    Hey @Telstra & @NBN_Australia 18 months ago we lost all internet Wifi home phone for 6 months we had 26 technicians Visit until we got 2 techs together worked out someone had put in wrong code at pillar same problem again your call centre won’t listen send help

    @hughriminton @TV_Blackbox I live in regionals NSW and the regional NBN News had updates of the first plane going into the first WTC tower during Nine's playing of a ST:Voyager episode on the night - after ST finished, I sat transfixed to the coverage after that. Terrible time.

    @NBN_Australia In fact, most of our street have the same issue. Different RSPs. We’ve tried to relay this to technicians attending site with no success. If only there was a way to report a “neighbourhood” fault.

    @NBN_Australia your technician came out today to fix it and did nothing sat there havin a coffee and didn't fix anything just made it worse

    My dear mother, having turned 73, managed to lock herself out of both her iPad Minis (long story). I'm downloading a file to trash one of them and reset to firmware, and it is 1.43Gb. The software says "This will just be a few minutes". Clearly never written with #NBN in mind...

    @gabriellechan We had the same issues until the NBN tower went up, though everything went out for over a month when the the fires took out the entire network, power and mobiles. That was quite a time. Now looking at a range of solutions for the whole community.

    @JordanZac @NBN_Australia Does it go out when it rains too? That’s the problem with copper. So many faults! I worked on faults in the UK. Networks are 100 years old now and they weren’t designed to carry data.

    @DonnaMHanson What are you running on? We're on NBN SkyMuster and never have a problem with either. Mind you, it chews through data like a rat up a drainpipe, but it doesn't drop out.
