@AudienceOfNull @Aussie_BB 100% agree with you. Any outages in AussieBB’s control (even NBN) haven’t been an issue. I think this outage highlights a fundamental problem with their upstream config or contracts and that will take time to resolve. I’ll be back for sure once the pain of this outage has dulled

@AmandaValentina Oh my god this just sounds like a nightmare hell. I’m sure you’ve already got an ISP but I’ve found Internode to be absolutely amazing. They have got incredible customer service, and have really helped me with getting my NBN sorted.

@BelongAU day 8th without internet. The disappointing story continues I still have no solution. Don’t know if my money will be refunded. Now they say the nbn box we had in the house is not the right one, but before you said everything was ready for us in our new home?

@AmandaValentina Oh god nothing but empathy for this entire thing, I begged my NBN guy to come back and tipped him so he’d finish my internet on the day because it was such a **** show. Praying for you to get this nightmare over and done with 🤡🚫🚫🚫🚫

Genuinely can't explain how frustrating it is to play 4 hours of video games and not get more than 10 kills. Thanks ***** at the NBN, really good that you sit around and do nothing while getting paid for it. **** you.

I love working remotely. However, today’s @NBN_Australia outage together with tethering problems are forcing me to adapt. Fortunately I’ve been able to use apps on my phone to get quite a bit done so far.
