@NBN_Australia there’s been an NBN outage in my area since 2am and it’s still not been fixed. The NBN has not provider any updates to my isp on when it will be up and running again. Some of us require the nbn to actually work at home. Very disappointed at the nbn lack of news.

@DebDeb41 @NBN_Australia @acccgovau They basically do SkyMuster and Fixed Wireless NBN. Just a really good, small business to work with. It's not their issue, it's NBN Co. I just want the hardware moved from one rooftop to another and they want to charge a ridiculous amount.

@favfavalore I bought a new iPad from @Telstra with a data only plan..it arrived on Monday but it takes up to 7 days for the sim to be activated..how poor is that for service..luckily I run it off my wifi anyway..but it would have been too bad if the NBN went down and I needed the mobile!

  • RochyKate Kate Roberts (@RochyKate) reported

.@NBN_Australia Why can people not speak to you! My provider @Telstra tells me the issue is with nbn, you are looking into it and will get in contact with me. You need to look at my service and no one has contacted me for THREE DAYS. Are you going to compensate me for lost work?

  • christopherrul8 Christopher Rule (@christopherrul8) reported

@Telstra @andrew_thaler My Telstra NBN is slow as is Brisbane. I can hardly load a google page.

@joshgnosis Sorry from Optus means nothing.... i recently changed from Optus to Telstra after over 40yrs with Optus because i had no service for 4 weeks no nbn for 4 weeks and couldn't get anyone o/s to understand that this was unacceptable

Australia Post has announced they are going to start offering home NBN internet services. How about they sort out their problems with their core business of delivering letters and parcels first?
