Just tried calling @3AW693 & @TJch9 about the NBN. Yet another rant about how it’s bad, again I tried to say how it’s wonderful if you have @AustralianLabor’s NBN (FTTP). Again bumped after being told I was next for 20 minutes. They put in footy show calls to drop me. #bias

@cameronwilson Read with interest the sentence about copper legacy being a throttle at the moment. I'm not an network infrastructure engineer so bit confused. What legacy? FTTN copper or we talking non NBN services (eg: ADSL) that haven't been connected yet on same NBN network?

@Aussie_BB I understand that, however, my relationship is with you, not NBN. They are your supplier not mine. Two weeks in a row we've had "scheduled" outages where I got your notification just as the outage began. This doesn't meet a reasonable threshold of good customer comms

@Optus - get a letter telling me I am entitled to Compensation from NBN service failures in 2019. Waste time calling - 3rd time - "technical issues use webchat"- get "As checked on the account here there is no any notification sent with regards to $xxxand the NBN service" #FAIL

@FinancialReview Complete? If by replacing a fully functioning HFC network with an inferior one and slapping the NBN logo on it means it is complete, then obviously it is complete. + until every ADSL/dial up customer transfers to NBN, but can't (there are plenty) it's not complete.

Dealing with @telstra has been the most farcical experience from a customer service perspective to get a NBN line reconnected. Taken us 3 months to do after disconnection without warning #liftyourgame

@NBN_Australia cancels appointment to connect our internet for the 2nd time. If they do finally get here in January it will be 3 months of explaining to them and @telstra that we also have no phone signal here and are up **** creek.

@NBN_Australia I’ve already lodged a fault and have an appointment, but its terrible that one contractor working on one property can break another property. This is the 2nd time its happened to us in under 18 months.

nbn came early, said the problem is with the modem not the lines but the internet provider says it’s the lines so uhh, anyway the new modem hopefully will be coming today, otherwise probably won’t be here til monday and i can’t go another week like this
