@dobes I have a tri band ASUS mesh that does not make me overly popular as it is :D But Im digging Optus 4G, its reliable, fast and does what I need. The NBN in the inner west King St regularly drops out, in fact everytime it rains all the boxes start rattling away and its an outage.

@p_t_parcel That isn't the experience we want for you. Have you reported this to your provider to log a fault? They can do further testing and if the issue is with nbn, they’ll let us know and we’ll work together to resolve and provide updates. 1/2

  • sushedron SushiDrone (@sushedron) reported

@NBN_Australia #ConfigureTheBox dammit. I'm offline and we're going into another lockdown. Worst combination

  • Nyanpocalypse_ TheNyanpocalypse (@Nyanpocalypse_) reported

I’m having some internet issues btw so I’m hot spotting off my phone. Fingers crossed the NBN comes back soon

  • MichnPete1 Michelle (@MichnPete1) reported

@Telstra sort your bloody NBN internet out - you charge enough - also what’s with the waiting time 45-60 minutes on your phone lines ??? What sort of a first class communications company runs a third world customer service

  • wheeziemungo new year, old me (@wheeziemungo) reported

@annieljensen Next step. Unfortunately we think the problem is with the NBN connection infrastructure, which comes firmly back under the #Telstra and nbn responsibilities

  • loulatzis Tracey Loulatzis (@loulatzis) reported

@Optus total fail yet again on trying to make changes to an nbn plan. An hour and a half getting transferred repeatedly then told that area is now closed! Please train your staff better

  • mozdemir_au Mehmet Ozdemir (@mozdemir_au) reported

@damovisa @NBN_Australia Same here a month or so ago, at least @Aussie_BB was good enough to credit me for the day's the outage occurred. Adds up when you're paying $150/mth for ultrafast.

  • NBN_Australia nbn™ Australia (@NBN_Australia) reported

@tgracchvs so the issue can be resolved as quickly as possible. When a provider raises a fault with nbn, this gets sent to their technical nbn support team who then works at resolving the issue, while liaising with your provider to pass on any update made available. Thanks, Amy 2/2
