@LotL20 Not at all, w/ cable, satellite & wireless NBN, dial up & mobile networks, there’s zero reasons by now that everyone shouldn’t have access. Gov. prioritising electorates with denser populations i.e. more votes, rather than equal distribution of service, as promised a decade ago.

  • sportingphotos Sporting Photos (@sportingphotos) reported from Long Forest, State of Victoria

Just tried calling @3AW693 & @TJch9 about the NBN. Yet another rant about how it’s bad, again I tried to say how it’s wonderful if you have @AustralianLabor’s NBN (FTTP). Again bumped after being told I was next for 20 minutes. They put in footy show calls to drop me. #bias

  • platykitten Lorraine Paul (@platykitten) reported from Long Forest, State of Victoria

The bastards rang me saying they were NBN. We all know what shit that is! Luckily, I woke up, just, before they got anything - Lucky escape.

  • sportingphotos Sporting Photos (@sportingphotos) reported from Long Forest, State of Victoria

I predict in a matter of weeks anyone who voted down labor and their NBN will be complaining when 24 million people try to access Netflix, stan, YouTube and pornhub at 11.45 in the morning.

  • EmergencyBK Emergency&BushfireKits (@EmergencyBK) reported from Dales Creek, State of Victoria

@davidbewart @nefreus Add to that, latest ABS data (Mar2020) shows 2.5 mill Australians are not online; affordability issues, access/location or lack of digital literacy. 10% of Aussies, no internet, let alone slow internet Successive Govs & NBN failures for an essential service, not a luxury#auspol

  • platykitten Lorraine Paul (@platykitten) reported from Long Forest, State of Victoria

We all know that is exactly why Murky wanted NBN slowed down. Cut out the competition of Foxtel!

@TPG_Telecom Is there any NBN outage in Box Hill area?

  • Aussietranstara Tara #SaveSense8 #doublevaxxed 20/9/21 (@Aussietranstara) reported

@NBN_Australia in one of your post to me you suggested I look at FTTC, what you fail to understand is NSW government is saving several thousand dollars a year from my wife working from home. How much money have public servants coughed up to keep vital services operating

  • pedromonque Pedro Monque (@pedromonque) reported

@NewBooksNetwork Is NBN down? I can’t seem to access it from Apple Podcasts or Player FM.

  • moylecroft Matthew Moyle-Croft (@moylecroft) reported

@NBN_Australia The issue is you have no batteries to backup your infrastructure. I know exactly the problem. It’s you cheaped out and so have increased unreliability

  • JoniMeenagh Dr Joni Monsta 🧛🏻‍♀️🧟‍♀️😼 (@JoniMeenagh) reported

Our power’s back on, but the NBN got knocked out by lightning last night. A tree has partially fallen onto a house down the street. Lots of stuff has been blown around. The weather really has some other ideas about reopening!

  • flickybean jordy (@flickybean) reported

@NBN_Australia your outage status page is absolutely useless, always says no outage when there’s clearly an outage. There’s also no way to report that “hey I have an outage actually”

  • deeetee30 Deanna Teeee (@deeetee30) reported

@Green_Girl100 @DaveMilbo The NBN outage apocalypse. The worst kind.

  • jvedmond Johanna Edmond (@jvedmond) reported

@CaseyBriggs Have they tried streaming on Facebook? Or is it the NBN that’s the problem?

  • paulkniest Paul Kniest 💉💉 (@paulkniest) reported

@helendalton22 What the streaming demonstrates Is Australia’s poor connectivity thanks to @TurnbullMalcolm ‘s half arsed hybrid NBN. Ironically NBN Co now retrofitting fibre to the premises in area where they initially installed fibre to curb.
