@Aussie_BB @NBN_Australia Hi Lizzie, your team has been providing fantastic support so far (both levels 1 and 2) and has shown great patience. Just got off the phone with one of your reps. We're waiting for NBN Tech Visit number 6 to be updated so we can no doubt repeat the process again.

@Telstra is there an outage for NBN home internet in the Gladesville/Hunters Hill area? Seems like it maybe something to do with the DNS servers?

@NBN_Australia My address says resolution last Wednesday at 3.30am. The communication between you and Telstra is absolutely appalling. Was supposed to be resolved for the third time today. For a multi-billion dollar organisation the service has been dreadful.

I have been trying to get @Optus to fix a problem for 5 days. Even their NBN technician 4 days ago said it was a modem problem. Because my contact has been away my problem can’t be fixed until she returns, if ever. Most recent staffer lied saying she would get back in 15 minutes.

@Mattonews So yet again it's Dan's fault. Let me explain: If Dan didn't have those great locally made trams, then Sydney would never have had to have their own better LNP version, which they bought cheap (like the NBN) cause they're the better economic managers...🙄🤔

@NBN_Australia why are you doing a 9 hour maintenance window between 7:30 and 4:30 on a workday (next Friday) in Randwick? People are relying on your service for work from home during this time. Can you explain?
