    It should be investigated and people charged. I have a Vietnamese friend on a work visa who worked for a telecommunications company and now NBN. He often works from 7am to 9pm and in his first job he climbed those towers, often works weekends but never gets paid overtime!

    @mickyj63 Yes, the NBN was just done this morning..they were great..our provider was recently "sold on" & when we called said they didn't work weekends!! (Was 'My Republic') Luckily our over the road neighbour works for the NBN & was a great help.

    Multiple elderly couples in the street have been without a basic phone service for 5 days, this in Sydney's east in 2023 is quite ridiculous. Every NBN level problem before this has been fixed within HOURS, including the entire network being knocked out by a construction mishap.

    @NBN_Australia Need some explanation on why it is the home owners responsibility to upgrade network cables when new estates built next to existing homes get brand new infrastructure. It is bizarre that the cost falls on home owners pre existing. Surely theres government support?

    @HellRid75490604 @Mayella09476043 @AlboMP Abbott and Turnbull crippled the network design. Even #nbn co went back to Scomo asking for more money to replace the LNP fttn with ALP fttp as the fttp was the only profitable part of the network
