It should be investigated and people charged. I have a Vietnamese friend on a work visa who worked for a telecommunications company and now NBN. He often works from 7am to 9pm and in his first job he climbed those towers, often works weekends but never gets paid overtime!

We've complained to their complaints department, telecommunications ombudsman and still cannot get anyone from @NBN_Australia to come and check their own cabling in our area. 2 houses down they have FTTP but we are stuck with ****** FTTN 😤

@NBN_Australia @PaulFletcherMP Basically my problem is that I don't know the difference between an outage and a service fault... if I knew that difference, all my internet problems would magically go away! 🎉

@petehanssens if there are any issues with the services the nbn technical support team who monitors these issue will be able to advise your provider, what the specific issue is and help rectify the problem. 2/3

@BevJohnst @MarianSmedley @BarbaraHFlowers Shorten was not PM material as was evident by the way he voted from the LNP backbench and his uncritical approach to various issues put to him — like recovering the NBN stuff up. Simply, he was 2nd rate and it was obvious.

Love to sit around all afternoon for an @NBN_Australia technician who never arrives... Love when the appointment is 1-5 on a Friday so now I can't do anything about it until Monday. Love not having Internet for over a week.

@Jeff_Sparrow @trickyidnego This is the guy who personally had shares in foreign companies that were building fibre to the home abroad, but went along with Abbott's idiot plan to cancel fibre to the home in Australia, thus wrecking the NBN.

@cjlc1829 Without any further details on your address etc, I am unable to provide further information. However I can advise that NBN equipment/technology is owned and updated by NBN and companies like Optus, are the provider of the service that that technology allows. Casey

Does anyone know how we can get @NBN_Australia to come and investigate our FTTN service? @Aussie_BB have refused to send anything to NBN citing "no proof" despite us upgrading internal wiring, several modems and them still seeing the drop out issues on their end.

@NBN_Australia The NBN only offers 12mbit internet during coexistence and only guarantees 25mbit after that. My provider is unable to do anything about the crappy NBN network except suggest that I use 4G instead. There has been demand for FTTP for 7 years already. HURRY UP!
