    Hey @Telstra & @NBN_Australia 18 months ago we lost all internet Wifi home phone for 6 months we had 26 technicians Visit until we got 2 techs together worked out someone had put in wrong code at pillar same problem again your call centre won’t listen send help

    @NBN_Australia I can appreciate that you specifically aren't in charge of things like that, but if @NBN_Australia were an actually business that lived or died by whether they can provide a good service then it would put in more effort to make it reliable - what do you think @PaulFletcherMP?

    @ExitLeftTV Once had to call our isp from our landline for an internet related issue, go through all their usual checks and got to "turn off modem" and it disconnected the call because the move onto the NBN here also moved phone lines to VoIP essentially....

    @petehanssens if there are any issues with the services the nbn technical support team who monitors these issue will be able to advise your provider, what the specific issue is and help rectify the problem. 2/3

    @AlboMP @AmandaA09465113 Labor are all about WHAT in all there time in Govt no action taken on any manufacturing plans. Just funding the loss making car industry, add the NBN AND NDIS all un funded no proper plan. The Great spenders never CREATERS just like Robin Hood take from others an redistribute.

    @NBN_Australia @noelenejcraven_ Why does your website say "Planned maintenance is currently taking place" at my address, yet I have an email from my RSP saying "NBN has just let us know that they are doing emergency network maintenance in your area". Some honesty would be appreciated!

    I'm now spending $150/month for this crap and of course @NBN_Australia, you wouldn't even know if i've got working internet or not because hey, you're just some dumb government organisation that isn't responsible to anyone of any consequence!
