Hey @Telstra & @NBN_Australia 18 months ago we lost all internet Wifi home phone for 6 months we had 26 technicians Visit until we got 2 techs together worked out someone had put in wrong code at pillar same problem again your call centre won’t listen send help

@NBN_Australia so my connection just went down. Rang my service provider and am told NBN maintenance until 7pm. I am working from home like half of the country. Why was no information provided? When can I expect to be online again. Calwell ACT.

@danielcairns @NBN_Australia @iiNet That sucks man. I'm with Internode and when I moved a few days ago found our service dropped out frequently, like every hour or more. NBN were out within 24 hours and normal service has since been restored. Kinda feeling lucky it was as easy a fix as it was.

@filmgirl152 Ok. Id say there could be something on nbn side causing these dropouts. Aussie BB are a great company. And it dropouts is most likely caused by hardware or issues within the infrastructure (if it’s not fibre)

@Telstra Me and several other people I know are currently experiencing issues with Telstra wifi (NBN). Our internet speeds have drastically lowered, we are currently very upset. Please look into the dm I have sent you for further information, I hope this issue can be fixed soon.

@Telstra I’ve done all the turn off, take out plug, re- plug stuff. No lights. There aren’t more suggestions on your link. I raised a fault case at 10.04 this morning. I keep getting put back to the ‘we’re very busy’ message and can’t get a resolution. I think I need a new NBN box.

@NBN_Australia @Telstra My mate was pretty dissatisfied with losing connection to NBN yesterday arvo. He had to **** to 360p **** which just isn’t on. In the age of 4K content, reverting back to 360p is just garbage. We may as well draw crayon **** if these issues persist.
