@NBN_Australia don't thow OH&S requirements 2 me either Seems Sydney rail working on station upgrade can do work at night Its not as if u can't have lighting 7 HOURS on a work day. WORK hours. NOT EMERGENCY 1 week away. HOW MANY ppl will not b able to work, study, have med appts. NOT ACCEPTABLE

@Optus so your chat function / IT service isn’t available til 8am, but my husband starts work at 7:30am, and our nbn is down. This is not good enough. Your chat bot is insufficient.

@NBN_Australia OH STOP WHAT ALTERNATIVE SERVICES. This is NBN there is NO ALTERNATIVE service for ppl need ZOOM and internet AND YOU KNOW IT. NOT OK AND THERE WILL BE MASSIVE COMPLAINTS

@NBN_Australia My suburb is not listed despite this being an issue for 4 years. And why would I pay for something that everybody else had received for 'free'? As per my initial request, could you please organise FTTP (or at least change to a closer node) as soon as possible? Thanks.

@kemal_atlay I'm a freelancer so I'm expected to go into the office or I turn down work. NBN can't handle big video files. Simple as that.

@jriewolod @Telstra I don’t subscribe to any pay TV services and I get my internet over nbn Fttc. So, I wanted to remove the the redundant cables attached to my eaves. I asked Optus to remove their’s, no problem. Done same week. I asked Telstra, and it was difficult and no they wouldn’t do it.
