    Hey @Telstra & @NBN_Australia 18 months ago we lost all internet Wifi home phone for 6 months we had 26 technicians Visit until we got 2 techs together worked out someone had put in wrong code at pillar same problem again your call centre won’t listen send help

    To date, I owe $316 to Optus for my mobile phone service, my mother’s mobile phone service and the landline/NBN service and I only sold one thing on Facebook marketplace in the last month :(

Hid from the voters that the energy was about to go up until the election was over. Ruined the NBN and cost three times the 30B promised.

    @NBN_Australia Here's hoping @MRowlandMP can actually help get us back onto the original rollout plan under Rudd. Everyone should be eligible for upgrade, not just those who signup for it.

    @DavidHuett @QandA The media are the most culpable for all the issues that society suffers from. They pushed the anti NBN stuff, anti climate action, that budgets need to be balanced and to sell all our assets etc. Hopefully this is the end for MSM. Murdoch couldn't get Morrison up.

    @RoadknightThe Blocks away at the nearest node. He spent 6 hours working between the nodes and fixed it. Apart from occasional network outages I have not had an issue with the NBN. Stick to it eventually the right tech will show up. Amazingly for all the techs that previously worked on the ../4

    @Telstra @NBN_Australia Right, so why doesn’t it? And now I should use the app to “get help”? Sorry Cas, but nothing Telstra has suggested has helped me here? Everything is smoke and mirrors and obfuscation of the facts, it’s incredibly frustrating

    @DocB__ @NBN_Australia I am in an area that will not get ,NBN maybe under the new Government. Despite this I get regular calls from scammers who say they are from the NBN. Best response seems to be ask them to connect it, they usually just hang up, though some try to get money for connection.

    @vinceliban Jun Lozada tried to hide his crime. Invented a scam. Then dragged Gloria. If the NBN ZTE went through. The internet service in this country would be much better today
