    So, when you have had Telstra ADSL and you sign up for NBN with another provider, that doesn't cancel your home phone or ADSL with Telstra even though they actually don't exist anymore. A friend has been paying both for 3 months now.

    Why isn't this part of the service like churning a mobile phone? How can Telstra charge for two services that literally can no longer be in use? Why are they not notified that NBN is installed and then proactively contact the person to cancel their account?

    @NBN_Australia What do you mean "from your platform"? It's your network! If you don't know what's wrong, well no wonder it isn't being fixed. Please stop telling me to contact my provider; you don't give them any information either.

    The Australian Government can’t compute. On one hand I really hoped the #NBN would be done with high quality fibre technology to your house. The #OnlineSafetyBill will try to do with (slow moving law) what could have been done in hardware & software. #straya

    @Telstra the SIM card in the modem isn’t working whilst we are waiting for the nbn to be connected. No internet for days! Very frustrating. The sim was meant to allow a small amount of internet access but nothing. Any thoughts/help?? Please!

    @ArticulateBat @somewherein84 I know it is not the same but I have been without internet and home phone since 13th May. Never had this problem before NBN
