Hey @Telstra & @NBN_Australia 18 months ago we lost all internet Wifi home phone for 6 months we had 26 technicians Visit until we got 2 techs together worked out someone had put in wrong code at pillar same problem again your call centre won’t listen send help

@xander85 We've been made aware by NBN Co regarding these series of planned maintenance that they will be conducting in your area hence the notifications. The dates and timeframes indicated in the SMS are the times where your service will be affected. -Julien

@Telstra Hi Lee, thanks for reaching out, but I've been through the tech support cycle a half dozen times with absolutely no results at all. I'm paying nearly $200 a month and #NBN has been so disappointing.

@TPG_Telecom You sent me a text on the weekend about planned outage in my area. But I checked the NBN co website and today’s was cancelled and moved to Friday. I have had ZERO notification from TPG of this. Why can you send some notifications and not others? Not good enough
