Hey @Telstra & @NBN_Australia 18 months ago we lost all internet Wifi home phone for 6 months we had 26 technicians Visit until we got 2 techs together worked out someone had put in wrong code at pillar same problem again your call centre won’t listen send help

@agentsmart Malcolm did his best American and spread the wealth to his mates and socialised a slow nbn. That the nbn charges more. Then slows it down further.

@BrowntownBrew @rhysam @Telstra I have 2 family members on NBN and I get 2-3 times the download with comparable upload and unnoticeable latency issues with anything I use it for. It has never failed either.

@RyanJones6980 @rhysam @Telstra Starlink is great when compared to NBN wireless and copper based connections. It is slow and costly compared to fttp which is what 93% of premises would have had by now if it weren't for Abbott

Freezing here as got no power. Twice now in 2 days. Had to recharge mobile broadband just to be able to doom scroll as nbn satellite doesn't work when power is off.

@solo_dio_ I only hear from them when my monthly top up goes through or if there are any scheduled NBN outages. Apart from that, I never have to deal with them, which if you've ever come from the big 3 ISPs, is a godsend! September speed bumps will be interesting to see, price wise.
