@DMJFC10 same I got 50GB a month and it’s crazy how much I use. I don’t have NBN because there is a certain spot in my suburb that won’t get NBN which I thought would be better but it’s just as bad

  • JimRHoughton Ignoble Jim Houghton (@JimRHoughton) reported

Past 6-7 weeks, 4 Saturdays with no NBN all day. Jemina doing some major upgrade work to poles and wires which coincide with outages. @NBNCoSupport and @Optus must know. But no warning, and Optus text later saying 'identified problem and trying to restore service'. Why pretence?

  • profjalberts Joshua Alberts (@profjalberts) reported

@Telstra how is it going to take you two days to fix a internet outage that’s meant to be for NBN and we aren’t even on NBN!

  • LP_Kemp Liam Kemp (@LP_Kemp) reported

How long should I keep the "Security expert from telstra NBN" on the phone? Apparently several people's are using my internet networks without my permission and they left some bad files on my internet network

  • John_W_Power John Power (@John_W_Power) reported

@hughewilliams @Telstra @NBN_Australia Do you mean they arbitrarily cut you off before the hard cutoff date in your area dictated by NBN just to get your attention? If so, that's an insanely bad marketing tactic.

  • DiscoKaboom Kris Wright (@DiscoKaboom) reported

@NBN_Australia Point Clare, NSW has been without FTTP for 24 hours now. My service provider told me your technicians requested to leave yesterday instead of fixing it. When are they coming back to fix it?

  • KoolewongHouse Koolewong (@KoolewongHouse) reported

Turns out @NBN_Australia was affected by @Ausgrid outage at #gosford even though #Koolewong had power no internet or phones time to get some #diversitymatters @CoastComNews

  • fredanurks Freda Nurks (@fredanurks) reported

@MikeCullen73 @iiNet @NBN_Australia Unmarked white van probably doing fibre splicing in 43deg.. pity the poor tech

  • John_W_Power John Power (@John_W_Power) reported

@hughewilliams @Telstra @NBN_Australia That's odd, maybe depends on location or you moved and they didn't have contact details. I'm just guessing...as a Telstra customer, I (and others I know) was getting regular mail updates in the post advising about the hard cutoff dates as well as promos from other ISPs about it.

  • CannabisFairy69 DezR "#BlackLivesMatter" #Cannabis-Fair-ee (@CannabisFairy69) reported

@NBN_Australia Huh and what??? The ISP “reached out” to us and told us the plan wasn’t economically viable for them and the needed to slow it down!! FFS - if you numpty’s had installed the #FTTP #NBN as per the original plan we would be increasing speeds!! 😳 #auspol
