Just spent 10 mins winding up an obvious scammer wanting to upgrade my NBN connection. So "Alex" from "NBN tech support (subcontinent division)" maybe next time you should call someone that actually has an NBN connection.

@NBN_Australia why does it take a week to let my service provider connect my home internet? NBN HFC is already at the property, I moved in last Friday... I'm still waiting to be connected

4th time in less than a year I’m without internet for multiple days and forced to listen to iinet tell me it’s an nbn problem and they can do nothing about it and I have no recourse because Turnbull ****** the nbn before it was even in the ground

@GladysB @GladysB I would suggest you review Optus policies rather than commenting on other Providers. Recently a small business with Optus services was told to go to another provider for a NBN service as Optus could not offer this service. How is that putting customers first?

@gmail I have it all sorted. It was partial outage NBN via satellite. But I failed to take action for 16 hours because it appeared to be working.

So, who should I be hassling about getting the NBN at my father's place looked into? Just insane how frequently they drop out, or how much even the slightest wind or rain impacts it. They apparently had more reliable service back on ADSL.

@decryption @NBN_Australia It's an utter joke. They are not now, nor have they ever, focussed on those areas with bad connections. They focus on those areas with deep pockets to maximise ARPU.
