@Telstra After not getting service 2yrs I’ve paid for full package,foxtel which I rarely can use cause there is no internet .. after 22 yrs of being a customer they said I have 2 choices .. wait 3-4 months for nbn to be connected and get $20 off my bill ... or leave !!!!!

Using an @nokia 2.3 on the @amaysimAU (@Optus) network, regularly get (much) better @Speedtest results than using same device on @NBN_Australia networks.

@NBN_Australia A simple reply won't fix anything. You just copied and pasted a reply template from your list. I don't think you even bother to make a follow-up on that unplanned outage. Your service replying to tweets does not add any value at all.

@Batman2242 At least they will have a much better service than with our NBN . I live 5 km from local town and when phone rings i have to run into my garden . Its been like that for 30 years . local . bank and doctors complain how slow NBN is .

@Telstra Thanks. It would be really good if you could escalate it, ask gor a case manager for all of the affected Telstra customers. We are all reporting the same problem, doing the same dance, as individuals We all know it is a NBN system prob NOT our home modems Optus great Telstra NOt

Surprise! My #NBN is down again! Is like this every other week now. At least they are consistent.
