    Hey @Telstra & @NBN_Australia 18 months ago we lost all internet Wifi home phone for 6 months we had 26 technicians Visit until we got 2 techs together worked out someone had put in wrong code at pillar same problem again your call centre won’t listen send help

    NBN is down - again. given that it's a public holiday, this leads me to suspect that our broadband internet is powered by armies of minions on ellipticals. stop peddling, lose service.

    Internet is an important utility. Absolutely absurd that @NBN_Australia can take days to fix an outage with no ETA.

    @independentaus @TonyHWindsor @paulbudde Regrets are a bit late isn’t it? Thé after sales service we received since this bloke took over was so shabby. Things have never been the same since David Thodey left & I haven’t forgotten. #Telstra #NBN

    I rang Optus technical support and I have been assigned a case manager , when I asked when he is going tok contact me was told anywhere in the next 24 hours. This means the NBN will not have been working for two days which I find not acceptable.

    Recently Optus raised everyone's NBN prices and lowered speeds and now mine and every other Optus customer has had their data stolen and we are told to have a "Team Australia" approach to it. On behalf of everyone I say Get ****** Optus you ******* *****.

    Was only an Optus customer for EPL past few yrs. Thankfully, 100 pts ID not req'd for that. Was with Optus cable internet ~20 yrs, before moving with NBN in 2019. So, let's hope @GladysB organised for Daryl Maguire's tractor to shred all obsolete data. 🤞🏾

    @TPG_Telecom I just had the most traumatic experience trying to connect my customer to the NBN. The hours we have spent with incompetent support it beyond words. We have evidence of manipulation and would appreciate if anyone e could help us lodge a complaint.

    Our NBN is still down and I have no internet service on our desktops. The good news though is that I have got my laptop back online this morning and it is working fine now.
