@Telstra why is it so hard to get a straight answer from the chat? Waiting for a package for my NBN that was due on Tuesday. Still not here. NBN being installed tomorrow, had no internet for a week, but still being charged & with no answers from your “customer service” team. Sigh

@NationalFarmers @afsnsw The NFF is an absolute joke. You do exactly what Barnaby Joyce and his nationals cronies tell you despite the fact they continually sell out regional Australia. Your stance on NBN related issues typifies this. Pathetic.

@NBN_Australia Etty Bay Kitchen, 615 Etty Bay Road Qld 4858 is happy for a trial. We have a huge water pipe going down the hill 700 to 800psi. 200 beach goers and no PHONE signal at all. Sat comms only for 200 people to share. 1000mbps fibre is what we dream for 200 beach goers.

@PaulFletcherMP When is the NBN going to be #FTTH instead of this garbage #MTM waste of space?

@IanSamuels3 We don't even bother with NBN. We use Optus mobile broadband modem. I've worked from home in govt administration and have never had an issue. Much cheaper and faster speed than the NBN.

Is the architecture of the NBN normal by world standards? Seems odd to me that resilience of landlines (in emergencies, fire, flooding, blackout) seriously undermined by now dependence on consumer power supply. What use is a landline if not resilient and reliable?
