@Telstra my 4G has been rate limited since yesterday but I'm waiting for a technician to fix the NBN. I've got 3 people who can't work from home now and I can't get a response online. Can you please get back to me?

@NikkiTeeuw @Telstra @Optus We are thinking of switching NBN providers after this week. If anyone has any suggestions, all we ask for is a reliable service and responsive customer care!

@NikkiTeeuw @Telstra Frankly, I think @Optus could give it a run for its money. Two of us working from home, needing to attend video meetings, the NBN off more than its on, and a pathetic level of communication and support. Argh!

@GrogsGamut @Telstra Spent last year dealing w/ NBN & Telstra 4 office. Finally emailed my local Lib MP, suddenly gold service. But straight back to pumpkin after. There's an internal Telstra plan to end all "talk" comms by 2022. One told me the name of the plan, have it in some chat log I saved.

@IttssMattthew I had reason to go through them about 7/8 years ago and they were quick and got the issue resolved brilliantly. However since then I suspect that they’ve had their resources reduced by successive LNP Governments and their workload increased by NBN ***** ups.

@MudgeeHost @NBN_Australia @SpaceXStarlink Anyone from the town fringes onwards will be interested... My question is will it support voice (SIP/VoWiFi)?
