It should be investigated and people charged. I have a Vietnamese friend on a work visa who worked for a telecommunications company and now NBN. He often works from 7am to 9pm and in his first job he climbed those towers, often works weekends but never gets paid overtime!

@deemadigan @NBN_Australia Hey. Best to get specific. Have you done and actual speed test? Who is your provider. Chances are you are getting at least 50Mbps from NBN (which in my house supports 3 people video streaming) but your home wifi is poor.

@NBN_Australia Nah, the quality of the nbn begins with how it is delivered to the street and house. Using copper wire (in some case very old copper wire) instead of fibre optic cable to the premises is a really stupid idea

@NBN_Australia @Aussie_BB We're now raising a ticket and a complaint with you. Your techs come here and break the internet. I'm left on mobile data because of your technicians.

@FOXTEL_Help warning to all potential Foxtel NBN customers. Don't do it, my service was supposed to have been connected Monday 22 March 2021 and 9 days later still no broadband connection for what should have been a basic switch of ISP from Telstra. They even overcharged me.

@NBN_Australia Why does @NBN_Australia think boiler-plate responses are appropriate? - This was -not- a planned outage! - This was -not- a provider outage! - This -was- an NBNCo unplanned outage of around 14 hours. Customer satisfaction comes from expectation management & transparency.
