@NBN_Australia Recently upgrade from fttc to fttp, nbn guy installed it, and led light is red, he said it’s nbn network issue, it should be fixed by itself after few days. And 1 week later still red. Step up your game NBN

@iiNet You can’t help, nbn have visited so many times and the tech last week told me to my face “just upgrade to FTTP because FTTN is so unstable and we can’t even fix it half the time” like really 🙃

@iiNet @NBN_Australia FTTP upgrades have been available for over a year, I’ve been eligible for 8+ months and my FTTN is so degraded I don’t even know what im paying for! You have offically lost a 15+ year customer today! Thanks for leaving your existing customers with crap!

@kristin8X Ah, damn. It works really good for me thankfully. I was worried that they would get cranky at me streaming & using it heavily but no problems. Sounds like you may need NBN if you have bad reception. I am inner city so it works great.

@VodafoneAU has to be literally the worst company I’ve ever dealt with. Smhhhh you tell them not to cancel your NBN. & what they do. Cancel your NBN! I can’t even count how many people I’ve spoken with now. **** go when you work from home !

@Kazie151 @kristin8X I did this for a few months and it was perfect. Had to upgrade to NBN (flip, actually!) when I got housemates. But it's really solid. Pulled down 100's of gigs, they didn't care.
