    Hey @Telstra & @NBN_Australia 18 months ago we lost all internet Wifi home phone for 6 months we had 26 technicians Visit until we got 2 techs together worked out someone had put in wrong code at pillar same problem again your call centre won’t listen send help

    @TPG_Telecom are you currently having mass outages because my NBN in Penrith has completely dropped out. NBN says there are no problems on their end. What is going on???

    @Blackwolf_Kuro We're sorry to hear about your drop out issue. Our test indeed shows that there are recorded events showing that your connection is dropping. May we know if you've done any troubleshooting steps yet like checking the cables and lights on the modem and NBN Box? -Mel

    @Telstra Since 2006. Your call centre keeps telling me it's acceptable. Since the nbn took our landline away we have to rely of mobile phones. It's been utter crap. I have a 5g I'm getting 3g some times 4g. In box me so I can call you personally. Please

    @MyRepublicAU the nbn went down and now it's back up but no connection, restarted nbn and router yet nothing and I'm fine with live chat if there was someone there to chat to.

    @tpg @NBN_Australia power was off last night and again I still have no internet this morning @acccgovau every single time this happens it takes my calls and hassle to fix. You would think NBN would know there is a power issue and go fix automatically #refundplease #poorservice
