Hey @Telstra & @NBN_Australia 18 months ago we lost all internet Wifi home phone for 6 months we had 26 technicians Visit until we got 2 techs together worked out someone had put in wrong code at pillar same problem again your call centre won’t listen send help

Hate to be one of the whingers, but how bad is @Telstra and @NBN_Australia at service? Due to poor planning and scheduling, no HFC devices are available. So we are forced onto using the 4G speed limited backup in the modem. No service for 2 weeks, 4G for 5 weeks, 4 weeks to go.

@NBN_Australia I have PERSONALLY been involved in at least 5 other premises where the NBN have been asked to attend to fix issues by Telstra, Optus and Aussie Broadband and it is the same broken record. Appointments get cancelled regularly.

So NBN News @nbnnews can we expect a FULLY detailed report, on why your programs for the best part of the day have been disrupted. Not just a 10 sec, Oh it was the ( Network problem, but an explanation as to exactly what the problem was.

@leanne111111 This isn't good to hear at all, Leanne. For a service fault to be investigated, your service provider is required to raise an incident directly with our nbn support team via the Service Portal. 1/2

@NBN_Australia On the odd occasion that a NBN Tech does attend, it is usually, "Yes, I can see the issue, you need a new cable run in.... Oh no, its not on my running sheet, I won't be doing it.. You'll have to get your provider the escalate the issue".

@Telstra @NBN_Australia Right, Had ENOUGH. Put some monitoring scripts on & ran them up. Between 16:30 & 21:00 TODAY ALONE, there have been 40 dropouts on my NBN Service. This has been going on for months, but neither of you two retarded organizations seem to be able to FIX IT
