    It should be investigated and people charged. I have a Vietnamese friend on a work visa who worked for a telecommunications company and now NBN. He often works from 7am to 9pm and in his first job he climbed those towers, often works weekends but never gets paid overtime!

    @Telstra I waited at home for 5 hrs for a NBN Technician, no call, no sms, no email, I wasted my sunday waiting on someone that never cameor communicated from a telecommunication company, the irony is real.

    @Optus the customer service from you guys is so bad. I get told my nbn service is being cancelled imminently because of an internal system error and im an 1hr into a call on a Saturday morning to trying to fix it. Thanks for messing up my plans

    @JonesHowdareyou Had similar issue in Nov. NBN tech worked on line up other end of street. Worked for awhile. Got a new modem ordered on a Thurs arvo arrived Monday arvo. From Morwell to Coona. Pretty impressed standard Aus Post and Aussie Broadband. All good now.

    @dapto_dogs @DoctorKarl Terminating points (NTD), repeaters, routers, switches, signal generators, servers, user devices and of course the NBN HFC network AU commissioned are reliant on ultra "clean" electrical signals.
