@redruby17 @NBN_Australia @iiNet Yep. It’s shaped to 6Mbps down and 1 Mbps up but better than nothing. It would be one reason to switch to Telstra.

@BelongAU can someone please contact me? I was meant to have my NBN connected on Thursday (28/01) and received an email last night saying it’s been cancelled and the issue won’t be rectified until 24/03!! I have sent a few emails/messages with no hope. Do I have to wait 2 months?

@NBN_Australia Thanks Sarah, it's the NBN Co. Supplied NTD that's missing here. Seems like TPG is going to sort that out via their service delivery team. Thanks for your help.

@Michz45 @AngeliqueSuzan1 @PCKJ3627 It means that, even if your employer keeps 30-40% for things like Workers Compensation, payroll tax, business expenses (phone, computer, NBN) you don't need to work many days in a year to be comfortable/sane All down to an extraordinary guy I met with the vision to set this up

@dwyer_david 2/3 In your case wherein the NTD is missing, we will need to coordinate with the NBN Co in organising an onsite tech visit for the installation of the NTD. Our Service Delivery team are the one tasked to handle cases like this. -Mc
