It should be investigated and people charged. I have a Vietnamese friend on a work visa who worked for a telecommunications company and now NBN. He often works from 7am to 9pm and in his first job he climbed those towers, often works weekends but never gets paid overtime!

@digipsychosis @robjsutton To take responsibility, this specific wide outage is on our networks, not NBN but we are working had to fix it and will learn from this to do all we can prevent anything similar in the future. Thanks so much for the support :) -Meg
