    @Telstra Yes I have mobile with you and yes I have coverage. The blue back up light is back on now but my nbn box isn’t connected. Surely you guys would know by now if there’s an nbn issue in this area?

    So it turns out that @Telstra sold their broadband and telephone infrastructure to the NBN. Therefore after 7 weeks of nothing the problem will now be handed to the NBN. In the meantime the overhead cables are in the vicinity of a public walkway. Who's the Fed Min for the NBN?

    @NBN_Australia Is it too expensive to have backup generation incorporated into critical points of the network so that there is no delay in deployment of mobile generators?

    @PeterSStrempel @iiNet I have had absolutely no trouble with the service or customer service until now, Have been connected to nbn with them since 2015.

    @NBN_Australia Previously we had ADSL for many years and now I have NBN HFC. It seems that the NBN HFC network has less redundancy built in than the ADSL network. It seems that power outages now seem to affect NBN HFC locally when power outages to the ADSL network did not. Care to comment?

    @TPG_Telecom FYI😡 ur customercare team is the worst trained staff. Since last night our nbn is down not working, after 3 attempts finally after 45 mint hold we got in but then ur rude staff was of no use and refused to Escalate call when req for manager. Our issue is still not resolved.#tpg
