@Scamwatch_gov Be aware of scammers calling on behalf of Telcos. Got a call from a scammer today. he started by stating the obvious: that I had intermittent internet/NBN issues (who in Australia does not have #NBN issues!??) Be safe and careful!

@Optus wtf is going in with your nbn service in Sydney northern beaches. Every f*cking morning it’s either slow as hell or just not working at all. EVERY DAY. Don’t tell me it’s nbn other people who have nbn with other providers are fine. I am so sick of this fix your ****!

Damn, nice job NBN. Put a fault in with my ISP yesterday afternoon, Wednesday morning booked. Called this morning saying they can come this afternoon (lucky I wasn't feeling great so was WFH), showed up pretty much right on 12 and had the modem replaced and fixed by 12:30.

@BelongAU Hi Belong, my NBN service does not seem to be working. I have checked the Nbn website for outages, and the website says service is fine. Can you please help? Unsure whether it's my modem or something else?
