@NBN_Australia Right, well had I not been advised that the new orders would recommence 24 May, I would have moved into a property which already had NBN. I explained this to the agent when I called. Now it looks like I'll have to wait months. Poor form.

So streams cancelled nbn HFC network near me is dead. NBN sending a tech tomorrow if they can't fix it remotely 😭 so excited for FTTP now.

Here's a tip. Working from home, and I had an IT problem, so I rang the helpdesk at work. When he told me to "restart my modem", my phone disconnected. Bloody NBN!

@Optus @NBN_Australia Please sort out the dropouts issues I've been having over the last few weeks now! It's very frustrating - the technician came over today for 2mins, checked the internet was ok and then left. The dropouts have started again! This is costing me my business

Here's some Fking irony for you - NBN turns landlines into VoIP (voice over internet) so without internet phone doesn't work. Modems need power. Power goes out no phone. Use mobile you say - yes great let's do that. Power goes out and everyone heads to mobile network. It crashes.

@catherine___c She's arrogant & rude. Very dismissive actually. NBN held a party when she left. Not a farewell party. A "goodbye" Jodi party when she had finally gone. That said she has worked hard but to work in such a corrupt party I will never get. She will never change their culture.

Thanks to today's @NBN_Australia tech who fixed my connection problem: a dedicated diagnostician. It turned out another NBN tech who attended a neighbour's problem last week 'fixed' that by swapping so I was now connected to the faulty corroded wires instead. Just WOW.
