    It should be investigated and people charged. I have a Vietnamese friend on a work visa who worked for a telecommunications company and now NBN. He often works from 7am to 9pm and in his first job he climbed those towers, often works weekends but never gets paid overtime!

    @Optus I’ve been w/o internet for more than 10 days now & have been on the phone w your Tech support team & the NBN website says our outage should be resolved Friday 17th which was last week & still I cannot connect to my internet. I’m missing out on crucial studying bc I have no Wifi

    @dunxcorp I have never connected to the NBN and use mobile broadband from Telsta. Recently upgraded to 5g my internet is 3x faster than my neighbours NBN. The NBN was obsolete before it was built.

    @NBN_Australia have had horrendous NBN for 3 weeks, between yourself n @VodafoneAU you have cancelled 2 NBN tech call outs to check the line. Paying for 250mbps and we are getting 6mbps - FIX THIS ISSUE NOW!!! 8 calls to Vodafone, next call TIO (telecommunications ombudsman)
