@tchbastard Sounds a lot like what they said about the NBN before tearing that shreds. Something @AlboMP has fortunately vowed to fix if elected.

Hey @Telstra, is there an outage currently in Sydney? No NBN for the last couple of hours and no apparent outage at my address.

@AlexDunnin @SincDavidson Historical NBN issues: ‘back of envelope’ business case; massive punt taken on technology ignorant of future wireless/satellite technologies; the fibre pathway resulted in significant cost blowouts. Taxpayers deserve cost-benefit infrastructure outcomes unlikely to be ‘disrupted’

@Ballyurra @psyclaw @launtel Glad to hear that. My Telstra / NBN internet is now OK, but the installation was a nightmare. My current problem is with my Boost mobile and Telstra provide the fault service as it is there network. Problem reported 7th Dec, still no solution.

@NBN_Australia I'd given up waiting for u to get back. And OF COURSE I've been in touch with @Reachnet_Aus as I said in my last post. They have sent YOU LOT at least 4 service requests which is all they can do. YOU have not responded. Thanks for no NBN thru the whole of Xmas and NY. #pathetic

Our house is not eligible to get the NBN so we’ve literally been running off ADSL for the longest time on **** all download and upload speed. Does anyone run off 5G? Is it better or worse than NBN? Surely better than we’re currently on

@SincDavidson Free market libertarian? Is there another kind? The LNP stuffed up the NBN. If they had stuck to "do it once, do it right, do it with fibre" then it would have been done years ago. High speed rail is the right solution to a problem. It will be a govt/private consortium.
