It should be investigated and people charged. I have a Vietnamese friend on a work visa who worked for a telecommunications company and now NBN. He often works from 7am to 9pm and in his first job he climbed those towers, often works weekends but never gets paid overtime!

@mayormccheezel Hi Mick, in the general contact centre we do not receive the details to these investigations. After the incident is raised, our provider will reach out to the internal nbn support team for further investigation. The support team will liaise updates back to your provider 1/2

Stream crashed and then @NBN_Australia stops working. Imagine having a service so fragile unplugging it destroys the entire system. Imagine if @MrKRudd's plan went through. Guess we can only dream.
