@Optus Hi guys. I had my modem delivered today - for NBN - thank you. However, I am getting texts saying that I can simply “plug and play” within 24 hours of getting my modem. I thought I was having a tech out on Monday to install.. Please help. Am confused . Thanks

Today an NBN fibre line installation destroyed my existing copper line installation and now I need to wait until tomorrow for an NBN person to come fix the copper line so I can keep using the internet until an NBN person can come finalise the fibre installation next week. 🙃🙃🙃

@CarolynLoo4 Hi Carolyn, we’ve fixed the issue which was affecting customers in Victoria. Your NBN service should be working again. If you're still having trouble, please restart your modem. -Rhys

@tanya_plibersek Very productive! Those dudes are sleeping. Climate emergency, my arse. If you were all serious about it you would conduct these meetings over Zoom. Isn’t that why we spent billions on the NBN. Lying clowns🤡🤡

So you contact me with an email to contact you about an nbn order. When I do so it takes 35 minutes to answer and then have it explained to me that you will be contact me again and not actually help with the bloody problem. How hopeless are you?

  • SeigeCeej ⭐️⭐️⭐️Ceej⭐️⭐️⭐️ (@SeigeCeej) reported

Internet held out for PT session. But just. Still a bit sketchy with phone signal though. Optus managed to send me a text to say they’re working on it though - till 8th July… Never mind… I’m going on the NBN on July 4th. So no more hassles after that I hope

Damn, nice job NBN. Put a fault in with my ISP yesterday afternoon, Wednesday morning booked. Called this morning saying they can come this afternoon (lucky I wasn't feeling great so was WFH), showed up pretty much right on 12 and had the modem replaced and fixed by 12:30.

@Telstra Not at the moment, I called to change our address to this new one they said there no NBN here but could have adsl, they had issues finding connection? I’m going to call again tomorrow morning

Hey @Optus can you please fix our NBN in Rankin Park NSW 2287. It’s now been 20hrs #notgoodenough @acccgovau

  • tax_oz Tax Guy (@tax_oz) reported

Why are @TPG_Telecom trying to sell a Mbps throttled 5G home internet service to existing NBN customers? I mean provide us with a full 5G speed option and we’ll be interested but after 5 years of average service, this is your best offer?
