    Trying to understand the parameters of the service provided by @NBN_Australia Is the expectation that the service comes with dropouts? There is no guarantee of continuity of service and dropouts are to be expected? Is there a threshold of how many dropouts is acceptable?

    Holy crap 25mm of rain and my nbn fttn connection is super unstable. Legit had to give up trying to watch disney plus.

    @NBN_Australia Also - why is there no way for me to talk to NBN directly about this? Why must I go through my ISP to report NBN installation issues? It’s not their fault and they’re wasting their time dealing with your incompetence.

    @LittleGittel I know right! I had to break the contract because NBN is not available where I live. They are charging me $240.00 as penalty! I did not know that the NBN was not available and Belong doesn’t offer ADSL! I will be calling TIA and see if they can help!

    Is there a worse service than @Telstra? No NBN service or residential phone line since 1 Feb 21 and they've just closed the case having made no effort to fix it. Unbelievable. #INC13246752

    Ha #Broadban #NBN is was down this morning ...and get this.... cant send a technician until 3pm Monday how rubbish is that
