    Hey @Telstra & @NBN_Australia 18 months ago we lost all internet Wifi home phone for 6 months we had 26 technicians Visit until we got 2 techs together worked out someone had put in wrong code at pillar same problem again your call centre won’t listen send help

    @Telstra Appallingly… no follow up from phone call and now having to wait until Monday for a technician (not to mention the fancy 4G “back up” router did not switch over NBN to Signal, apparently due to SIM failure .. it would be a comedy of errors, but it’s not funny.

    @Nicolette_Boele NBN. It's 2022 in Australia and my internet is worse than many developing countries, support finishing the job with FTTP?

    @andy_penn hey Andy the TIO have said this needs to be resolved by 5/2/22? How do you think Telstra will go? If u can fix Tonga maybe your team can fix my nbn @PaulFletcherMP can you help get my nbn fixed that Telstra disconnected 6 weeks ago?

    @ElaineStead Hey @ElaineStead HNY! Do you have NBN and also do you have Foxtel? There are some tests Telstra can do to try to improve things with NBN. Sometimes if there is Foxtel, the cable is split at the home and this drops your network out.

    @RuaBrithem We're sorry to hear this, Rua. If this has impacted your service, your provider will need to lodge it as a fault on your behalf. From this fault ticket, the nbn support team will work with your provider to restore your service as soon as possible. 1/2

    @MrKRudd From someone who works in the Telecommunications industry, I can say 1st hand that Morrison/Turnbull/Abbott govt have totally butchered NBN. Complex agreements between what NBN & other Telcos are each responsible for on customer services only end in long delays for fixing issues!

    @JPereira1974 @IEOKIITI1 You’re spewing complete garbage. We did episode via zoom due to an NBN issue. As for covid I had it back in November. You have no idea what you’re talking about…. Literally none.

    @beyondbeeton @Telstra @Aussie_BB all the way. Flawless, instant local customer service. Actual NBN service has rarely missed a beat and on those occasions (NBN line issue) they advocated/escalated to resolution.
