    Hey @Telstra & @NBN_Australia 18 months ago we lost all internet Wifi home phone for 6 months we had 26 technicians Visit until we got 2 techs together worked out someone had put in wrong code at pillar same problem again your call centre won’t listen send help

    @DesignedToFade Hi Feliz, during an unplanned outage on the nbn network we keep your service provider up to date on all available updates like estimated restoration times and details of what's being done to fix the outage itself. As soon as we have any updates, we'll let your RSP know. 1/2

    @ASX1500 Depends on property size and what kind of nbn you have at your house. But we used to run these ubiquiti links between parts of the site ( main mine -> contractor dongas ) with no issues. Something to consider.

    @schaeffer_phil @DavidCrisafulli Nothing to do with the NBN, that was a matter of national security an essential service, EVs & chargers are not, they're a boutique luxury. How many EVs are there in Yamba & how many chargers are there.? How far apart are they? I'll bet: 1. very few; 2. as above; 3. not far.

    @Matt_Camenzuli @jabattoir13 @JuliaGillard I think she was worse than Turnbull. I must have missed other reasons Turnbull was terrible, but my one thing with him was wasting time and money on the NBN, we're still paying for full fibre rollout house-by-house, made sense to just do the lot once, less driving per-house.

    @NBN_Australia That’s understandable however there were basically no updates from nbn over long periods (12+ hours) throughout the outage. What the hell are nbn doing? How is the network so poorly designed that an outage for an entire suburb lasts 26 hours???!!???!

    @TMFScottP I was a gamer and hated ADSL living outside of a state capital it was ****. NBN to me personally would have been great, but blowing that money that money on shortsighted populism didnt sit well with me. Seemed shortsighted.

    Now tweeting from my lab machine again with very basic Optus 5G internet. Will have to upload video and stuff from home, but otherwise I'm kinda functional again. No idea when NBN/Telstra will restore the connection, it's been 3 days already so I assume it's very bad. Today is Sunday and tomorrow is another public holiday.

    @m1nhaxo Paying $120 a month for 750 mbps but we’ve been only getting 150-300 on a good day because of this garbage nbn And they won’t send us a new modem we’ve had this one for 10 years now through 5 different houses
