    Hey @Telstra & @NBN_Australia 18 months ago we lost all internet Wifi home phone for 6 months we had 26 technicians Visit until we got 2 techs together worked out someone had put in wrong code at pillar same problem again your call centre won’t listen send help

    Trying to get a satisfactory resolution from @TPG_Telecom is impossible. My @NBN_Australia is not working AGAIN, they follow a script and have no idea how to resolve the problem! Customer service is somewhat missing!!!

    @Se77Evans My NBN was so **** I abaondoned it, but now I pay through the roof for a 500G, 5g or 4g account through @OPTUS and the cost is killing me. We always go over. And now it is almost as unreliable anyway :(

    Anyone had trouble with their NBN connection box? We’ve had to replace it 3 times in 15 mths. Manufactured on the cheap I was told.

    @NBN_Australia Disappointing slow NBN. Australia’s NBN is 53rd “fastest” broadband speed in the world? We feel that frustrating lightning speed everyday! Our ave download speed 35.11mbps vs global ave 57.91mbps. We R behind Trinidad, Bulgaria & Estonia. NZ are 24th! With 66.66mbps. #AusPol2022

    @bruce_haigh While we trip over the governments current incompetence on quarantine, climate change, aged care and vaccinations, spare a thought for their total and complete **** up of the NBN which has set back Australian communications for years. They have to go!

    My internet has gone down for no reason - I've tried everything to get it sorted but I think the nbn box is buggered. No streams till it's sorted sadly but I'll be back!

    @JARetroNerd You gave it a shot dude, but yeah unfortunately sometimes it just doesn't work out. ******* frustrating too, we're in 2022 and we should all have access to quality internet connections....but nope, they had to skimp with the NBN and this is the result.
