Hmm, ISP’s entire website is dead and my NBN is down. A useful reminder that having home internet AND mobile internet from the same provider is a terrible idea

Sure the NBN sucks, but at least now I have an inconsistent IP address, and thus edit wiki when fascist apologists frame Goward’s “controversies” as “was criticised by the Guardian”, rather than “supported a bit of the old eugenics”.

@andy_penn You have no mandate to talk about anything other than the nuts & bolts of Telstra. You can’t even facilitate the transition to the NBN. Cut the narrative BS and focus on your business, to deliver service to your customers.

@NBN_Australia @AusChamber no business in right mind would take an NBN service at NBN's rates, they treat us as cash cows. Eliminate the "nbn" middle man, get a direct tier 1 provider link, like most medium sized to enterprises do. Heck with TPG's 1gb unl for 770 p/mth even small business are better off.

@Aussie_BB @firefirafiraga NBN FTTC box is chattering away red link light blinking after this outagenow a NBN issue & they will come out for $165 !!to see what has happened.AB gave me a time 1-5 pm tomorrow,but no confirmation from NBN,that’s if AB have actually made the appointment,I rely on Internet 24/7

@cheeseanderson @Aussie_BB @NBN_Australia A few weeks ago I had about a week of constant drop outs and was on the phone maybe 5 times with them, but they always said the issue was on my end and not theirs or NBN's. They had me doing ping tests and resets and nothing fixed it until it went away on its own.

@Kimbo_Ramplin They know to call someone on the network team to sort their stuff out (and tell them what they need to do sometimes) the nbn guys iirc are paid per appt. So paid the same whether they fix the problem or nor 10 minutes or ab hour.

@Gkop_95 @Aussie_BB It's probably @NBN_Australia 's issue. Pretty much all the issues I've had with my internet, that's been the case. It's rarely the retail provider's fault
