@lynlinking @Lila33 @WgarNews This is a disgrace. I’m sure I’m not the only person who keeps getting requests online to give “feedback” about the success of the NBN. No opportunity OF COURSE to give an accurate picture of its poor performance, just box ticking for their desired outcome 😡

@R_Chirgwin Telstra website now updated to say there’s an nbn outage in the area and service won’t be restored until tomorrow evening. Sometimes, living in a futuristic digital wonderland isn’t as fun and convenient as they promised us.

@telstra Another day and again my home NBN internet service isn’t working. Another day where even your call centre recording lady is totally glitching out. Another day where your AI bot messenger is totally unhelpful. I’m done I’ll be cancelling every Telstra service I have.

Update: when I dialled back the menus said that there's a statewide NBN outage. However a friend told me they her's was working fine so ¯\(◉‿◉)/¯

@tanya_plibersek @stemplemanmp Sounds more like you need a surge arrestor on your electrical side rather then an NBN issue.

@Telstra I'm without home internet after an area outage yesterday, which seems resolved, yet I'm still without internet? Spoke with agent who had no idea and said I need to move to NBN tomorrow because they are closed!? This doesn't help me now for a service I am paying for!

@NBN_Australia What would help is a box that didn't blow in every storm. Unplugging from both phone line and mains is the only option we have.

Hey @Telstra is there anyone & mean anyone who can connect me to the nbn? You’ve left me out to dry trying to talk to a human on the phone, your text service is atrocious. One minute they tell me its on its way next minute it’s canceled. No communication. Loyalty means nothing 😡
