  Hey @Telstra & @NBN_Australia 18 months ago we lost all internet Wifi home phone for 6 months we had 26 technicians Visit until we got 2 techs together worked out someone had put in wrong code at pillar same problem again your call centre won’t listen send help

  @Optus told me i could have s refund on my nbn bill after i told them i was going to ACCC and then conveniently the chat got disconnected (my mobile service also with optus. cant wait to be finished on that contract!) then its off to literally any other provider

  @C10885107738417 @QBCCIntegrity I didn't vote for ASX listed because I wouldn't want it to be like the NBN. Publicly funded private companies are the worst. If it was publicly owned and then sold in an IPO so the taxpayer gets their investment back then good.

  As usual @iinet and @nbn having their monthly ‘no Internet for a day’ period. No reason provided. As a customer you pay daily for service and they never credit your daily loss. Big companies can do what they want with impunity.

  @RobToThheOz @over9000AU @AvidCommentator Making them good for top ups not but as a primarily fuel source. Two, VPP has never been tried at a city scale and would require a lot of new telecommunications infrastructure to implemented ie. we would have to implement a proper NBN rollout of some sort.

  @NBN_Australia Why has there been 5 outages in the span of 3 weeks at my address? One planned outage followed by 4 unplanned. Getting beyond a joke now.
