@GandWalter I hear you! We just disconnected our nbn as the line from our house to the pit is damaged, Telstra and NBN have been very reluctant to fix it. I am in credit and now we have gone to the ombudsman as Telstra are reluctant to pay it back to me!

@Judith54Nunn If its any consolation here on the east coast I have the very same problem ( Telstra). Let's face it on the **** NBN Turnbull/Morrison stuck us with the LNP deserves to be thrown out.

@tpg garbage internet honestly, it keeps shutting off every 2-3 minutes then comes back and i have the most expensive/best nbn plan

@HaydnQuinlan @Judith54Nunn Lucky you. Few places have 5G in Australia. In Cairns, Telstra 4G is even scatty. And now NBN is ripping up the footpath to trash the FTTN to put in FTTH. Apparently, we do need fast broad band with capacity. Knock me down with a feather, the LNP were wrong. Telstra to blame too

@GandWalter @Telstra But their “service” well and truly makes up for it. Went for 3 weeks without NBN after they cancelled my account for no reason at all.

@redruby17 @abcnews @SBSNews I suspect it'll be an issue with the antenna/cabling in the unit block. I'm not far away from you and have no issues. Now, TPG's NBN internet, well that's a different story!

@pangolincovid Roberts also thought it was a good decision to charge taxpayers for an excessive NBN bill when he was downloading information for his wife's Pentecostal church, not really a lateral thinker and should never be allowed to make decisions without critical oversight.
