@bugsnoffer @girlclumsy @NBN_Australia That was my go to when I had a landline. I would pretend I was clicking the keys to give them remote access for ages, and then go "I think I've saved at least one poor soul from your bullshit by wasting your time" and hang up. It was a public service.

  • woopdedoo652 I'm a Unicorn (@woopdedoo652) reported

@SeanDeBoo $139 a month ongoing, setup normally $924 plus shipping, currently $450 including shipping. We have nbn fixed wireless and it's ****. A friend has starlink and it's so much better, so I've decided I can deal with the higher monthly bill

@ClareONeilMP @AustralianLabor @MrKRudd Outstanding PM. If it wasn’t for his stewardship we’d have never survived the GFC unscathed, nor seen the deployment and vision of an FTTH NBN.

  • DougFist IronFistDoug (@DougFist) reported

@girlclumsy @NBN_Australia I always ask them what my name is and they hang up.

  • AL88MZ アルちゃま🦋✡️🗝️🎀🛸💫💎🧨🥊🐸🍭 (@AL88MZ) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria

Just got off the phone with my ISP's tech support and they reckon it will be a 4 - 8 hour downtime. They couldn't gather additional info from the NBN either (Who announced the unscheduled downtime.), which isn't really good news.

  • MelissaDancey Melissa Dancey🇦🇺 (@MelissaDancey) reported

Its going to be one of those days.. so far I recieved a scam txt message, I can't remember the damn password for my pc, on top of modem be ******. Sometime this morning the NBN technician come over to have a look at my stupid modem..

  • maryycherryy 𝕞𝕒𝕣𝕪𝕔𝕙𝕖𝕣𝕣𝕪 (@maryycherryy) reported

Just got internet back (they didn't notify me like they said they would btw so no idea what time I actually got back online), anyway, starting to do work now finally. Overly disappointed with NBN and Aussie Broadband for the lack of communication and the 5 days of no service

  • aedanr Aedan Roberts (@aedanr) reported

@TPG_Telecom No internet with NBN HFC in Sydney, and no one answering the phone to report it. Are there any known issues tonight?

  • rob44tweets Rob Tweets (@rob44tweets) reported

@NBN_Australia @NBN_Australia by advertising on this platform does that mean you support the recent misogynistic tweets by the owner of this platform? Would the recent tweet by Elon Musk be acceptable within the NBN workplace?

  • reichman73 Peter N.... (@reichman73) reported

@mrtonymartin With customer skills like that, he probably *was* from the NBN.
