    Hey @Telstra & @NBN_Australia 18 months ago we lost all internet Wifi home phone for 6 months we had 26 technicians Visit until we got 2 techs together worked out someone had put in wrong code at pillar same problem again your call centre won’t listen send help

    @BMcSport @NBN_Australia Had the same issue last week, waited all morning and got a call at 11:45 saying they’d be late and they turned up 12:30 after I had to go to work… then I rang and they said there was nothing I could do and they had to reschedule

    @NBN_Australia So you're going go blame anyone else for your crap infrastructure. Lately I've been getting 9.1mbps download and 0.1mbps upload. What a fantastic third world internet speed. Yet you do nothing but pass the buck

    @NBN_Australia I know how crap nbn affects my gameplay, when it drops below 25Mbps, which is regularly, the games don't work for ****. You ***** want to increase the price yet I have never been able to get the 50Mbps I pay for.

    @NBN_Australia NBN AUSTRALIA has to be the most useless and terrible organisatiom I've come across i run a business from home and NBN won't come fix the broken lines outside the property they literally said its not a priority screw you NBN I work in a medical field and it's vital for me

    @Telstra The root cause identified, I was never given speed boost add-on inspite of promising with the discounted rate. I had to ultimately call the sales people myself and the resolution took an hour @NBN_Australia
