Just tried calling @3AW693 & @TJch9 about the NBN. Yet another rant about how it’s bad, again I tried to say how it’s wonderful if you have @AustralianLabor’s NBN (FTTP). Again bumped after being told I was next for 20 minutes. They put in footy show calls to drop me. #bias

  • EmergencyBK Emergency&BushfireKits (@EmergencyBK) reported from Dales Creek, State of Victoria

@LotL20 Not at all, w/ cable, satellite & wireless NBN, dial up & mobile networks, there’s zero reasons by now that everyone shouldn’t have access. Gov. prioritising electorates with denser populations i.e. more votes, rather than equal distribution of service, as promised a decade ago.

  • platykitten Lorraine Paul (@platykitten) reported from Long Forest, State of Victoria

We all know that is exactly why Murky wanted NBN slowed down. Cut out the competition of Foxtel!

  • sportingphotos Sporting Photos (@sportingphotos) reported from Long Forest, State of Victoria

I predict in a matter of weeks anyone who voted down labor and their NBN will be complaining when 24 million people try to access Netflix, stan, YouTube and pornhub at 11.45 in the morning.

The bastards rang me saying they were NBN. We all know what shit that is! Luckily, I woke up, just, before they got anything - Lucky escape.

  • EmergencyBK Emergency&BushfireKits (@EmergencyBK) reported from Dales Creek, State of Victoria

@davidbewart @nefreus Add to that, latest ABS data (Mar2020) shows 2.5 mill Australians are not online; affordability issues, access/location or lack of digital literacy. 10% of Aussies, no internet, let alone slow internet Successive Govs & NBN failures for an essential service, not a luxury#auspol

@noplaceforsheep One can never be sure. That’s the problem for me. I have no faith or respect for his decisions. He operates through the prism of his “religion” and his personal advantage (as do so many in this government). Hard to watch. Green Energy would be thriving NBN FTTH, decent NDIS etc.

  • homebrandcola Lt Cmdr Timmy (@homebrandcola) reported

The problem is when nbn look at it they see a connection and think the link is good and there is traffic. But I don't have anything plugged into my NTD… 6/n

  • marcuskelson marcus kelson (@marcuskelson) reported

Right well I’m at the pool for a longish one I’m thinking and this afternoon an NBN technician comes around to fix my internet and l will be talking to a real live person and promise to appear normal.

  • Bradley98592178 Bradley (@Bradley98592178) reported

@BelongAU don't tell me to DM you, tell me and everyone here whats actually wrong and when it will be resolved. no issues on NBN, no Issues with your parent company @Telstra ... just you.

  • toomanyducks_ Dan Goodes (@toomanyducks_) reported

@safeAreaInsets @Aussie_BB Aussie’s NBN has been rock solid, to be sure. I never had an issue with speed on iiNet, but.. iiNet. Unfortunately once you eliminate pre-paid from the options, the market for Telstra-based MVNOs is limited basically to subsidiaries of Telstra. 😔

  • tam_ieka Tamieka (@tam_ieka) reported

@dogheartll The NBN guys still outside and if I go pee now what if they knock on the door just as a sit down??? I gotta wait until they leave now.

  • StrangeSalad3 Sergio Cediel (@StrangeSalad3) reported

@BelongAU any ETA for fixing the NBN issues around Sydney? You couldn’t choose a better time for this outage #LockDown

  • FionaPearman Fiona Pearman (@FionaPearman) reported

@NBN_Australia There was an NBN outage on Sunday - our provider advised us of this. Apparently over 500 homes. it was rectified on Sunday afternoon - we received a visit from an NBN technician who identified a problem then

  • happysillypiggy Rick (@happysillypiggy) reported

@RyanPark_Keira @LnM_1619 He’s in lockdown and only has NBN fibre to the node connected to a copper cable instead of a real fibre internet service to the home.

  • mariasofi 💧Maria Sofi (@mariasofi) reported

@AngelaKorras True... This current Sydney lockdown has totally thrown me for a loop on top of which I woke to NBN turning footpath and all grass verges into a quagmire in front of my house. Mud everywhere, all grass gone. The foreman better fix it - I was NOT impressed! grrrr...
