  We pay the highest costs for our nbn, fttb etc yet our services are substandard, yet again, service provision in Australia fails dismally. I have made 3 calls, long wait times, non local call centre operators ie offshored. Right when Australians need jobs to pay expensive living

  Speed is latency. No satellite connection is "high speed" sick of the disinformation. Starlink is 20ms-40ms+ latency like mobile garbage is. NBN is a whopping 600ms latency. They need to keep this junk away from fibre areas where I get 2ms latency and have had since 2022.

  @NBN_Australia Another internet free night because you and Optus won't fix whatever makes our internet drop out regularly. FTTP in 2026 but we'd get better connection in South Sudan.

  I woke up to find my Internet is down. I'm typing this via an unusably slow emergency backup mobile access function. I hope my fibre connectivity comes back up soon. The problem is with either my ISP(RSP), or the #NBN, more likely the former.

  @NBN_Australia Nobody seems able to answer a simple question. 80 Fig St, Pyrmont NSW 2009 has a network fault. I've tried 3 ISPs and keep getting passed around. Is NBN aware of the issue, and when will it be fixed? Three weeks without an internet connection...

  @greghammo69 @DarcyAmaroo he is also imitating Abbott .No cuts to Pensions, educ or health NBN 25 megabytes per second by 2016? Linked pensions to wages growth not indexation !Did you scorn him too for his multiple broken promises ? they all do it

  @OperationalInc1 Whenever the NBN low-earth orbit satelitte service kicks off (Amazon's burgeoning network), the backup should switch to that. Aside from some parts of inner Perth/Melb/Syd/Bris, all of the rail network is on the surface and will be able to uplink, I would have thought.

  When I went into the carport, the light was on, the power point was turned off and the ethernet cable ripped out and the port was broken. He had taken the cover off the NBN box and that's what woke me up- when he was putting it back on. Pretty sure he was looking for a spare key
