It should be investigated and people charged. I have a Vietnamese friend on a work visa who worked for a telecommunications company and now NBN. He often works from 7am to 9pm and in his first job he climbed those towers, often works weekends but never gets paid overtime!

@carnelley26 That sounds frustrating, Caroline. If you are having service issues it's best to speak to your provider. They will be able to test the line to check for faults. If the fault is with nbn they will let us know and we will work hard to fix it. Let us know how you go. Thanks, Amy

@albericie LNP did not save money installing copper based nbn either as well as making us have such a slow internet. Surprised they have not tried to bring back horse and cart #auspol
