    Hey @Telstra & @NBN_Australia 18 months ago we lost all internet Wifi home phone for 6 months we had 26 technicians Visit until we got 2 techs together worked out someone had put in wrong code at pillar same problem again your call centre won’t listen send help

    @ConcreteIdeasx @Markedw @Telstra Yeah I just like the idea of never having to worry about it going up and it's cheaper than what I pay now of 119 a month but nbn really did suck here I didn't have much choice

    @NBN_Australia Stage 4 Cancer patient with heart issues here , with a family of 4..living 6km from CBD BNE..Does NBN think it’s acceptable on a new build , they are only doing FTTN which has the node 1km away !!!!! So useless for my work from home which I need to do for my health .

    @Telstra Yes, when I visit my family in McKellar, I basically give up on my phone, it like dial-up speed. And and NBN doesn't work because the house is too far away.

    NBN service down again - 9th time this year. Business account, $100+ per month. But not to worry, we are going to revamp the entire AU electrical grid using temporary migrants - just like we did with the NBN. What could go wrong?

    @BLShiv @nelso_adam Fibre was always going to be a problem for apartments. An aggressive user pays model makes abandoning the nbn and moving to 5G wireless an easier choice than wasting time & incurring expense trying to fix a broken FTTB service.

    @RLfoxxy Yet another vote for AussieBB here! Been with them since NBN first came to my area and I haven't had any issues with them or their customer support since. In terms of Optus, I've had my issues with them but my friends who are still with them, haven't had much issues with them.

    @NBN_Australia (4/5) 3 times, tried different routers, directly connecting the device, replaced all cabling (Ethernet and HFC internal) and tried Wi-Fi (also changing the channels they operate on), yet this issue still occurs and no one can provide a solution.
