    Was great try-on other day, April Fools about fixing NBN. Gotta be a big at attack big target for Labor, on nation-wide issue. Guess we will find out soon.

    @ShiannonC Squillions. Telstra, NBN and AFP have been aware for at least 4 months. No idea what they done to resolve this scam issue.

    @optus_help I live on Glen Valley Road forest hill vic. The nbn has gone down nearly one day a week in the last 3 weeks. Why? If it's so unreliable, why aren't you providing sim backup modems? I have to use my mobile data for 4-6 hrs. Obviously it always happens daytime weekdays

    Hi,I'm having problems with my home wifi. It's dropping out all the time and it's really frustrating because I have a lot of devices that need wifi. I have an NBN Vodafone plan that feeds through my modem, then I have a separate WIFI6 router in the house.

    @Optus The moment I hang up, ur staff disconnect my nbn! Now, after another 30 mins on the phone to get it reconnected I’m told it’ll take another hour! If ur going to outsource your call centre for cheap labour, at least spend some of the extra money on training competent staff!

    My luck! I am finally able to order internet and now there is not a single NBN tech appointment until the 8th of May. You have got to be kidding me? Can this get any worse! @NBN_Australia you are the worst but thanks @DodoAustralia for FINALLY getting me started!

    @NBN_Australia there's been an unscheduled outage in postcode 3182 VIC for the last twelve hours with no further updates. It just says "under investigation." I'd like to be able to use the internet I'm paying for at some point this weekend.
