    The @NBN_Australia guy was like "This is all done down here. You can hook up the modem, right?" "Yeah, sure" Aaaaaaaaaand several hours later I still can't seem to get the net working. Suspecting it's on him but can't confirm. Shouldn't have let him leave. Regret.

    A week and a half of no home internet and @NBN_Australia cancel a tech coming out because apparently, their work in the area is complete... Still no internet.

    Hey all won't be able to stream tonight our NBN isn't running at full speed and contacted our internet provider, which they have informed us that NBN Co is reasonable for the extreme slow network. Currently waiting to get this resolved, but really can't do anything on our end

    @lenoretaylor technical trouble? it uses NBN and cant cope with the traffic.

    @simongterry @NBN_Australia @Telstra I feel your Schrödinger's pain. I had to resort to emailing Andy Penn, the Telstra CEO. Not especially hopeful, but you never know.
