@Henjam48 @JaneCaro @TonyAbbottMHR @NBN_Australia They’ve been set up to fail. Like most entities that are answerable to govt. The person responsible for it all is JWH. Had Telstra not been sold in the first place, it would have continued to upgrade its network and we may not have needed an NBN on the scale the ALP envisaged.

And 3 out of 4 premises are now capable of connecting to the NBN! Well that is at your own risk! It's just more bullshit from government and ISP companies to scam more money from anyone stupid enough to opt for this NBN CRAP!

@beyondbeeton @Telstra @Aussie_BB all the way. Flawless, instant local customer service. Actual NBN service has rarely missed a beat and on those occasions (NBN line issue) they advocated/escalated to resolution.

@VodafoneAU Hey! I've been waiting for at least 20 mins for someone to pick up the phone in your call center. Maybe twitter can help - I recently got a nbn service and it was supposed to activate yesterday. However I am still only getting the 4G backup what can i do????

@NBN_Australia fgggk off checked my area via website no outage detected yeah good on ya I have no nbn it dropped out again. That’s 6 times in two days. And twice last night fgggk off NO BLOODY NETWORK they weren’t wrong. #Nbn

ok guys let's see if your smarter than a 3.7 billion dollar company. Internet is working perfectly low ping, good speeds and no packet loss. One day nbn box breaks ISP replaces it ever since then erratic ping, speeds all over the place and packet loss. What could be the issue?!?!

PS. Normal service resumes. NBN got technician out and fixed within 18 hours of reporting the fault
