It should be investigated and people charged. I have a Vietnamese friend on a work visa who worked for a telecommunications company and now NBN. He often works from 7am to 9pm and in his first job he climbed those towers, often works weekends but never gets paid overtime!

@NBNCoLimited For the past few months your service is constantly running through outages. Running a business that relies stable connectivity is simply impossible with NBN being so unreliable. Unexplained outages after outages. Just not good enough.

@ReJennerating @TheAmberPicota You'll likely still get the runaround from NBN (because FTTN is just **** & they do their best to not upgrade or fix the lines) but at least Aussie gives you straight answers on all that & what your actual options are. & it's much easier to troubleshoot your connection with them

@ReJennerating @TheAmberPicota Of dropouts per day on the stability profile they can escalate it to NBN. Never got anywhere near that info from my old telco (they refused to do anything without putting me on a lock in contract or selling me a **** modem) It's refreshing to actually have helpful tech support

@NBN_Australia I’ve done this multiple times over the last 24 hours and there has been no change. “An unplanned incident is affecting the network” and “Planned maintenance: Next 10 days Nothing planned at this time” Ridiculous.
