    Hey @Telstra & @NBN_Australia 18 months ago we lost all internet Wifi home phone for 6 months we had 26 technicians Visit until we got 2 techs together worked out someone had put in wrong code at pillar same problem again your call centre won’t listen send help

    @nonobadbaddog @stevemichaels00 @DAVEWILLISON1 NBN is a big waste of money, it’s way behind other countries and it’s slow. I use wireless 5G which is much better.

    @razethecage The technology is certainly able to compete with NBN, but I guess it depends on how it's rolled out. I'm hoping we get some up here to get away from this crap fixed wireless NBN. There are sites around that can show you where towers are and give an estimate of reception.

    My @NBN_Australia connection has had issues for nearly a month now; after 10+ @Telstra support calls, 4 24hr monitors, 2 modems, 2 modem resets, 1 nbn box reset, and a box->wall cable swap, with other troubleshooting steps I am lost. I don't know how to proceed. What do I do now?

    Right now, in a capital city in Australia, we are hotspotting the tv to the phone so we can stream sport **** you Tony Abbott and @TurnbullMalcolm and your ridiculous need to trash anything the Labor party does just to make yourselves more relevant #nbn

    @NBN_Australia Every day for four days now, your website has said we have reduced service! WHY???? We can’t do anything!!!!! Can’t work, can’t watch streaming services. Can’t check emails. FIX IT!!!!!!

    @Optus What is happening to the NBN speed near Toorak? My NBN speed is atrocious and I can’t get anything done. I already messaged you and it was slightly fixed for a few days but it’s back to being slow. Can you guys give me a clear answer on what’s happening?

    @ToniAussi @farrm51 She was told by the Chairman that @ScottMorrisonMP wanted her head on a platter, the inquiry would have given him the outcome he wanted. Subsequently the new CEO has given out more in cash bonuses & NBN Co has obscenely high cash bonuses, but #Smirko has no issues with that...

    @NBN_Australia We’re at a moody 12 outages now…. I wonder how many more times while I sleep? Somehow I’m meant to WFH tomorrow, I don’t think my boss will be happy if this keeps up, but he’ll probably just resign himself to the fact NBN support is a bit crap really.
