Hey @Telstra & @NBN_Australia 18 months ago we lost all internet Wifi home phone for 6 months we had 26 technicians Visit until we got 2 techs together worked out someone had put in wrong code at pillar same problem again your call centre won’t listen send help

@Telstra Telstra NBN extremely poor in Berry NSW and district around Jaspers Brush today. Coverage virtually non existent.

In the old days if a storm took out your modem you could buy a new one and reconnect straight away, nowadays you have to be home between December and May for an @NBN_Australia technician to come and plug the new one in for you. also keep paying your ISP (@iiNet) for the service

@Mick_Horne @MikeCarlton01 iiNet a poor version of former self since TPG bought the company 5 years ago. Been with them as ISP nearly 20 years and ditching once connected to NBN (yes, still waiting there!!!).
