Netflix was already in popular use in Australia when the Coalition made the decision to cripple the NBN and everyone was saying at the time that streaming TV would become the dominant platform. ABC's own iView service was launched in 2008.

    Terrible mistake from @Optus - they made us @TwoTalesCafe switch to NBN last week and changed our number without telling us and we’ve only just found out - really crappy stuff for a long weekend when people will call us to find out if we’re open!!!! Sort it out @Optus

    Have been with Telstra since 1972-have not had a problem. Now on NBN, still with Telstra- have low needs - fixed cost $88.00 per month - all local landline & mobile calls free. Suits me down to the ground.

    Thanks @Optus after messing up my address on a NBN order I'm waiting over 3 hours to get through to someone to get the address fixed. Funnily enough they can't see what the problem is!!

    still no internet - how long do I have to wait for @Optus to sort it’s operation out. After feeling pushed to switch to nbn within a few months rather than the allowed 18 months, a stuff up with connection dates and now no internet. Rubbish effort Optus. Truly awful

    Love it when my internet cuts out and it the nbn not the Wi-Fi modem so I can't just turn it off and on again to fix it 😒

    @Telstra Well what do you know @NBN_Australia finally click over to 85Mbps....did I spend countless hours to resolve the fact that #telstra “forgot” to flick the switch on my account...why did it have to come to a #complaint
