@LFC_Australia @justinpa1 I have two services running on Optus. I ported one number to TPG for a very good deal for 6 months and a discounted rate after that, since I have TPG NBN. I also got a very good deal for my other Optus service, which my wife uses.

We’re with an NBN, supposedly THE internet connection ending all bottlenecks. Trying to logon to a site I use often, it goes round and round and finally tells me: “your internet connection is unstable.” Go figure, Govt spending billions for nothing more than we had 10years ago.

@optus_help Will let that customer know when they receive July bill they should not get charged. They kept paper bill before they had attempt by Optus for NBN when NBN hadn't been installed. They got a refund after initial charge

@Aussie_BB The NBN service is down. The NBN website says it is not down. It is definitely down. The 4 lights on the NBN box won’t power up correctly. Your phone support just goes round and round in a loop of music not answering my calls.
