    Hey @Optus NBN has been on reduced service in Hoppers Crossing since 4:00pm this afternoon. Your support team doesn’t take calls after 8:00pm. Your chat bot agent tells me it’s going to take 12 to 24 hours to fix! Horrible support experience 😡

    @CloudflareHelp trying to find out how I can get support from my Aus based NBN account. Security protocols aren't enjoying the Clouflare system. NBN and Telstra tell me I need to contact Cloudflare directly?!? Please can you elaborate on how I contact you, without an ACC?

    @NBN_Australia Etty Bay Kitchen, 615 Etty Bay Road Qld 4858 is happy for a trial. We have a huge water pipe going down the hill 700 to 800psi. 200 beach goers and no PHONE signal at all. Sat comms only for 200 people to share. 1000mbps fibre is what we dream for 200 beach goers.

    SMALL BUSINESSES, DON’T BECOME #Telstra VICTIMS. @Telstra @andy_penn How many more times must #Telstra lie by SMS saying it’s tried to call me about my NBN order, when it hasn’t? My iPhone receives calls and messages. Now April, it has failed since November to deliver service.

    Australian internet. At my parent's place. NBN down. They have a square dining table. On one side I get two bars of 5G. Another side gets three bars of 3G. A third side gets a bar of 4G. The last side has people sitting at it so I dare not check lest I be called antisocial.
