    @weupshitcreekoz Apparently the tower was affected by the NBN loss during blackout. Not obvious at home because of the power loss. Three days later when power returned the modem had no input for a full month. The phone to tower had severely limited service. Driving to another cell was a temp fix

    @Telstra Jessica. I got no joy from support via chat. The issue seems to be with my router or NBN interface box as resetting these a couple of times appears to have fixed it for now. I realised this when I sent mail from phone via 4G but could not do so when on home WiFi.

    Today is a great day. Finally got rid of the ********* that is the #NBN once and for all. No more downtime, no more disconnects, no more bs waste of time tech visits. #NBNSucks and I'll never, ever touch it again.

    @D_Melissa2 @HelenSm76464997 @TurnbullMalcolm I think he is decent, but I agree that he did muck up (with Abbott and Murdoch's help) the NBN. He also did not go far enough on fixing the climate issues that he could. I view his PM-ship as disappointing. Because he seemed held back by the dark forces at work in his party.

    Update - 02/03/2021 Replaced NTD(Arris) - Thunderstorm on Friday the main culprit. Everything working as usual. Any one with little bit of technical bg will know how much time does it take to rectify an issue when multiple player(RSP,NBN) are involved. 👍👌 to Tangerine&NBN

    @oscarc168 My cousin had his service disconnected because someone signed up NBN with different isp & there was typo in address. No warning letter or comms service was being disconnected - no ownership for where error occurred. 1 hour to disconnect - 5 days to reconnect.

    @ajmxjain This has been raised with the appropriate teams to resolve and they have advised a Planned Remediation Date (PRD) of 06/03/21. This date is when nbn anticipates having the issue resolved by or be able to provide an update on the progress of the works. 2/4

    Back again #MalcolmTurnbull...communication at this time... Your NBN has completely failed to provide a proper service for hundreds in FNQ, power is still out and I have just found out NBN is going to provide a GENERATOR in an attempt to enable the FTN to operate. 4 I think 🤔

    @kary_cee No, have seen him speak. He honestly thought the cheap **** cluster nbn version he gave us was all we deserved and still to this day won't admit he was wrong. Was even snarky and demeaning when it was suggested would need capacity for streaming TV. Still won't admit wrong.
