@NBN_Australia They did but @NBN_Australia refuses to fix its fault. I'm on the subpar FTTN plus I'm 1.3 km from the node (despite having a node 50m away) and the copper lines are decaying. My family can't do its work and schooling with this broken network.

@Benny489 @DoctorKarl They are no longer powering the network anymore as it has all been cutover to the NBN fibre backbone . Thats why Payphones are free. They cant monitor them anymore on digital links. If anything the fuel tanks would be breaking down under the floors

@craigreucassel @NBN_Australia The maximum speed I can get is 30mbs despite advertisements that promise "blazing fast speed." The response I get back from the company is effectively the shrug emoji. I can't imagine not having service and seeing this. My sympathies are with you.

@lozza929406 I’d be willing to bet the modem is the issues. Power cycle it fully by turning it and the nbn connection box off for 2 minutes.

No NBN for 48 hours or so. Something with the network went down in the early hours of this morning. Hoping nbn can rectify the issue.

@craigreucassel @NBN_Australia NBN exec: I never have any problem with my internet, and when I do they fix it immediately. I don't know what you're talking about, it is like we live in two different worlds. 🤑
