Why is @3AW693 targeting @Telstra about the NBN and how it’ll cope with the increased load on the network. There are other providers of the NBN out there. #sheeple listening will take any slow downs or outages as being Telstra’s fault/problem.

  • monicasmeow Monicasmeow🐈 (@monicasmeow) reported from Geelong, State of Victoria

@Henjam48 @JaneCaro @TonyAbbottMHR @NBN_Australia They’ve been set up to fail. Like most entities that are answerable to govt. The person responsible for it all is JWH. Had Telstra not been sold in the first place, it would have continued to upgrade its network and we may not have needed an NBN on the scale the ALP envisaged.

  • KathyReid Kathy Reid, Servant of House Corgi (@KathyReid) reported from Geelong, State of Victoria

Summary: we almost-delivered an obsolete network not fit for purpose and now we're struggling with finding a way to make it valuable as a private asset and service our debt, and raise capital to rebuild it post-2020 instead of it being made a public utility #NBN #NBN2

  • maxblake44 Max Blake (@maxblake44) reported from Geelong, State of Victoria

@iiNet hey guys just wondering if there is an wide spread outage in the 3216 area (NBN) haven’t got any internet this morning and last night it was on/off

And 3 out of 4 premises are now capable of connecting to the NBN! Well that is at your own risk! It's just more bullshit from government and ISP companies to scam more money from anyone stupid enough to opt for this NBN CRAP!

@NBN_Australia This is an ongoing problem that has 1 cause. The degraded FTTN connection is 1.3km from my home (despite there being many closer). If you are truly sorry, than simply fix your infrastructure issue (ie move the FTTN connection or change to FTTC/FTTH). This is your fault (not ISP).

  • adammalone Adam Malone (@adammalone) reported

@khingy @NBN_Australia @beourmate Then guaranteed 4-6 week backlog on new boxes. No compensation or immediate remediation because I don’t deal directly with NBN and ISP can say it’s not their problem. Perfect finger pointing nightmare for end user. Times like these make me want to go all in on a 4G dongle.

  • kkasss20 Kasss 🛫🦋✨ (@kkasss20) reported

@jimi019 Their whole network is down from webpage to call centre to nbn

  • JimmyNT James Taylor (@JimmyNT) reported

@rajeevramani think they've had a total network failure - nbn flaky, website down, not accepting calls

  • jarro56 💧Veritas (@jarro56) reported

@AlboMP The #LNP have taken so much from Australians We no longer live with Holdens We no longer live with TAFE We no longer live with wage increases We no longer live in first owned mortgaged houses We no longer live with a fully covered Medicare And we never had a world class NBN!

  • _davlee David Lee (@_davlee) reported

@TangerineTeleco hey what the actual F____? NBN is out (as opposed to slow as **** as per usual), and your phone support line isn’t even pretending to work. Have you gone out of business or are you just trying to lose mine?

  • sev_romero Sev Romero (@sev_romero) reported

@NBN_Australia My suburb is not listed despite this being an issue for 4 years. And why would I pay for something that everybody else had received for 'free'? As per my initial request, could you please organise FTTP (or at least change to a closer node) as soon as possible? Thanks.

  • Teretere55_ Tere A. (@Teretere55_) reported

Who has problems with the NBN services?? #tangerine #melbourne #australia

  • CutAdriftFromOz Justa Guy (@CutAdriftFromOz) reported

@jriewolod @Telstra I don’t subscribe to any pay TV services and I get my internet over nbn Fttc. So, I wanted to remove the the redundant cables attached to my eaves. I asked Optus to remove their’s, no problem. Done same week. I asked Telstra, and it was difficult and no they wouldn’t do it.
