    Just tried calling @3AW693 & @TJch9 about the NBN. Yet another rant about how it’s bad, again I tried to say how it’s wonderful if you have @AustralianLabor’s NBN (FTTP). Again bumped after being told I was next for 20 minutes. They put in footy show calls to drop me. #bias

    @micwoodward Hi Michael, The NBN box does need to be specifically registered to the Address and service to work properly. I would recommend speaking with the sales team on 1300 880 905 to see if they are able to help get the service reactivated with that box and confirm the details - Adam

    @Telstra How do I get assistance with my NBN issues. You said I would get a technician. NBN have told me that won’t happen. You will not connect me via telephone and you just keep people waiting on your App chat with no answer to questions How do I get help?

    @BelongAU I placed an order for nbn broadband on the 9th of January 2021, router was delivered a day early and everything looked all set for activation on the 29th of January... Several emails later I still have no service or feedback.
