    @AmandaBlesing @Internode Don’t be fooled Amanda. I’ve been having problems for 6 months and their only solution is to send NBN technicians to confirm that a have a problems. Apparently they don’t k ow how to actually fix anything.

    I've had atleast 20 NBN technicians visit our house. Sometimes they turn up unannounced and unexpected. Sometimes they say they're coming and never turn up. Everytime they come, they tell me there is fault in the line and it needs to be fixed. They say they've fixed it...

    @domnixon1984 Far out. Frustrating. We experienced similar problems but with 4G wireless home broadband. Couldn’t get NBN for ages (don’t ask why, it’s a longer thread than yours). We have now switched to NBN and now you have me worried. So far so good though.

    NBN should be available at all times ie Always on by default in every home. Connect to emergency, government services, health and education no fee. Buy data access if required by the hour. Time to innovate. #nbn

    @TPG_Telecom Hi, is there an update on the outage in Thornbury 3071??? No resolution time on NBN website, being directed to TPG for further info. Outage is getting close to 24hrs.

    both @Internode and @NBN_Australia seem completely powerless or unwilling to fix it. But that's not all. the sheer saga and monotony of dealing with customer service reps who go through robotic steps infinitely...
