@NBN_Australia I rang 3 times this morning around 8am, 1st time, no one picked up after the intro, 2nd time it connected then hung up on me, 3rd time finally got through. Got it sorted but thats some really bad service on the phones. I work in a call centre, so i know how it is.

@Aussie_BB Aussie BB is overall still exemplary for customer service. I can imagine lockdown is impacting most NBN capacities with most of us stuck at home.

@ozrock67 @somewherein84 I thoroughly disagree. The LNP doubled debt BEFORE covid hit & have rorted billions this admin. Previously they have sold profitable national assets, leaving them costing more & performing less, then NBN. Reality, LNP NEVER PUTS THE ECONOMY FIRST. The LNP put LNP doners first.

@Foxtel places a churn out order on an NBN connection which completely disconnects all services from a person’s existing service provider. The person is left without any connection for months during lockdowns. All because he asked about a sport tv package. Sound about right?
