    Hey @Telstra & @NBN_Australia 18 months ago we lost all internet Wifi home phone for 6 months we had 26 technicians Visit until we got 2 techs together worked out someone had put in wrong code at pillar same problem again your call centre won’t listen send help

    @KarmahRiize @NBN_Australia Eeeey bro hope you been well? My net keeps disconnecting every 5 mins for minute at a time. We had someone come fix it and it worked for like a couple of months and its happening again. Just over it.

    @NBN_Australia Hi, there is no specific issue. Trying to see what would need to happen to get the NT (1 whole POI) with more efficient routes, having our gateways in another state just to connect to a local business or local service seems wildly inefficient as well as having a high ping.

    @NBN_Australia Worst infrastructure I have ever seen, was told by my ISP my dropouts were due to Bridge tap paid a **** tone to remove still getting dropouts, called to get fixed, and now told it will take a week to get someone to fix it, one month with no internet well done!

    Thank you @TPG_Telecom and @NBN_Australia . My HFC connection at Oakleigh south is not working from more than a month now. Hopefully this will get fixed in year 2022.

    our connection we get anywhere from 20 Mbit/s to literally no reading for download and 1/4 of our upload speed. We have friends down the street that complained once and you gave them a new router. Their whole street was incorrectly connected to the NBN. Fix your ****. It's a

    Hi @telstra, I just had an @NBN_Australia technician come through who could t fix my cable, and has now apparently ‘let someone know’. Given we’re working remotely at the moment, we really need to know when our service will be restored? Can you help?

    Might be a better use of taxpayer money if the NBN employed more technicians to fix their infrastructure problems rather than a plethora of bots to spin crap non answers to tweets. Have raised my issue with Minister Fletcher, let’s see if that works?!!!
