I just spent the last 8 hours trying to get my internet back online, switched NBN companies, got ******* fantastic discount, got connected w new company w/in 5 hours & then managed to trouble shoot until I'm connected again but with brilliant NBN. Do I need gigantic milkshake?

@NBN_Australia Ah NBN co. All the comments suggest you are a bad product and service. Australia's big shame. I have never seen so much negativity since the telecom days. I hope there is a lobby to improve this.

@KyleTGTTV @vivadirt @NBN_Australia One of the problems I had was old cables not allowing for the newer Hugh quality modems to stay connected. They replaced the line with new and I’m getting speeds and zero drops now.
