@Telstra You just put my nbn bill up. I can’t cancel within contract without a penalty but you can put prices up. When the contract expires you will lose a 20 year customer. Mobile and internet. So long. Never to return

Why wouldn't an IP address be considered personal information in Australia like with GDPR? If you can use it to identify someone, it's personal information. E.g. nbn service, mobile service. Tell me that telcos don't have a "Find by customer by IP address" tools.

lmao our nbn is dead for 2 weeks and my mobile data doesn't work in my house so i bought a pocket wifi but i need to activate the sim inside it and i can't do that because i can't access the net long enough to load the activation page
