    @ShiannonC Squillions. Telstra, NBN and AFP have been aware for at least 4 months. No idea what they done to resolve this scam issue.

    @mverbloot @NBN_Australia @iiNet I don't think so. I've been delighted with the 50/20 service via copper. But something hit the aerial lead-in cable at 3:30 Monday morning 3 weeks ago. A neighbour on Telstra was restored within days but for some reason NBN can't supply a tech with a ladder ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

    Wakey, wakey, rise and shine @NBN_Australia! It's now 21 days since my service went down and today is the 3rd date you have given my retail provider for restoration. ( No updates as of Friday so we assume all systems go).

    Was great try-on other day, April Fools about fixing NBN. Gotta be a big at attack big target for Labor, on nation-wide issue. Guess we will find out soon.

    @NBN_Australia I spoke to my provider, and they have been told by NBN that there is planned remediation but no ETA. I'm just disappointed that today's visit by NBN wasn't planned properly. I've no medical issues relying on the network, just hoping for service to get my work and relaxation done.

    @smh If the telcos had modernised themselves and had full fibre networks it wouldn't be an issue. Or if the NBN was built properly as all fibre. Netflix and the consumer in no way share the blame here.

    @MyRepublicAU Hello, I’ve tried these and it does not resolve my issue. My wifi router is reporting a connection to the NBN modem but no upstream connectivity. This has happened a at least a dozen times in the last 2 months, during work hours.

    @NBN_Australia NBN issues in Elsternwick. My provider says it's an NBN outage affecting the area but your online status says no issues. What's the deal? Can't keep a connection for more than 10 mins

    @YeahhhhBuddddy I don't have NBN yet as still get 120mbs on cable, but have to swap by August next year. Want to make sure I get a modem that is easier to set up Getflix than trying to break a service providers locked down modem.

    @Telstra your internet service is a disgrace!! You made me change from cable to NBN at half the speed and at the same cost. now the internet has been down for a month!! I can't contact you as your phone bots hang up and your message service responds 4 hours later when asleep

    @Telstra 6 business days in to getting a faulty NBN internet fixed. Incompetent NBN technicians sent out 4 business days ago to fix issue, left because they didn’t know where the street node is. Seriously what training?? Still waiting, three people working from home...

    @CatRoulett3 Mine was ****** up too. I called the support line they told me to turn off the modem AND the NBN box, leave it for a few minutes then turn it back on. That fixed it for me
