@adriancantrill Their own numbers showed that they were NEVER going to meet the budget figure they ran on for the NBN. It wasn't even close. And the cost for FTTP was only going up as time went on and the quick-wins were completed, not going down. Fortunately there are alternatives now.

@deemadigan @Telstra Had similar problem with Optus. Bombed the CEO’s LinkedIn fireside chat about how much they valued their customers. It took two posts 12 hours apart before the phone started ringing and was overwhelmed with assistance form Optus and NBN.

@TheTodayShow @ccroucher9 The reason it’s such a strong Labor victory is because younger generations remember and know what the Libs have done, housing crisis, cost of living crisis, high unemployment, terrible NBN and corruption allegations, we are sick of it.

@MortyAUS He's only repeating what Kroger, Credlin and Smith said on Sky last night. Never had an original thought in his head, ever, & anyone who claims the NBN as one of his successes is certainly not the full quid.

@optoio they could have 100% delivered the NBN as promised. There is massive efficiencies to be gained by using 100% fiber. Costs per premise have come down, even in the way they have done it now.If it was 100% FTTP it could have been much lower.
