    @Telstra Since 2006. Your call centre keeps telling me it's acceptable. Since the nbn took our landline away we have to rely of mobile phones. It's been utter crap. I have a 5g I'm getting 3g some times 4g. In box me so I can call you personally. Please

    @MyRepublicAU the nbn went down and now it's back up but no connection, restarted nbn and router yet nothing and I'm fine with live chat if there was someone there to chat to.

    One thing is to be said, with the advent of NBN internet connections seem to have improved significantly even if it is impossible to get service from some ISP's.

    @NBN_Australia Is there a reason you can't provide an estimated restoration time on your outage page, rather than asking users to contact there service provider for unplanned outages?

    @pelli_69 We're sorry to hear this, nbn is planning to limit non-essential maintenance to minimise scheduled, planned outages in the weeks ahead to maintain network availability as much as possible. 1/2
