Good news/Bad news! Bad news - Odds are this is an NBN installation issue and it wasn't installed properly. We just need to get a team here to fix up everything (assuming the date isn't pushed back 😬) Good news - Telstra has been super apologetic and has setup a temporary fix!

@Telstra what the heck is going on with my parents phone again. 90 year olds need access to this service and it’s not about unpaid bills! Went through all this with you mob and NBN and quite frankly I’m over it.

@Aussie_BB @NBN_Australia I'm pretty sure you see POIs and know if an area/suburb is down. Also, I did call at 5:44pm and the wait time was 82mins, so I requested a call back, which I haven't received.

@andy_penn Jo my Telstra contact cant explain problem and fobs me off from week to week. Can’t give me a date of reconnection. Can’t explain what the problem is. Hangs up if I say **** - FFS really in Australia. Telstra can’t fix NBN problem in 7 weeks

@deadcat_zombie Maybe a little cooler, but the storm took down my power in the middle of a zoom meeting (big lightning strikes near my house), and now that the power is back the NBN is dead. So my PC is now tethered to my phone. :( Urgh, it's giving me 2Mb/s down and 0.16Mb/s up.

@_KangaWho @NBN_Australia Unfortunately it's very common for outages to affect some and not all services in a particular area, to tell if an outage is impacting your service and then troubleshoot accordingly if not, we would need for you to get in touch. You can also contact via live chat on our website.

@andy_penn @Telstra_news Hey Andy, still no NBN at my house since Telstra ******* accidentally disconnected on 19 Dec 2021. No one can fix it. Every contact another mistake or problem from Telstra.

@Telstra hey Telstra Jo getting back to me on Monday but may not as I said **** and wanted to speak to someone who could explain the technical issue of stuck. But on Monday still won’t have date when NBN going to be reconnected
