@Telstra hey Telstra Jo getting back to me on Monday but may not as I said **** and wanted to speak to someone who could explain the technical issue of stuck. But on Monday still won’t have date when NBN going to be reconnected

Decided to try @MyRepublicAU. Terrible first impression. Should have been connected yesterday. Isn’t working today. @NBN_Australia says maybe tomorrow. The worst is no phone support and abysmal live chat support.

Good news/Bad news! Bad news - Odds are this is an NBN installation issue and it wasn't installed properly. We just need to get a team here to fix up everything (assuming the date isn't pushed back 😬) Good news - Telstra has been super apologetic and has setup a temporary fix!
