@BrettAFlower I have had ZERO problems with Aussie Broadband & have used them since inception. A lightening hit took out our node 2 days before Christmas, ABB were straight onto it & organised NBN Co. I had a repair time sent by sms within an hour of reporting it & it was repaired the next day

@mikejanda @NBN_Australia Sounds like a slow but sensible approach. We're taking the risky option of using NBN and then trying to quickly switch to hotspot when the HFC has an outage

@rhysam in 2014 they gave Telstra $11 billion for a copper network well past its use by date. The records required to manage that network were not maintained properly over the years and were next to useless, hence trial and error troubleshooting for NBN technicians.

@VodafoneAU we live in Nerang and our NBN hasn’t been working since around 1130am today. We have reset our modem and we’re on hold for about an hour and 15 mins. Is there a current outage at the moment? :)

@bold_me I'd rather you gave the current PM a serve, he's the one who has caused so much division and harm to Australia. As for Turnbull, well he got his just desserts, so may as well leave him in peace but if hes passes by you can tell him from me that his NBN sucks!!!!!

@JohnRHewson Can you please provide details of the Great Albo’s vision in response? So far this election he has promised to fix global warming, the economy, create world peace, the NBN, the NIS, pander to every Green agenda and it’s only day 2. Still doesn’t acknowledge 4% unemployment
