    @craigreucassel @NBN_Australia I had an issue with constant drop outs. I called my provider and they organised @NBN_Australia to come out two days later. The problem was fixed straight away. So I’m happy how my provider and nbn dealt with my issues.

    @craigreucassel @NBN_Australia Send them an invoice for the 4 hours, and any other time you’re having to take to fix their poop. Better still... hand deliver said invoice. And make it a giant invoice like one of those giant cheques! ✊🏽

    @craigreucassel Write to the ombudsman & to your local MP (if you’re lucky it will be Labor, they relish hearing bad news about the NBN)that will get them cracking. I know this from personal experience. Within a few days NBN assigned me a person & direct phone number.

    @craigreucassel So when we moved into the new place the NBN HFC box had been ripped out of the wall. @Internode put a hurry on the resolution for us the tech was there the following day. That said.. I'm now languishing with no internet at all after a failure on Thursday at 2pm. Wider problem

    @markhumphries @craigreucassel The previous tenants took the NBN modem bcoz no 1 told them not to. It took us 4 days to have a new 1 & we were unable to identify port (there are several) for NBN. The rigmarole involving the reseller, nbn supplier, tech support and multiple call center agents !!! 😫😫

    @craigreucassel Woeful. I spent on average twice a week over two months on the phone with my ISP sorting out drop out issues. They kept raising tickets with @NBN_Australia to no avail. Even the workers there are exasperated.
