    It should be investigated and people charged. I have a Vietnamese friend on a work visa who worked for a telecommunications company and now NBN. He often works from 7am to 9pm and in his first job he climbed those towers, often works weekends but never gets paid overtime!

    I should also mention that my housemate also works from home. I’ve called out internet provider multiple times and they have flagged the issue with NBN multiple times and we still haven’t heard a thing @NBN_Australia

    Bloody idiots called me to put the blame of their effing super slow nbn and non existent homeline on overuse , someone should be effing fired . Effing customer relations was supposed to ring me but hey the effing homeline is practically dead 💀

    Internet held out for PT session. But just. Still a bit sketchy with phone signal though. Optus managed to send me a text to say they’re working on it though - till 8th July… Never mind… I’m going on the NBN on July 4th. So no more hassles after that I hope
