Just tried calling @3AW693 & @TJch9 about the NBN. Yet another rant about how it’s bad, again I tried to say how it’s wonderful if you have @AustralianLabor’s NBN (FTTP). Again bumped after being told I was next for 20 minutes. They put in footy show calls to drop me. #bias

@NBN_Australia storm took out my nbn box yesterday. Iinet arranged an nbn tech to replace or fix today, but apparently all work on hold now? They can drop the box at my front door if they want? Merry f'ing Xmas

@doubWRLD Damn in aus for years we had terrible internet, I'd always be watching youtube on 480p but since they introduced NBN, it's made people's internet even worse but for me it got better cause they installed a nbn poll right near my house 😭 wish y'all could get it

Surely @Optus takes the crown for that worst CS in Aust. - ordered service 3wks ago - they cancel wrong account - tell me NBN connected ..it’s not - they send me out 3 NBN boxes - spent >8hrs on the phone - still no NBN or wifi so **** don’t even have a customer complaint No. 🤬

Today's electrical storm power surged our house and fried the NBN box, meaning we can't access the internet. Telstra can't come out and fix it until Monday. MERRY CHRISTMAS TO US 🥲
