It should be investigated and people charged. I have a Vietnamese friend on a work visa who worked for a telecommunications company and now NBN. He often works from 7am to 9pm and in his first job he climbed those towers, often works weekends but never gets paid overtime!

@NBN_Australia Dear NBN. For 3 months your "engineers" kept bouncing back replies back to iinet telling them my nbn was fine no issues from their end. For 3 months I had disconn a dozen times a day..iinet couldn't help because your engineers stonewalled. Guess what, it WAS you.

@MattCavanough @MikeCarlton01 Totally agree re TPG. Tried Optus but their customer service left a lot to be desired and it took them over a month to NOT connect my NBN. Looks like you’re hinting at Aussie Broadband whose CS is second to none except when Optus upgrade their towers to 5G - nothing for 8 weeks

@whoisricho Dont dictate to me champ i spent 3 months with 24h disconnections on my nbn with them playing around back and forth until it was found out it was their fault. You think im going to take kindly to anymore of their crap? Sorry no.

@NBN_Australia 3 months. Of 24h disconnections. 20 times a day. Or no internet at all. 12 weeks. Ripping my hair out. I had to go through TIO and BRRR. Also, customer "service" @iiNet provides is the biggest sham next to NBN providing capability. Fm an ex qdf mbr intimate with sigint and comms.

@MBongaloo @MikeCarlton01 @iiNet Agree. They were brilliant before then, but sent everything offshore. I had huge problems when I moved, and when I contacted their support centre was told I didn't have my account with them I had it with NBN 🙄

@NBN_Australia Thanks. Already contacted you guys and Optus, there's an alert that there's an issue in our area just no ETA on fixing which is fair on an Xmas weekend

You know what @NBN_Australia I take major offense at receiving a FINAL NOTICE (IN RED, VISIBLE) looking like an unpaid bill saying the property I will MOVE OUT OF by the time you start NBN here is forced to be connected. POOR FORM. #dontoweyoumoney

@lainieaquietoz @MikeCarlton01 Me too - I’ve had heaps of problems and had to go to Telecom Ombudsman to sort out - I’m still with them but I had to agree to a 2 year contract when I moved to NBN
