    Hey @Telstra & @NBN_Australia 18 months ago we lost all internet Wifi home phone for 6 months we had 26 technicians Visit until we got 2 techs together worked out someone had put in wrong code at pillar same problem again your call centre won’t listen send help

    Argh 2nd NBN outage in 2 days. This time a notification from the ISP to say up to 3 hours offline. Thank goodness for my @optus tethering and lots of data available this month. On the upside: good excuse not to have video on for zoom calls today!

    (4/4) Given the ISP technician confirmed the issue isn't on our premises, there isn't anything more we can do. I'm in limbo because @NBN_Australia keep closing our requests and ignoring the problem instead of sending anyone out to actually inspect the potential fault. I'm furious

    @taytemss Hi Tate, this is not good to hear. If you haven't already, please contact your service provider and let them know you are currently without service. Your provider will need to raise a fault ticket with nbn. We will then be able to investigate and have the cable repaired. 1/2

    @BrianMitchellMP taken initiative sending questionnaire on @NBN_Australia in Lyons. #NBN in Lyons is joke. Satellite is slow & expensive. Mobile phone coverage is patchy too. Best option for home & business would be mobile network booster kits on houses & shearing shed #auspol
