    It should be investigated and people charged. I have a Vietnamese friend on a work visa who worked for a telecommunications company and now NBN. He often works from 7am to 9pm and in his first job he climbed those towers, often works weekends but never gets paid overtime!

    @Aussie_BB why is it easier to change NBN provider than to change my payment details? I get times are hard, but this is getting stupid. Use your sales teams to back up your support teams.

    @ExtremeTech No doubt, they'll base it off how Australia's National Broadband Network (NBN) offers up to 100/20Mbps as standard; using a mixture of existing technologies to connect residential premises etc. However, lower speeds are still available for premises that don't require 100/20Mbps.

    @Aussie_BB @plodskitv Spoke to soon it’s not working again inter is just really poor quality, you guys really need to sort nbn out iam sick of snail internet when my friends in the US have hundreds of gb of upload and download I can’t even get 5mbps upload 😡

    @LizGiuffre In regards to technical limitations, this is why a robust NBN was such a crucial investment and why FTTN was such a disappointment. 5G home Internet is starting to roll-out. Hopefully that can help with the blackspots that exist now.

    Love to get a notice of an NBN "scheduled outage" that starts in 10 minutes from now. Mind you, Monday's "scheduled outage" we got the notice 5 minutes after it started and it said a tech would be onsite in 2h. "Scheduled" hey

    @adriancantrill My NBN FTTN connection is not amazing. Upload times suck. And it's an infrastructure problem not specific to any one provider.

    @Telstra home NBN is the worst service provider I EVER had!!! Internet cuts out EVERY SINGLE DAY!!!! Never again!! F*&K TELSTRA!
