Hey @Telstra & @NBN_Australia 18 months ago we lost all internet Wifi home phone for 6 months we had 26 technicians Visit until we got 2 techs together worked out someone had put in wrong code at pillar same problem again your call centre won’t listen send help

@NBN_Australia @NBN_Australia I’ve done this multiple times over the last 24 hours and there has been no change. “An unplanned incident is affecting the network” and “Planned maintenance: Next 10 days Nothing planned at this time” Ridiculous.

@NBN_Australia I got lucky this time - a swag of my ISP's the NBN CVC links are down, but they seem to be routing around it, so things are still mostly working.

20 phone calls, 15 people, 2 engineers, 5 different stories. 5 different booking dates, error codes, scheduling issues. What's a guy gotta do to get NBN connected? @Telstra @TelstraEnt @NBN_Australia #ombudsman

When I was an @Optus customer I’d have NBN outages for hours to days that I’d have to chase up. Now with @Aussie_BB, NBN dropped out for 5 minutes and I received an sms, email and app notification. The customer service is so much better. Best decision I’ve made.

@blondeloise @NBN_Australia I've been having the same issue here. Had an appointment two weeks ago, no one showed up. Had one confirmed by NBN for today, got a day off for it, and this morning I received another email saying that they're coming on Saturday? Meanwhile I'm here losing money bc not working...
