    Hey @Telstra & @NBN_Australia 18 months ago we lost all internet Wifi home phone for 6 months we had 26 technicians Visit until we got 2 techs together worked out someone had put in wrong code at pillar same problem again your call centre won’t listen send help

    @eddit0r @OperationalInc1 Hey wait, if I live in an estate/apartment building that has non-NBN fibre and Telstra don't sell services on it, and I call them to order my USO-guaranteed home phone service and they say no, can I sue them?

    The exisiting tech support could be retained within the NMN preserving that knowledge base and the mobile networks could be better enmeshed with the NBN. Coverage could be better managed.

    @Batman2242 Much worse. Starlink is an infinely better service; higher speeds, low latency. NBN satellite cross subsidy alone is more than a starlink subscription. NBN satellites are EOL, they've contracted Amazon's Kuiper for replacement rather than proven starlink 🤪 They hate Elon

    @optus_help whenever we come to your help you throw it over to the NBN and then they handle it back to you no one ever seems to be able to solve the issue ever I've never seen such an incompetent company instead of signing up more people for your service maybe make

    It's bad enough that I assume NBN co called my mother to offer an FTTP upgrade, which is not even possible because the address has an MDU which is not FTTP ready. Like I said, I don't think the people doing the work have any idea what they are doing. Disappointing.

    @VoteLewko @Starlink Govt/Telcos/NBN spent billuons of taxpayer dollars to build a rubbish service. Starlink does way better at zero taxpayer expense. So government response to this is to spend more dollars on their unworkable rubbish. I can't think of a better argument why big government needs to go

    @Darth_Peachez Genuinely takes me ten hours minimum to download 100gb. It's local news obviously but there's a couple news sites in Australia talking about how a lot of us will be ****** by digital only because of how bad our NBN and wifi still is and how far behind we all are

    @AngusTaylorMP **** no you guys are just another flavour of Labor. I haven't forgiven you for ******* the NBN or introducing the ekaren position the labour is now using to force censorship and probably digital ID
