We are once again in the Telstra NBN merry go round. Watching pings fail directly connected to NTD and apparently there is no fault !!!.

@NewtonMark @NBN_Australia They were supposed to be a limited profit corporation, anything above 7% fed back into the business to keep prices down, so where is it being funnelled?
-
Greg (@Urquie_Coffs) reported
@Telstra so internet down for another night. Phone centre says @NBN_Australia works should be fixed by Wednesday. Ok. But why hasn’t our mobile back up kicked in? We pay for it for just this issue. In the eastern suburbs of Sydney why is it not automatic??? Ridiculous.

Mark Newton (@NewtonMark) reported
@NickPfitzner @NBN_Australia It’s 100% owned by the federal government. It’s ALREADY nationalized. The government should be taking direct responsibility for its operations, just like they would for any other government-supplied public service.
-
Mark Newton (@NewtonMark) reported
@NickPfitzner @NBN_Australia That was predictable, and predicted back in 2008/09 when the implications of the copper disconnection mandate became clear. Telstra is now an access service acquirer just like everyone else; They ain’t special anymore.

Ollygolf (@Ollygolf73) reported
@Stevemclachlan3 @realCarrickRyan NBN is a great example. But we need more than storage, you listen to, or read Finkel and he’s clear on this. If they fail to take his information into account, they are setting up for fail.

Ty (@ytc8438) reported
@NewtonMark @NBN_Australia This is what happens when the idiots at the NBN waste $11b buying Telstra's decrepit copper for their failed FTTN experiment. @MRowlandMP fire everyone at the NBN and make them pay for this ****.

Zimboy (@Zimboy_Rob) reported
@iiNet I just changed my nbn over to you guys. I've hooked up new modem and have internet access. Do I need to cancel my service with old provider or was that done automatically?
-
Hambo (@stinhambo) reported
@BrandDNA Well that NBN was obsolete before it was laid. Full fibre (which only needs upgrades at each end point) can provide 100x 5G speeds with no contention or environmental issues.
