  @marygarden @Telstra We've had the same problem, Mary. Spent more than an hour on the phone to @Telstra twice over past couple of weeks...Internet unusable. Specifically asked if it was because NBN was arriving/had arrived in our neighbourhood, were told it wasn't (it was). Still awaiting connection

  @iiNet your customer acquisition team for NBN is bullying me with choppy internet after I deferred their request to pay for NBN now, I am moving my service to another service provider, if this is how you sell things to customers, I will make sure you will be penalised for this

  @xRileyAlexander @BelongAU If you're migrating to NBN while still keeping your current internet router - keep in mind some RSPs require you to set the "VLAN ID" setting on your router to a certain ID - I got caught short when my router didn't support that setting (had to flash it with 3rd party firmware).

  Alright Melbourne, let's talk nbn. Our provider is cutting off our naked DLS in a month and we need to pick a new provider because **** @BelongAU and their shitty service. Recommendations please. 2 person household, medium use for SM, emails and Netflix.
