@BelongAU @VickiKerrigan I thought it was just me. Spent over 2 hours trouble shooting. @BelongAU , by when can we expect NBN services to be back online in Darwin ? Is there a way for you to notify people of outages ? Is there a way to start backup LTE services on NBN connections which we can enable?

Just another evening of storms for @stemplemanmp's electorate in the Blue Mountains marking a new beginning of more FTTN outages on @NBN_Australia's network. 30 min without line sync & counting... If only the fibre which ran a mere 40 metres away was connected to the rest of us.

@untitledgusgame @TurnbullMalcolm Yes, frustrating! My ongoing fault since 27 Jan. Thanks to the Big T for backup mobile Sim, doesn’t like the heavy usage They’ve put me through the troubleshooting 8 times, organised tech visit, nbn do remote test, can’t find fault, cancel. TIO now 🤬

@Anthony_Klan @Optus I haven’t used them for years. I’ve heard many bad reports with them on NBN - I went with Aussie Broadband and it’s been excellent. For mobile, Vodafone seems at least as good in metro areas and is cheaper, or if you needed wider coverage you just have to go Telstra…
