-
Pratik Sawant (@pratik_sawant10) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria
@BelongAU My NBN seems to be down for past couple of days now. Speed looks healthy but none of the content seems to load. I also checked and there are no outages in 3122.

John Englart EAM 🌏💦💉 (@takvera) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria
We’ll take that as a statement of a poor NBN #qanda
-
David Moore (@DavidMo70005810) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria
@Telstra You just put my nbn bill up. I can’t cancel within contract without a penalty but you can put prices up. When the contract expires you will lose a 20 year customer. Mobile and internet. So long. Never to return

@GCWebDesigner Lol i barely get any signal at Home; but thats OK. Ishhhhh. *as the NBN is so stable ; and such ;)
-
Bruce T (@bthomps22) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria
@NBN_Australia So can I regard this maintenance as essential or is it non-essential but not limited? Optus says it is to get more customers into the network. And you can’t do it overnight or at the weekend?
-
Joe Connell (@josephsconnell) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria
@WillTaylorNZ @NBN_Australia @iiNet Yea that’s not a good term. It’s basically mobile broadband caught by a modem and turned into a wifi signal
-
AJ Steel - Artist (@ajsteelofficial) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria
@NBN_Australia Thanks Jo, spoke to Optus, they logged a call with #nbn and the issue has been resolved.
-
💧💧 Llewellyn Griffiths (@llament) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria
@Optus I am an Optus customer. The caller didn't claim to be from Optus. Since I recently received a couple of text messages from Optus regarding NBN maintenance in my area it seemed unlikely that they would be followed by a threat to terminate my connection
-
Paulie Ferrari (@paulieferrari) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria
@AussieAppsro @carloslicea1 @AngloBeat Agree, when you consider how any corporates are now using nbn, yet I heard nothing from my employer about their main offices impacted by network outages. Another #freedumbrally fairytale

Tom O'Neil (@thomasjameoneil) reported
Dealing with Optus/NBN over the last 4-6 weeks would have to be the worst experience I’ve had with any company(s) in my life. Not sure which is more culpable (I suspect NBN) but it’s hard to imagine any company providing worse CS than this. Whole operation a complete shambles.
-
Jay (@thinnguts) reported

At this rate my twitter account is just going to be me complaining about the shotty NBN/ISP. Any outage longer then 5s is poor, 30mins -> ∞ is shocking... Paying more for a worse service /The Australian Way/

My poor husband has been on the phone & chat to @Telstra since 9am. They cut off our business phone line saying that we're on the NBN which we are not - the other business on the property which is entirely separate has the NBN but ours requires infrastructure apparently. Anyway
