    @dwyer_david 2/3 In your case wherein the NTD is missing, we will need to coordinate with the NBN Co in organising an onsite tech visit for the installation of the NTD. Our Service Delivery team are the one tasked to handle cases like this. -Mc

    @vanOnselenP I would like to know what his strategy is if Google shuts down search in this country. Actually what is their policy for the future of communications. They ruined the NBN. Auspost is not doing well. When will they have some vision for the future?

    Another great day of hideous service from TELSTRA. After 2 weeks with internet i am told that i need to contact a connection team to actually get them to turn on the nbn for me. Seriously how are you such a big company. #telstranbnrubbish

    @BenPugsley We have relatively regular power outages. And I have to reset each time. There is a modem and a router. Power both down totally and wait a minute and start up in the correct order. NBN modem first - let it fully start, then the router. If you’ve already done that - sorry

    @Left_in_Limbo Hi there, this sounds like a known scam call. nbn will never cold call you about this. The best thing you can do is hang up and ignore them, and if you're unsure if it's real or not, please contact your provider to double-check. 1/2

    @KrispyOz31 @abcnews Covid app is government run and so is nbn. Of course they fail. Plus I never mentioned or compared to covid app so if you're just looking to troll then piss off.

    @oc_gwen Thanks - but your experience with the #nbn doesnt give me much confidence. What annoys me is that I had an excellent broadband service before having to connect with the # nbn- now I dont have any Internet at all.
