    @NBN_Australia @Farmgate138 I like that “experiencing some issues” have had NBN for some years now. We quickly found the baseline service was crap and upgraded to the next level - which is great when it works, but reading the fine print, NBN only warrant it will work for 2mins annually

    @Optus @NBN_Australia Currently on hold to Optus & online chat. We’ve been told the relocation request we put in doesn’t exist, even though it is in multiple chat threads with Optus who said they’d arrange this. They recognised that our service was previously working, just not with the speed boost WTF

    @NBN_Australia An update: called @Optus who transferred us to @NBN_Australia who then told us that there is an outage in the Sandy Bay (Tasmania) area and that the internet would be on in 4 hours (9pm last night). 9pm has been and gone. Standard troubleshooting, eg reboot hardware, etc & nada!

    @NBN_Australia 1. These slow speeds are common across different service providers in the district. 2. The many times I’ve pursued this topic it becomes a duck-shoving exercise: NBN Co. says it’s the service provider; the service provider says it’s lack of capacity at the NBN tower.

    @kaddude @steven_adlard @Telstra @NBN_Australia My @Telstra modem keeps disconnecting and reconnecting.... pushing our devices onto the 4g network.... now we get excess data usage charges. When the modem is working we can only get 8mbs downloads

    @SQRLTV @JeffFavignano here in australia gigabit will never exist the government brought out what they call nbn Im on fiber to the node only had it 6 months but government cap speeds for service providers is 100 down 40 up

    Well! Seems NBN is keeping Friday next week as the ready for service date for my area. I'll believe that when I have a live fibre connection, but I'm keeping my hopes up.

    @WeyHo 1/2 Connectivity loss may be due to the recent routine maintenance by NBN co. earlier today between 12midnight-6AM. This was done to further improve the stability of the nbn network. -Geli

    We only *have* Foxtel Go, Telstra TV, & Telstra Box Office credit, because they came with Telstra cable - our only option (it is actually VERY good, 110Mbps down; I'm anxious about being forced onto NBN FTTC soon). It does give me an interesting perspective on streaming options.

    @NBN_Australia Thanks Paul. The provider is Telstra. Enough said! They don't care. Response is too bad that's what you got. Responsibility must also lie with you. I'm told you only offer 3 packages for retailers to on sell. If service can't meet min avge speed ever then cost should be reduced

    @NBN_Australia Issue is NBN network using outdated infrastructure. My service has degraded ever since being forced to move from @Telstra Cable to #NBN. NBN decreased my connection speed from 120Mbps to 44Mbps, 1 issue in 3 years via cable to 8+ connection dropouts daily! Not acceptable.
