@Telstra @NBN_Australia another day another internet drop out and while I was on the phone to a customer. Thank you for the **** service you provide and lack of communication with your customers. I really hope I don’t lose my job over this incompetence.

Judging by what appears to be a remote area inhabited by the neglected customer, I would say it is imperative that their internet connection is functioning effectively considering the business being operated.

@BabyHeIIraiser Could it perhaps be your internet? I found when I had mine this high with all my gear it was too much for my poor nbn to handle so I had to drop the bitrate and then it was fine 🥴

@beourmate I just signed up 7 days ago and have already had 2 days of uninterrupted nbn and mobile network. Thank you mate. If I had known it was this easy, I would have done it sooner.
