  Hi Brad, Sorry to intrude, but I came across your NBN welcome letter. since the NBN was installed, it has never worked. Optus say the phone line to house is damaged & must be replaced. so does theNBN tech BUT, a week later, NBN have done nothing about it. Can you help?

  @TheRealEdDawson @NBN_Australia Really underhanded. The way it was visible in the envelope it was designed to basically trick people into opening it. Given how many people would be doing it a bit rough this year it's quite ****.

  Honestly had such an awful experience trying to NBN sorted with Internode. Poor communication, slow response times. Ultimately canceled the service for a more expensive, slower 4G plan. Getting $80 refund, but they are charging me $60 in service fees. **** off.

  @NBN_Australia You didn't provide a link. I've been speaking with Internode and NBNCo supports for 3 weeks. NBN botched the installation in this complex and wants us to pay to fix it. Internode won't intervene and won't discuss further.

  @NBN_Australia Can I ask how many poor people have lost their jobs because they have been unable to work at home, given the quality of the internet service you (or more correctly DONT) provide? I’m lucky I have a local Library....

  @NBN_Australia Outage in NSW 2093 since 8:15am on 16-Dec-2020!Network still down after 11 hours today, what sort of service level is that? What are you doing about it? Any ETA? Any fallback you offer?
