    @JohnRHewson I live in North Ryde we have poor mobile phone coverage (all telcos) but if I have had a videoconference I had to use mobile connection and my uni kids did same for exams etc. @foxtel NBN hopeless. Trying a new retailer to see if improves.

    @Telstra Not so far, by the time I went to the service page, everything was back up to speed. I think it should be up to Telstra to sort it out with NBN rather than me have it to do it. That would be very good service.

    @Optus It looks like the Optus telephony is back. The Optus NBN is still down, now for over an hour. It's a nightmarish morning for Teams calls. What's the ETA? I'm managing my work with my mobile hotspot with Telstra. Those who have Optus mobile internet have no plan B.

    @Telstra Troubleshooting showed no issues on our end. We had the NBN technician here when the initial set up did not work, but he sorted all that out from the FTTC pit to the house. Only a few weeks back.

    @StaySanit @Optus Internet nbn Fiber to the home and mobile 4g here in Craigieburn 3064 has been offline since midnight I had to switch my mobile phone to 3g to get a connection lots of people have reported this and the network status page still says no issues, tell us what's going on optus?
