  Hey @Telstra & @NBN_Australia 18 months ago we lost all internet Wifi home phone for 6 months we had 26 technicians Visit until we got 2 techs together worked out someone had put in wrong code at pillar same problem again your call centre won’t listen send help

  @Telstra Troubleshooting showed no issues on our end. We had the NBN technician here when the initial set up did not work, but he sorted all that out from the FTTC pit to the house. Only a few weeks back.

  @kinga0778 We did have quite a large scale outage, but the outage affecting services in NSW has been resolved. Please powercycle your modem/router and NBN box if you use one and this should being the service back online. -Tara

  @Optus when we moved into the new house the power cord that goes into the nbn and power socket is missing! Now I read on the NBN site our service provider is supposed to replace things like that free of charge. So how does on go about getting a replacement for it?

  @NBN_Australia Infrastructure issues, dont think its going to be resolved quickly. When fixed i just need another appointment quicker then 6 weeks like the last wait.

  @JoshFrydenberg When we bring in a lieutenant-general and business leaders to handle a medical matter, I would consider we'd had a catastrophic failure. Could Lt Gen Frewen fix the NBN rollout and manage the next census?

  @_Just Mine have never had anyone say anything. One I got last week on my work phone was automated claiming to be NBN cutting off a landline I don’t have.

  @MasterSharky @UpUpNulla @Optus Plenty of issues NBN fine - I’ve Been working all morning The neighbour called them yesterday about being charged for calls - they told him it was calls from my number. Now today that number is cut off. Not a coincidence

  Ok can anyone recommend other ISPs cos @iiNet are giving me the run around. Apparently calling to say you’re moving and need your NBN moved means you want wireless internet, then you call to get that fixed and told to give it a chance (it’s terrible), then you call again…
