@NBN_Australia Would be interested to know when you might have parts back in stock to deliver the NBN as promised and how you plan to support customers in the NBN/ADSL black hole?

  • Scottw61182286 Scottw (@Scottw61182286) reported

@Telstra I've been trying to get my office hooked up to the NBN for 2 months now. When are you going to show some customer service and sort this out?

  • brentdacre bdiddy (@brentdacre) reported

@NBN_Australia @iiNet All day outage Camp Hill QLD. For those home workers an update/ ETA would be appreciated.

  • mohitg76 Mohit Gupta (@mohitg76) reported

@NBN_Australia Well I replied and still waiting in fact @Telstra does not even pick the phone to cancel an order.. I cannot take any other provider as they are blocking the allocation.. I am guessing this may be a legal issue🤔

@mppfister @darylgibson @davidbewart I said it at the time. Largest waste of opportunity since the NBN. These people never get their comeuppance. Now a trade advisor. FFS!

  • tricia_echo Tricia Waters (@tricia_echo) reported

@EFTM @trevorlong Only wish that they would invest into the dead spots. 1 bar on 3G, loved the Edge network until they canned it. 1 bar on 4G, still on ADSL and surviving on a network that Telstra have put in the too hard basket. NBN - perhaps one day (date keeps moving).

  • GregLomas1 Greg Lomas (@GregLomas1) reported

@alexkidman @adam_turner @SamsungMobile $35/mth unlimited calls, messages etc including international to I don't even know what countries but I call NZ, US and UK regularly with no charges and plenty of full speed data especially considering the big users arn't counted. I couldn't do shaped data. Nbn is bad enough

  • philofficer29 Phillip (@philofficer29) reported

@Senator_Patrick @cpyne @navalgroup There having trouble because it's never going to happen. It was BS when it was claimed. The object was to get a ridiculous proposition over the line. Will go down with Lib stuff ups like the NBN, the car industry, ect.

  • Thomo6006 Thomo (@Thomo6006) reported

@Optus NBN not working. Have been told by @Optus customer service it takes 2-3 business days before they will look into it. Is this the worst KPI by not only Telco's, but in any service industry?? Do not use @Optus !!!!!
