The 7th @NBN_Australia tech has left without fixing the TAPS. He let me hear the support call to NBN. NBN wants a report that the TAP has failed. An intermittent failure is not accepted. WOW. The tech was so frustrated so he sent me documents for TIO case.

@NBN_Australia Hey @Energex are you responsible for the 32hr+ & counting NBN outage in West Burleigh/Tallebudgera area on the Gold Coast? @NBN_Australia is blaming you. Businesses & houses don't seem to have had any power issues in the past 48hrs.

@NBN_Australia Technician came out today (right on the dot of 1pm which was impressive) and after fixing a connection down the street speed is back to normal.👍

Gee @NBN_Australia 21hr "we are investigating a unplanned power outage" in West Burleigh? What's going on? When's the ETA? Maybe replace your marketing/comms team with actually techs?

@NBN_Australia how do I send a complaint? The NBN Complaint Management Document says call 1800 687 626 but there isn't a complaints option. The other option is via Contact Us webpage, but there's no info there. How does one make a general complaint about NBN?

@NBN_Australia Thanks Sarah! I find it hard to believe that a $100b company doesn't have a business continuity plan or SLA's with suppliers? 27hrs later, no update apart from investigating a power outage? Pretty crap for any organisation, let alone a large one

@NBN_Australia @Pepti_ Providers get just as ****** at NBN Co as we consumers do. Your customer service is woeful, you repeatedly deny there are issues when there clearly are and you charge top dollar. It seems NBN Co very much operate under a #ScottyFromMarketing ethos…. 🤮🤬
