A Direct result of the ALP gutting of the NBN. And they wonder why I'd never vote for them. Still on the same HFC I was on 10 years BEFORE the NBN. Now I get multiple dropouts a month due entirely to infrastructure that should have been fibre for YEARS.

So last week @Telstra rang out of the blue to ask if I had requested to change my nbn to another provider as they had received an order to transfer my service. I said no and the agent said okay he’d cancel the transfer order Then on Friday I received a message

@ruicharadrius lol do you live in the middle of nowhere or something? NBN is fairly quick in most places. I get 250 down, 50 up for a decent amount for a decent amount and no downtime.

@JEChalmers You aren't creating any new private sector jobs. You aren't even investing in the private sector with public companies anymore. The last one was the ****** NBN a full generation ago now. ***** sake! Found some ******* publically owned companies and show you actually ******* support growing the economy. AND GET RID OF CGT AND INCOME TAX! Hike the GST if you need to keep the revenue the same.

And Telstra support said it was a fault, after a hour and a half of trouble shooting. I checked NBN and looks like a service outage in our area - checked a couple of addresses in our road. How long do these usually take to resolve? I was looking forward to a good long weekend :(

@ImVicLoLagain @LCHF_Matt @pikkkkaro He is saying that wifi is not internet, that's it. I have many services at home on my local network that I use my wifi to connect to that don't use the internet (NBN) at all. Fwiw I also have 2000/500 NBN with a capable router, 10gig switch and cat6a runs that support it. My internet is great by any standards, the only thing Australia does ****** (now - it wasn't this good a couple of years ago) is that we don't have symmetrical links for consumers. The whole point though is that the idiot OP thinks that "wifi" means internet, and it doesn't.

@deniseshrivell They have no concept of futurising our country. This one is particularly ignorant! Turnbull’s copper NBN is now being ripped up by copper thieves. So we pay twice for slow rubbish NBN and then have to pay for it to be replaced again now. Being a Murdoch stooge always costs us

@SolarisFR @The_Bloooop I appreciate the offer but unfortunately I live in Australia who has this magical thing called nbn that controls the internet. Unfortunately nbn r about as useful as dog **** amd i have had no internet for 5 months and likely womt have internet for another 2 at minimum

@Neety55 @45FirstLady Yes she did!and wasn’t it a joy to watch! That Conroy is such a smart arse arrogant prick! Made a disaster of the NBN rollout! These fools are never held accountable for disastrous blowouts in costs! Turnbull’s snowy 2 another great example!
