    @Telstra NBN cable internet outage in NSW 2160, even though shows "no confirmed interruptions" online. NBN modem keeps trying to reconnect with all lights flashing then nothing. Please update?

    @NBN_Australia The original intention of NBN satellite was to service remote areas, not prop up service so close to a capital city @NBN_Australia. If you did something about moving some of us to fixed wireless it might free up people on satellite to enjoy greater data, bandwidth & speed

    @Josieamycashman @MrKRudd Telstra had a plan to build a fibre network & pay for it buy selling the land that it's exchange's occupy, but the other providers kicked up a fuss as they would be forced to pay Telstra for access. Wouldn't have been the lemon the NBN is and wouldn't have cost taxpayers a cent

    @Telstra I've been trying since January to get my nbn connection fixed and I keep being told 'nothing wrong'. Today the app wants me to pay extra for Telstra Platinim support!! Appalling customer sevice

    @damienpbuckley @MRowlandMP This is crazy. To me, to it sounds like Tangerine haven't met their obligation as an ISP. So they're willing to sell regional NBN but not willing to support it. It's a tough one but I would demand service mitigation via TIO. Next step is ditch Tangerine, migrate to Telstra.

    @damienpbuckley @MRowlandMP Definitely do that... They absolutely must take you seriously. DM me if you get stuck. I have back channels to use but I am bound by all the same legislation. FWIW Tangerine have known problems with their NBN wholesale agreement.
