It should be investigated and people charged. I have a Vietnamese friend on a work visa who worked for a telecommunications company and now NBN. He often works from 7am to 9pm and in his first job he climbed those towers, often works weekends but never gets paid overtime!

@iiNet @NBN_Australia @Telstra What year is this? It’s bad enough Melbourne is in lockdown, but now there has been no home Internet for nearly 24 hours. Kids have missed school, home business are loosing business! Can we please get some info or an ETA on what is happening?

@superloopnet Not good enough. A working internet connection has become an essential service during lockdown. Other RSPs investigate the fault immediately when the customer calls and raise the fault with NBN right away. You need to improve your test & diagnostic tools.

@barriecassidy Probably more than the NBN. But would have just been throwing good money after bad to stick with it. It was an obvious fail from Day 1.

@juchelesbian As a former NBN tech I know this struggle although we could run conduit so you’d be putting in saddles ever metre and a half which isn’t quite as bad as clips. People think under houses the claustrophobia is bad but no. It’s the severe pain from ****** contortions
