    It should be investigated and people charged. I have a Vietnamese friend on a work visa who worked for a telecommunications company and now NBN. He often works from 7am to 9pm and in his first job he climbed those towers, often works weekends but never gets paid overtime!

    @VaniaHolt9 Problems we have now were, I believe, predicted. #LNP did not give us a solution but an expensive, problem ridden disaster. Apparently many LNP MP's have had proper fibre NBN installed costing the taxpayers $5,000 to $10,000 as their crap was not good enough for them.

    I had a scheduled service call this morning for a @Telstra tech to call come & fix my slow glitchy nbn broadband… I waited. No call. No visit. No message. I messaged & rang Telstra. I find out that (without any consultation) the appointment is now Friday arvo. 🥲Must do better.

    @NBN_Australia Already have, they said they can’t send to NBN for action because a stability profile has to monitor for 5 dropouts in 24 hours, so back to square 1.

    @roguetradar 1. Rudd massively underestimated the cost for FTTH. The reality is many people don’t want a backhoe to go through their yard to run fibre. The NBN call centres were flooded by people saying “why do I need this ****?”

    Of course as a retail customer of an NBN service we have no path to contact NBN for further assistance. Essentially at the mercy of 2 providers, neither willing to assist.

    @NBN_Australia This is fine for listed properties when their time comes. We lose service and the ability to work when it rains at the moment, what do you suggest we do now though? What if this were your livelihood?
