Latest outage, problems and issue reports in Burradoo and nearby locations:

  • martyvis Martin Visser (@martyvis) reported from Yerrinbool, State of New South Wales

@NBN_Australia I spoke to my provider, and they have been told by NBN that there is planned remediation but no ETA. I'm just disappointed that today's visit by NBN wasn't planned properly. I've no medical issues relying on the network, just hoping for service to get my work and relaxation done.

  • martyvis Martin Visser (@martyvis) reported from Yerrinbool, State of New South Wales

Wakey, wakey, rise and shine @NBN_Australia! It's now 21 days since my service went down and today is the 3rd date you have given my retail provider for restoration. ( No updates as of Friday so we assume all systems go).

  • martyvis Martin Visser (@martyvis) reported from Yerrinbool, State of New South Wales

@mverbloot @NBN_Australia @iiNet I don't think so. I've been delighted with the 50/20 service via copper. But something hit the aerial lead-in cable at 3:30 Monday morning 3 weeks ago. A neighbour on Telstra was restored within days but for some reason NBN can't supply a tech with a ladder ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

  • jackfjack6 Stiletto Black Jack - Very Unpleasant to Trolls (@jackfjack6) reported from Moss Vale, State of New South Wales

@ShiannonC Squillions. Telstra, NBN and AFP have been aware for at least 4 months. No idea what they done to resolve this scam issue.

  • jackfjack6 Blistering Black Jack - LNP Chasseur (@jackfjack6) reported from Moss Vale, State of New South Wales

Was great try-on other day, April Fools about fixing NBN. Gotta be a big at attack big target for Labor, on nation-wide issue. Guess we will find out soon.

NBN Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • _TimMcMahon Tim McMahon (@_TimMcMahon) reported

@yaakov_h @Optus @NBN_Australia There's a risk that communities become isolated when there's a power outage that takes nbn infrastructure and mobile infrastructure down. Mobile backup won't always work due to loss of coverage. Telcos may think that there's overlapping coverage so they don't prioritise.

  • OurNarungga Dianah Walter (@OurNarungga) reported

Hey @Telstra. Great to have so visitors in the region #YorkePeninsula but yet another weekend trying to work with upload/download speeds back to dial-up days thanks to bandwidth at capacity & I'm told at least another month to get @NBN_Australia connected. Help! #RegionsMatter

  • meatpiemate MeatPieMate (@meatpiemate) reported

Sorrey that was very Angrey, but I hate that CRAP, Get off my internet, it stain`s the nbn lines or something

  • jodebkp jodie (@jodebkp) reported

@Telstra my family have spent hours on phone and visiting two stores and need help - my parents have had their phone number of 50 years disconnected without consent, Telstra seem to know this occurred when nbn installed but no one can help with the number being reconnected.

  • ReallyTrulyGod The Real God (@ReallyTrulyGod) reported

@steadye01527357 @Optus I can cut and paste articles all day as well. It's pointless trying to explain what is actually going on to you because you are welded to a BS premise that they all use the same technology. They don't. The NBN is not Telstra and it is not a mobile network for a start.

  • kevinburfitt Kevin Burfitt (@kevinburfitt) reported

@telstra cable nbn has been down for 10 hours, Foxtel say the cable is down, Telstra outages say 'everything is fine' and 45 minutes on online support gets to "we'll monitor for 24hrs" :-(

  • maz_net_au Maz (@maz_net_au) reported

@DanSmith18 @NBN_Australia @Telstra No, the NBN doesn't talk to customers. They just offer crap technology and then hide behind the RSPs.

  • maz_net_au Maz (@maz_net_au) reported

@NBN_Australia HAHA exactly what I told the other guy you'd say. Always hiding behind the RSP when you know full well that the NBN doesn't guarantee anything faster than 25mbit (or 12mbit in co-existence). FTTN is garbage and 4G is 5x faster. I can't wait for 5G to bankrupt you.

  • thill73 Tara Hill ❤️🤍🖤 (@thill73) reported

@Niksterisms Yeah all over the Dandy Ranges is pretty bad, looked like a cyclone had gone through. We had a tree go down on our property taking out the electrical and NBN lines, which also blocked the driveway. Just a waiting game now, but very frustrating and draining.

  • Optus Optus (@Optus) reported

@SumiWumi Sorry Sumi, it looks like NBN is investigating an issue in the area. We hope the service is back online soon. Do you have access to Optus 4G backup modem? Meg
