Hey @Telstra & @NBN_Australia 18 months ago we lost all internet Wifi home phone for 6 months we had 26 technicians Visit until we got 2 techs together worked out someone had put in wrong code at pillar same problem again your call centre won’t listen send help

@jonkudelka My ISP bullied me for months to cut the NBN cable and go with their "faster" 5G service. I finally capitulated - just to stop the calls. When it arrived .... 1990s dial up speeds!

@Aussie_BB I’m a new customer to Aussie, got treated badly for years by @beourmate who ignored my pleas for a NBN tech. Aussie Broadband organised a technician to visit today who confirmed my line in was stuffed, fixed, it now I’m living life in the internet fast lane! Much love!

@TheLudlowLad We notify NBN as soon as the fault is reported as it is their network. From the Incident number INC168117521 you have provided it confirms we have already done this. We will now have to wait for NBN to fix the fault. Kartik
