  Hey @Telstra & @NBN_Australia 18 months ago we lost all internet Wifi home phone for 6 months we had 26 technicians Visit until we got 2 techs together worked out someone had put in wrong code at pillar same problem again your call centre won’t listen send help

Some of 'em have 2 walk 6ks up the road 2 GET MOBILE PHONE SIGNAL. HELLO, HELLO? Oh!   @TheUSFeedX Yes I would because it’s a good service. But my service just went from $136 a month to $150 a month, yet the local NBN in Australia is about $85 a month.

  @TopherField The NBN started in Broken Hill my refrigeration systems on the towers where the only ones running when it hit 45c. They rang me up and said how come mine where the only one still working. Because I used Temperzone Australian Airconditioners with adjustable head preasure I increased. I didnt tell them all they had to do with the other was remove the thermistors off the head preasure on the American systems.

  @JEChalmers Who are you trying to fool Jimbo. Responsible economic management means paying down the debt, not adding to it. Most of that debt is from Labors failed policies. NDIS & NBN ring a bell? The commitments were made under Labor. As for Covid it was Labor pushing for more spending!

  @EmmasLastStand @MickamiousG I built my house. Owner/builder. In a remote area. I'm using starlink. No nbn access or phone service. I hired plumbers, electricians, builder, concreters etc. They all have bank accounts. I paid electronically. The only reason for them needing cash is tax avoidance. Fraud.

  @desmondbratcat @nbn @Starlink In a sense its not the ISPs fault, its the NBNs fault. The problem as per last week, an NBN tech came out to connect someone in my complex. Seems he unplugged me at the pit. I don't know why we still have ISPs when they just default to the NBN to come out & fix the issue.

  @geofiasco @DHughesy @aaronsmith Aside: Whether the Telstra sale was ultimately a windfall is contested. It raised $60bn to sell the assets, then we spent $60bn on NBN Co just to regain access to the assets sold and duplicate/upgrade the network we sold - and Telstra has paid something like $80-85bn in shareholder dividends along the way. In many respects, NBN shouldn't exist. It should have been the $80-85bn in "shareholder dividends" to the Public Owner that paid for the fibres to be laid - not a $60bn investment after a $60bn sale. But NBN was forced to be created after a now-shareholder-owned Telstra responded to how it might build a national broadband network with a non-compliant 12 page letter effectively saying "we won't - the copper wires are our privately-owned monopoly and we want to protect our market monopoly".

  Waiting for nbn person to fix my internet. Has been down for over 2 weeks. Today my provider will take $$$ from my account to pay for internet i haven't been able to access. Capitalism is a beautiful thing BTW other countries fix stuff on the day but hey, oi oi oi oi

  As a recent customer of Starlink, this has to be among the biggest runways in business. Only ~500k connections in Australia, apparently still >8.5m suffering through our joke of an NBN... That's just the opportunity in our little tinpot country.

  @NBN_Australia If a service provider says there is an NBN outage but it is not listed in you website what should I do?
