    @Optus The internet signal is very poor and it has been since last night. When using the NBN in Reservoir, the speeds are very slow or the internet might even drop out at times. Your website says that there are some problems in my area but it has been 12 hours.

    The way @Telstra can just do tjis really shits me. Hi from Telstra. NBN Co are performing network updates in Camberwell on 21 September 2020. Your home internet service will be interrupted between 12:00AM - 6:00AM for up to 6hrs.

    Oh #PEM, why do you hate me so? Yesterday was so much fun. Up by 7am for NBN internet installation. Spent the day configuring the home network & family devices including the PS4 and actually played a game. Watched some TV with family. Felt alive. Paying for it today. #MECFS #PWME

    @Aussie_BB @NBN_Australia Hi guys. Telling me exactly 1 minute before you turn off my internet that there is a scheduled outage is a dishonest business practice. Can you please use more honest language ? 1 minutes notice is not “scheduled.” It’s very much “unscheduled”

    @NBN_Australia Yeah, no changes at home. Problem is the network has been deteriorating for some time now! Probably @Telstra oversubscribed. Just rubbish now. So ripped off.

    @NBN_Australia It’s just very difficult when your service has been out for hours and the NBN website hasn’t been updated to reflect what’s actually happening until 6hrs later

    @NBN_Australia Thanks Amy. The NBN website said there wasn’t any service issues in the area until just after Midnight when it was updated advising there was an unplanned incident in the area and the service actually stopped working just after 6pm due to the storm.

    @BelongAU Hi Chris, yes I did check that. Even when the NBN website said there was an unplanned incident in my area effecting my service the Belong Website said there were no issues with connection

    @NBN_Australia my nbn service has not been working since 7pm yesterday. You don’t have any outage on your site but send me an email saying there is an outage. It’s 21st century for god sake! Is there anyway we can hold you accountable for this?

    @r_riordanmp Pretty dam smart if true! Perhaps if the federal libs hadn't given us #FraudBand and instead given is the real NBN, this wouldn't be an issue!

    @NBN_Australia @telstra Received my bill for the first Two Months service Plus a call-out fee I’m sure I signed for all of that somewhere However I am currently applying for the first month free given the (ongoing) issues we’ve had 🤞 (PS- I got an automated response to my DM)

    @NewtonMark @swearyanthony @techoglot The issue is not HFC itself, but how NBN/Telstra deploy it. It's super frustrating. Wonder if the cost/time saving of using it has really played on on a TCO level?

    @Me_SuCat when i tried to get nbn connected at my current house, they connected it to the wrong place, said my house never existed, and it was my fault somehow anyway??? planning to spend tomorrow on the phone with the ISP until i get some ANSWERS i am SO FRUSTRATED!!!

    @XboxANZ @Telstra , if I want to use all access for this, how do I go about that? I used to be a customer of yours. Would switch home internet back to you (hfc nbn) if required, assuming I can still get 100Mbps with a static IP and unlimited traffic (more to avoid worrying about that)
