    It should be investigated and people charged. I have a Vietnamese friend on a work visa who worked for a telecommunications company and now NBN. He often works from 7am to 9pm and in his first job he climbed those towers, often works weekends but never gets paid overtime!

    In dire straights with #Telstra and the NBN. Telstra keeps asking me about my home phone, if there’s issues with it - I don’t have one. Am I the only person who doesn’t have one?

    I've literally been passed from person to person when my issue is that my NBN router has no power. Yes, I did unplug it and plug it back in after 1 minute. Yes, I did try it in another socket (even if I don't swing that way). Yes, I did test the outlet - it's powered.

    @acccgovau I live on the Gold Coast and the NBN has dropped out for the second time in the past month. No explanation from @Telstra and no customer service available. We pay for the service and get no help in return. What would you advise us to do?

    @redruby17 Hi Dr Jos! We've located your details from a previous chat; NBN states that the issue should be resolved. Please turn off your modem/NBN hardware for 10 minutes, just to allow a reset and then give it another go. This should restore the connection. Thanks! - Leo

    @Telstra I have been without internet for 24 hours and can not get in contact with anyone from telstra to rectify this. Is telstra nbn down in brisbane and toowoomba?

    @NickyVeitch @Telstra @NBN_Australia You are on the best system already, why are you trying to change, they just changed coaxial cable over to NBN, my speed went from 145Mbps to 98Mbps, so they refund me $20 a month as I lost speed and they could not fix lol. Win for me I think.
