    It should be investigated and people charged. I have a Vietnamese friend on a work visa who worked for a telecommunications company and now NBN. He often works from 7am to 9pm and in his first job he climbed those towers, often works weekends but never gets paid overtime!

    @NBN_Australia Yes, I have, and TPG says that the ball is in your court now and has been for the last few hours. Your website also lists this as an unplanned incident for my address.

    @ShaunRatcliff @NBN_Australia Hear, hear. We have had great weather down here in Victoria as well and less traffic given the 5km radius restrictions. It's mind boggling why it's taking so long to fix the issue.

    @smiffy @NBN_Australia I’ve had an issue for months with my iphone and nbn. Have tried every kind of reset - it seems to be a “page load” issue because if I switch to 4G to load & then straight back to nbn it will work fine. It’s really frustrating ‘ but I need to get someone in to try & figure it out

    Seems like several reports of nbn down in the Carnegie & Murrumbeena area. @NBN_Australia tweet replies not very helpful - everyone is aware of the outage, but nobody is fixing it? Pretty sure phone/internet is essential service, especially in lockdown.
