    It should be investigated and people charged. I have a Vietnamese friend on a work visa who worked for a telecommunications company and now NBN. He often works from 7am to 9pm and in his first job he climbed those towers, often works weekends but never gets paid overtime!

    So, you think @Telstra technical support is bad. Try booking a move to a new house which has a pit out the front, everyone around you has nbn but you aren’t on the map…. What a nightmare. This is going to go on for 6 months I can feel it

    @NBN_Australia "Let us know how we can help". Sure, hand over the entire network infrastructure to a competent service provider and get out of the industry permanently. Would that be possible?
