Hey @NBN_Australia - your outage page confirms that my address has "An unplanned incident [...] affecting the network" - but how do I get more details? Like, an ETA in particular. My ISP doesn't show the outage, so no ETA is available through them.

@NBN_Australia @NBN_Australia currently we have no internet at home @Optus are saying it’s an NBN issue but we get no response. Given we have family members isolated by Covid the best we could hope for is a video link. At the moment that is highly unlikely. Very stressful.

@NBN_Australia No chance of getting an ETA for the issue in 6167 - just so I know whether there's any point hanging around here waiting, or if I should just head out and start my holidays early?

@Telstra ADSL is never working great... can’t get nbn here!! But that’s besides the point!!! Telstra say they’re offering free data, but it’s not for everyone. that’s the real issue!! It’s greedy and petty!!

@JoelFishEcology @Optus It's insane! You're probably right. I had cable internet before this and it was the best! Maybe I should cancel the NBN and get more mobile data

@Telstra Not going to work for me when the problem occurs during the day and is currently ok. Why is this happening on a daily basis for over a week though?! What is going on? Are the cables being worked on or something, is it due to NBN??

@FinancialReview Complete? If by replacing a fully functioning HFC network with an inferior one and slapping the NBN logo on it means it is complete, then obviously it is complete. + until every ADSL/dial up customer transfers to NBN, but can't (there are plenty) it's not complete.
