    The @NBN_Australia > Service Provider must be one of the worst customer experiences there is. NBN are the issue when there’s an outage, customers aren’t able to talk to NBN for info, and service providers give vague information to customers because they aren’t kept informed.

    @Riogallica NBN is always a cluster. The whole NBN-ISP-customer chain is absolute *****. A virtual guarantee all problems will take longer to resolve.

    @james00000001 NBN 50000km of new copper wire $.7bil Now Telstra/NBN have to retrofit secure pits to stop people stealing the copper. Not a problem with all fibre. The LNP completely screwed AUS all the while paying their mates millions to manage it. #industrialisedcorruption

    .@Telstra You know, it would be great if people would be notified of NBN work and interruptions at least BEFORE the internet is no longer working! I got a notification AFTER the service was restored!

    Why has NBN speeds been so slow. I’m paying for 500 mbs but getting 3-400!!! #VodafoneAU

    And email that the order has been completed. My nbn service including phone went dead. After 90m on phone with @Telstra, I finally got back internet via their 5g sim in the modem. I was furious when told cable nbn and phone wouldn’t be be restored for a week.

    @MalFPS_ Australian internet isn’t bad anymore. Your probs still on fibre to the node. Gotta search your address on the nbn site and get that free fttp update

    I look at this guy and all I see is rorted ****** internet. We have such poor leaders in Australia that they cant even recognise how basic, how integral, stuff like the nbn is to Australia. Still fixing yr mistakes, so stfu
