    It should be investigated and people charged. I have a Vietnamese friend on a work visa who worked for a telecommunications company and now NBN. He often works from 7am to 9pm and in his first job he climbed those towers, often works weekends but never gets paid overtime!

    @NBN_Australia trying to contact you over the phone is just like trying to exit a closed maze... impossible... Is there any way to get in touch with someone for a question about setting up the NBN box in a property?? HELP !

    @TheShovel We'd like to support them with every fibre of our being but sadly the LNP were in charge of the NBN and the network to your home is mostly decades old coax.

    Hey @NBN_Australia @Telstra, thanks for telling us that the NBN would be subject to a PLANNED outage today. Isn’t the whole point of planning so you can’t let customers know?!

    @NBN_Australia During the construction of our property, the NBN stated that we were going to be FTTC... So the electrician did the wiring accordingly. But we are actually connected as FTTP... That brings a lot of installation issues. I would like to know what's possible and to solve this issue.

    Hey @NBN_Australia @Aussie_BB I havent had internet since friday afternoon btw, and its getting tiring at this point constantly having problems with y'all where im forced to not stream due to the connection not being stable enough. Oh also you said it would be fixed BY 4pm 1/3

    @magoggles @NBN_Australia I had them come yesterday afternoon and replace the nbn box. Had to wait like 4 days for something that literally took a minute to fix

    @edwardatport Were very safe here. While NBN doesnt work. Thats why HMAS Adelaide is still broken down. Can't read their smoke signals.

    @superloopnet @NBN_Australia Hi Matt, the issue is that network drops one fine day and comes back after 10-12 hours or a day. It again started working late on Saturday. I haven’t received any sms from NBN yet. Can u confirm by when someone will visit to check this fault? This is the 2nd time I’m raising this
