arrive and set up the connection there has been a no show. Please advise on how/why this has happened, this is incredibly poor.

    @Caligalli Mine died/was killed off when the NBN got installed. The phone line was so dodgy I never used it anyway...just happy not to be on 1.5Mbps internet anymore lol
