And 3 out of 4 premises are now capable of connecting to the NBN! Well that is at your own risk! It's just more bullshit from government and ISP companies to scam more money from anyone stupid enough to opt for this NBN CRAP!

  • cjnetlink Cory (@cjnetlink) reported from Geelong, State of Victoria

Why is @3AW693 targeting @Telstra about the NBN and how it’ll cope with the increased load on the network. There are other providers of the NBN out there. #sheeple listening will take any slow downs or outages as being Telstra’s fault/problem.

  • monicasmeow Monicasmeow🐈 (@monicasmeow) reported from Geelong, State of Victoria

@Henjam48 @JaneCaro @TonyAbbottMHR @NBN_Australia They’ve been set up to fail. Like most entities that are answerable to govt. The person responsible for it all is JWH. Had Telstra not been sold in the first place, it would have continued to upgrade its network and we may not have needed an NBN on the scale the ALP envisaged.

  • KathyReid Kathy Reid, Servant of House Corgi (@KathyReid) reported from Geelong, State of Victoria

Summary: we almost-delivered an obsolete network not fit for purpose and now we're struggling with finding a way to make it valuable as a private asset and service our debt, and raise capital to rebuild it post-2020 instead of it being made a public utility #NBN #NBN2

@Vintuitive Must just be that the NBN is shit 😉🤣

Hi @NBN_Australia I’ve had 9 dropouts in 2hrs. My provider says they change things but still the same issues daily. Need this sorted. I’ve changed providers recently and the issue still persists. Can you help?

  • ReeB_73 ReeB73 (@ReeB_73) reported

@andream75 @NBN_Australia If they were made to compensate every customer they have impeded they would be in the red with no digging themselves out. ******* ridiculous. It’s 2021!

  • SmokenMirrors15 Smoke and Mirrors (@SmokenMirrors15) reported

@JoshFrydenberg Look at the BS election campaigning. A clone of 2019, lets rehash; 2019 - Labor tax, Jobs, Coal. 2021 - Labor tax, jobs, Gas. The LNP are terrible with money, that's why they privatise everything. Look at the NBN and Vaccination rollout.

  • MelissaCarlso20 Melissa Carlson (@MelissaCarlso20) reported

@TraceyLeeHolmes @Telstra @NBN_Australia Unfortunately nbn co are having issues with their booking system, as well as recent strikes. But no it’s not good enough

  • Optus Optus (@Optus) reported

@TelFraser Sorry to hear you may be having some issues with your NBN. We can look into this further for you and advise what's going on. Also, NBN is the wholesaler of the network and we do need to book a tech via them. Please send us a DM and we'll continue to chat there. George

  • TraceyLeeHolmes Tracey Holmes (@TraceyLeeHolmes) reported

@Telstra internet at home not working for a week, told tonight the first appointment with an @NBN_Australia consultant will be in two weeks. ‘Is that ok?’ the consultant said. I don’t think so. What do you think?

  • oturner79 Owen Turner (@oturner79) reported

@NBN_Australia had my TCP FTTP install completed on Friday how long does it usually take to get the new SC updated to order a service? The TCP tracker is never up to date, didn't go build commenced until 2 weeks after it started..

  • YRN_Australia Yellow Rock Networks (@YRN_Australia) reported

@stemplemanmp With 90 suburbs already announced to receive the FTTN to FTTP upgrade, NONE of them are in the Blue Mountains area, precisely where we need upgrades the most. Not only do we live in a high-lightning area, our stability and speeds are appalling. Not acceptable @NBN_Australia!

  • nicholastsiaras Nicholas Tsiaras (@nicholastsiaras) reported

@MicallefPhilip @Optus As a long term Optus customer, the chat system works perfectly. Contacted then to remove pre NBN cables, done and dusted within 24 hours. Suggest you use chat and not the phone, then you will get the right people.

  • TraceyLeeHolmes Tracey Holmes (@TraceyLeeHolmes) reported

Internet not working at home for past week. @telstra assistant says @NBN_Australia can visit to fix, first appointment available June 7. ‘Is that ok?’ he says. I don’t think so. What do you think?
