Hey @Telstra & @NBN_Australia 18 months ago we lost all internet Wifi home phone for 6 months we had 26 technicians Visit until we got 2 techs together worked out someone had put in wrong code at pillar same problem again your call centre won’t listen send help

@kodenine2 @NBN_Australia Hi @NBN_Australia you should probably address the main issue here which is the uptime. Same issue here and my ISP says lots of people affected. Why no fault raised?

@AaronSGreen @NBN_Australia It’s my own fault though. I’ve chosen to stay in Australia for the time being, the world’s largest country town, and connect with a company that states their customer sentiment on the door - dodo, “you’ll feel like one by the time you’re done!”

@dougrathbone Nice. I opted for 5G and I'm getting about 400Mbps down, also in the lower north shore. I didn't know that the speeds via NBN could go that high without multiple connections

So my solution to deal with my current no internet problem (THANKS TPG AND NBN) is I upgraded my phone plan with Optus to 500BG a month. Now my computer and Xbox run via my phone hotspot. Yeah.

@TPG_Telecom I need someone to reach out to me regarding my wife's elderly parents new NBN bundle. There is an issue with the phone line and this is their only means of communicating to the outside world. I am an admin on the account. You support number isn't working correctly.
