    @kellulz The old numbers were about 18 and 18… basically an office with up to around 25 staff was sharing an internet connection that had lower download speeds than almost any NBN service. It was painful.

    Love that @NBN_Australia still don't inform me of planned outages and I have to find out in the middle of streaming everytime. It's pathetic customer service. Disgusting.

    @an_leavy We rented a house in 2019 which was supposed to be NBN ready, but wasn’t. But also wasn’t allowed non-NBN internet (there was no discernible logic). It was a complete nightmare for 6+ months. My DH nearly lost his mind, certainly lost upwards of 100hrs and $$$ problem solving.

    After 2 weeks of constant arguing and wasting my time, after I lodged a complaint with the TIO @VodafoneAU finally agreed to credit me for the charges on my account that I didn't owe, all because they failed to cancel my NBN connection when I changed providers.

    @PatsKarvelas We were never going to stay on top of Covid with an LNP government. Look at NBN, Robodebt, cuts to wages/penalty rates and everything since 2013. They have done nothing as a government but find ways to stuff taxpayers' money into their own pockets.

    @NBN_Australia Already raised a while ago for other issues. They say all fixed.
