@phillipwmoore49 I'm a Bonnet Bay local. Never had worse internet since the switch to NBN. Always cutting out. When we called them, they told us anything up to half an hour outage is within service limits. I asked even if it is 4 or 5 times a day, they replied as long as it less than 30 mins.

  • EthicalAdviser Steve Putt (@EthicalAdviser) reported from Brisbane, State of Queensland

After telling the optus chat line that my house had burned down and that I had tried repeatedly to get the nbn cancelled (which I am still paying for), she asked me, and I kid you not, if I had tried turning it off and turning it back on again. I…I don’t know how to answer.

Still loving the way that NBN only considered FTTP upgrades as a speed improvement, not a service quality improvement. I'm already on a 100/40 service on HFC, but ineligible for upgrade to FTTP, despite my service being unreliable. $30k+ to fund my own upgrade. Pass.

Heads-up to anyone thinking of getting their NBN from @DodoAustralia. Don't do it! Worst customer service I've had in a long time. Overseas staff focused on targets and will deliberately upsell to get bigger commissions.

  • moylecroft Matthew Moyle-Croft (@moylecroft) reported

@manaz_d @Aussie_BB @NBN_Australia It’s a rhetorical question from me really. NBN don’t care about the end residential user / we’re a massive inconvenience to them. You can see it with the SAU stuff. They want our money and a monopoly but don’t want to bother with service quality or anything like that.

  • amp1874 Peter Vamplew (@amp1874) reported

NBN helpline (actual): You need to call iinet. And your builders haven't done their part properly. iinet: Here's the bill for your old address for January. iinet: It doesn't matter that you don't live there. We can't terminate that service until your new one is installed.

@peranine I finally moved out and my internet was having problems, took NBN 4 weeks to solve my issue 😭😭

  • McSteve76 C_unit (@McSteve76) reported

@NBN_Australia It's 2022 and I still can't reliably game with this bullshit slow nbn.

  • LNPvoterfail Never vote LNP... NEVER. $8 (@LNPvoterfail) reported

The LNP corrupted the AAT, NDIS, NBN, RBA and every other acronym you can think of. NEVER VOTE FOR THEM EVER AGAIN! #auspol

@iiNet @NBN_Australia FTTP upgrades have been available for over a year, I’ve been eligible for 8+ months and my FTTN is so degraded I don’t even know what im paying for! You have offically lost a 15+ year customer today! Thanks for leaving your existing customers with crap!
