    @pfbt @TurnbullMalcolm Abbott made sure the NBN was/is a dud. He gave Turnbull the job and made sure Turnbull copped the ****. Thought he was protecting his back from a Turnbull challenge. The NBN was a dud, but Turnbull still challenged Abbott and beat him. Pity he couldn't hold his nerve when he won.

    @centristozzy @SolidusBk Nationalisation isn’t fascism. When we nationalised our broadband network (nbn), was that fascism? Or when we did Medicare, was that fascism? What about public schooling, is that fascism too?

    @MrSquiggleAu @NBN_Australia @amaysimAU These guys just slow it down once you use up the data or roll it over. I use my phone as a hotspot and even after I run out I can still watch Netflix, YouTube etc on my tv while tweeting away on my phone.

    the weather is rly overcast atm so ofc my ******* wifi just doesn’t work cause it’s ******* archaic satellite nbn so the clouds r literally blocking the signal,,,, this **** is so dumb

    @tofar1 @BrettoSouth @carmo47 has nbn and starlink, no mobile signal, and very little lag most of the time, even through his repeater network.

    @tofar1 Not much better here most days. Telstra response, NBN fault. Nbns response, Telstra fault. Telstra said modem old, sent a new one, no difference. Pay same amount as people that get signal for what? Elon musks systems looking good when it finally covers up here.

    Son of a... So I finally got covid (4x vax, so not a problem), but it means I have to defer my optical connection to the NBN. Hrm, I think that's the textbook example of a "first world problem"...

    @raina_illune They're Victorian based (Right down to their call centre.), though serve the whole of Australia being part of the NBN.
