    @jen_browning @Telstra This week they have been doing maintenance on the mobile network while the NBN has been at its worst. I have missed 2 meetings because of drop outs where I get SOS only when home wifi is not working to mobile and countless hours of the wheel of death while items are loading.

    @DavidRGardiner Same experience here. I figure NBN couldn’t/can’t do anything to fix their infrastructure until that also got power back. Hopefully it’ll just require a tech to visit and reset a circuit breaker. Longer still if the hardware or aboveground wires suffered damage.

    Sorry all my internet just went down. Have to wait for NBN to go back up. Hopefully won’t be to long. When this happens. It’s normally down for an hour or so.

    @NBN_Australia @OberonLight I’ve done all of those multiple times. My ISP knows nothing and apparently can’t get more information. It’s NBN related and I know it. Get your stuff together and fix the POI

    I love when I go to set up my wifi and spend about an hour pushing buttons only for the nbn service to be down
