@RoadknightThe I talked with a fantastic guy at Telstra yesterday about a refund. In passing he checked my internet and they speed was too low. They discovered my modem was probably at fault. They are sending a new one. If still slow with new modem they will register a fault with NBN. Great.

  • benbahblackshe1 Benbah (@benbahblackshe1) reported

@JulieTheCranky yup, and because of previous government ******, the land line service was removed when the NBN was put in. not all homes can get nbn or mobile service. Australia is sooooo behind

  • CallumWammu Catrick Bateman (@CallumWammu) reported

Winners dont take drugs. Also **** the back up nbn battery **** loud as hell

  • Phil98529731 Phil (@Phil98529731) reported

@RollerDerbyMum @AlanBixter @Hels_Be11s Queen, that isn’t a landline, it’s a VOIP line. A landline is a phone connected to the local telephone exchange via copper cable and works when there is a blackout. The crappy NBN is replacing these lines.

@NBN_Australia We've already talked to them ages ago and there's nothing they can do. Tell me how much it'll cost to install FTTP. Give me a price, right now. That's how desperate we are to get this **** solved. Online streaming? Connection error. Online gaming? Connection error. Hopeless.

  • marble_wraith Matthew Rath (@marble_wraith) reported

@FloRoberts93 @TrishaGreenie @MrKRudd Example? Look at the NBN. Every tech saavy person and network engineer was screaming FTTN was a **** move. But LNP were elected on their botched version and we had to wait a full 10 years for people to *experience* it first hand before we can go back and rip out the copper.

@stephanypanhuy1 @Hels_Be11s 1 Tell them 'imaginary"problems" & ask if they can handle it...Dog next door barks too much SIL is not a nice person 2 NBN/Telstra- Guy is out the front working on it now Do you want me to get him for you 3 keep repeating 'I know pet'

  • amie17 amie17 (@amie17) reported

@Optus thanks for the giant screw up with my mums nbn order. Transferred 3 times on the phone and each time the new person didn’t know wtf was going on and the issue still isn’t resolved

  • NBN_Australia nbn® Australia (@NBN_Australia) reported

@TheProficy_OwO This would frustrate us too. Your service provider acts on your behalf to ensure your nbn services are functioning. You will need to reach out to your provider, so they can 'lodge a fault' and we'll work closely with them to get it resolved. We suggest first checking out our 1/2

Do I know anyone who can help escalate something within NBNco? Having some pretty frustrating home internet issues and my ISP and the NBN technical department keep bouncing it back to each other
