@Optus @NBN_Australia If the speed was at least getting above 50 Mbps, I’d attribute it to network congestion. However, 50 Mbps seems to be a hard limit, when I’m paying for 100 Mbps.

@Telstra i’m not concerned about my nbn service. i’m concerned about your pathetic excuse for customer service. when you make mistakes you never apologise. i have to fight to have issues addressed and problems solved. #DoBetter

@TPG_Telecom I’ve had the nbn for a few months now and everytime it rains the internet cuts out. We’ve called support so many times and y’all just tell us to record when it happens. Literally everytime it rains. Fix this.

@thatdavidhooper I am having heartburn from Optus and NBN.Having them out to repair my NBN fault for a third time in a week.Thank goodness I don’t rely on it to work from home. I would be in strife. With pretty much a duopoly on services and monopoly on network, they don’t really strive to please.

They mentioned '*****' in training today, a type of tech issue for a particular nbn class. I lay no claim to being mature, but the entire room couldn't keep a straight face when discussing '*****'...

Omg i fixed the internet without having to call tech support or getting help from anyone. Turns out the modem sitting in a puddle returns it to factory settings and I somehow know how to configure the nbn. Yay now I can watch TV in bed again.

@NBN_Australia I have responded via DM. The only acceptable solution is to use the internal wiring I had installed when building the house, remove the conduit and perform any repairs needed to the property (inside and out) and clean up your mess.

I must be bored. Just spent 30 mins on phone with 4 diff people trying to get me to access “their server as I have an NBN problem”. Love mucking with scammers and hackers. I start off naive and get smarter as the call goes on. I want them to hang up 🤣 #Hackers #wastetime #fun

The sad thing is with some govts we can't afford to have them in power for 4 or 5yrs. The current one is prime example. We have to endure more of what they gave us, bad self-centred, wasteful govt. Look at what we got. NBN ppl hate, money wasted on Murray River & more

First world prices for third world service and quality. Great work @NBN_Australia you're an absolute disgrace. I'm not even gonna blame @MyRepublicAU because their hands are tied and you'll both handball the blame. No accountability whatsoever.

@ryangrim NBN isn’t violating Geneva49. Further, it’s clear you have not done your homework. •A special regime between Israel and the “palestinians” is set out in a series of agreements negotiated between 1993 and 1999 that are still valid – that govern all issues between them, settlements included. In this framework there is no specific provision restricting planning, zoning, and continued construction by either party. The “palestinians” and their allies cannot now invoke the Geneva Convention regime in order to bypass previous internationally acknowledged agreements.

@ImperiumEternia @Telstra in my case has changed my NBN service and speed tier without any request or authorization and now they are refusing to restore the service back to state before their team made the mistake. Clearly an organisation operating like a govt department.
