    In that time we've been happy with @iiNet and always said it's worth paying the extra for the technical assistance we've received. We're not happy now @iiNet. We understand the problem needs @NBN_Australia to fix, but we pay you and we rely on you to work with NBN to sort it out.

    @StephenJonesMP @mahootna2 Beggars belief it hasn’t rolled out there yet when they’re already beginning upgrades to existing NBN infrastructure in other parts of the country The whole rollout under LNP has been a scandal. I don’t know why the Australian public aren’t more angry over this essential service

    @LennaLeprena Rupert told them they couldn’t build a proper NBN network because it would open alternates to his overpriced pay TV monopoly. The experts told them do it once do it right do it with fiber but Rupert one the day Abbott told Turnbull to wreck it so he did.

    This never happened with ADSL. Only since the NBN changeover. We have fibre to the node (thanks Malcolm). Took us one or two storms to connect the outage with the storm activity. Reported it in Feb to @iiNet who promised to log it as a fault.

    @murpharoo I believe that to be hyperbole. An attempt by the government to spread misinformation. It would not surprise me if the government is going down the line it did with the NBN - taking a worls class idea and turning it into a third rate system touted as world leading.

    @swm0904 @NBN_Australia You buy a house somewhere in Australia and wait to see what kind of **** NBN internet service you win.

    How is it that our neighbours had this resolved but we can't? How is it @NBN_Australia can tell @iiNet they're not going to fix the problem, and @iiNet accepts that and fails to advise us of our option to engage the Communications Ombudsman? Not bloody good enough, either of you.

    @Telstra Process is under way, that my original internet service, connected to the NBN is still being disconnected (this has taken since I contacted on Saturday). Then once this is done I need to contact Telstra to connect a new plan! This will end up with over a week of no internet

    Supervisor can see fault logged in February and agrees issue not resolved even if connectivity has been returned (due to storm passing, not anything being fixed). Supervisor tells us @iiNet will log fault with @NBN_Australia

    @NYKAustralia Do you rate Telstra? They were trash for us. We changed to Aussie Broadband on the NBN and basically haven’t had an issue at all. Need peak performance to see the Knicks dominate in HD definition
