    It should be investigated and people charged. I have a Vietnamese friend on a work visa who worked for a telecommunications company and now NBN. He often works from 7am to 9pm and in his first job he climbed those towers, often works weekends but never gets paid overtime!

    @BelongAU Feeling very helpless and frustrated. It has been 6 days of no internet and all i hear from belong is that we are still working on it .They cant explain what’s happening and the phone CS team sucks.just keep chasing and hoping a miracle will happen soon. #belongau #nbn

    @RaptorShadow @Wyld Then clients would call us and say "I never requested this? It says to just plug the modem in if I want to switch to NBN" implying there's a choice, but the modem they did - it would activate the billing with Telstra. Often spurred by preliminary discussions about conversion--

    Why does my @Aussie_BB / @NBN_Australia connection go down at the worst possible time. I'm in the midst of some online contract work AND have an online exam to do for Uni. Last time we had a big storm like last night the #nbn modem had to get replaced.

    @NBN_Australia Mate I work a service job. I ain’t getting a rush put on some poor bloke who works for NBN. I know what that’s like. Your management and company are a nightmare and they need to know it. Monopoly hiding behind Providers run like a mob racket.The Internet is a necessity these days

    @Telstra I need to end up my NBN service, as the contract should near the end, but I can't see my contract in nowhere, thus, never know when will the bill stop being sent to me.

    @NBN_Australia parramatta area have an outage going for last 3 days . It has not been resolved yet . This is impacting work for lots of people. When will it get resolved? Is there an ETA on this please
