Hey @Telstra & @NBN_Australia 18 months ago we lost all internet Wifi home phone for 6 months we had 26 technicians Visit until we got 2 techs together worked out someone had put in wrong code at pillar same problem again your call centre won’t listen send help

@Telstra Nothing helped. Tech support keeps on saying there’s a problem with our nbn connection’s activation when it was working fine for about 3 hours before it suddenly stopped working.

Ask any LNP vote if they’re okay with this or the next Govt having to spent about $50Billion to fix the LNP’s version of the NBN to make it now work properly? #auspol

In the old days if a storm took out your modem you could buy a new one and reconnect straight away, nowadays you have to be home between December and May for an @NBN_Australia technician to come and plug the new one in for you. also keep paying your ISP (@iiNet) for the service
