    Calls me up before coming "SO IF UR INTERNET WORKING WHY BOOK THIS APPT?!" Like okay maybe if u read all the damn reports from the ISP and prev NBN tech maybe??? U think I know what needs to be done ??? I just want my internet to work properly without having to call ISP up daily

    @NBN_Australia Why has there been 5 outages in the span of 3 weeks at my address? One planned outage followed by 4 unplanned. Getting beyond a joke now.

    So the FTTN service that had been supposedly canceled is now working. @VodafoneAU claimed it was my modem. I'm using that same modem/router connected to the NBN fibre optic. Either it's a miracle or something broken got fixed.

    @NBN_Australia idk if this is an NBN issue or my ISP issue but since about Tuesday my internet witch has FTTP all of the sudden became slow and I can’t even look up anything sometimes and my internet hasn’t been like that since I got FTTP.

    @VodafoneAU And, of course, @VodafoneAU is claiming they have to wait 24hrs for my "service number" to change before I can get the FTTP I requested 2 weeks ago. @NBN_Australia says it hasn't received a modification request. Today or 2 weeks ago. Time for the ombudsman.

    @hisaflog100 The original sin was Rudd and Conroy decreeing that NBN access charges must be flat across the whole network.
