Just tried calling @3AW693 & @TJch9 about the NBN. Yet another rant about how it’s bad, again I tried to say how it’s wonderful if you have @AustralianLabor’s NBN (FTTP). Again bumped after being told I was next for 20 minutes. They put in footy show calls to drop me. #bias

Every time it rains the internet slows, Labor fix the NBN as an election promise. Like everything the LNP it’s half baked, valued added to its supporter and inept like a slow NBN

@Telstra No idea. New black one July 2021. Lots of issues already. Needed another black box & reprogrammed by Telstra Tech. Why are outages not listed on your site? I can’t do pays this week and 4 days seems like a major problem with nbn. Can’t invoice can’t email docs to clients.

In Rydalmere no nbn today 1:30 to 4:30pm due to rain??Telstra nbn faults says I t is nbn issue so they can’t update their website with details. Neighbours are out as well. Very hard to run a business under last century conditions

@DodoAustralia Eric has fixed our internet for now, however all of the @NBN_Australia services on our street are going to fail because the cable joins are all corroded. Hopefully Eric relayed this back to NBN so they can come out and re-splice all of the cable pairs in our pit.

had no insulation and was exposed to water for some years. So everyone serviced from that pit are facing the same issues. NBN may I suggest you do yearly inspections of your hardware to improve network performance.
