@NBN_Australia I have responded via DM. The only acceptable solution is to use the internal wiring I had installed when building the house, remove the conduit and perform any repairs needed to the property (inside and out) and clean up your mess.

NBN woes part 2: given up all hope with iiNet after finding out that a) I had to use a different account that I didn't know existed, and b) organise an appointment for another technician to visit. Jumped over to Aussie Broadband and hoping that will fix this whole mess up

@Optus we signed up for nbn 4 weeks ago & hv not received a modem!! Hv called abt 6x, visited ur store & yet nothing! This is seriously ridiculous! Ur level of service is the worst we have ever experienced!!!

Omg i fixed the internet without having to call tech support or getting help from anyone. Turns out the modem sitting in a puddle returns it to factory settings and I somehow know how to configure the nbn. Yay now I can watch TV in bed again.

@TPG_Telecom I’ve had the nbn for a few months now and everytime it rains the internet cuts out. We’ve called support so many times and y’all just tell us to record when it happens. Literally everytime it rains. Fix this.

@Peter_Fitz @wwos On Gem in Melbourne and the picture quality was 1980’s Tv dreadful. Stan quality is usually really good but seems to vary between full HD & Gem quality, most likely due to the really poor Abbott provided overloaded NBN we have here.

@Telstra has a genuine issue with their new via app chat. Over 24 hours invested in chat alone, 12 phone calls and my 4g backup they directed me to use until my nbn could be connected is still pumping out 0.1mbs at peak speeds... easy money you lot @iiNet nows your chance!

@Telstra The latest is that they want me to upgrade my plan. I went through hell dealing with Telstra in April, then in May when the error was identified by NBN Co. To have it happen again, 3 months later and be treated like I'm a cash cow is unacceptable. I just want the issue fixed.

@DoctorKarl @Wil_Anderson We tried everything to get it to work too with no luck. Think we were sold a pup. And we were really depending on it because reception is crap where we live and there is no NBN rollout scheduled for our area. So much for our long awaited streaming services.
