@Stella_Cluster @DoctorKarl Once you are on NBN,(basically everything) , no power,no phone. Solution is to add back up power where the premiss connects to the network apparently.

@Aussie_BB hey folks, just got an email about an NBN outage, but it went to my old email address. Can you check to see if there’s somewhere in your records that may not be updated? Invoices & other emails have gone to the right spot, just this outage notice is misdirected.

@Aussie_BB I’ll have to call in later, but you definitely have the updated email as I’ve been getting invoices there for many months now. Is there a separate system that sends out the NBN outage notification that doesn’t just use current email on file?

@RNBreakfast How can Govs. out-source everything & expect Co.'s not to profit. LNP has ruined Public Service, Aged Care, ABC. JobKeeper, Pre schools, Job centres, Ports, NBN,etc. Returns needed for investors. Service not provided, too expensive.

@Telstra is refusing to take customer calls. Tried chatting with robot “Codi”, which directed me to phone. Phone answering service says use the online tools and then hangs up. I just want to add static IP to NBN service- it’s not hard.
