    @NBN_Australia Telstra has flagged the fault. I cannot undertake business. Why does it take another 24 to 48 hours for @NBN to fix and no phone numbers from NBN or Telstra to discuss . A 5 G tower is being erected in my street. Will slow service push us off NBN to 5G?

    @NBN_Australia @TPG_Telecom claiming its fine and @NBN_Australia site claiming its fine however a quick search of the word balaclava and several tweets reporting NBN is down in the area.

    @Telstra Non working internet for 48 hours I need a technician to visit. Business only help from Telstra is text message exchange. Paying top price for NBN cannot work cannot get a technician to work and online service takes hours with only negative outcomes

    @NBN_Australia my nbn service has not been working since 7pm yesterday. You don’t have any outage on your site but send me an email saying there is an outage. It’s 21st century for god sake! Is there anyway we can hold you accountable for this?

    @AlboMP It’s almost like the LNP destroyed the NBN’s potential so they blame its dysfunction for every bad decision over the next 20 years. Stuart Robert spent 30k+ a month on internet and still can’t do his job!

    @Telstra I live inAscot Vale in Victoria . We have arranged numerous appts with Telstra to have our phone line upgraded for the nbn. On every single occasion since April the tech guys never show up. This behaviour is disgraceful !

    @NBN_Australia Spent 48 hours exchanging texts with Telstra. Following advice from private technician connected the NBN box to my laptop. Found ping was good but up and down load speeds were minimal. Telstra then agreed to escalate to NBN but 24 to 48 hour delay. Cannot work without @NBN

    @EmergencyBK @NBN_Australia And Scumo and his mates recon they can't see an issue with their 100mb connection.... Living in a small town, all I have is NBN wireless. 600 m from the tower, I'm OK, but still pissed with the failed LNP System . Hope it improves sooner then later EBK...🤞🤞🧡

    Has anyone with the NBN had any issue with the network connection device connection signal flash red and blue? I switched over 2 days ago all was working well and now it’s not. I can’t help think the home phone line disconnection might have caused it. Can’t get a tech out til Tue

Gosh, I've been in similar myself when NBN is down and Telstra 4G here is abysmal, calls drop out frequently. Local businesses often have to take mobile EFTPOS outside to get a signal. Sorry you /2

    @jonnybe65901774 It’s not to do with them! I only have access to wireless and satellite NBN as the Tweet says Starlink is cable Also not available to me now or ever and has nothing to do with repeated maintenance and wireless tower being down & my current issues

    @EmergencyBK @NBN_Australia Fair enough EBK, I’m yet to learn the complexities of more remote/country NBN. We had Fibre to the Node, which was a long way away and garbage. Hope you get better results soon. 🤓
