Maybe I’ll just wait until I have the grants in my account and do it then. I mean...if the owners don’t want to contribute what can I do? Regardless I’ll be paying $200 to cancel the NBN account I signed up for or $400 for installation.

@NBN_Australia All that without being able to provide a decent service? Incredible. Such is the power of a government enforced monopoly.

@mohitg76 Hey Mohit, we've been communicating with phone and internet providers in recent times on an emerging issue relating to the supply of core components for our nbn connection boxes that are used to connect premises to the HFC network. 1/2

@BaronBlacky Compounded by how inept they are: Auspost uses and entire of fleet of subcontracted delivery drivers that don't deliver. NBN can't even roll-out cable on time let alone offer speeds that can compete with a mobile network. Don't get me started on the West Gate Tunnel. #springst

@Telstra it is utterly ridiculous that I had a new nbn connection yesterday, no one is able to help with getting a green light, I’m being directed to a gold member support chat where im speaking with robots. If no one gets in touch I will be cancelling all 4 accounts today.

@TingAstro Be sure to verify your apartment has NBN internet when you move here. Otherwise, your Internet will likely be painfully slow.

@NBN_Australia I am referring to an "Unplanned Outage" as stated above.

@NBN_Australia It's obvious that customers can waste 30-60mins calling an ISP...However; 1. Your website shows an Unplanned Outage with no resolution time. 2. Telstra still knows nothing about an outage, hours later. 3. Your system(s) obviously don't notify ISPs of any change regarding outages.
