    @Telstra internet via cable. Seems Telstra have cut off my cable service in preparation to going to NBN. Sadly NBN wont be ready till 1/10 Can you help please. Ref: INC11229249. Went out and purchased a smartmodem which cost $209 whilst waiting for my NBN one to arrive

    @slate_akita If this is on Australia's NBN it probably won't go faster, it'll continue at it's tedious slow pace, or worse still, time out. Restart 2020 all over again.

    @MyRepublicAU I don't think you are really committed to communication.This page is hardly ever updated. Everytime there has been an outage in my area this page shows 'no known issues.' I have to check the NBN status page to find out there is 'planned maintenance'.

    @Aussie_BB hola amigos, signed up for 1000 down on Friday. I know it's only Monday, but I am expecting an NBN tech at some point I am pretty sure. Any idea on a time frame? Not in a rush, just wondering. In Brisbane if that helps.

    @NBN_Australia How can I talk to someone from my nbn? My co-existence period ended but my max speed is only 65mbs. I live 750 metres from the box. Your customer service line keeps telling me to go online.

    @Gotpeg @dissin @riseupmelbourne NBN is safe because it is cabled. Anything wireless like cell towers are not. Your Wifi router is very bad can put a flymesh cage around it to reduce radiation by 90% and not affect signal. Check out EMF Protector sites will explain more.
