The issue is whether the synagogue’s pro-Aliyah event promoted “activities in violation of international law,” as claimed by Mamdani.

@KathrynPaisner @MarkGoldfeder Correct. Law enforcement should have broken up the event, seized any and all assets being used to promote settlement, members of NBN present should have been arrested, and the funding sources of the organization within US jurisdiction tracked down and also arrested.
