Summary: we almost-delivered an obsolete network not fit for purpose and now we're struggling with finding a way to make it valuable as a private asset and service our debt, and raise capital to rebuild it post-2020 instead of it being made a public utility #NBN #NBN2

And 3 out of 4 premises are now capable of connecting to the NBN! Well that is at your own risk! It's just more bullshit from government and ISP companies to scam more money from anyone stupid enough to opt for this NBN CRAP!

Why is @3AW693 targeting @Telstra about the NBN and how it’ll cope with the increased load on the network. There are other providers of the NBN out there. #sheeple listening will take any slow downs or outages as being Telstra’s fault/problem.

@Henjam48 @JaneCaro @TonyAbbottMHR @NBN_Australia They’ve been set up to fail. Like most entities that are answerable to govt. The person responsible for it all is JWH. Had Telstra not been sold in the first place, it would have continued to upgrade its network and we may not have needed an NBN on the scale the ALP envisaged.

@BraytechHelp @silencewedge I really think this is a problem for anyone who’s not a bot living in Asia/OCE. My lobbies are usually ANZ and Chinese players now and the connection makes NBN look like Google Fiber. I’m in India. No way in hell should I be matching ANZ players. Why. Whyyyyyy

@KyleTGTTV @NBN_Australia Idk if it’s something else, but any other provider always results in my streams dropping out, I had to take my pc in for a check as I thought that was the issue when it wasn’t. No other company just works as well as Aussie BB 🥲

@KyleTGTTV @NBN_Australia Eventually, Telstra offered us a discount on our future bills, but accepted no responsibility as it was NBN. We purchased an extender, a new router and new Ethernet cords. Nothing helped. Eventually I had to change my streaming hours from day to night, just for this issue.

NBN was made aware of my internet issues and did “remote testing” rather than come to my premises to fix the issue. After they said everything is working as intended my internet still proceeds to drop out. As someone who does this for work, I need functioning internet.

I’ve been struggling with a decent connection with my internet ever since I moved in to my new home. I can’t stream without my internet dropping out multiple times which affects my viewership/income. Can I get some support through this tweet to address this to @NBN_Australia .
