So yesterday @UnitedEnergyAU did maintenance in our street. We now have had no nbn for 28 hours. @Telstra can’t help me as I have no account with them but it is their property. Extremely annoyed with the communication from both of these massive companies that make billions.

It seems that we have to get a new order. Our @Telstra service can not be restored. The @NBN_Australia needs to be told to flick the switch again and this takes a veeeery long time. They were quick to switch off without notice but very slow to reinstate.

@JJKALE2 @abcnews You seem to be forgetting things like NIDS and NBN. Things dreamed up by Labor and then left unfunded along with all the claims there was not enough being spent to save the planet during the Covid pandemic. Nows the chance to fix a few unfinished brain bursts

@Energex Is there a planned outage in Auchenflower on 26-Oct? Energex outage list doesn't show it but NBN Australia say power outage 7.30am-2pm

oh hey @NBN_Australia and @UnitedEnergyAU I know you have crap service, but when you do maintenence on the power, can you try to have the bloody NBN back on a few hours after? Its now 36 hours no nbn service.. pathetic!

luckily I have #4G for internet for online webinar from USA at 2am as @NBN_Australia is down 0:00 to 06:00am AEST at my flat till maintenance is completed - let's hope it does not drag on for days like last time
