Did any of them back stab anyone that got in their way .Policies that cost Aust over $50 b in a very short time & growing (subs,nbn,barrier reef,snowy mtn mk 2 all unmitagated disasters. Was willing to bring the govt down with a election after they dumped him he is the king loser

@atTimMaggs @Aussie_BB That's always been the case. NBN run the last mile access, and the ISP have their backbone network + customer management infrastructure for billing etc.

A quick update on my @telstra internet saga... I lodged a formal complaint and now the best they can do is to check if I can get ADSL or, if I'm lucky, ADSL2+. And both of course will be charged at @NBN_Australia premium price. #telstraFAIL

Sorry everyone that I had to cancel the rest of the stream. It started to rain & that was the final nail in the coffin. I will follow up with the teleco ombudsman & hope I don't have to change ISP AGAIN as a part of the troubleshooting process in order to get NBN to send a tech.

Internet outage for almost 24 hours. Filled it with reading eBooks. Dodo said it was an NBN issue. We shall see. Fingers crossed there are no more outages, because while I managed to remain calm without access for a day... I really don't want to have to go without for long.
