It’s about time I mentioned again how bad #NBN has gotten through our @Optus connection in our street. My neighbour who works for @FOXTEL_Help knows what the problem is.

@doomedspacemar1 I've had a decent time with Aussie Broadband just because their tech support is relatively much better, but every ISP goes through NBN Co so unfortunately cut-outs will be the same no matter who you're with.

  • Davros59 David:🎗for #FreeAssange (@Davros59) reported

@Ballyurra @melaniedoak It’s not Telstra that’s at fault. No matter which provider you go with you will still be using the same local exchange. The problem is the cheap NBN that this government forced upon you. You’re only real alternative is go wireless, find a 4G data provider and wait for 5G Sorry

@Ballyurra Rural: were frustrated at Telstra wireless NBN (never 50/25 - usually 5/3) over years, b4 trying iinet. Amazing improvement - same cell, different modem/company. Same price ($80) works beautifully. Had Starlink ordered, but cancelled, as current iinet ok, even while wfh.

  • Ballyurra A very vaxxed Ray™ (@Ballyurra) reported

@bemusedoz @psyclaw HFC. Agree, the NBN network is the problem. I'm switching to an ISP that will answer the phone and talk about the problem instead of trotting out the Telstra party line. @launtel sound good.
