  It should be investigated and people charged. I have a Vietnamese friend on a work visa who worked for a telecommunications company and now NBN. He often works from 7am to 9pm and in his first job he climbed those towers, often works weekends but never gets paid overtime!

  @steeviepee @ParamountPlusAU Reality is there are a number of factors that may affect performance. I’m on an NBN100 service so enjoy a good connection right from the start. I’m using an Apple TV device connected to a gigabit wired connection to my router and NBN. Everything is stable and no slow links. 1/2

  Wifi went down in X-ray place the other day. One of the staff told me our country’s poor NBN made us a target for foreign powers to invade and attack Australia. He then said we should all invest in cyanide capsules! #cheerful

  Hey @NBN_Australia, I've just upgraded from SkyMuster to SkyMuster +. I hadn't anticipated being hit with a double-NAT problem. Is this an artifact of 'Plus', or a shortcoming of my provider? Apart from a VPN, do you have any proposed remedy? All my port-forwards are dead :(

  Our NBN is out, probably until Tuesday. Our mobile reception is so poor we basically can’t get anything to load on our computers and I’m supposed to record a podcast at 10am.

  @NBN_Australia Of course there is an outage on my address though it says it was supposed to be fixed by “Fri 26 Nov 4:30pm”. WTF am I supposed to do with that info? Can I get an update for a future time rather than in the past?

  @Internode The advertised outage window for power (and indeed a planned NBN outrage for the same window) was supposed to end at noon. That the power is still out nearly a half hour later is not your fault, nor nbnco.
