    @NBN_Australia why dont u investigate my problem? Im paying for a 100mb fttn and only getting 11.6mb with 5+ dropouts perday by law nbn has to provide me a minimum 25mb and yous keep rejecting my fault request not good enough why have a policy and you cant stick to it??????????

    Working from home this morning because NBN have to come out and “fix” my NBN. My NBN was working since Friday night. Bloke goes I need to change NBN box over. Now it doesn’t work. He goes you need to call @BelongAU which I can’t Wtf is this ****? What a farking debacle

    Telco: ADSL/phones are switching off in your area in July because NBN is available so sign up to NBN now NBN: nope, NBN isn't available at your business address until we send a tech *in October* Telco: sucks to be you, turning off ADSL/phones anyway!

    @ScottMorrisonMP So no support for business with a turnover of less than 75,000? The only reason my income has fallen is gov negligence on vaccines. I still need to pay rent, feed kids and pay for the ****** NBN that doesnt work well enough to run my business from home properly.

    Local #nbn has been down for nearly 24 hours. Using phone hotspots to keep our businesses running, but the local shops can't use their eftpos and no-one carries cash anymore. We'd love an update on when it might be back on, but nothing available yet on @NBN_Australia's website.

    @3AW693 They talk about phone coverage being a problem (it is). Meanwhile in what is deemed Metro Melbourne, we have been without NBN since the 23rd June with no clear timeline as to when it’s going to be fixed. Been relying on 4G backup but it’s not the NBN we’ve been paying for.

    @itaintfacebook Hi Dean, nbn is limiting non-essential maintenance to minimise scheduled, planned outages in the weeks ahead to maintain network availability as much as possible. However, some maintenance activities are necessary and will need to go ahead. 1/2

    @janine_mcmahon @ScottMorrisonMP I teach music and the sluggish speeds make what should be a smooth and functional mode of lesson delivery a hit and miss affair with constant freezing and drop outs. I hoped it would have improved since last year but Nada I'm keen, my students are keen but NBN is crap.
