    It should be investigated and people charged. I have a Vietnamese friend on a work visa who worked for a telecommunications company and now NBN. He often works from 7am to 9pm and in his first job he climbed those towers, often works weekends but never gets paid overtime!

    Nbn drilled under our year old crossovers about 10 months ago and now they have a hairline crack, the council wants them replaced at our cost. Like **** I’m paying that.

    @OMGTheMess actually i have a feeling the Libs finally left a sting in the tail for the ALP just in case they lost not as bad as the the unfunded NBN or NDIS or their inherited Trillion dollar debt after 2 years of jobkeeper but a nice little grenade nonetheless

    @taipan168 And Telstra only faces minimum service guarantees in a very small component of the business where they continue to hold assets that used to be owned by the government. That's shrinking over time as the NBN buys out the copper.

    @boltzaus @NBN_Australia @NBN_Australia send some dude to my house and fix this router or even switch plans that would be very much appreciated. I’m getting over 70% packet loss and it only happens at night time around 5pm to 7pm and then I have to wake up at 7am to have good ping cbf anymore.

    @Telstra thank you for disconnecting my nbn service at 7:30pm on a Friday night and not providing any support services for me to contact until Monday morning at 8am. This has been an ongoing issue since February and it’s still not rectified. Disappointing

    @steve_evil @NBN_Australia True. The problem with good services is that nobody notices when they work well. See also concerts: how many people say "excellent audio mix tonight" compared to noticing when it's crap?

    Great service today from @NBN_Australia installing fibre #NOT Turned up said they didn’t have enough cable & would be back in a couple of hours. Left box open outside with cables exposed and never returned. Now told we need to wait for another appointment. #shitservice #nbnco

    @GritfoxAU @NBN_Australia If they detect something is bad with the router they send one for free and maybe @ the actual provider as it could not be nbns fault, you are the one that needs to switch plans as well, also you can just buy a new router and plug it in yourself, ask your mum what plan you are on
