    It should be investigated and people charged. I have a Vietnamese friend on a work visa who worked for a telecommunications company and now NBN. He often works from 7am to 9pm and in his first job he climbed those towers, often works weekends but never gets paid overtime!

    @NBN_Australia not working with @BelongAU 1- No customer support 2- no online support Tried to call belong but no response. It’s been for days they mail us modem whenever we try to contact they are not available but when it comes to bill they charge on time 👎🏻 @acccgovau

    @JonesHowdareyou I was dreading going on the NBN because of things like that but, touch wood, it has all gone very smoothly with minimal problems.

    @JonesHowdareyou @TonyThefathippy You're lucky we have FTTN and the node is over 1 km away, somewhere along the old phone line path water gets in when it rains and we get nothing till it dries out, complained so many times but there us no problem according to NBN.

    @TPG_Telecom 🤯🤯🤯 what is going on today. Lost connectivity during super important meetings. & now it’s still down. Why does this keep happening so frequently.. or will I be told it’s @NBN_Australia … please fix it!

    @BelongAU offer great prices on a reasonable network....BUT when things go wrong, help is an absolute pain in the arse to try and obtain. If you like to be able to easily contact (and have them reply!) an ISP for help to solve a problem then steer clear of Belong. #nbn

    So! Here’s my day on a plate. Have a piece to file by 2pm. Internet has been down all night. Contact Telstra… 3 hours later, internet still not back on but we have a shiny new NBN contract, for more than we paid before for the same service on the same cable infrastructure. 1/3

    So @Internode it says on your website to login to my internode to request a relocation of an existing service. So I login and there’s nowhere to fill out a relocation request. So what the… #internode #nbn
