  Our NBN is still down and I have no internet service on our desktops. The good news though is that I have got my laptop back online this morning and it is working fine now.

  @Optus @IsaacsonMarie Hi the press release doesn’t state when affected customers will be notified. Can we assume impacted customers have been notified now ? I have had nothing but problems with optus over the last few months from NBN to mobile outages and now this . It’s time to move! #cyaoptus

  @TPG_Telecom I just had the most traumatic experience trying to connect my customer to the NBN. The hours we have spent with incompetent support it beyond words. We have evidence of manipulation and would appreciate if anyone e could help us lodge a complaint.

  @AndrewBGreene @Optus @ASDGovAu So I couldn’t get a status update for NBN outage in my area without going through a full ID process that I thought was overboard because all I wanted to know was when will the service be restarted! No chance till I confirmed code to email DOB,account number. 1/2
