@Telstra incredibly bad customer service again. We have asked you to cancel our NBN connection multiple times so we can use another provider 2 days ago. Yet it’s still not cancelled and my family has had not internet for 2 days. How hard can it be to cancel!!

@Christo21102016 Agree, the NBN should never have been cut down technology wise. The original fibre rollout was never going to be built to Labor’s forecast budget and timeline, however LNP should have persevered with it and finished it. #nbnfail #LNP

@iPrimusAU @iPrimusAU can you please check what is happening in St albans 3021 victoria? iprimus told me there was an outage that was resolved, however my nbn box lights flicker every 25 minutes, disconnecting the internet for over 10 minuutes at a time, what is going on with iprim/NBN?

What's with myoptus messenging service, drop-outs while mid conversion trying to correct another issue optus created because you hire under trained people to fix issues. I can't believe the mistakes optus had made after simply changing from nbn to wireless modem

@ScottRhodie What about buy iPhone outright from Apple pre-order and get a SIM only plan? From Telstra or a reseller like Boost 🤔 I gave them up years back. ******* ball ache to get anything resolved from ppl's phones to NBN, the website sucks. Couldn't even cancel a landline properly 🙄
