@victorsojo We appreciate the matter has been less than ideal, Victor. We have noted feedback with our team. Please let us know how you go on Monday. Your provider can lodge a fault, and we'd be happy to verify this has gone through to their internal nbn support team. Regards, Maya

@Telstra Your NBN service is so bad. We had perfectly good cable internet. We were forced onto the NBN. Now, during lockdown and homeschooling it keeps dropping out. now not working at all. Why do I pay you money? Please fix the service we pay for. thanks.

@Telstra We are all in lockdown, and Telstra have NBN outage with a correction time of up to 4 days. WTF!! Typical Telstra service, no SLA's. Will be on the phone to Optus on Monday morning.

@NBN_Australia I appreciate your concern regarding my privacy. However, I am more concerned about the fact that the same or rather a new "unplanned incident" is affecting the network. The NBN network that is, not the service from my provider...
