@ProfPCDoherty Can the government introduce a law that allows the ACCC to fine any company, providing telephone customer service/support, that doesn't reply personally to the caller within 15 minutes. This would create more jobs improve service and stop NBN congestion.

@NBN_Australia How can you close a job as fixed and the customer has to ring back the same day, with the same problem? 1 of your techs told a fib about where our node is, left for an hour and returned and said fixed. Next never even found the pit, put in a request for it to be found, job closed

@DubbyaNB If NBN are reporting an issue at your address then they will be aware of the problem and will be working to resolve it. Without your details I'm unable to look into this further or provide further details, however - Chris

Pretty disappointing chat experience with your @Optus NBN Broadband agent. Not believing the customer. Poor knowledge and slow to process an escalation request. Not helpful at all. Gigbabit speeds slowed to less than dial-up with no explanation.

Media is full of ‘challenges facing the Labor government’. Could they not stop for a moment and remind Australians what a mess the LNP created, that Labor now has to clean up? Water, govt debt, energy, health, education, the public service, NBN, NDIS, climate change…. #insiders

@NBN_Australia How can they provide a service on infrastructure that is so poor? The lines are constantly full of water, they run through metal conduit that is rusting - this is coming from your technicians. Again why do your technicians not know what was done in the last visit? 1/2
