@NBN_Australia There is supposed to be work done in the area around now, this is about the third time in past 2 yrs. Up until the first time i didnt have a problem. (Leopold vic) im with optus.

@GJockChurchman @ProfPCDoherty @TurnbullMalcolm He had no ideas. He buggered the NBN, lied, dithered and dog-whistled like the LNP all do and complained "My own party wouldn't let me govern". But the coward never took them on & they are all still there.

@Telstra NBN service, Unexpected line outage (no dial tone) confirmed on your website but shouldn’t the wifi kick in to maintain internet services? (That’s why I had to get the new modem)

@Heels_x Hi Zoey, we wish we could connect you without delay too. Most nbn™ connections take 3 to 10 business days, but it can also be up to 20 days depending on the service available. You've mentioned you raised an online ticket previously. Checking if the team has been in touch? - Gwen

@Optus phoned up Optus yesterday to log a fault with my nbn box making a clicking noise and not having phone and internet. This is the 2nd time this has happened. Was told I would have a technician sent out to me today between 8am to 12pm. NOBODY came. Very poor customer service.

@NBN_Australia Thanks Rosemary. My frustration here is we live in a st. where we also don't have mobile reception. As a result of this outage and due to lockdown we're not able to work or communicate externally on Tuesday as our landline is also connected to NBN. @Telstra

@dfinvitro @kayosports @kayosports_help Check and see if app works on mobile network (not wifi) if it does I Had this issue a couple of days ago.. turned off router and nbn and restarted. Worked fine after on wifi.
