My poor husband has been on the phone & chat to @Telstra since 9am. They cut off our business phone line saying that we're on the NBN which we are not - the other business on the property which is entirely separate has the NBN but ours requires infrastructure apparently. Anyway

@Raf_Epstein The government is doing everything they can to protect the NBN. Starlink isn’t even allowed to offer a service anywhere NBN has a wired solution even if it’s useless FTTN. I thought competition was healthy! But the Libs are always looking out for us so I guess not! 😒

So I stupidly said out loud I couldn’t believe how simple nbn connection was with @Telstra. After confirming the appointment 6 times and driving 400kms to house we find out less than 24 hours beforehand that @NBN_Australia has cancelled. 🙄 a pessimist is never disappointed

@Telstra No news still.. I have been told to go to a store and buy a mobile broadbnabd service as apparently @NBN_Australia and @Telstra are unable to install home broadband

@somewherein84 Had a move order in since Feb 7, tech visit this week! In the mean time no service for 3.5 weeks then 15mbps the other 7.5 weeks... but paying full NBN price! 15 hours of time and 80 interactions..... Slow Poor service Expensive and Infuriating.

@Glenina57 It'd be a delight to go back to NZ, an extremely beautiful country, indeed. But the other player in this deal handed us the #coppernet nbn, @TheIPA 3of3 msm media, about $1 trillion debt, abject vaccination failure, etc. They couldnt organise a **** sandwich in a sewer. So ... No
