Just tried calling @3AW693 & @TJch9 about the NBN. Yet another rant about how it’s bad, again I tried to say how it’s wonderful if you have @AustralianLabor’s NBN (FTTP). Again bumped after being told I was next for 20 minutes. They put in footy show calls to drop me. #bias

@HbAlpaca @Telstra My Telstra Techie didn’t read work order & now I have no internet for up to 3 weeks. He also took the nbn box to fix the issue quicker. I gave techie ID# to Telstra business & their system doesn’t enable them to contact him. @andy_penn = not a leader #TelstraWorseThanCovid

My internet keeps dropping out for a second or so. It’s not much but it’s enough to boot me from Destiny and stop my stream. Both streams back I’ve had to end early because of the internet. It’s dropped 7 times now in 4 minutes. No issues on Telstra end so I have to wait for NBN

Talking to a rusted on LNP voter who was complaining about the NBN than complained about the Chinese Govt on port Darwin. I asked, what party did you vote again? Couldn’t really see the correlation. Pity there is no god to help us #auspol

@DaveMilbo @TheJunglist My NBN is shocking it fluctuates from 3Mbps to 29Mbps and even with the Universal Service Guarantee @NBN_Australia refuses to do anything unless I am willing to pay for it.

@Telstra You're cutting off my copper line for NBN install, leaving me helpless in bushfires and blackouts. Yet no call centres are open, no one will help! Is that our choice in regional areas - internet or phone but not both? No mobile here either ...

@NBN_Australia They’re not allowed to test your lines, so I have to wait for one of your techs to find the time to come out and test. No issues on Telstras end. They’ve checked multiple times over the last couple of months.

@ACTINOSProject @Optus Same here 4G broadband and mobile service. I live in inner city Melbourne but still no NBN. TBH I'm waiting for 5G to rollout before NBN

@Optus Asked to upgrade my old modem to this one and was told I had to cancel my current nbn plan and re sign up to the more expensive one. Sucks. I've been a loyal customer for many years

@Telstra NBN wasn't down on the 3rd or the 4th but I had received a text message saying it would be which is a bit odd
