@VodafoneAU you have the worst technical assistance team. They are helpless. I signed up for 100mbps nbn. Yet I cannot watch 720p video. I do not recommend anyone to get Vodafone NBN. Very disappointed

OK INTERNET HAS COMPLETELY DIED TO A POINT WE NEED AN NBN TECHNICIAN OUT TO FIX IT WHICH WILL HAPPEN MONDAY. ILL DO SOME TESTS AND SEE HOW MOBILE DATA HOLDS UP FOR STREAMING TONIGHT AND TOMORROW

@aabalmain Oh dear. No one has offered up a service provider … We gave up on @NBN_Australia and bought a 4G modem set-up from @Optus which is working very well. Good luck!

our connection we get anywhere from 20 Mbit/s to literally no reading for download and 1/4 of our upload speed. We have friends down the street that complained once and you gave them a new router. Their whole street was incorrectly connected to the NBN. Fix your ****. It's a
