@surlestombes @MikeCarlton01 I spent 4 hours online to their maint in South Africa. One hour in a Queue and 3 hours trying to get a tech to visit to fix my phone line. In the end I won. @jagungal1 @NBN_Australia If you have a modem with 4g cellular backup, unplug the modem from the wall/NTD/NCD, it should drop into backup mode and run on the mobile phone network at 25Mbps, enough to stream.

@jagungal1 @NBN_Australia My parents had this problem - the last few metres of overhead cable from the pole to the house gets chewed by the cockies. Enough barneys with Telstra and it got replaced and lasted a while (till the cockies got back into it).
