@ElleKnoxxxAu Hey Elle, all retail service providers run on the NBN's lines, so unless you're doing it through 4G or 5G,it's going to be through the NBN ultimately. I am very happy with the NBN where I am. Anyway, 500GB is pretty small if you are camming and streaming Netflix etc. I'd wait.

@Telstra been trying to call Telstra for over a week as nbn is now available & i want to speak to an actual person & no one in your messaging service can help. What number does a customer for over 40 yrs have to call to get some answers or do I just switch to @AussieBroadband

@NBN_Australia Umm no, @NBN_Australia. That’s not what I asked you. My question is: why isn’t your network hardware protected by UPS and backup power supplies? This is data center 101 stuff.
Why when i call the NBN do i have to sit on hold for an hour or more.. No information as to how long the queue is, just the same old tune.. Maybe Brad Whitcomb who is the Chief Customer Service could respond and explain why #bradleywhitcomb #NBNco
@_ClaireConnelly @deniseshrivell Government + Modern Technology = Fail + $$ wasted. NBN the pinnacle of fails + $$$$ to fix. COVIDSafe, meh? In my health sector I’ve seen this happen again and again and again. Databases rolled out without the ability to use the data. Nice ideas but... cannot deliver the goods.
@superloopnet @NBN_Australia There is one in members area today, but it is literally the first time ever there has been one. And it wasn't there earlier today. And there certainly wasn't anything in the scheduled section yesterday either. Considering we are having go work from home. Poor form
@superloopnet @NBN_Australia I get my bills no problem! But have never recieved email or members notification of disruptions. Or even when you have a network disruption. You need to do better. And no they aren't in my spam folder either.
