    Hey @Telstra & @NBN_Australia 18 months ago we lost all internet Wifi home phone for 6 months we had 26 technicians Visit until we got 2 techs together worked out someone had put in wrong code at pillar same problem again your call centre won’t listen send help

    Another day, another shitty customer service call with @iiNet trying to get someone to run a cable from the street to our existing @NBN_Australia box and modem. WE DON’T NEED A CHIP JUST GET SOMEONE TO RUN A CABLE. Could you be any worse? Solve it today or we cancel

    @sallymcmanus @DodoAustralia And yet they have priority service with NBN. Got my Telstra NBN cut off immediately when they put in an application for a person who provided my address to have a service connected without my authority or permission. No landline, no internet since 2nd Feb. Hours on phone no luck.
