    @ThornburyRocks I turned the ringer off on mine about 10 years ago. Still available in an emergency for calls out*. As long as the nbn is up and running.

    4 years of slow @NBN_Australia constant drop outs. 6 technician appointments. Numerous โ€˜repairsโ€™ to the node. Yesterday they worked out we were connected to the wrong node, 2km away rather than the one they had been fixing 200 metres away. Thanks, all good nowโ€ฆ

    I'm thinking change of upstream provider has ****** up everything on the network, so decided I should kick my router as well to see if that makes a difference - I'd already kicked the NBN NTD this morning after it dropped out initially.

    @NBN_Australia sure enough this problem still isnโ€™t resolved. Outage page has been showing us as facing network degradation all week. Regular dropouts and slow connectivity. Will you ever fix this???

    Still sans @NBN_Australia They came out Monday, identified the issue & refused to fix it. Told them that I was over them & that I'll be signing up with @Starlink Looking forward to receiving my kit from Starlink soon. Hotspotting with my @Telstra mobile is 1/2 speed of a snail. Painful much. Going crazy. Don't need this stress.

    My @NBN has been down since 9am & they won't come to fix issue till Monday - 4 days (2nd time in 2 wks)! My Telstra hotspotting is weak. Time to hook up with @starlink Issue here is local installer charges an arm/leg etc to install sys on roof etc. I may have to suck it up.

    @JakeTurx It sounds like you have the same issues to negotiate. American Yeshivish is not Israeli Charedi. Prices are high. And so on. Demanding that others change for you will go nowhere. If you're ready for the move, call NBN and get the ball rolling. 6/6

    @Adam_and_EVs I switched to starlink. NBN in australia was crap it kept disconnecting. Couldnt Game. Starlink ( mini dish even ) has been great cost the same, better service and that in a major city.

    @roberts_pa97578 Iโ€™d never use @telstra - the experiences I had with them as a network consultant for clients were atrocious - their NBN implementations/installations/services were pathetic

    @22thinkinggirl I tripped on a footpath in a Brisbane suburb,because it had been raised and not put back correctly by the NBN,the council fixed it that afternoon.Councils work,the problem is these are state roads in Victoria.Should the councils be asked to help out the new state government to get this major problem to a manageable level.

    @pigways @Batman2242 What? Fttn was cheap to install but severely limits revenue and has a massive maintenance costs which means it can never make a return on the investment. It's why #nbn convinced LNP to provide additional funding and begin the free upgrade to fttp.
