200 minutes into the chat and I’m being transferred to a sixth @Telstra rep. (Only #2 of supplemental Qs answered - despite whole conversation being about my ADSL service, they had been going to send a NBN modem!)

@Zelda_Doyle @NBN_Australia The ISP can't fix physical faults, though. All they can do is request NBN to do something. And in my case, NBN keep saying no. But no-one tells you... you just wait 5 hours at home for someone to fail to turn up.

@Telstra @NBN_Australia okay over a month now with the service down is beyond a joke!! No one can give me any answers. Just fix the damn thing! Geeez. Time to move on to another provider. How’s your service level @AAPTHQ better than Telstra?

@davobridges1 @anoman64 @birdonatwig Same as the NBN the Libs stuffed up. Now Telstra provide the poorly trained repairers (not techs) to NBN under nbn contract. Basically only a complaint to the Ombudsman gets you working after 4 visits

Update my nbn is down meaning wifi we having 2 people already coming over (3) we need to book dates trying fix it fun using my phone data is (not) might be beause of the weather idk they keep telling me different things what a pain Australian internet for you.
