    Hey @Telstra & @NBN_Australia 18 months ago we lost all internet Wifi home phone for 6 months we had 26 technicians Visit until we got 2 techs together worked out someone had put in wrong code at pillar same problem again your call centre won’t listen send help

    @DylanReeve @troyhunt Could be wrong, but IIRC, it's only true if it's connected to an external wired network like the PTSN or NBN. Connecting to something like fixed wireless or StarLink for internet may get around the rules

    The saga continues. @NBN_Australia tech locked in to fix issue between 1-5 this afternoon. After 4 hours waiting, I call @BelongAU for an update. “Sorry the technician has been cancelled” The incompetence from these so called customer friendly companies is breathtaking.

    Our optus NBN & landline 📞 bundle service & 2📱services are becoming expensive services to have. Someone once asked me why I have 2 📱, 1 📱 is for my mother who uses it when she can’t use the landline 📞 to ring me when I’m away from home.

    @NBN_Australia Hi Alicia, I've been through over 12 months of troubleshooting with my ISP and most of that with the ombudsman involved. While some issues have been fixed, there are still dropouts occurring which are apparently considered normal. Are 4 drop-outs in a 24 hour period normal?

    @Rebecca74083947 A Sky Muster (NBN satellite) reseller. My recent experience with that service (not that retailer) was rather terrible. There is a large technology difference between geosychrous NBN sat and Musk.

    Update! Still no resolution from @Optus. What a shock. Still being asked the same questions. Having to provide proof (which I’ve done 3 times). If they ask one more time for me to check my house/garage/cupboards for this nbn box I’ll scream

    @Br0gers_ @bren_maree @NBN_Australia With the ISP unable to sell and maintain the network directly to the customer, being forced to instead resell NBN services to serve those customers, what incentive does the NBN have to fix those faults when it is the monopoly on the connection?
