    Hey @Telstra & @NBN_Australia 18 months ago we lost all internet Wifi home phone for 6 months we had 26 technicians Visit until we got 2 techs together worked out someone had put in wrong code at pillar same problem again your call centre won’t listen send help

    Our network monitoring has confirmed mobile, fixed broadband and NBN services in Tasmania started coming back online just after 6pm following the earlier third party cable issue. We are running final checks to confirm all services are fully restored.

    @Telstra_news, will you consider removing data limits of full speed internet on mobile plans this month for areas affected by SEQ/NSW flooding? The nbn is down for many, we're relying on hotspotting our phones to stay connected - soon it'll reduce to 1.5Mbps speeds on 5G. #floods

    @NBN_Australia my internet has been out for over 3 hours. The NBN co site says ‘no outage detected’ and my provider says the same. My parents, on the same street, also have no internet. They are with a different provider, but we are on the same node.

    @NBN_Australia waiting since 1030am for outage to be fixed. Told it was working. Still not working. Yes I've turned it and modem off and on several times.

    @TPG_Telecom I was told the previous NBN outage is fixed but still not working after 7 hours. Yes I've turned it on and off several times.
