@themarkjacka Can't they Zoom? Or would that overload the 2nd rate NBN network. Even if postponed, I bet they still get paid 100%, unlike regular workers who can NOT go to THEIR work due to covid.

@Former_legend @fcttb_podcast @NDF_Electrical #GAM Nicole from NBN. You keep ringing & saying my phone is going to be disconnected. We both know it isn’t. I get it, we have something, we have spoken so many times. So why do you hang up when I start talking *****? #NowYouPlayHardToGet #Stopcallingthen

@Sir_JSB No - I'm with Superloop and have confirmed that my whole service is down for the count. I've rebooted both my router and my NBN box several times and nothing has changed - I don't even know if my internet will come back tonight.

Day 6 without internet! @NBN_Australia screwed up and cut us off by mistake. Who'd have thought a 15 min fix could take a week to organise. @TPG_Telecom seem to have zero influence in expediting the process.

Bloody Telstra, took 45 minutes in chat to simply get an NBN tech appt for my NBN issues. 5-10 minutes between "expert" responses. Likely working 10 other chats at once. And it was basically closed off with no confirmation of anything, until I asked. Piss poor customer service.

@noshamecreative @MyRepublicAU I've been getting this issue in glebe. I ended up getting in contact with the live chat and it was an issue with the NBN and I was told a technician may have to visit. Could be a similar issue for you?

If only Kevin Rudd could fix the NBN too… oh wait

NBN connection sorted & installed but that would be unlikely since our house is in a very bad condition with severe mold issues as well. Which wouldn't help with NBN installation etc.

switched to 4G when Exetel NBN had very high latency to my server in USA and 4G was fast whereas NBN was slow
