    And email that the order has been completed. My nbn service including phone went dead. After 90m on phone with @Telstra, I finally got back internet via their 5g sim in the modem. I was furious when told cable nbn and phone wouldn’t be be restored for a week.

    @Optus we were on the phone to OPTUS for THREE HOURS to some operator in India, we just wanted to move to a faster NBN plan, and they could not migrate our old account over. NIGHTMARE and Optus are outsourcing their support to useless people in India

    @Optus told me i could have s refund on my nbn bill after i told them i was going to ACCC and then conveniently the chat got disconnected (my mobile service also with optus. cant wait to be finished on that contract!) then its off to literally any other provider

    @Matt_Camenzuli @jabattoir13 @JuliaGillard I think she was worse than Turnbull. I must have missed other reasons Turnbull was terrible, but my one thing with him was wasting time and money on the NBN, we're still paying for full fibre rollout house-by-house, made sense to just do the lot once, less driving per-house.

    @abhishekarghya Morning. Early NBN plans had Route 40 realigned significantly and frequency upgrades. Changes to Route 40 are not included in the FY27 Annual Service Plan but we are looking at making these changes in FY28.

    Never liked MTV, but wouldn't tolerate d3ath threats against any channel, MTV, mayadeen, Manar, Aljadeed, Future, LBCi, OTV, NBN. Unacceptable by any measures. Imperfect and biased like most of our channels, but not as much as some. Ma badda hal2ad. I see blind unfounded hate

    @AlboMP NBN increases that you made, are costing us an extra 300 dollars a year. Forcing us to consume an internet that you can charge more for at any moment is an extrotion racket. I hope you fix this asap. Any mandatory expectation should be met with free service or cheap rates.

    So last week @Telstra rang out of the blue to ask if I had requested to change my nbn to another provider as they had received an order to transfer my service. I said no and the agent said okay he’d cancel the transfer order Then on Friday I received a message
