@jen_browning @Telstra This week they have been doing maintenance on the mobile network while the NBN has been at its worst. I have missed 2 meetings because of drop outs where I get SOS only when home wifi is not working to mobile and countless hours of the wheel of death while items are loading.

@albericie @Optus Yeah, I really wouldn't go with Optus or Telstra if it's NBN. I'm with Aussie Broadband and they're great (Australian support too), and I've heard good things about Superloop and Launtel too.

NBN is a nightmare. Spent most of the evening trying to fix my internet connection. It has to be down 24hrs before you can log a fault.

@AnthonyCole68 @KatCallan540 @albericie He has to accept his legacy. ALL of it including his role in the NBN debacle that set Australians and the economy back over a decade and gave us a network worth a fraction of what we spent on it.

It's a bit sad when a jury-rigged long-range 4G antenna setup is more reliable than FTTN - dropped twice in 15 minutes for 3 mins, mid meeting. Cable is still hanging off at tree. (@NBN_Australia - the contact is appreciated, but I'd appreciate resolution even more)

@albericie @Optus Optus, Telstra, NBN all companies to big to give a hoot about individual cases. Years ago I had a similar issue and was sent from pillar to post and back again.

Who schedules a whole day outage, during business hours, on the day most people return to work after their end of year break, when most people are still working from home? @NBN_Australia that's who.
