    @NBN_Australia You totally miss the point. I’ve moved to the centre of town. On the A1. Our national highway. It should have fibre to the curb. It has fibre to the node. It’s just plain idiocy. Invest in better (not even best). It’s your network. Fix it. Don’t handball it.

    @ErwinHeinrich4 @NBN_Australia They're too busy paying themselves bonuses to worry about things like "atrocious service" and "abysmal speeds"

  • grosvenorstreet David Henry (@grosvenorstreet) reported

    @Telstra I'll tell you what's annoying - You causing the problem but not informing the customer. Where's my NBN?

  • timcarabott Tim Carabott (@timcarabott) reported

    @Optus Thanks very much to your sales team for selling me a NBN 100mbps/40mbps plan upgrade that technical support is now telling me doesn't exist and your maximum upload speed is 20mbps....so I'm paying for what exactly? How is it Optus manage to stuff up everything so bad?

  • AratAiluj Tara Julia Hamilton (@AratAiluj) reported

    @akuck @NBN_Australia @Optus "unknown network issue"...🤔

  • NBN_Australia nbn™ Australia (@NBN_Australia) reported

    @mohitg76 Hey Mohit, we've been communicating with phone and internet providers in recent times on an emerging issue relating to the supply of core components for our nbn connection boxes that are used to connect premises to the HFC network. 1/2

  • baqsyd18 ***Captain 🐨Air*** #athome #encasa #thuis (@baqsyd18) reported

    @Telstra it is utterly ridiculous that I had a new nbn connection yesterday, no one is able to help with getting a green light, I’m being directed to a gold member support chat where im speaking with robots. If no one gets in touch I will be cancelling all 4 accounts today.

  • JaINTP13 Jai Brown (@JaINTP13) reported

    @TheZoeWolf16 @AnimeLab Yeah, I was surprised no one had mentioned anything. I've actually been having issues for a few days but today is the first that videos won't even load. I'm happy to just blame the nbn to be honest ahahah

  • nizarnoor Nizar Noor (@nizarnoor) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

    @smh @zoesam93 NBN is crap. Was supposed to be faster and cheaper than ADSL but look at where we are. What a disgrace.
