It has been 4 days since my NBN service is basically unusable. A subscription at 100mbps running at 0.6mbps. NBN keep saying it is under investigation and produce no positive outcome. I am not surprise all users will start to adopt faster and more reliable 5G. #NBN #TPG

  • Shuttlecock Brad Stephenson☕️ (@Shuttlecock) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria

Hey, Aussie followers. What's the best wireless internet solution for 24/7 full time jobs internet. Building can't get the NBN and current solution is too slow and goes offline WAY too often (now on Day 3 with no net).

  • Cashcharlie Cashel Walsh (@Cashcharlie) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria

@Telstra we were told we had to switch to nbn before 30/01 so signed up. Guy came yesterday couldn’t finish it due to some issue. said Telstra would be out today to complete - no one has showed and no internet! My wife works from home and needs the internet urgently!! Any advice?

  • martincedes Martin - #BLM 🖤 (@martincedes) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria

Thanks @telstra for your ****** service throughout the years but it’s time to say goodbye. After four 40min phone calls trying to solve the worst NBN speed (and let’s just add you weren’t even able to figure out what account we were talking about) 1/2

@TPG_Telecom My NBN internet has stopped working for the past hour. My modem shows it's still online, but websites are not loading. Is there a problem?

  • martincedes Martin - #BLM 🖤 (@martincedes) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria

@NBN_Australia you’re a scam! I wonder how many people are pocketing money out of your ****** service. I feel for the dammed people that has to be in call centres answering customers asking for a decent service.

  • anjomiranda Anjo Miranda (@anjomiranda) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria

@NBN_Australia I'm on service class 24 on hfc churning to another provider since this morning. My service still hasn't transferred through. What's causing the delay?

  • adapt20301 Scientists not Bloggers 🌏 🏳️‍🌈 (@adapt20301) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria

@DaveMilbo Our apartment tower has 2 independent providers that we can get up to 300mbs up & down. Late last year we all had fliers in our mailboxes advertising excitedly that NBN had come to our building! Needless to say the communal bin was full of those fliers...

  • TimothyJ_23 Tim (@TimothyJ_23) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria

@KitaandMat @paul_jobber23 @JoshO567 In summary, **** Abbott and turnbull for delivering an inferior NBN

  • NigelRichardson Nigel Richardson (@NigelRichardson) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria

Serious question - does anyone else have @NBN_Australia dropouts every time it rains ? I don’t think I’m imagining it - it’s almost like my internet stability in my house is based on a barometer. Anyone else got this - or just me ? @TPG_Telecom

  • Dlanorx Arrr Nelly’s son 👀 🦘➡️🇦🇺 (@Dlanorx) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria

@Telstra How do you sort out your problem, when your NBN is not working. Your modem has diverted to mobile which as usual is extremely poor, so no service, but your mobile phone is diverting to wifi. How and who do you contact?

  • STiIIG0LDEN BRITT ✨ (@STiIIG0LDEN) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria

Why is the NBN so ******* ****

  • GENOMEgg Genome (@GENOMEgg) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria

@Steeberino Oh I'm talking about routers, not ISPs, though I'm also going with aussiebb! 5 years of NBN and they've never been an option, so very excited!

  • janeschuller Jane Schuller (@janeschuller) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria

@drvyom Don’t do it if you spend your life in virtual meetings. Sold on download speed but very unstable connection and dropouts especially on calls. We just dumped it and went back to NBN.

  • martincedes Martin - #BLM 🖤 (@martincedes) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria

@NBN_Australia Thabks for your reply Darren. Yeah, we haven’t been able to@fix the account “issues” yet, I think we’re going to have to change providers.

  • Shuttlecock Brad Stephenson☕️ (@Shuttlecock) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria

  • MollyROXanne MollyROXanne (@MollyROXanne) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria

NBN is out so I’m going to chainsaw some branches of a tree causing gutter damage. I wonder which emergency hospital is closest if I stuff up. #howhardcoulditbe #virginchainsaw

  • LeylaK200 LEilah Karam (@LeylaK200) reported

@NBN_Australia What's going on with the Noble Park area? It's like a weekly toss up with your NBN rubbish. Some of us work from home and you are making this a weekly frustrating c**K up. Never mind, I've decided to give you the flick and am going WIFI 5G - it can't be worse than this rubbish.

  • LJPatton Laurie Patton is The Lucky General (@LJPatton) reported

@TMFScottP @RizviAbul The huge cost of access to the Telstra network plus the squeeze on revenues because it’s selling a slow speed service using old copper wires is why NBN Co is in such a financial mess. It’s so far cost more than twice the $29B the Coalition predicted.

  • eaonp ✪Eaon (@eaonp) reported

My NBN is down but I have the option to select a 5G version of the network. It appears on my mac and says it's connected, but nothing is coming through. Any ideas?

  • RitzoShiba Ritzo (@RitzoShiba) reported

    @NBN_Australia NBN ******* sucks

  • Ranoroar chanssmartmouse♮ (@Ranoroar) reported

im tired of people arguing with me with out letting me explain myself🥰 got told to fix the nbn thing today so i thought i did, i couldn’t stay awake for the 20mins i had to wait apparently and saw there was another nbn box unopened. I didn’t even know she ordered another one

  • dunxcorp Dutch (@dunxcorp) reported

@nogulagsagain Cutting waste is different. Paul Keating introduced the competitive public service policy. Removed by Kevin O7, so they could build a Telstra quoted $6.4 billion NBN for over $80 Billion. Re-introduce that and "rivers of cash."

  • theplacard18 Christian Brown (@theplacard18) reported

@katea76 Labor is getting on with fixing issues ignored by the previous government. Yesterday #NBN contractors were rolling out fibre optic cable to houses in my street. Happy Days

  • ShitFuckery1 ShitFuckery (@ShitFuckery1) reported

@72nivek Again, captive audience. The "network" paid for by the taxpayer, is handed out to overseas interests. #NBN was and is money laundering in a sense

  • BrowntownBrew Cdbrown (@BrowntownBrew) reported

@Tayzlor @NBN_Australia @elonmusk CBDs were served by fibre well before NBN was ever dreamt up. Unis also had fibre - AARNet. The problem was residential, the failing copper, poor Optus cable. Unfortunately the market was doing nothing as Telstra controlled it all.

  • CutAdriftFromOz Justa Guy (@CutAdriftFromOz) reported

@FinancialReview The medium (ie glass fibre) will alway have an advantage over radio waves for bandwidth and speed. The issue is that people can get all they need from the current 5G data speeds. So, unless our data demands are going to sky rocket (how much 4k video do i need?), NBN will suffer.
