@NBN_Australia I have many times and i get automated messages back. Im kind of done with nbn atm and their service technicians who can be bothered when they come out to do their own job when asked to fix the issue

@MrKRudd SHAME LNP SHAME - depraved Joyce uses taxpayers money to fix their bungled NBN in his electorate. What about everyone else? Oh.... that is right.... only for the Chosen Few under the LNP.

@NBN_Australia Hi, it resolved but it looks as if it is going bad again tonight. This happened after the storm last night. Superloop don't have tech support at night and I very much doubt it is my hardware.

@MedicalGuyPete @originalbeth_ there is? I was told by the optus guy i could call the NBN people and ask for a speed boost but it was highly unlikley theyd help

@elonmusk @slashdot It's a shame your service is too expensive for some Australian's. We would love to get out of the grip of the failed NBN, but your pricing doesn't justify it.

@Telstra Wishful thinking. I'm 50 klm north of Cairns and just south of Port Douglas. No NBN cable, even though it runs past the end of my road to service Port Douglas. I have to rely on Satellite and that is the pits. Clunky and no ability to stream. Big FAIL for regional areas.

@Telstra Thanks Reggie. This was for my sons NBN service he’s been having issues with. I was pointing it out as an example of why it’s sometimes so difficult to deal with Telstra. Sometimes you just cannot understand the customer service operators. Perhaps more training is needed.

@MrKRudd I think everyone has missed the point it not just this instance. They are out there promising to fix the NBN as a election promise! Especially in disaster areas as the node system fail badly. They sound like someone else had broken it. So cost cutting screwed it now more to fix.
