@Telstra I’ve been waiting SIX months for my NBN to be connected.....still no solution despite close to 50 calls and FOUR appointments where your engineers failed to show... what do I have to do as an existing customer? Mind you... I am getting billed!

  • Nelsonvvvv Nelson (@Nelsonvvvv) reported

I understand some large contracts are being awarded by NBN Co to fix up some of the non performing FTTN areas. (Malcolm Turnbulls cheaper quicker alternative). The contracts are to revert back to FTTP. Nothing like doing a job twice.

  • witho68 Andy Withers (@witho68) reported

@NBN_Australia Thanks. We are still down. Talking with our WiFi provider but seems no issues their end. That said they are running tests.

  • blythy1989 Adam Blyth (@blythy1989) reported

@Telstra This is not a mobile issue, even though reception here is atrocious. It is an nbn issue. It is compounded by the fact that the 4g back up for our nbn service isn't working.

  • bsmcvay Brendan McVay (@bsmcvay) reported

@TPG_Telecom @NBN_Australia Internet down in 2226. Down for a whole bunch of houses not specifically with TPG. Any news on rectification?

  • JenniferWoods6 Jennifer Woods (@JenniferWoods6) reported

@Telstra still waiting for nbn connection after 3 weeks... wasting hours on the phone... feels like a terrible merry-go-round.

  • ChannyBH ☀️ Channy ☀️ (@ChannyBH) reported

It’s pretty bad we have one of the worst internet connections in the world. NBN was meant to be world class yet here we are. No internet for 3 nights and possibly over the weekend.... @Pentanet_ISP

  • Manxman62 Mad Manx 🍻⚾ ⛵🇦🇺🐨 (@Manxman62) reported

@NBN_Australia The problem is antiquated copper from the node to the apartment. Pretty sure there is nothing @NBN_Australia can do about that.

  • Gotwat31 Margot McLennan (@Gotwat31) reported

@MadamEarth Factor in Telstra paying mega bucks to upper management whilst cutting the staff who actually do the work and zero investment in maintaining (forget upgrading) infrastructure. In addition to being cut off on Friday we had a blackout (NBN & wifi gone) & no mobile or4g.

  • FraudbandAU Fraudband (@FraudbandAU) reported

@NBN_Australia Power outages causing problems? If only you had used FTTP you wouldn't have this issue. And our communities would have phone and internet.
