@NBN_Australia a little bit of advice to the numpties at the NBN. Dont try to update the network. Ever since you did some playing around in Melville WA, its been off line more times than its been on. How do you expect people to do their work if its so unreliable.

@NBN_Australia I would say that, on the whole, we get no notice at all until the internet is out. We didn’t get a warning about the “degraded performance” last night either. NBN needs to step up its game and actually provide a working service.

Optus are crap, won't upgrade m y NBN to FTTP because I won't accept autopay....like I'd trus them with my banking details after the hackers already compromised my details!

Hey @Telstra, I have an ongoing problem with which I seem to be stuck in an eternal loop between Telstra support and NBN no shows. Not getting call backs and have been unable to work for over 3 weeks due to no fixed internet connection. Can you help please?

@Telstra Love the 'advance' notice of NBN Co doing network updates in Blackburn North TODAY and saying my home internet will be interrupted. I WFH and it's most inconvenient to have to hotspot. The time shown on the email is 7:54AM – 6:00PM but I didn't get the email until 8.17am
