It should be investigated and people charged. I have a Vietnamese friend on a work visa who worked for a telecommunications company and now NBN. He often works from 7am to 9pm and in his first job he climbed those towers, often works weekends but never gets paid overtime!

@NSWGR8022 @MRowlandMP @Tony_Burke Just remember that this has happened because Telstra wouldn't structurally separate retail from infrastructure. To upgrade network NBN had to be created. Telstra offered to do upgrade only so they could set exorbitant wholesale price which ACCC wouldn't allow.

When I was an @Optus customer I’d have NBN outages for hours to days that I’d have to chase up. Now with @Aussie_BB, NBN dropped out for 5 minutes and I received an sms, email and app notification. The customer service is so much better. Best decision I’ve made.

NBN chief executive says the network allowed Australia to operate during the pandemic by connecting those working from home. Most people I know relied on mobile data last year because the network was so poor

@NBN_Australia My ISP expressed some considerable frustration that they are not privy to planned and unplanned network interruptions @NBN_Australia. This causes much loss of productivity and unnecessary double-handling to ISP and customer.

@CrStuartJames @Telstra We use Southern Phone I on Optus Network she on Telstra, the call centres always in Australia. Always very helpful unless it’s a home internet issue but that’s another story! Still on BB with an option for wireless NBN
