    I thought nbn Internet was meant to be quicker/better because it is based off a cable? Gosh I hope ive done the right thing by going with @VodafoneAU because it’s not great and keeps swapping to the 3/4G. Might have to jump online and check service.. 🤔

    @MichaelWestBiz I recently went to iiNet for NBN. (had used them and happy with their service - techie did TVs, PC etc ) Kept "landline" as had 3 new cordless handsets. Glad I did, far better, clearer calls. NBN seems OK, definitely faster. Drops out sometimes, just have to re-connect.

    @MichaelWestBiz I was on a landline copper service that constantly failed. The NBN Wi-Fi become available and I moved onto it. I have no regrets about the move

    @CedricOz @MichaelWestBiz yes but when the NBN turns up they are given (from memory) 18 months to get on it before their existing service is cut.

    Finally got through to DHHS (via Cisco Jabber over NBN). Line so bad that they couldn't understand me. Line has worked perfectly for every other work call today.

    @PerrettReport Yep. Scam call. Clumsy wording like "Nbn from Telstra". With *any* unsolicited comms - phone, email, bank, whatever - use your own means to find contact info for the provider in question and call them back If there really is a problem then you'll get help. If no problem, u r safe

    @NBN_Australia I can't believe the ridiculous wait time to get a technician out to fix a fault. Called up my internet provider yesterday after the storms knocked out the NBN only to be advised the earliest time is next Tuesday week between unworkable hours of 8am-12pm. Not happy!

    @PerrettReport Had them for years they are very annoying, " your NBN is goi……….." I hang up. There are lots of them all different.

    @Singh02017 @Telstra @Telstra_news If you have trouble with the telcos, wait until you need to speak to NBN and Telstra, one in India the other in Phillipines, impossible as English is poor and basically they don’t speak to each other. Bring call centres onshore!!
