Rant: Never buy @Telstra for your nbn home internet service. All it ever does is drop out or be slower than the speed advertised/contracted for. Not to mention they just pass off blame to NBNco (which we already know is garbage unless you live in Sydney)

@MysticalYuuki Mood. I'm curious as too why your internet seems to struggle so much. I'm on FTTC NBN too and i seem to be fairly stable. Provider perhaps. Or just bad luck

Is it that hard to a) plan your capacity when you’ve had so much lead time and b) at least let your customer know if you can’t deliver what’s been promised? Also why am I compromising by having no connection for almost 2 months when I’ve only done the right thing? @NBN_Australia

@NBN_Australia not happy. Have been waiting all afternoon for the technician to turn up. So not only has there been no one come to fix our problem. No customer service update. Not only is your product absolute crap but so is your customer support. Not happy.

@kimbakit @MRowlandMP Rowland is an idiot when it comes to NBN. I have not heard her mention one coherent aspect of NBN. Rowland is completely ignorant of the primary properties of fibre; therefore, she has no clue.

They technician will arrive in 11 days and all of a sudden the two days before they were meant to arrive (less than 48 hours) they say the @NBN_Australia is having country wide protest so have to postpone! I mean c’mon, everyone is relying on you to provide the best service

@NBN_Australia As I’m impatient - and my FttN connection has been up and down like a yo-yo for the last few months (NBN tech is scheduled to visit if they ever make it) - is there any chance to find out if my property will be eligible sooner than that? Or even be an early install?
