It should be investigated and people charged. I have a Vietnamese friend on a work visa who worked for a telecommunications company and now NBN. He often works from 7am to 9pm and in his first job he climbed those towers, often works weekends but never gets paid overtime!

You think you find Turnbull’s NBN painful? The guy that stabbed me hid behind a node and jumped me from behind when I walked past, so if it wasn’t for the NBN I would have seen it coming. Worst of all the loading YouTube video I am watching is super painful.

@bruce_haigh I'm in the southern end Bruce. Always had this problem. After many complaints to NBN, a technician finally came to investigate. Found a Telstra pit full of mud in Anson st.

@hula_grl The space junk thing is a worry but the Starlink satellite service has so far been a lifesaver to us in regional VIC. The NBN satellite service got worse and worse and worse over recent years and ended up practically useless for us.

@NBN_Australia I just don't know what to do anymore... I've had an NBN technician visit my property twice, and exhaust all physical aspects to resolve severe speed issues (HFC). I've already relayed this to my ISP but even they can't tell me when the issue will be resolved. Help!
