@NBN_Australia Maybe @NBN_Australia should acknowledge that it provides a utility to the public and create a phone line where you could actually provide some service to the Australian public?

  • VodafoneAU Vodafone Australia (@VodafoneAU) reported

@jimbo_0024 We're aware of a fibre cable cut affecting mobile & NBN services in parts of VIC, Jimbo. Our engineers & fibre teams are onsite and working to resolve the situation. We apologise for any inconvenience and we'll have an update on an estimated return to service ASAP.

  • BelongAU Belong (@BelongAU) reported

@Ode_to_Sorrow Thanks for reaching out Sarah, we appreciate connection issues are frustrating and we're sorry to hear you've now left. We don't charge early leaving fees as our nbn plans are month to month.

  • Raynsundar Ray N Carlo (@Raynsundar) reported

@NBN_Australia. Very frustrating service here in Carlingford. Always dropping out. Service provider AGL does not answer phone calls. AGL must provide refund for atrocious service.

@SandyHorne61 Wireless Broadband is a ruse. Stick to your wired connection. They just want to “churn” you on to a new product for their figures. Wireless is a shared connection. NBN is a direct connection. Hit me up if you need more help. Networking is my main qual. Happy to be of assistance.

  • Dudebank 🚁🌏🌱💧🌊BrendanDwyer @Dudebank@aus.social (@Dudebank) reported

@SandyHorne61 Aside from cost comparisons, you'd want to make sure you're not in a null/dead zone with poor transmission/reception. It won't guarantee you better bandwidth but in ideal conditions will usually outperform a basic/average NBN/ISP service.

  • IAmPaulHarrison Dr Paul Harrison 💉💉💉🦠💉 (@IAmPaulHarrison) reported

What is happening with the NBN in Melbourne @NBN_Australia @VodafoneAU ? The NBN has been down since 1pm and even the 3G/4G backup has not been, you know, backing up.

  • counterproduct Aaron Counter (@counterproduct) reported

@NBN_Australia you oscillate between scheduled network outages and unscheduled network outages, could you try scheduling a day of actually delivering a service?

  • ADPedler Andrew Pedler (@ADPedler) reported

@SandyHorne61 Yes My mobile plan supplier wants changes to my plan. AGL is proposing changed to Mum's electricity plan. My internet (NBN) supplier has not changed anything. Good speed, quick service and decent costs (iinet) ... been reliable, for years.

  • Lucky_Phil Lucky Phil (@Lucky_Phil) reported

@SandyHorne61 Where I live 4G reception is poor, I even have to switch my mobile phone to 3G only to get a decent signal. My internet is HFC NBN and I am sticking with that.
