I predict in a matter of weeks anyone who voted down labor and their NBN will be complaining when 24 million people try to access Netflix, stan, YouTube and pornhub at 11.45 in the morning.

We all know that is exactly why Murky wanted NBN slowed down. Cut out the competition of Foxtel!

  • platykitten Lorraine Paul (@platykitten) reported from Long Forest, State of Victoria

The bastards rang me saying they were NBN. We all know what shit that is! Luckily, I woke up, just, before they got anything - Lucky escape.

  • EmergencyBK Emergency&BushfireKits (@EmergencyBK) reported from Dales Creek, State of Victoria

@LotL20 Not at all, w/ cable, satellite & wireless NBN, dial up & mobile networks, there’s zero reasons by now that everyone shouldn’t have access. Gov. prioritising electorates with denser populations i.e. more votes, rather than equal distribution of service, as promised a decade ago.

Just tried calling @3AW693 & @TJch9 about the NBN. Yet another rant about how it’s bad, again I tried to say how it’s wonderful if you have @AustralianLabor’s NBN (FTTP). Again bumped after being told I was next for 20 minutes. They put in footy show calls to drop me. #bias

Of all days for @Foxtel /nbn to be down it’s the first super Saturday of the year!! Better be back on by 3 😩

  • traceyo_71 Tracey Oorschot (@traceyo_71) reported from Central Coast, State of New South Wales

@MeganLeePhD Had that experience due to lack of NBN, resorting to hotspotting. Its been a critical service for awhile now. Pity so many still lack either a service or a quality service

  • RuncibleH Captain Nemo's Left Sock. GSPs rock.🐕 💉💉 (@RuncibleH) reported

The good news is that after the dry day yesterday my NBN line speed has risen from 800Kb/s to 2.4Mb/s. The bad news is that it has started raining again. 😒

  • pauldutton1968 Paul Dutton - Kali Mukwarra Barkindji (@pauldutton1968) reported

So the National Farmers Federation gets a contract for #NBN Like Geezuz frig. They couldn’t get any worse. Ruined a quality digital internet delivery service and now let this mob provide tech support. #Auspol

  • block_spam_au Spam Blocker AU (@block_spam_au) reported

Frustrating phone call today from +61 4 1353 6465 Scammer saying my NBN service was slow. Person on other end was rude and pushing me to go to a speed test site and when confronted with a fast speed result abused me then hung up. Total scam! #scam #spam

  • techmaster7032 Techmaster7032 (@techmaster7032) reported

@DestinyTheGame You really should have something that spams @Telstra the network error messages I get cause my issues are something I can’t fix. I’m not the ******* service provider who promised better service with the NBN yet it just feels like the same old ****.

  • yvonnewallbank yvonnewallbank (@yvonnewallbank) reported

@ScottRhodie @NBN_Australia If they don't change it, they can ignore those problems. Also, the more you solve the more calls you will get.

  • Nolongerscot Somelifeformswillsurviveus (@Nolongerscot) reported

@hula_grl @Darthspoog Resilience is a system attribute. We have broken systems designed to let for profit operators in. Fragility and unreliability built in by design eg NBN, social support, even current building regs and appalling flood plain devlp plans. No risk margin, no contingency allowance.

  • NotWithoutFuss Liam (@NotWithoutFuss) reported

New wrinkle: further inspection shows internet speed has dropped from 50mbps to 4 with no observable in-network cause. What is even happening. Are NBN/TPG shenanigans behind all of this?

  • beestingbanter Bee Stings (@beestingbanter) reported

@Pandamonium_V @Optus @NBN_Australia Nice play sending texts to customers if they need flood support then if they call...surprise...it's a sales line... Flood support
