    @BroHilderchump I used their chat service earlier in the week as my NBN went down and the Smart Modem didn't switch to 4G. Got a reply 9hrs later after the NBN came back up and i didnt need their help then did I.

    @NBN_Australia Getting the absolute run around after waiting 4 years to get access to the network! Now the works have been completed but my provider cant give a time for connection because there are no appt's available. No way to get more information or talk to someone from NBN

    @jaffathecake my experience has been that progressive images load much faster when I'm using them with high resolution... but after it's visually loaded it's not uncommon for it to start dropping frames. There's also me living in Australia with a typical NBN connection which kinda murders it..

    @Mcali4 They have an internal nbn technical support team they can request assistance from on your behalf, if required. If the fault is with nbn they will let us know and we will work hard to fix it. Let us know how you go. Thanks, Amy 2/2

    @erstkate We got rid of ours when we got the NBN, and just use the mobiles. Plus landline was out here in the office. 4G coverage is crap in a lot of areas of our place, but better than our ADSL was most of the time!

    NBN advised they are coming to set up my service this morning between 08.00 and 12.00 noon Seeing as it's now 12.07, I'm wondering if its the time they can't tell or the map they can't read.
