    @markhumphries @craigreucassel Fixed Wireless NBN towers around Sth Coast NSW were built to height of existing trees - about 6 weeks after a bushfire. 3 months later had to be taken down and extended once regrowth got underway

    @craigreucassel @NBN_Australia Your best recourse is the Telecommunications Ombudsman. If we ran our business as poorly, we wouldn’t last long. Monopolies seem to act as if customer and service are mutually exclusive; never the twain shall meet. *********.

    @MaudeLynnette @craigreucassel Hold on... NBN is NOT a business. It is a service. That's what most people seem to forget... this thing called Government is actually supposed to assist and serve... not just charge money for you to fill out forms.

    @craigreucassel we run a small fixed wireless isp for peps who will NEVER have nbn in fact one wouldn't buy his new house unless we could cover him lol even as it had a nbn conection lol

    @craigreucassel @NBN_Australia Dealing with nbn is a nightmare. On par with Telstra. They make it as difficult as possible. I agree with those suggesting making a complaint.

    @craigreucassel I have 2x FTTP NBN Connections (home and work) and can’t complain about the service. I recently had persistent drop-outs out on one NBN line (after 5 years of no issues) and while it took 2x visits to fix it (fault down the street) service organised via TPG was prompt.
