Lmao my NBN is ****** and they aren’t sending someone out to fix until THURSDAY and my phone will only connect to my laptop for a few minutes at a time, god does not want me to meet this deadline

  • CharmsYahoo ♦️CharmsVic♦️ (@CharmsYahoo) reported

@MarcTennant @elonmusk said he aims to help communities with few resources 🌍 wide BUT remember Australian Fed Law includes universal telecomms responsibility by Telstra NBN with minimum internet speeds compliance & if NBN did their sums - providing free Starlink cf NBN install - no 🧠er

  • jeves_76 Eve’n’Henry🐦 (@jeves_76) reported

@RadelaideRob @NBN_Australia @SAPowerNetworks Funny thing is, it only went out at about 11am and we never lost power.

  • robij93 robij of Australia (@robij93) reported

@elonmusk Elon you should check out Australian governments "NBN CO" Getting roasted on fake book for pushing a sub par "sky muster" satellite service. Bragging about being the best when starlink consumers are proving its sub par bull crap comparison to starlink

  • LordDarkrai81 Lord Darkrai (Darkrai Gaming) (@LordDarkrai81) reported

@NBN_Australia Ok my provider hasn't even listed the outage.

  • FaiqSiddiqui12 Faiq Siddiqui (@FaiqSiddiqui12) reported

Could @NBN_Australia validate that the technology FTTP/C/N etc doesn't matter when it comes to frame delay nor does it matter what speed tier you have 12/1 or 1000/50. As a residential customer you are at the mercy of how many people share GPON fibre with you with frame delay.

  • DefyAu DefyAu (@DefyAu) reported

@yvmzy Starlink is better then Satellite NBN it's currently the best Satellite internet service out there. But in terms of being better then Telstra it more then likely won't fix that they average 50mb to 240mb depending on location. But there's a 20-40ms ping delayed compared to FTTP

  • AlbionLoveDen AlbionLoveDen (@AlbionLoveDen) reported

@ParamountPlusAU Quality drops every 30 seconds or so for about 10 seconds. Watching A League streaming on google TV, solid NBN connection. Happening the last 2 weeks, never before. Matildas game yesterday was perfect, only affecting A League games.

  • maz_net_au Maz (@maz_net_au) reported

@NBN_Australia If only it were "network updates" instead of "marketing spam". Perhaps you should tell people what they're really signing up for when you suggest that they do?
