@TPG_Telecom I have been waiting 5 days for one of your technicians to contact me to diagnose a constant dropout issue on NBN HFC. I think it would be quicker to change providers at this stage.

@NBN_Australia Your system started working again, confirming a major outage

@williamwilkes2 Hi there! It depends on your service type. If it's NBN, up to 2 working days after connection appointment (appointments subject to technician availability). Would you like a call or do an online relocation via our website? -John

I must say whilst I am very frustrated with my NBN problems with @Telstra I am very happy with the Twitter support. I am hoping the local upgrades fix the issue very soon #veryslow #frustrating

@Optus any reason why my NBN is current running at 1.5mb p/sec in Kellyville? Triubleshooted as per your website, reset modem, slow as. Been like this all day. Not happy.

@NBN_Australia I am def connected to the nbn and have been since the roll out in my area, but your network status page takes 3-4 minutes to process and doesn’t even recognise my address as nbn connected?
