    It should be investigated and people charged. I have a Vietnamese friend on a work visa who worked for a telecommunications company and now NBN. He often works from 7am to 9pm and in his first job he climbed those towers, often works weekends but never gets paid overtime!

    @Telstra for 5 days now we have been unable to watch Foxtel as our internet speed is 4.49 as per their consultant. We have contacted NBN who told us to contact Telstra. The person there said the problem is our modem which it is not. We need a solution please Telstra.

    @strangerous10 A lot of people forget the NBN was in part to shift the fixed broadband service monopoly from Telstra.

    Speed is latency. No satellite connection is "high speed" sick of the disinformation. Starlink is 20ms-40ms+ latency like mobile garbage is. NBN is a whopping 600ms latency. They need to keep this junk away from fibre areas where I get 2ms latency and have had since 2022.

    @1Alboforpm Considering Labor designed the NDIS, Libs and Labs together gave us the NBN, Libs and Labs the submarine fiasco? How's the tax on tobacco going in stopping smoking as opposed to feeding organised crime? Pot / kettle Their sudden growth will result in messes, poor communication and confusion between newly formed members but their sudden growth is do to the F up by these 2 major parties. Oh... and ...     All I want from an RSP is suitable communication on why the service cannot be connected, and the timeframe in which the condition stopping it from being connected resolved. How hard is it to get decent feedback from the NBN co processes.

    @OperationalInc1 Whenever the NBN low-earth orbit satelitte service kicks off (Amazon's burgeoning network), the backup should switch to that. Aside from some parts of inner Perth/Melb/Syd/Bris, all of the rail network is on the surface and will be able to uplink, I would have thought.

    @Celicagirl6 @johncurtin @VodafoneAU Thank you 🙏 Hope you also got connectivity back. My nbn was working. I was thinking of cancelling it & sticking with VodaFail coz nbn is too expensive. Thank God i didnt cancel it. I would have been left with no way to even verify if the problem was with my phone or VodaFail

    @NBN_Australia Another internet free night because you and Optus won't fix whatever makes our internet drop out regularly. FTTP in 2026 but we'd get better connection in South Sudan.
