found @NBN_Australia is cumbersome as they only deal with @exetel or ISP and I can't communicate with them except via calling Exetel who do nothing or very little to solve problem

Hey @NBN_Australia Ten medical practices at 100 Victoria Parade East Melbourne have had no phone or internet access for 2 days. Patients can’t contact doctors. It’s potentially life threatening. Why are you refusing to fix the problem? Stop arguing with the service providers!

@Telstra_news How about you fix some of your @NBN_Australia issues in #Bendigo when I’ve been reporting problems with the 3BEN POI for 3.5 years. Not just me, I’ve spoken with many who complain of speed issues. Actually get a complaints resolution manager to resolve my many cases. Thanks.

@Jobe14399836 Yes. My employer has sites at Gilgandra, Ouyen, Ardlethan, Tocumwal and Isis Qld all with NBN links down at the same time and have fallen back to 4G. @Telstra there's something amiss with your NBN services.

Well, @Telstra and @NBN_Australia still with outrageously poor service. 5+ weeks for a simple NBN service move for our business. Hotspot and 4G only for weeks in a low signal area.

@LazySage7 I should be back watching your crazy fun YT vid's very soon. PC is still dead, & will be for awhile. I finally got my Dell W10 tablet online. I knew it was the WiFi on Netcomm NBN router that was the issue. Got a new & much better replacement! Got a USB-Ethernet adapter/hub. 👍
