@NBN_Australia Is it normal for your Network Outages information to be a week out of sync with reality? ISP's have lodged Fault Tickets based on error messages and alert LED! As an essential service NBNco seems very slow to respond to faults...

@aussielunix @NBN_Australia And there’s the problem in a nushell. The ISP is simply a reseller. I spoke to them and they were sympathetic but they can’t do anything. They can’t send a technician to fix the dodgy coaxial cabling in my street.

******* Telstra. Your message team is ridiculously useless. I spent 3 hours talking to this idiot who asked the same questions repeatedly and then decided that there was nothing wrong. Even though the NBN isn't working, and I have 4 'issues' when I ran the diagnostic.

This is the 1st @NBN_Australia install I've had with no issues on the first visit....coax point moved for free and Arris box says it's online and ready to go. My network stuff is in storage though....so I'll need to test IP functionality another day..... to be continued..... 2/2
