@NBN_Australia You are going to take nearly 4 MONTHS to hang a line to my property. I had ppl out here and it's obviously in the too hard basket because all I ever hear is how NBN are delaying every week. I run a business and there are 3 ppl in this house. I am running my business off a mobile!

@TPG_Telecom My anxiety is kicking in, this morning the service restored briefly to the normal speed from 10:00 to around 10:25. Then the slowness returned with no sign of improvement... As it is approaching end of the day, would they be fixing the issue soon enough? #NBN #TPG

So @TelstraBcast told me I had to connect to the @NBN_Australia so I did it today. Fiber to the curb. All fine. Had broadband cable. Download and upload speed now halved. Why have I had to pay for worse service

Hey @NBN_Australia I have had a drop out and low speed problem through @iiNet going on months yet you have refused to get a technician to visit the node to try and sort it out. What does it take to get you to help?

Hey @Telstra - over an hour with no response from your online chat service, the only support option for premium NBN when it breaks. Are things really that bad over there?

@iiNet Thanks Liz however the blockage seems to be NBN and without them agreeing to sort out the problem between the node and the premises nothing will happen.

@TPG_Telecom The issue has been there for 7 days, yet only be onsite today or tomorrow? Have they even exercise any sense of urgency for customer? Most people are WFH and relying on the internet to work. NBN has been complacent with their monopoly status. 5G will be a great threat to NBN #NBN
