NBN fail - as soon as two of us needed the internet at the same time (for online lecture and for zoom call), nothing works! #onlinelearningfail

  • JW__67 Jake (@JW__67) reported

Minimal information for continued internet outage whilst in lockdown and working from home. Disappointed to say the least. @Aussie_BB @NBN_Australia

  • larsklint Lars Klint 🏡 (@larsklint) reported

TIL that @NBN_Australia knows how to put people to work. Have had two people ring me about an appointment, except they only ask when I am available, then pass that on to someone else to ring me and confirm. WTF?

  • ninetyfourhobi aj⁷✜⟭⟬ ( i finally got that nj pc) (@ninetyfourhobi) reported

I’m genuinely mad that I can never access the weverse mag everytime it’s released like my internet is so ****.. I hate nbn so much, why did Telstra have to make us move 😭😭 my old internet was so quick

  • BeingOverall 💚Lisa Tantrika ॐ , 💫 (Overall Being)💫💉 (@BeingOverall) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria

@ClayFeetWander Within last hour yes but NBN no that's still down

  • JohnRobbphoto John Robb (@JohnRobbphoto) reported

They are sending the NBN out within a few days to check my slow sync speeds - have I slipped into fantasy land?

  • trib Stephen Collins (@trib) reported

@ScottRhodie In essence, satellite NBN is a 3rd rate product (slow) delivered by 4th rate tech (inadequate infrastructure) to the communities least able to complain or do anything. I've no desire to line Musk's pockets further, but I will get Starlink as soon as I'm able.

  • nadimcsharbean Nadim C Sharbean (@nadimcsharbean) reported

And what's the issue, you ask? Simple: @Optus thought by now I'd have moved to the @NBN_Australia and just disconnected my cable. No warning; just *click*, it's off. (4/5)

  • NBN_Australia nbn™ Australia (@NBN_Australia) reported

@umisef Hi Umisef, we are sorry to hear you're having issues with your service. You'll need to raise this with your provider, as they manage your services. They have an internal nbn support team they can request assistance from on your behalf, if required. 1/2

  • t3mporarybl1p Sanjiv Sathiah (@t3mporarybl1p) reported

@Telstra After my initial contact I churned my NBN even though I was only toying with the idea, and now I just want to take all my products elsewhere - if this is the new standard of Telstra customer support.
