@Watkinthegrass @AnnieSage Not sure am comforted with scam phone calls telling me my computer is so infected with viruses it is disabling the network, NBN is coming to my area (had it 5 yrs) or my credit card expired 3 yrs ago & they will reinstate it if I just give them a few details. Hanging up easy.

@_marshallstreet Aldous Huxley might have described intended function of Australia’s free to air TV - owned and operated by robber barons - as “digital soma” to be avoided like all toxic things, but so vital to 1% they’re desperate to kill SM with crap NBN and threats to sue

@missrobinson @NBN_Australia By digital economy, they mean stick a wet finger in the air and see which direction (if any) the internet signal is coming from.

@IllyBocean @iiTalW all you gotta do is laboriously log a ticket every time it happens and hope that eventually someone agrees to book an nbn tech who won't cancel and will actually try and replace some cabling instead of shrugging and charging for the outcall

@NBN_Australia Thank you but the form, at every point, suggests I go to the service provider, even on matters that are your responsibility. I’ll try the ombudsman and the Minister as it’s a systematic issue.

@NBN_Australia Part 1... Hi again @NBN_Australia. My unplanned outage woes continue with another one today. I lodged a complaint with my RSP back in Oct, who then lodged a complaint with NBN on my behalf. Despite NBN telling me I would receive a reply in 10 working days, it's been crickets...
