  • EmergencyBK 🍩Emergency&BushfireKits (@EmergencyBK) reported from Dales Creek, State of Victoria

@PeterJamesRoth6 @PeterDutton_MP Yep, there were definite technical issues from the websites end first few days, then also just a clunky government designed site. I had no problems signing, but think I was ~1,500th signature, before site started crashing. No doubt poor NBN/internet doesn’t help 👍

  • platykitten Lorraine Paul (@platykitten) reported from Long Forest, State of Victoria

We all know that is exactly why Murky wanted NBN slowed down. Cut out the competition of Foxtel!

  • rjo71342 ray johnson #cyberBRUTE SIMMO CONQUERER (@rjo71342) reported from Long Forest, State of Victoria

    @AhillfromOZ @PhantomLaneFour @nbn @TeslaGong @sydney_ev @TeslaStraya @_TeslaTom @DrSallyL Try it first see what happens on the mobile network

The bastards rang me saying they were NBN. We all know what shit that is! Luckily, I woke up, just, before they got anything - Lucky escape.

  • sportingphotos Sporting Photos (@sportingphotos) reported from Long Forest, State of Victoria

Just tried calling @3AW693 & @TJch9 about the NBN. Yet another rant about how it’s bad, again I tried to say how it’s wonderful if you have @AustralianLabor’s NBN (FTTP). Again bumped after being told I was next for 20 minutes. They put in footy show calls to drop me. #bias

  • EmergencyBK Emergency&BushfireKits (@EmergencyBK) reported from Dales Creek, State of Victoria

@LotL20 Not at all, w/ cable, satellite & wireless NBN, dial up & mobile networks, there’s zero reasons by now that everyone shouldn’t have access. Gov. prioritising electorates with denser populations i.e. more votes, rather than equal distribution of service, as promised a decade ago.

  • EmergencyBK Emergency&BushfireKits (@EmergencyBK) reported from Dales Creek, State of Victoria

@davidbewart @nefreus Add to that, latest ABS data (Mar2020) shows 2.5 mill Australians are not online; affordability issues, access/location or lack of digital literacy. 10% of Aussies, no internet, let alone slow internet Successive Govs & NBN failures for an essential service, not a luxury#auspol

  • sportingphotos Sporting Photos (@sportingphotos) reported from Long Forest, State of Victoria

I predict in a matter of weeks anyone who voted down labor and their NBN will be complaining when 24 million people try to access Netflix, stan, YouTube and pornhub at 11.45 in the morning.

NBN Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • Loeysmob Kylie - time to move home :( (@Loeysmob) reported

All they could say as sorry, oops. Never had such bad service from a provider before. So much for the NBN to be finished it's roll out. No idea how long we will have to wait for a technician to come out to the home. They couldn't tell us. #angryworker #nbnco @NBN_Australia

  • eezywerns Ian Werner (@eezywerns) reported

@Senator_Patrick @drkerrynphelps Well the Libs ****** up the NBN big time. These subs were always going to be a **** up. Now it’s getting just stupidly so. Couldn’t run a footy club chook raffle these useless bastards.

  • TPG_Telecom TPG (@TPG_Telecom) reported

@IanRoyall Hi Ian, since the order to upgrade your ADSL to the NBN service is already in progress, the disconnection will be postponed as the preparations are already set. We understand that the installation has been set and updates will be given once available. -Basil

  • iQ_S4R4 🎗Sara 🍀 (@iQ_S4R4) reported

@Telstra Reason this didn’t get fixed is coz @Telstra & @NBN_Australia are too busy pointing fingers at each other. NBN roll out is the worst thing that happened to internet in Aus & Telstra is stuck with that but Telstra also has no issue charging arm & a leg for non existent service.

  • mickandlozzie mickandlozzie@gmail. (@mickandlozzie) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

@Telstra so 2hrs on the phone, get disconnected and no one calls me back. My service transition to NBN has been handled terribly. I need my broadband service back on please

  • DebraBondDesign Debra Bond Designs (@DebraBondDesign) reported

@NBN_Australia Apparently the reason for the cancellation was that they couldn’t make it, which seems very far fetched considering they made it to our next door neighbour’s house to fix their NBN. I’m sure you can understand why I’m beyond frustrated!

  • anitranot anitranot (@anitranot) reported

@jasondowns joke right? the NBN guy today told us the problem with ours is upstream and the node-thingie is broken but they won't be replacing it because it costs 5K.

  • CarlDavis3197 Carl Davis (@CarlDavis3197) reported

@samanthamaiden They get you to download remote software to help fix your bad NBN. Once loaded they can do whatever they like on your device, had approx 40 of these last year.

  • ListenOnly2Me listen2me (@ListenOnly2Me) reported

@NBN_Australia @michelwo Seems a lot in Balmain went down. ... at the same time. Then back up ... at the same time. I suspect nbn rolled out a firmware that was faulty then rolled it back.

  • mewnz Pete Muney (@mewnz) reported

It really rubs my rhubarb when @NBN_Australia makes me take 4 hours off work to stay at home for a broken appointment.
