    It should be investigated and people charged. I have a Vietnamese friend on a work visa who worked for a telecommunications company and now NBN. He often works from 7am to 9pm and in his first job he climbed those towers, often works weekends but never gets paid overtime!

    @Willygc13Will @JimThom90458694 really ? $45 a month for the first 3 months and then $75 a month and its twice the speed of the NBN plus its never been down since ive had it. Ive been paying $78 a month and it goes down for a few hrs just about every single day with the NBN

    @showcallcrewing @NBN_Australia The wireless modem is worth the extra $10/month. I can work, kids are happy, wife can do her work, but says it is slow, but okay.

    No wifi today, we've had some electrical problems, mainly to do with the washing machine. That just means a relaxing Sunday of playing them games (now that the electricity is on). (NBN always takes a long time to recover.)

    @TTAlwaysWins NBN came and told me that it was my network, not the NBN. This is utter BS as the blue DSL light flashing has nothing to do with my network.

Write: “Installer jumped other jobs, took extra cash, destroyed my NBN infrastructure instead of installing Starlink properly and connecting devices. On top plan. Demand immediate fix, replacement hardware if needed, and investigation.” Not r e a l l y what I expected 2 bill periods in. One mobile phone connected. Arguing with grok about what’s possible and what isn’t.

    @NBN_Australia sure enough this problem still isn’t resolved. Outage page has been showing us as facing network degradation all week. Regular dropouts and slow connectivity. Will you ever fix this???

    My phone reception has been having issues, yesterday the nbn carked it and I got spat on (my bag) by someone in Footscray. I’ve ordered $60 worth of coffee this morning, had 2 long blacks and I’m about to walk the dog in the rain and go to a bathhouse this arvo.

    @MichaelRuyg yep, when they built the NBN fixed wireless tower, that carries optus and vodafone as well, it had a backup generator. then the tower got "upgraded" with 6 months of regular outages and then next power outage we discovered the backup generator and the ability to call 000 was gone
