  @Optus we were on the phone to OPTUS for THREE HOURS to some operator in India, we just wanted to move to a faster NBN plan, and they could not migrate our old account over. NIGHTMARE and Optus are outsourcing their support to useless people in India

  @NBN_Australia idk if this is an NBN issue or my ISP issue but since about Tuesday my internet witch has FTTP all of the sudden became slow and I can’t even look up anything sometimes and my internet hasn’t been like that since I got FTTP.

  @NBN_Australia no NBN service in Cherrybrook 2126 from this morning there has been HFC replacement recently nearby was it because the project missed cutting the HFC cable for internet then caused the unplanned outage and when it is back?

  @Zadow_ @YaseiDoubutsu I could never handle wireless that stuff drives me crazy but YES this is exactly it haha I just got it from JB while on an Ethernet cable run to hopefully solve an NBN dropping out issue

  @alreadyfurious @deniseshrivell Ive never had an issue with Starlink and weather...yes latency slowness...i also have had more outages with NBN than starlink.

  We pay like a $150 a month for the premium of Telstra mobile and it doesn’t even work immediately when out NBN drops. What are we even paying extra for? Fix your trash Telstra 😡😡 @Telstra

  @xeveriano1 @4mambo My speed went from 40 under the LNP to over 500 under Labor after FREE NBN upgrades. We got free fibre to the premises after the LNP’s ridiculous and stupidly slow fibre to the node

  @deniseshrivell They have no concept of futurising our country. This one is particularly ignorant! Turnbull’s copper NBN is now being ripped up by copper thieves. So we pay twice for slow rubbish NBN and then have to pay for it to be replaced again now. Being a Murdoch stooge always costs us

  @MalFPS_ Australian internet isn’t bad anymore. Your probs still on fibre to the node. Gotta search your address on the nbn site and get that free fttp update
