It should be investigated and people charged. I have a Vietnamese friend on a work visa who worked for a telecommunications company and now NBN. He often works from 7am to 9pm and in his first job he climbed those towers, often works weekends but never gets paid overtime!

Pretty pissed off with #tangerinetelecom - my card was reissued over the payment window - I updated it on the site, but not only didn't they try again (wtf!?) - but I got called _5 days_ later saying a) I need to pay over the phone and b) theres a late fee. any1 know a good nbn?

@SamGrothTennis @NBN_Australia RUN!!! If you ever have a problem with Optus home internet it’s a nightmare trying to actually speak to a human!! All calls go to Indian and staff are useless!! Truely terrible service!!!

@NBN_Australia Honestly, I just moved in and I've already been on the phone to them for a collective 5+ hours, not keen to sit on hold again for another hour. Can't you lodge a complaint on my behalf given the information I've provided?
