Just tried calling @3AW693 & @TJch9 about the NBN. Yet another rant about how it’s bad, again I tried to say how it’s wonderful if you have @AustralianLabor’s NBN (FTTP). Again bumped after being told I was next for 20 minutes. They put in footy show calls to drop me. #bias

@Ozzytourer @NBN_Australia There were problems with the NBN at 2 junction boxes. He fixed them and I had internet for the first time in a week. This modem is only a little over a year old.

@whatsler @NBN_Australia Yes, but NBN send me texts. When I reply they don't answer me. They can't have it both ways. They make appointments with that they don't keep and don't let me know. They are a major disappointment. And frankly they are just rude.

The @NBN_Australia technician fixed my internet, He said he couldn't do anything about the terrible speed I get but said I shouldn't get any more dropouts. It's only dropped out twice this afternoon. Perhaps out of habit?

@RichardKGrump @NBN_Australia I let him take control of my computer from his end, and he works his magic, with no cost involved at all. The last time was just a few weeks ago, I told him all the symptons and he said I needed a new computer screen. Low and behold, we got a new one and no more problems.

@IMO41725414 @SpaceX FYI...starlink has been an "all-weather" friend, no problems at all this whole year. NBN don't compare at all and 138aud ain't steep at all for an unlimited data package
