@NBN_Australia is just amazing. We're sitting near out comms box with the technition for more than an hour waiting. They cannot switch few numbers in database. Technician has to wait for "NBN support" to respond on text messages. UNBELIEVABLE INCOMPETENCE of NBN "support".

@Telstra Using message support in the telstra App, I reported NBN faulty yesterday, after 12 hrs someone from support team replied And after four hours messaging, the support team still can't find the problem.

@TPG_Telecom TPG just lying and cheating customer! Before I relocated they promised me will be the same as NBN 100/40 is superfast bundle, after relocated they change my plan to SL with only 100/20, why you lying to customer??? Did you eat my 20 upload speed???? Why you promised me???

man **** the nbn, stupidest thing to exist. Who thought it'd be a good idea to have everyone connect to the one thing??? surely it wouldn't cause any internet issues right?? It's not like we even had a choice against it!!

@TheRealEdDawson @NBN_Australia Really underhanded. The way it was visible in the envelope it was designed to basically trick people into opening it. Given how many people would be doing it a bit rough this year it's quite ****.

@exetel nbn outage in Springwood, NSW 2777 A storm came through. Power was out 20-30 min. Back on now about 30 min. Still no nbn. Tried resetting.

@NBN_Australia And it wouldn't be as frustrating if we didn't know that the issue is not technical, all links are up, it's just some mappings in the system are wrong. Fixable in 10 seconds if anyone at @NBN_Australia had a littlest of motivation to help
