I've never seen this done, but if the NBN is any guide, the total would be staggering.

Inland Rail was botched by LNP scope creep, & NDIS white-anted by poor oversight. For economic reform stock with Labor. Vision didn't fail; execution was gutted by the LNP.

We usually get about 175. To answer your question a comparable plan in Malaysia is about 55 Aussie dollars so it doesn’t quite compare
