@AlboMP In Williamstown, 7km from Melbourne CBD, maximum NBN speeds are are 15Mbps down load and 4Mbps upload! It’s an embarrassment!

The area where I live is 1 of 6 in Qld getting NBN fibre to the property in yesterday's govt announcement. We get reasonable service with FTTN at our house, but many places in Sunny Coast hinterland get poor or even no internet (or mobile phone) coverage.

@AlboMP Start with the homes/properties where NBN has never been available. Don't upgrade for homes that do have access and leave those without access behind (even further)

@MrKRudd You are mad. The NBN model you proposed was unaffordable, ridiculous and unnecessary with fibre going to all premises. The LNP delivered 100% of the network by using fibre, wireless and satellite.

@AlboMP NBN cost Billions! It’s slow very slow and unreliable!! Should have helped Elon with Starlink internet via satellite and used the billions elsewhere!!!

@AlboMP The fiber optic cable ran past my house yet I don't have access instead getting very slow, unreliable fixed wireless NBN. I hope I'll be one of the premises getting the full fibre 🙏
