Just tried calling @3AW693 & @TJch9 about the NBN. Yet another rant about how it’s bad, again I tried to say how it’s wonderful if you have @AustralianLabor’s NBN (FTTP). Again bumped after being told I was next for 20 minutes. They put in footy show calls to drop me. #bias

@NBN_Australia any progress in noticing the packetloss for the albury POI I've done all the tests I can possibly do for @Aussie_BB to submit a fault to the NBN to get this fixed but nothings happened. I even signed up to the trial of @launtel to make sure it wasn't an isp issue.

@NBN_Australia I can see there are reports from the same area about other providers. So it is not my provider's issue alone. How about getting on with it instead of passing the buck!

These dropouts from @DodoAustralia would occur every second day and last from 8pm until around 8am. After 8 Support Tickets raised and 12 calls to the Mumbai call centre, I am still getting these issue and no support from Dodo. They blame @NBN_Australia, the modem or whatever. /2

@DrKate_Miller My hesitation was never about the system itself, it promises good things, it was the government behind it and their woeful history with anything IT related. From CensusFail to RoboDebt and even their reworking of the NBN they should never be allowed near anything digital.

I've also just paid my bill for the month (billing is the 8th), do I even get a refund for that? Or the difference between nbn and 4g plans that I was paying? Support said I was receiving constant emails and texts telling me of 4g, but I received nothing! Only my bill each month

🧵A THREAD about @DodoAustralia. Proof Australia's Internet and @NBN_Australia has failed. Dating back to October I was having issues with @VocusComm's Dodo Internet. After a couple years of the service working fine albeit very slow. I was starting to get continuous dropouts. /1

@abcnews "Starlink's performance is "significantly better" than NBN Co's satellite service, according to a telecommunications analyst". More like Starlink blows Sky Muster out of the water, and that's with only a small number of total satellites launched so far 😳
