Just tried calling @3AW693 & @TJch9 about the NBN. Yet another rant about how it’s bad, again I tried to say how it’s wonderful if you have @AustralianLabor’s NBN (FTTP). Again bumped after being told I was next for 20 minutes. They put in footy show calls to drop me. #bias

@TPG_Telecom I live in Petersham and on the trial 5g network the speed is worse than dial up modem. Never experienced such bad connect before on nbn. Your website give. I details of 5g outage, what is the problem!?

@Borgus17 rectify speed issues or advise your nbn connection has been ‘hacked’ or is not secure. Unless you have spoken specifically to your service provider recently regarding any speed or performance-related issues you shouldn't be receiving these calls. 2/3

It’s now 2 hours since Telstra rang to restore internet service, which was suspended because they hadn’t actioned application to migrate to NBN. Their stuff up: no internet for 48 hours, no warning. 3 calls, 1st dropped out after 20 minutes, 2nd after 55. Current call 51 minutes.
