    It should be investigated and people charged. I have a Vietnamese friend on a work visa who worked for a telecommunications company and now NBN. He often works from 7am to 9pm and in his first job he climbed those towers, often works weekends but never gets paid overtime!

    @Optus We also just had our newly replaced wi-fi nbn box as well as our home phone line disconnect not even 2 weeks since we had someone come and fix it...This is shocking by you people at Optus!

    @RealDMitchell @ObsNewReview Dear Mr Mitchell, I absolutely agree Now I am connected to the NBN if we have a power outage or the system is overloaded my phone goes off as do Mobile phones after 15 mins I moved to an area that has removed Landline connections & replaced with NBN Brilliant for Drs Surgery,Vets

    @Kristov086 I know it's the NBN but there is still the issue of purchasing enough capacity to service customers. Optus don't. I switched from them to Aussie Broadband. Use my own router and never looked back. Not perfect. Nothing is but it's been brilliant by comparison.
