    @NBN_Australia As far as my elderly parents are concerned I AM THE ESSENTIAL SERVICE. If they can't contact me from their home in Melbourne the entire family network of support collapses. I'm aware NBN is a wholesaler and I can't deal directly, but it's not good enough.

    .@iiNet booked NBN install 2 wks ago for tomorrow, get text today saying won’t be installed until 4 June. Need internet to work from home. Extremely disappointing service!

    Hey @NBN_Australia pretty hard to WFH at all with faulty installation here - four times a serviceman was booked and never came. Our whole household affected.

    @tunchm The notification refers to a planned maintenance that will be carried out by NBN Co. Hence, the link in the SMS to check your address in NBN Co's network status page. -Charm
