Very poor #foxtel NBN internet in St Ives. New provider time ? Coz they don’t respond to calls or web chat.

Having problems with the relocation of my NBN with @TPG_Telecom - when I try and ask questions about the NBN installation or my service, the call centre staff become quite rude. It’s like they are reluctant to answer my questions. Would be nice to speak to someone who can help.

@NBN_Australia @aussiewongm Reckon it might be on Killeen St Sunshine West. Clearly by looking at the photos its accidental damage, lucky some passerby decided to scale the pole and fix it with some rope they just happened to have handy. Not the hero we deserve, but the hero we need right now 🙄

@NBN_Australia I'm in dover tasmania . so i get it ... no nbn down here.. no adsl . Just bad connections. To have a decent connection (I tried and paid). I'm in the area of 4g but it drops out constantly.

The fact that Telstra thinks 6 down and 1 up is a viable internet connection is a joke. It's been a month since I've moved and the excuse we keep getting is "the NBN is down" Yet i connected my uncle's BRAND NEW NBN connection today? Who also moved when I moved.
