Hey @Telstra & @NBN_Australia 18 months ago we lost all internet Wifi home phone for 6 months we had 26 technicians Visit until we got 2 techs together worked out someone had put in wrong code at pillar same problem again your call centre won’t listen send help

@jmil400 New "creeks" on farm(hinterland between Lismore/Byron):never mapped before as intermittent. Horrific experience made worse because no matter what we say,we are ignored until it is too late - happened with fires,floods,vacc,testing,boosters,roads,NBN. Can we join Qld please?

@Optus the most pathetic experience in terms of service that i ever experienced. Facing internet dropouts from padt 4 months, even after multiple calls daily to optus support no resolution provided, instead the team suggest to complain to TIO for help. #optus #nbn #internetdown

@NBN_Australia If you folk spent our money improving your network instead of self-promotion it would be nice. Those of us in regional areas cast adrift on your hopeless NBN satellite would love to have all those things you promote, but we can’t. And my ISP can’t help.

@lucky_rae Hi Rae, that must be frustrating for you and it’s definitely not what we’d want for you. Your provider may be able to perform line testing to see if there are any issues with nbn’s infrastructure? If they do find an issue, they can lodge a fault and we will work closely 1/2

@eschatv Deadset my internet was going on and off the last 2 days, spoke with my ISP who had no idea why and lodged a ticket with NBN. 6 hours later we get an email saying it's been resolved and all good... **** makes no sense

@NBN_Australia My provider is keeping me updated, and I keep checking the updates page, that's all good. What would be great is if the outage was fixed. I need to work.

QLD SEVERE WEATHER UPDATE: We currently have approximately 41,140 services offline. The severe weather and flooding across South East Queensland continues to impact the nbn™ network. The majority of outages are being caused by local power outages.

@NBN_Australia Come upgrade my line!!! Every day our internet drops out more than twice an hour and you’re making Aussie Broadband make us jump through hoops to prove it. We’ve had one of your employees come out five times to fix it. Pointless.
