Hey @Telstra & @NBN_Australia 18 months ago we lost all internet Wifi home phone for 6 months we had 26 technicians Visit until we got 2 techs together worked out someone had put in wrong code at pillar same problem again your call centre won’t listen send help

@NBN_Australia Thanks Darren. That page is helpful for some I’m sure, however they don’t change the maximum speed of the line. I have no issue with my wifi (or wired connection for that matter), my question relates to finding out why my FTTC connection can only hit those max speeds.

@MichaelPascoe01 Paul Fletcher, fix the rubbish NBN and stop bullying the ABC. Tudge apologised publicly and Porter can carry out his threat to sue. Vulnerability to compromise by foreign actors is a very big deal, especially now - or have you not been paying attention?

Have just been sitting alone in my house for weeks reading books and making baked goods while slowly becoming more isolated and depressed. Unable to go to telehealth apts until the NBN tech comes. This service is important for people in rural areas. @NBN_Australia
