Kiz #StayTheFkHome 🦠 (@kirrilyfred) reported from Anglesea, Victoria@ThornburyRocks I turned the ringer off on mine about 10 years ago. Still available in an emergency for calls out*. As long as the nbn is up and running.
-
Monicasmeow🐈 (@monicasmeow) reported from Geelong, Victoria@Henjam48 @JaneCaro @TonyAbbottMHR @NBN_Australia They’ve been set up to fail. Like most entities that are answerable to govt. The person responsible for it all is JWH. Had Telstra not been sold in the first place, it would have continued to upgrade its network and we may not have needed an NBN on the scale the ALP envisaged.
-
Cory (@cjnetlink) reported from Geelong, VictoriaWhy is @3AW693 targeting @Telstra about the NBN and how it’ll cope with the increased load on the network. There are other providers of the NBN out there. #sheeple listening will take any slow downs or outages as being Telstra’s fault/problem.
-
Rod Sims 💉💉 (@rodneysims) reported from Geelong, Victoria@PaulFletcherMP Paul, I am thankful that my ISP is maintaining its HFC network so that I don’t have to connect to your NBN.
-
Dave Wood (@75b0ce8567df4cd) reported from Geelong, VictoriaAnd 3 out of 4 premises are now capable of connecting to the NBN! Well that is at your own risk! It's just more bullshit from government and ISP companies to scam more money from anyone stupid enough to opt for this NBN CRAP!

Kathy Reid, Servant of House Corgi (@KathyReid) reported from Geelong, VictoriaSummary: we almost-delivered an obsolete network not fit for purpose and now we're struggling with finding a way to make it valuable as a private asset and service our debt, and raise capital to rebuild it post-2020 instead of it being made a public utility #NBN #NBN2

Marquis d'Killara, Duc du Centre-Ouest (@pfbt) reported@NBN_Australia Once again our useless service is dropping out. Thanks to the destructive & stupid @hontonyabbott (NOT Hon.) & complicit @turnbullmalcolm some of us are stuck with the useless satellite service. Years of promises of fixed wireless or something but … NOTHING
-
Chris (@christ0pherjs) reported@bftd2025 @respeculator Nbn co needs to hang a for sale sign out the front immediately, is eventually redundant with 100% to be written off
-
🌸 Rita Gee ♥ 🇦🇺 (@Riogallica) reported@NBN_Australia is a joke. For the 2nd time in 2 wks my connection is down - their fault. They can't come out to fix it till next Monday! If I can find a reputable @STARLINK installer in my regional area, I'd be thankful (Jervis Bay NSW). I'm past climbing on roofs these days. Any recommentations? My @telstra hot spotting is the pits.
-
Mash Potato (@Wise_Spud) reported@TopherField I cancelled my NBN service after the council changed my address, and updating the NBN details proved too difficult. The address mismatch caused constant disconnections. I’ve since switched to wireless internet. Won't go back to NBN
-
RedPocatto (@RedPocatto) reported@kicksupport Australia NBN did me *****… Internet was down for 4 days. My streak is destroyed. 😭👍

Johnnymoo1969 (@johnnymoo1969) reported@MadsMelbourne Booked @NBN_Australia on Monday - said they’d be there between 8-12 - took day off and no one turned up - incompetent govt that doesn’t give a **** about people’s time - @Starlink here I come - FU NBN
-
Paradoxa (@Paradoxa18) reported@DavidJoffe64_2 @drkeithsiau rely on VicEmergency alerts are opt in/out only trouble now it relies on data no nbn here no wifi limited data for mobilenet just switch on to check so wrong to demand people have the latest tech just to get emergency alerts tech fails here +how many network blocked old phones

anthony, underclass prole cat, edwards (@anthony45052793) reported@MichaelRuyg apology would be nice, no chance of a refund. despite larger ISP's being forced to refund people on fixed wireless who paid for service speed nbn could not deliver, my small one was not included in that settlement.
-
Face Palm is the new Face Book (@facepalm8355) reported@LeeroyLives @AngusTaylorMP So looking at that graph, the trajectory of expanding debt started under rudd and gillard and never went down Sounds about right. Looks to start that trajectory after the nbn started construction and ndis came about.

Energy of Oz (@EnergyOfOz) reported@Temjinck @TopherField There was hardly any logic demonstrated by the pro-NBN side of the debate back then, just emotion. And the worst was the ABC’s Nick Ross
