  @EdsonKeenan Got it – selfies failing to verify your age/ID (and sounds like NBN connection isn't the issue). Try: bright even lighting, full face straight-on, no hat/glasses/filters, clean camera lens. Retry a few times. If it still rejects, X often offers gov ID upload (driver's licence/passport) as next step. What's the exact error message or your country? That'll narrow it.

  @19Andy7o Never, when the ALP is concerned they are never at fault it is always everybody else fault. They introduced NDIS,NDIA, NBN, Voice,the list is endless however always remember it is not their fault!

  @NBN_Australia It always does this. I shouldn't have to use a different device. I work in IT and have tried it on 46 laptops and 23 phones. Literally went into the pit on the street and took out all the NBN cabling as the NBN never works so Im now im with another company and couldnt be happier

  The @NBN_Australia has costed Australian Taxpayers $3727 per connection ($32 billion). You can get connected to @Starlink for free. What can you do to help with Government waste? Today I cancelled @Telstra nbn.

  And email that the order has been completed. My nbn service including phone went dead. After 90m on phone with @Telstra, I finally got back internet via their 5g sim in the modem. I was furious when told cable nbn and phone wouldn’t be be restored for a week.

  @Freddy717263 Of course I knew the power was dead - but only for the NBN. Everything else in the house was working - hence my call. PS - I'm not an electrician, but at least I solved my own problem in the end but wasted 1 hour on the phone to 'tech support'.
