    It should be investigated and people charged. I have a Vietnamese friend on a work visa who worked for a telecommunications company and now NBN. He often works from 7am to 9pm and in his first job he climbed those towers, often works weekends but never gets paid overtime!

    @BecWrong @ChateauQuang I think you can or may have already iiNet **** VDSL. I had it and customer service from good ol Capetown drove me nuts so I dumped them. Now my NBN node is 900m away (further than iiNet) and faster, stable service!! Thank you AussieBB. Time for change Queenie

    @Optus complete reduced service in Sydney since Thursday night. Absolute junk. Have made several calls that we have wasted hours of our time. Nobody can find or access our account. All we have been told is nbn should be fixed by today…. Nope still not working.

    None of this requires any legislation, it's more a direction to NBN Co to dump the ridiculous "fibre on demand" policy and just start stripping out the copper in the worst FTTN spots and work up from there.

    @Aussie_BB hey folks, just got an email about an NBN outage, but it went to my old email address. Can you check to see if there’s somewhere in your records that may not be updated? Invoices & other emails have gone to the right spot, just this outage notice is misdirected.
