Telstra is THE worst when it comes to internet. Even when you’re on one of the best NBN plans going around

  • yeppoon Beaver Murray (@yeppoon) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria

@RachelBkr That's so slow its embarrassing. We're on NBN and it's frequently like that, so bad in fact I got a refund from TPG because the advertised speeds were like watching a glacier move.

  • CountKnuckles Gavin (@CountKnuckles) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria

Holy crap now that I have NBN I also have @DougDeMuro in beautiful 4K.

  • bella306 Bella 🎡 (@bella306) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria

Euuuurghhhhh. Only took me all day!! But finally got my printer to talk to the new NBN!! I’m. It to bad at some of this technical bizzo!!

  • timewaster2000 Mark Gambino 🗿 (@timewaster2000) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria

It pays to shop around for @NBN_Australia products, even if you’re on contract. I may pay a cancellation fee to sever my @Optus ADSL service, but the zero install fee and lower monthly cost of another company will see me ~$50 better off over 24 months, plus enjoy faster speeds.

  • Serby2010 Hutchy (@Serby2010) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria

@Nartster #NBNTreason Talking about dropouts. One day couple of weeks ago we had over 200 dropouts. I refused to pay our bill because we have not had service. I am pretty sure all providers have troubles with NBN.

  • bugwannostra Mark Dickenson Govt #Robodebt body count is 2030 (@bugwannostra) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria

Shit NBN, free holidays, frequent flying, trickle down bullshit, obstructing justice, media tip offs, dodgy grants, free tickets, mounting staffers, fake jobs, fake tradies, fake self funded retirees, cheap houses, chopper gate, Parakeelia, sinecures, austerity your govt #auspol

  • tiges_rule Susan Luber (@tiges_rule) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria

@Optus has the worst customer service ever. I tried to organise nbn through their online chat and they flat out lied to me in order to get my business.

  • v8shawno Shawno (@v8shawno) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria

    5 hours #nbn #outage #ferntreegully #fcukssake

  • _kevops Kev Gorman (@_kevops) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria

@NBN_Australia 2 months, 5 visits (3 no shows), hours of my time spent on the phone and still no connection. Case notes with blatant lies about the status. You guys are literally the worst organisation I have ever encountered. #nbn #farcical

  • matty_lara027 Matty Lara (@matty_lara027) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria

Fourth Appointment with @NBN_Australia, First time tech comes out on site. Takes one look at the box and goes, "nah can't be done. Sorry mate." Comon NBN. Why does it take this long to connect someone to your network. #failedappoitment #justwantinternet

  • ashemah Ashemah (@ashemah) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria

@ReidParker_ Sadly my cable speed is down a bit since NBN turned on in my street.......................

  • southyarradan Dan Ho (@southyarradan) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria

This is a real election issue ! Incompetent Govt on #NBN and wilful waste of public funds @Manus Island !

  • alisterrobbie Alister (@alisterrobbie) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria

@joshrowe @Aussie_BB @NBN_Australia @CommsAu @iTnews_au Check out @unitiwireless . Proper speeds. Little stuffing about. None of the issues of @NBN_Australia . A friend signed up months ago and has been hassling me to switch ever since. About to churn.

  • davidjsinclair David Sinclair (@davidjsinclair) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria

Dear @Telstra and @NBN_Australia you service is really crap. Installed a new wifi router today, at my own cost and streaming sucks just like before with a Telstra wifi router. 3rd Internet, 1st world country. Give me my taxes back. You are pathetic.

  • monicasmeow Monicasmeow🐈 (@monicasmeow) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria

@ShaunHodgins @AltoCarol @crownsfive1 @billshortenmp Yeah I don’t agree. One example, Telstra would never have been sold off. Telco infrastructure would have been maintained and upgraded. The NBN may not have been required and thus we would not have had to buy back and rent infrastructure that was previously owned by the tax payer

  • demon_dave Dave Dawson (@demon_dave) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria

@10NewsFirst @vanOnselenP Geezuz PVO, people are worried about #NBN , stagnant wage growth, high utilities prices, traffic, house prices etc, media and LNP are beating it up, heard @3AWNeilMitchell trying to stir it up, much to the dismay of shit jocks no one rang worried about it

@Optus And I have spoken to nbnco themselves and they have confirmed that you are flat out lying to me. The times available depend on the provider NOT the nbn. Further proving how bad the customer service at Optus has been.

  • Rob2563 Robstar (@Rob2563) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria

What a ******* mess our street in Richmond Vic is from the @NBN_Australia services. Already my entrance pavers are smashed. Oh yes guys, I'm sure you will be back to fix it like you say lol. #Fail #BallsUp

  • Jamwa Doc Croc (@Jamwa) reported

@Telstra Hi, your phone support keeps auto-kicking me off to the self-serve chat thing because it thinks our NBN is still awaiting delivery when it actually arrived a week ago & was set up by me yesterday. It's significantly worse than the cable service we had before. Help?

  • CGrandma55 CrankyGrandma55 (@CGrandma55) reported

@devalara44 @GayeCrispin @JodiMcKayMP And stupid fuking journos reckon its needed everywhere. Yeah if everyone has a phone, knows how to use it that is, or can use it. It's a lot of faith in technology when we have the NBN

  • bull3tblitz34 Bull3tblitz34 (@bull3tblitz34) reported

The @NBN_Australia is ******* hopeless, meant to have a technician turn up today to fix the issue, but then they select the wrong MAC address and say we have a data transfer both ways. How stupid can you be. I've now had to make 4 different appointments over the last 2 weeks

  • chris8449 Chris Arancibia (@chris8449) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

@Telstra - been on hold for 2.5hrs and no one has answered the call - NBN has not been working since Friday. This is costing me $$$ - I’m meant to be working - you are not helping small businesses... Please once and for all get your customer service and products sorted...!

  • HABANGS1 HABANGS (@HABANGS1) reported

@Optus NBN internet disruptions for weeks. Support teams in constant denial mode

  • bec7ford 🦠Bec Fjörd🦠 (@bec7ford) reported

@Spanners_cat @dogboy64 My nbn in the area is **** - it continually drops out multiple times per day and per week - I had to can it because it was not suitable for work - I’m working on our multi $M project WFH - I need internet that doesn’t ******* drop out every hour

  • izevaka Igor Zevaka (@izevaka) reported

@sugendran Haven't had problems, but I bridge it to my router. Stable NBN copper, the modem is very reliable. Can't vouch for the router bit, but I assume it's good enough.

  • Optus Optus (@Optus) reported

@Florind14001697 Hi Florinda, I can see that there is an outage impacting the nbn network in your area (ref: 23290544). The nbn is currently working to resolve this issue as soon as possible. Please send us a DM if you have any further questions. Jack

@holidaydreamer_ Hey Bonnie, we understand how frustrating this could be. nbn is required to deliver a one-time charge of $300 to the phone and internet providers that place an order for an nbn broadband access network service to a new development, 1/2
