@TPG_Telecom - Post Code 2250 : We Lost your Services at Midnight 28 Jan 2021, including your own website. Internet access was Returned approx 12.20am 29 Jan 2021. Aussie Down-detector shows big spike in NBN gone off at midnight. No mention on NBN Outages or TPG Service page ?

@Telstra @NBN_Australia no response from app help chat. Twitter rep tells me use the diagnostic tool, the tool doesn't work when there's no connection, the tool reports no fault when it can connect - funny that eh. Highlight the paradox, referred back to chat

@iinet have been really helpful in getting our NBN set up. @NBN_Australia not so much. Now we have to wait because of a 'External Network Shortfall' & now have to wait for NBN to finish it the "completed rollout" of the NBN that the Minister said was done.

@Telstra @NBN_Australia internet down again postcode 2222, dropping out every day the past 3 days. Nothing on the outages page. This is what I get for paying premium speed?

@mjrowland68 and @LisaMillar having a sly dig at SA “poles and wires” (discredited) in relation to poor video connection to Penny Wong in Adelaide. I’d have gone with a copper NBN, but then, I’m not beholden to the Australian government.

@AlboMP @AlboMP this is a meaningless statement parrotted by both sides. How about telling us how. Transitioning coal power workers to renewable manufacturing would be a great start. Show us some actual vision that's been sorely lacking since the ALP got beat down on the NBN

New conspiracy theory - every time I call my #ISP to complain about slow speeds, there is never any identifiable problem and nothing they can do, but immediately afterwards the speed goes back to normal. Could it be they are choking our account assuming we won't notice? #nbn

@BelongAU no response for 10 hours. Nbn technician left but no internet connection. Tried to contact belong over fb message several times. Zero response. Frustrating service.

Point is, the choppiness isn't blamed on ISPs being cheap but the NBN as a service. The perception of the consumer being that it's better having Foxtel, Dill

30 minutes later after bandwidth limiting every device on the network so nothing bursts too high and trips the nbn policer... You know or NBN could just fix their god damn ****.
