@iiNet hey guys just wondering if there is an wide spread outage in the 3216 area (NBN) haven’t got any internet this morning and last night it was on/off

  • monicasmeow Monicasmeow🐈 (@monicasmeow) reported from Geelong, State of Victoria

@Henjam48 @JaneCaro @TonyAbbottMHR @NBN_Australia They’ve been set up to fail. Like most entities that are answerable to govt. The person responsible for it all is JWH. Had Telstra not been sold in the first place, it would have continued to upgrade its network and we may not have needed an NBN on the scale the ALP envisaged.

  • 75b0ce8567df4cd Dave Wood (@75b0ce8567df4cd) reported from Geelong, State of Victoria

And 3 out of 4 premises are now capable of connecting to the NBN! Well that is at your own risk! It's just more bullshit from government and ISP companies to scam more money from anyone stupid enough to opt for this NBN CRAP!

  • KathyReid Kathy Reid, Servant of House Corgi (@KathyReid) reported from Geelong, State of Victoria

Summary: we almost-delivered an obsolete network not fit for purpose and now we're struggling with finding a way to make it valuable as a private asset and service our debt, and raise capital to rebuild it post-2020 instead of it being made a public utility #NBN #NBN2

  • cjnetlink Cory (@cjnetlink) reported from Geelong, State of Victoria

Why is @3AW693 targeting @Telstra about the NBN and how it’ll cope with the increased load on the network. There are other providers of the NBN out there. #sheeple listening will take any slow downs or outages as being Telstra’s fault/problem.

@redruby17 @Optus I’m with Vodaphone for phone and nbn. The only problem with Vodaphone is coverage. I’ll have to go with a Telstra type to get coverage in northern Oz, WA etc

  • PostingGeneral real halo lore facts (@PostingGeneral) reported

@Works_Fudge ALP's plan was to give Telstra $11 billion to disconnect customers from CAN and HFC networks to connect to NBN. Libs just amended the existing agreement to use the networks as well. Telstra's HFC network was used for Foxtel and internet.

  • Arnavasd Daniel Arnavas (@Arnavasd) reported

@NBALPSupport help! Why does the stream always skip and pause every 4-5seconds when casting to my tv using chromecast. Then when I turn it off casting and watch on phone it’s fine. I have an NBN connection with speeds of over 100mbps and no delay for any other streaming apps!

  • lyn68218809 lyn (@lyn68218809) reported

@AlboMP That’s not what I heard on the radio Mr Albanese.. maybe you need to speak to home owners who are running with NBN. They are saying it’s slow. Do you homework Mr Albanese

  • JimMcD0nald Jim McDonald (@JimMcD0nald) reported

@strangerous10 Andrew Bolt, bleats on behalf of propagandist #Murdoch & complains Labor is undoing damage done by the #LNP. Its treacherous ideology in a disastrous decade ruined the economy by serving the avaricious, while the #NBN farce was one case of sabotaging service for all Australians.

  • scrumblebum1 Scrumblebum (@scrumblebum1) reported

@AlboMP I have been on NBN fir a long time and NEVER had a problem. Your making issues to divert from the real problems you @AlboMP have caused. Diversion and bukkshit is all we see from Labor .

  • DucayneAU Greg Ducayne (@DucayneAU) reported

FTTN has had issues with VDSL2 modems being incompatible with #NBN FTTN. Attempting to connect an incompatible modem automatically locks a user's service. NBN Co does not publish a list of compliant modems, rejecting a Freedom of Information request for such a list in 2016.

  • JJanstrom Dr Thomas J Janstrom (@JJanstrom) reported

@redruby17 @Optus After 9 months of fighting Optus on their dial up err 4G nbn joke we went Starlink, never looked back.

  • reasonablexcuse Ky (@reasonablexcuse) reported

@stevenleanne1 @AlboMP This is one of the promises they made. Fix NBN

  • garigalAnj 🌏💧Anj of Garigal (@garigalAnj) reported

@MrKRudd @gdgoz And for those areas with HFC it was awful with Optus threatening us that we would be cut off if we didn’t sign up with NBN. Then the Optus cable didn’t work and ended up using the Foxtel cable. What a mess for very little gain. Other countries much faster
