@NBN_Australia We have been without internet for over 3 weeks. This is not good enough. We are in lockdown, working from home and spending extra on extra data through our phone provider. Why so slow? Why the delay? Fix our problem!!!

@azzaishotstuff @Optus Mate you should try being in rural NSW. We have been out for 3 days. Optus expert says its NBNCo problem. NBN can't get to us until 15 July so no phones or intertube until then apparently Only a telstra mobile hotspot to fallback on. We are not in remote area.

@Optus @ADarkObelisk And here we have the cut and paste standard response. I clearly wrote NBN-voip phone (not a mobile). Do better @Optus. This just compounds your poor form.

@NBN_Australia you’re doing maintenance work on Monday 12th in my area: Lane Cove. We’re locked down, trying to get our work done from home (during school holidays) and we’re completely reliant on internet connectivity for all of this. Maybe you could postpone?
