    @JawdanC @FiendLive We may not have had that info at the time! It's only very rarely we would ever raise a fault to NBN for an appointment if an outage was already listed, as in that case it almost always wouldn't be needed. We don't always have information from NBN super fast. Sorry! -Tara

    @NBN_Australia With due respect, I'm not convinced that you were actually working with the energy provider (Jemena) It was only acknowledged on their website at 1:57pm today, and was fixed by 2:13pm - fifteen minutes later I would like to see a detailed review of why it took 3.5 days to fix

    @NBN_Australia I am in postcode 3070, we have power , it was never lost but we are still without internet since AM Friday. There are 2 of us here that work from home, surely you don't rely solely on the power grid?, if you do god help us this summer! any updates on 3070?

    @Optus Hey, having consistent drop-outs (12:00-2:00pm & 6:30pm-7:00pm) every day for the past couple of months. I’ve spoken to NBN tech support team at least five times and they haven’t been able to resolve the issue or even give me an idea as to why this could be happening.

    @NBN_Australia my nbn has been out since early hours Friday, it’s now Monday and all I hear is it’s a power issue, my neighbourhood has power 3070 so why is it taking 3 days to reroute what was meant to be the fibre of all fibres!!

    @NBN_Australia They've been "investigating" since friday. Originally it was supposed to be fixed on friday. Then Saturday morning. Then this morning. Now there's no ETA on the fix. There is no power outage in my area so what's the problem?

    @kayschubach @peter_bindley the money got spent from many multibillion $ 'initiatives' - just not on housing, bush fire support, infrastructure, GBR, NBN or any other intended purpose. It lined pockets. ***** stank male criminal pockets.

    Things just went from bad to worse really fast. No NBN to No internet. @kbrspace can I please have some assistance in getting this resolved. All the team @Optus have done is stall since last week. This is not how #CustomerExperience should be.
