Another day, another shitty customer service call with @iiNet trying to get someone to run a cable from the street to our existing @NBN_Australia box and modem. WE DON’T NEED A CHIP JUST GET SOMEONE TO RUN A CABLE. Could you be any worse? Solve it today or we cancel

@andy_penn @Telstra OK Everyone ENOUGH. Andrew, you are supposed to be the CEO. Time to show you ARE a CEO and sort out this **** with @NBN_Australia. Its CRAP they way NBN keep blaming the issue back on the Telco, when it is clearly their problem but don't want to fix it.

Hey @Telstra i need help with my NBN. I went through troubleshooting days ago, was told i need a technician visit, someone would call me back in 2 hours & 5 days later, still no call & now basically unusable internet. Tried the app & Codi. Utterly pointless. HELP. ME.
