Just tried calling @3AW693 & @TJch9 about the NBN. Yet another rant about how it’s bad, again I tried to say how it’s wonderful if you have @AustralianLabor’s NBN (FTTP). Again bumped after being told I was next for 20 minutes. They put in footy show calls to drop me. #bias

I predict in a matter of weeks anyone who voted down labor and their NBN will be complaining when 24 million people try to access Netflix, stan, YouTube and pornhub at 11.45 in the morning.

Six week NBN problem looks like finally fixed. And of course it was what I always knew it would be. But it takes that long for a) provider to raise problem with NBN, B) NBN to cancel it, C) work with provider to prove it, D) NBN to come and fix it. NBN is a third world mess.

@Telstra I rang today about a fault with our home nbn service. Randomly at 4.00pm yesterday it stopped working. Spent 45 minutes this morning on the phone to someone overseas who couldn’t address the issue and promised to get her supervisor to call me. No call - no surprise

my internet has borked thanks for all your suggestions, Telstra has put in an interim thingy until an NBN technician can come tomorrow, because after at the diagnostics it was not actually a Telstra issue at all but the woman who helped me god bless her she was wonderful.
