    It should be investigated and people charged. I have a Vietnamese friend on a work visa who worked for a telecommunications company and now NBN. He often works from 7am to 9pm and in his first job he climbed those towers, often works weekends but never gets paid overtime!

    @FOXTEL_Help @monkeybjnr If this isn’t fixed by Monday 5PM ACST I am literally switching providers. My neighbour has no issues with their internet connection through Superloop, it is not an NBN issue, it is a Foxtel issue.

    @NBN_Australia Thanks Sarah. All is good now, but no updates. I would like an answer though on how the NBN outage was caused by an “unplanned” power outage but locally United Energy are calling it a PLANNED outage.

    @Aussie_BB I haven't had internet all day in Sydney. NBN website says it's not them. My household has been tethering to our phones all day. So, is it Aussie Broadband that is down? Customers shouldn't be charged for the time they can't access internet.

    Equipment connected via the nbn® broadband access network will not work during a power outage. We have deployed generators where it is safe to do so and have more on standby ready to use when needed.
