@frankgaillard @AussieBroadband @NBN_Australia Hi Frank, I'm crushed to see your speed test results here - that's a lot of jitter! Often when it's that high, there is an issue with the NBN cabling/infrastructure. Did you receive a reference number for the fault?   - Sarah

@JohnBirmingham @Optus @NBN_Australia I would be great if the ISP had an online utility to ping, from your phone say, your ntd number. This would save a lot if support calls.

  • ksum_parody Nole Ksum- pArOdY (@ksum_parody) reported

@IllmanPhil @NBN_Australia I agree Phil. Very similar experience recently and NBN didn't want to hear my complaint let alone fix it. Even my provider was hamstrung by NBN. A TIO complaint helped.

  • David_J_Harley David J Harley (@David_J_Harley) reported

So @tpg Still no internet! What are you doing to fix this. Issues reported over 24 hours ago. Have you escalated the problem to @NBN_Australia There is no internet coming into the premises. Fix this now. # OutbackSydney

So; the TL;DR on the NBN writedown is that the 60BN NBNco utility is actually in reality worth 20BN. 40BN of Aussie taxpayer dollars down the drain.

@Michaeldrive16 @StarboyHsp Yeah who cares ps4 was slow as **** to download on 1000/50 nbn and the Xbox one well it managed fine Says a lot

  • nagelixin nagelix (@nagelixin) reported

@NBN_Australia Meh. 1000/50 is still handicapped with bad upload speeds. Starlink or 5G is looking more attractive with some better upload speeds 🥺
