    @NBN_Australia how is a provider going to fix a fundamental infrastructure issue? The root cause of Australia having one of the worst broadband speeds (even donestic) in the developed world is the extremely poor network we have that is cobbled together from outdated tech.

    @Optus I had no service again for over an hour last night and you've closed my issue without resolving it again. I tried to call your NBN support line to speak to someone, but after being on hold for an hour, I was told "sorry, we close at 8pm" and was hung up on. It's 6:40PM.

    WA Severe Weather: We are continuing to monitor the situation and don't currently have any services offline as a result of the bushfires in the South West. Local power outages in affected areas may continue to make it difficult for some users to access the nbn network.

    @NBN_Australia Still no response and nothing fixed NBN - please escalate this so we get someone at the NBN other than a contractor who can read these messages and who is going to fix the damage to our property

    @TaodeHaas Well he was told they would use copper wire and voted accordingly for 100 year technology. Like the NBN he is very slow on the uptake.

    @Optus Trying to reach you for the NBN service you provided to me in Esperance, Western Australia. Basically it's worse than 3G service. Also your customer support kept talking about other things than fixing the issues.
