    It should be investigated and people charged. I have a Vietnamese friend on a work visa who worked for a telecommunications company and now NBN. He often works from 7am to 9pm and in his first job he climbed those towers, often works weekends but never gets paid overtime!

    NBN out today still nothing tonight 😡 rang Optus they said it’s not their problem but we are paying them for the top speed 😡 we previously had Optus cable but we’re forced to disconnect for nbn

    @Optus Just spent an hour chatting with your tech support. That's outside of the hour i spent during the day. Both mobile and NBN affected. Check DMs

    @UnaMcIlvenna If it's NBN then hands down its Aussie Broadband, fast, good customer service, their call centre in Morwell is a big (biggest?) employer in the region. Of course I'm biased but of you do sign up with them use this code and we'll both get $50 off our bill - 4191649

    Anybody else out there finding @Xero impossibility slow? Tried with our NBN connection (42.79Mbps) and Telstra hotspot off my phone but it just won’t load? Been going on for a week now.
