I predict in a matter of weeks anyone who voted down labor and their NBN will be complaining when 24 million people try to access Netflix, stan, YouTube and pornhub at 11.45 in the morning.

Just tried calling @3AW693 & @TJch9 about the NBN. Yet another rant about how it’s bad, again I tried to say how it’s wonderful if you have @AustralianLabor’s NBN (FTTP). Again bumped after being told I was next for 20 minutes. They put in footy show calls to drop me. #bias

@Telstra An uninterrupted nbn connection, unbeatable team of mates and unparallelled reaction time.. shame I'm still working on the reaction time but 2 out of 3 ain't bad

  • aussiebigblue bigblue (@aussiebigblue) reported

@vincent13031925 Starlink is only viable in Australia for people living in areas where high speed internet connectivity is either too expensive, unreliable or not available! Starlink - $800+ up front, then $130 pm! e.g. my High speed (NBN 100mb/10mb) service is $65 pm!

  • Steen_Dr Jason Steen (@Steen_Dr) reported

hey @NBN_Australia, can anyone explain why my fttc box occasionally (every 2 weeks or so) needs a hard power cycle to work again. internet drops, however all 4 lights stay blue. Only solution is powercycle the nbn box. cycling @TPG_Telecom modem does nothing. Is this common?

  • TPG_Telecom TPG (@TPG_Telecom) reported

@Steen_Dr At the moment, we are unable to identify what's causing your issue as we're not detecting any fault. You may try doing a hard reset on your NBN Box to refresh it to see if this will help with your issue. 1/2 -Mel

@seamusmateus Hey, severe weather conditions as a result of Tropical Cyclone Seroja has caused damage to the backup power supply at the Satellite Earth Station (SES) in Geraldton, WA. This has caused an outage to some customers on the nbn™ network who are serviced by the Geraldton SES. 1/4

@NBN_Australia what number should I call when NBN fail to turn up at confirmed half day window and don't have the courtesy to use my number?

  • DianaKDrury Diana Drury (@DianaKDrury) reported

20 units in my complex. Only mine has an issue. 2 weeks with no internet and significantly affecting my ability to do my job and we have always had bad 4g. Initial remediation date of last week but @NBN_Australia hasn't been able to give more than "its not fixed yet". Brilliant

  • uki2484 Michael Gledhill (@uki2484) reported

@VickiPlatt5 Was thinking the exact same thing this morning. Beyond tasteless. Nearly as bad as NBN workers shoving cables down a manhole. Where are they actually shoving it to ?

  • NBN_Australia nbn™ Australia (@NBN_Australia) reported

@NBN_Australia Did you even read my tweet? It has nothing to do with Telstra or their service and everything to do with you guys giving rural australia no upgrades to the infastructure. My node is 1km away and it's on old copper wire. Nothing they can do about it.
