Loving our first world @NBN_Australia... Connection dropped (not a user error or issue ) and first available technician is in two weeks. Third world provider.

  • _TimMcMahon Tim McMahon (@_TimMcMahon) reported

@Optus @yaakov_h @NBN_Australia The suggestion to use a mobile network while nbn improves their network implies an outage. Why not say outage? Outage. Outage. Outage. 🤪

  • fukawi2 ᴩʜɪʟʟɪᴩ ꜱᴍɪᴛʜ (@fukawi2) reported

Well done to @NBN_Australia for responding to my concerns via DM to keep them private. To summarise, they have zero concern and zero responsibility for fixing their network or helping their users.

  • slakj3s73r Morgan Hughes (@slakj3s73r) reported

@Dave_Matteo @NBN_Australia What kind of router ? Could actually be a NAT issue

  • dontcallmekatie Kate Giles (@dontcallmekatie) reported

@Lachlan_Mc @Optus They are just the provider. The supplier is still NBN Co with monumental issues in the supply line and maintenance of equipment. It would be nice to be treated like a human rather than a pesky problem but that's an issue with all of them.

  • NBN_Australia nbn™ Australia (@NBN_Australia) reported

@LeviathanJabb We're sorry to hear your services have been impacted by this. NBN Co is working closely with power providers and Emergency Services in Victoria and will monitor the weather situation over coming days. It will continue to respond to network outages and is aiming to restore 1/2

  • dontcallmekatie Kate Giles (@dontcallmekatie) reported

How is the NBN this fundamentally bad? I live a 10min walk from Ad CBD. I pay a premium for unlimited quality NBN. And yet I have zero connection *often*, terrible service and am advised that there is no fault when I try to report it. Monthly faults at best. @Optus - FIX THIS.

@Telstra what the hell is going on with your **** NBN in Caulfield Everyday is an issue however, never a issue with your direct debit @!!

  • dinonetherton dean netherton (@dinonetherton) reported

Just got a call claiming to be from Telstra to help me as my internet was infiltrated by bad people. Thing is, I have no Telstra account nor even nbn. Having watch lots of @JimBrowning11 videos I new precisely what was happening. Would be funny if not so despicable.

  • Optus Optus (@Optus) reported

@wiki_Luke I can see you have an NBN service, not 4G. Therefore, please send us a Direct Message via Twitter along with your account number. From there, we will take a closer look at your internet connection. Tina.
