Hey @Telstra & @NBN_Australia 18 months ago we lost all internet Wifi home phone for 6 months we had 26 technicians Visit until we got 2 techs together worked out someone had put in wrong code at pillar same problem again your call centre won’t listen send help

@Aussie_BB Has anything changed int he way you are notifying customers of outages? My brother has the app installed on his phone, but didn't receive a notification that NBN is down for "scheduled maintenance" for 5 DAYS!. A 5-day "scheduled outage" isn't acceptable service levels

Hey @Aussie_BB @NBN_Australia This is the third time tonight my internet has dropped. I’m the ONLY person using it at the moment, and I still get no connection, and when I connect it only lasts for a short while before it drops again. Seriously, when are you going to fix this?

@peters_malcolm @Davelennonabc Current situation for Mum and Dad and neighbours is insane. The exchange is clearly stuffed,it goes out way too frequently, plus mobile blackspot, plus satellite NBN plus assorted health issues plus the odd fire and the patch-up jobs regularly take up to a couple of weeks. #ugly

Down to the last 6 weeks before the final date of NBN switch. Reading lots of comments and still unclear whether there’s a real chance of achieving the stated download speeds. Leaning towards the mid point @telstra just for ease of transfer of business emails. Warnings? 1/3

@plainte @Kate_Nancarrow Remember when a “poor” government could introduce the NDIS, Gonski funding for Australian education, implement legislation that actually reduced carbon emissions, developed an NBN that would have worked. Now the adults are in charge we get industrial strength lies and stuff-ups.

@TraceySpicer @Telstra No Tracey, Telstras practice is to use an overseas call centre, the call takers have limited english skills. When you move from QLD to NSW and ask them to cancel the NBN until you move back in, and they cut off 2 mobiles and 2 tablets leaving a $12,000 debt as they were on a plan
