    @iiNet thanks (not) for calling me at 12.00 (as promised) to do this, so called, easy switch to NBN. Your complete lack of reliability and inability is overwhelming! Oh yeah, & I appreciate the wasted hours of my life on the phone with your techs so far. Time I’ll never get back!

    I'm really desparately sorry for them. Could be better though if they had gone into receivership.. Looks like the crap NBN cunning plan isn't working for them. 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

    @NickRossTech @NBN_Australia I had installers come out 3 times now 1. Put the box on crooked 2. Came back next day to connect cabling to the pit across road 3. Third guy came and inspected pit in front of house, then left Next day my “ready for service” is not ready, needs “more work” but they won’t say what

    @Loud_Lass I got a letter gave 12 month notice, got on to it straight away, still took 4months to get a working NBN connection up and running. I wiuld advise Don't leave it to later or it might no be installed when old network cut off.

    Hey @Telstra not at all happy that our internet is down due to NBN works (we’re not on the NBN) and you’re now refusing to come through with the previously offered compensatory data bc my billing address is my postal not residential address! I’m a 10yr customer & 3yr shareholder

    @Telstra NBN is down in 3165. Both the cable conversion box says online. No dial tone in the phone. Just trying to have a relaxing night, but seems that's not going to be the case now. :/

    Had a power flutter and the nbn cable modem won't sync now. Bugger. Guessing it is a broader outage.

    @iiNet @NBN_Australia broadband in Yarraville 3013 hasn’t worked for about 6 hours now. Tried resetting the modem but no luck. I can understand if the heat was impacting the network though.

    @GarthGodsman @TPG_Telecom @NBN_Australia Dont blame you. We pay $70 a month with NBN and this is proving to be rubbish now. We had Vivid Wireless paying $90 a month but never had issues once!!

Supported by skymuster satellite that’s just been replaced by a system that doesn’t exsist yet when a highly successful one does.

    @Telstra Genuinley, how has this not raised a fault case already. Switching to NBN was a crazy mistake, it took 3 years for it to finally preform better than ADSL2. $110 a month, 20+ year customer which means nothing to A MULTI-BILLION $$$ COMPANY

    - Net keeps going down. - Call ISP. - ISP informs separate NBN department to send technician. - Schedule day for them to come. - Technician does not show up. - It was apparently working when they checked. - Repeat this x2 I'm going to actually kill someone I swear to God.

    @DesireeAmerica4 NBN - Billions spent on cabled infrastructure that was slow to roll out and is now outperformed by Starling. RoboDebt - having a computer accuse 20000 people a week of Social Security Fraud and putting the onus on them to prove their innocence, in the meantime garnishing them.

    @hopenothype_io @aomnet @MrTelecoms Couldn't come sooner here in Australia. Optus pissed me off big time this week with their NBN outage here in Brisbane. Nearly a whole day without service. Managing portfolios, and people working from home can't take that **** for too long.

    @IfIWasDaKing @petersterne You can’t treat protesters differently based on the content of their protest. The state can’t decide that it’s legit to protest a synagogue because it gives a venue to NBN, but not to protest the synagogue because the protesters simply hate Jews
