I thought I would never be as frustrated with a service provider as Telstra, but I was wrong. There is a service provider (tongue in cheek) that pales Telstra into insignificance. Yes folks, the master of incompetence and obfuscation is now the NBN. The kings of broken promises.

@CrStuartJames @Telstra We use Southern Phone I on Optus Network she on Telstra, the call centres always in Australia. Always very helpful unless it’s a home internet issue but that’s another story! Still on BB with an option for wireless NBN

We wanted to be in this situation, we wanted to be without hospital beds and ppl under a tents, we wanted to be on the world news and NBN pages sick and falling down.

@Starrman20 @bruce_haigh @susan_taylor07 I am 4kms from the centre of Sydney but my NBN is still a joke. Copper "spaghetti" in the Telstra pits...still slow and expensive but probably not as bad as in the regions.

@Wheredanton @RoseBJackson The NBN might be cheap for you as a consumer - but as a taxpayer, you should be outraged. We’ve wasted tens of billions on a network that is already obsolete and will need replacement soon. The original FTTP plan was still costly but at least it was an investment in the future.

@NBNCoLimited For the past few months your service is constantly running through outages. Running a business that relies stable connectivity is simply impossible with NBN being so unreliable. Unexplained outages after outages. Just not good enough.

Moving to #Telstra #NBN and had our business internet cut off 7 days ago. Spent a week with good people at #Telstra trying to fix. Told today COULD be back by 8th JULY!!! Now the Victorian Lockdown. How much more can small businesses take?? Thanks @andy_penn @JamesMerlinoMP

@acccgovau how can this be permitted? When are you going to take @nbn_australia to task for over charging and under delivering? It is time for a class action! Doesn't the constitution have something to say about poor government and compensation?
