Turn off your modem, nbn™ connection box and any connected device for 10 seconds. Turn your equipment back on again. Allow up to up 10 minutes for your hardware to reconnect to the network. Thomo (@Thomo6006) reported@Optus NBN not working. Have been told by @Optus customer service it takes 2-3 business days before they will look into it. Is this the worst KPI by not only Telco's, but in any service industry?? Do not use @Optus !!!!!

ً (@kr0swell) reported@NBN_Australia It’s kind of hard to raise a hardware fault issues when overseas call centres conclude that your internet/nbn is working fine when they’re only testing for internet connectivity. You should tell @Telstra to employ humans rather than script readers.

Benjamin (@TheLawAU) reported@admiral_revan @NBN_Australia We did the Ombudsman but we were told if we did the complaint goes to Telstra, but they aren't at fault for once. I'll see how I go emailing Luke. fingers crossed he can help, hopefully, me living in another state won't be an issue! o7

nbn™ Australia (@NBN_Australia) reported@kr0swell When a provider raises a fault with nbn, this gets sent to their technical nbn support team who then works at resolving the issue, while liaising with your provider to pass on any update made available. 3/4

nbn™ Australia (@NBN_Australia) reported@coringl I would be too, Corin! Have you raised this with your provider? Your provider can run through some troubleshooting and if they are unable to resolve this, they will log it as a fault ticket to the nbn support team to further investigate. 1/2
