    @Aussie_BB @NBN_Australia Three of your customer staff gave us contradicting updates and your engineer turned up an hour after the slot with no apology or explanation. Internet is restored but is now currently tracking 25mb on a 100mb contract

    All medical alarm users should also register their medical alarm with the nbn as it will help to minimise any break in service during the transition. Registration is free, and can be done online or by calling 1800 687 626.

Yet once you have NBN pass you property you have no option.....total disaster

    I've been dreading the migration from telstra cable to NBN, figuring that it would be a big hassle, loss of service etc. Was seamless. Literally unplug the old telstra gear and plug in new gear. Change a couple of IP addresses and IJW.

    Curious about @Aussie_BB at home - How well does their support handle NBN issues - i.e. copper line problems.. - Daily disconnects on new @Internode service - every day for first week - NBN case esc seems slow - Are they better at this? - Do they have a web, email, chat support?

    My internet keeps dropping out for a second or so. It’s not much but it’s enough to boot me from Destiny and stop my stream. Both streams back I’ve had to end early because of the internet. It’s dropped 7 times now in 4 minutes. No issues on Telstra end so I have to wait for NBN

    Don't we just love our below 3rd world internet system. No useable internet at home for three days. Efforts to contact @Telstra and @NBN_Australia total fail. I can use my cell phone in a shopping centre though...what gives Telstra?

    @RossFloate @noplaceforsheep Indeed. And the cable network they use, getting all the best frequency bands that would be otherwise perfect for internet, was the one Telstra one that is now the NBN HFC one.

    Talking to a rusted on LNP voter who was complaining about the NBN than complained about the Chinese Govt on port Darwin. I asked, what party did you vote again? Couldn’t really see the correlation. Pity there is no god to help us #auspol

    @HbAlpaca @Telstra My Telstra Techie didn’t read work order & now I have no internet for up to 3 weeks. He also took the nbn box to fix the issue quicker. I gave techie ID# to Telstra business & their system doesn’t enable them to contact him. @andy_penn = not a leader #TelstraWorseThanCovid
