I recently updated my NBN through @Telstra to FTTP which meant my Foxtel pacakage had to be unbundled. Instead of moving it to a stand alone account they have tonight completely cut off my service and there is nobody at Telstra tonight to restore it and correct their mistake.

@markhumphries Internet access is a basic service nowadays. Nbn access needs to be come as standard in any rental.

@NBN_Australia Yes and like I said who uses most of their internet between 12-4am?? So you cap it during peak times when I would need it most so you can charge me more. That’s not customer service that’s extortion.

@NBN_Australia NBN is a literal joke, I gotta call telstra report a fault, then they gotta confirm its a NBN issue then THEY gotta contact NBN cause apparently I cannot, to then only have NBN do some test on their end and say everything is fine when im dcing EVERY NIGHT !!!

@robfarago We get our Starlink next week because @NBN_Australia is too slow processing new orders. I would have rathered not spent $$ on something we'll only use for a few months but we have no option. NBN seems to be poster child for how not to run a business IMHO.

@VamsiMithun Sorry to hear about the issues with your internet service, Vamsi! I can see there are no outages reported over our mobile and nbn services in Cranbourne West. We'd be happy to take a closer look, could you DM us your complete address and internet type? Sarah

@markhumphries @james007_300 The words “connection charges”by NBN is at best an alternate truth.Their cable is inside all the dwellings so that they can sell internet access. They then need to flick the switch in their NOC or “provision” so that service provider like Optus can retail the services.
