    @NBN_Australia 1. These slow speeds are common across different service providers in the district. 2. The many times I’ve pursued this topic it becomes a duck-shoving exercise: NBN Co. says it’s the service provider; the service provider says it’s lack of capacity at the NBN tower.

    @NBN_Australia An update: called @Optus who transferred us to @NBN_Australia who then told us that there is an outage in the Sandy Bay (Tasmania) area and that the internet would be on in 4 hours (9pm last night). 9pm has been and gone. Standard troubleshooting, eg reboot hardware, etc & nada!

    Dear @Telstra please fix my NBN or at least stop limiting my WiFi speed in punishment for the NBN ******* up. I am running out of phone data and I want to watch TV. Also I have 2600+ Dropbox files to DL onto my work laptop before Thursday. I need my WiFi. I pay enough for it.

    @NBN_Australia hey! There was an electrical storm that resulted in a lightning strike in Rozelle, we live down the road from the strike and it seems our NBN wall box ist kaputt. Online says no outages…. How do I go about getting the net up and running again?

    @penzochun Hi Jordan, there are no ongoing outages and we suggest power cycling your hardware. Turn off your modem, nbn™ connection box & any connected device for 10 seconds. Turn your equipment back on again. Allow up to up 10 minutes for your hardware to reconnect to the network. -Gwen

    @jrrdrbb The feds just can't do projects like this can they? Aged care, NBN, my health record etc. The state have had their ****-ups, but there's a base level competency at service delivery that just doesn't seem to exist at federal level.

    @Fez_HK **** man that sucks - best things to do is to ask your neighbours if they have the same issue - if they don’t then it’s your optical lines from the road to your nbn box.

    Welp NBN can't come out til Wednesday (ahh good old internet issues) so I'm still living off mobile data. Hopefully home streams will commence next week!

    @NBN_Australia @NBN_Australia Seriously, Wireless connection shouldn't be more reliable than wired and before you try to blame our side of the connection, don't. Everything on our end is fine so fix your wires you useless *******.

    @Optus extremely disappointed in your poor customer service today. I booked online NBN relocation on 24/2. Told today that it will not be complete until 9/4 at earliest. Not acceptable! @PaulFletcherMP
