    @NBN_Australia I've been in contact with my provider since the start of October regarding these dropouts. You've sent a technician on two seperate occasions, and neither time was the issue resolved. This "service" is a joke at this point.

    @Telstra NBN outage service ridiculously slow. Immediate response from a service technician will be within 48 hours. Ausnet have responses within 10 minutes. Why pay more for supposed superior service?!

    So no internet via our @Telstra NBN service for more than a day now despite all the obvious checks & reboots, yet #telstra’s site says no outages. We’re in Corrimal. Anyone else in #Wollongong area having problems?

    @NBN_Australia Woohoo. 2 days later and finally the NBN status page is saying there is an issue. If the issue is affecting multiple vendors in Westleigh (TPG/Optus/Telstra), why would getting my vendor to test my specific line be of any use? Thanks for your input though.

    @RahulPrasad74 @CouchNish NBN is so bad, hopefully when they upgrade it next year it fixes the issues

    @Telstra Hey there. I switched our cable router & modem over to the NBN one today & it's dropped out several times for brief moments but now won't come back on at all. It's also slightly slower than the cable was anyway. Can I just switch it all back? This is awful.

    @devalara44 @GayeCrispin @JodiMcKayMP And stupid fuking journos reckon its needed everywhere. Yeah if everyone has a phone, knows how to use it that is, or can use it. It's a lot of faith in technology when we have the NBN

    @pruepak That would frustrate us as well. We apologise for any inconvenience you may be experiencing. Please contact your provider so can do further tests and if the issue is with nbn, they’ll let us know and we’ll work together to resolve the issue.1/2

    @Optus @NBN_Australia another #outage /fault! Postcode 3056 Nil internet from 4am. Work from home. Huge impact on my business. Last Tuesday’s outage took 9 hours to rectify. What’s happening??
