@TPG_Telecom I'm already on the best nbn tier - FTTP - and I'm still getting issues with your service. I can't imagine how it's like for your FTTN users. If TPG can't or won't resolve this issue speedily, I won't think twice about moving to more expensive RSPs with better customer support.

@jbthinking Hi John. Generally, if your provider is connecting you to an existing line, there shouldnt be a need for a technician unless theres a service fault. Unfortunatley from here, as the general enquiry team from nbn wholsaler, we can only provide limited inforamtion and support. 1/2

@Telstra we’ve had no internet in 2095 since yesterday. Page said it was an outage yesterday but today said NBN work would cause “brief” interruptions but we’ve had nothing all day.

@andy_penn #Telstra lost a customer of many years last week. Increased my #nbn plan by $20pm and dropped the speed. I was with another provider within a few hours and getting the same speed for $30 less per month.
