    @abc730 @geoff__thompson The premise of this article is flawed. Netflix was already in popular use in Australia when the Coalition made the decision to cripple the NBN and everyone was saying at the time that streaming TV would become the dominant platform. ABC's own iView service was launched in 2008.

    Yay, NBN issues. Two neighbours (with different RSPs) also having issues. Nearly 3 hours after the outage started, @NBN_Australia still don't know about it (or haven't acknowledged it in their outages listing)

    @NBN_Australia I can see there are reports from the same area about other providers. So it is not my provider's issue alone. How about getting on with it instead of passing the buck!

    @BelongAU Internet down since early this morning and no reply from support. NBN says there are no outages in my area so a reply and fix would be nice.

    @abcnews "Starlink's performance is "significantly better" than NBN Co's satellite service, according to a telecommunications analyst". More like Starlink blows Sky Muster out of the water, and that's with only a small number of total satellites launched so far 😳

    @scibidoo The NBN Co is currently experiencing a small unplanned network outage at your location affecting 40+ customers. The NBN Co will dispatch an on-site technician today for restoration. No estimated time of restoration (ETR) yet. -Mc

    I was going to stream tonight but suddenly my internet went down and I can't seem to get it back - maybe an nbn issue. Really sorry everyone!! Hopefully tomorrow it's back

    @NBN_Australia a technician of yours came today to try and fix an issue but has caused 100times more problems... instead of having stable internet for 2 days.. I disconnect every 15 minutes... ughhhh 2nd time this has happened

    @BelongAU hey Guys what’s the deal with NBN outages? NBN say the service provider is to give alerts but I’ve never received one from belong. I literally have an outage every fortnight, it’s ridiculous. What’s the deal?
