    It should be investigated and people charged. I have a Vietnamese friend on a work visa who worked for a telecommunications company and now NBN. He often works from 7am to 9pm and in his first job he climbed those towers, often works weekends but never gets paid overtime!

    @JohnRHewson GOOD LUCK getting it fixed if you live in a suburb where the rest of your older neighbors are happy with adsl speeds. @NBN_Australia are cherry picking easy to upgrade areas which get numbers up and with no direct end customer relationship hide behind bureaucratic practices.

    @mravantcentre We have nbn here, a national fibre network and it was obsolete before it was rolled out. Max speed I think I can get here is 100 mb/s. We really lag behind the rest of the world.

    @NBN_Australia If only there was a way to fix the NBN itself. I can get ~870Mbit from my wifi but NBN can only provide a 24Mbit service. Get rid of FTTN and build an actual network already!

    @rat_enjoyer @dumbcumpster We had a blackout here on Monday night cos of the wind. Apparently when my NBN was installed they left the ADSL connected, and the blackout ****** it all up. ADSL has been disconnected now, and it’s all good

    @Telstra This is a problem bigger than Telstra, however Telstra has a huge responsibility due to the commercial hardball played during the NBN development and procurement stage.
