    Hey @Telstra & @NBN_Australia 18 months ago we lost all internet Wifi home phone for 6 months we had 26 technicians Visit until we got 2 techs together worked out someone had put in wrong code at pillar same problem again your call centre won’t listen send help

    @powermad000 Hey Peter, that’s disappointing to hear. You've done the right thing to report this fault to your provider to run their tests. If the problem is with nbn, your provider will let us know and we’ll work together with them to resolve the issue. 1/2

    Record Temperature's hitting Australia and yet Gosford and West Gosford areas on the Central Coast NSW have NO NBN - Unexplained Internet Outage since 3pm Friday ???

    Anyone else had this issue. Was told by @Optus we needed to move from cable to NBN. So we did. Plugged in modem - not activated. Called -56 min on phone - & they hang up!! Was told Dec 7th next available tech appointment!!! So - stick that up your bum. Back to cable for us.

    @NBN_Australia 2 cancelled appointments later I still have no internet and even better still it seems that an NBN technician has jumpered my service to someone else's line, which caused my internet to drop out in the first place. Its not like we are in the middle of nowhere

    @NBN_Australia I keep getting calls from numbers in Ipswich telling me there is a fault in the NBN connected to our home. Can you please check these (07) 3812 4452 (07) 3260 7338 we don't have any issues.

    @NBN_Australia Thanks for replying Amy. I'm afraid it's the NBN device constantly losing upstream connectivity, not something my service provider can control. It's also my neighbours experiencing the issue, who are with a different service provider all together. Probably just coincidence... 😳
