@JARetroNerd You gave it a shot dude, but yeah unfortunately sometimes it just doesn't work out. ******* frustrating too, we're in 2022 and we should all have access to quality internet connections....but nope, they had to skimp with the NBN and this is the result.

@NBN_Australia It's not a fault, it's a cable issue. As in something has chewed threw the dsl cable. Just about to replace it and everything should be right 👍 didn't see that last night. I'm glad it's an easy fix.

@exetel I am in Regents Park QLD, currently having issues with NBN Connection losing Internet access. NBN & router have been restarted. NBN modem keeps on losing connection and lights are like it has rebooted. NBN says no outages at my address

@MyRepublicAU Working Day 8 of no Internet. Total 10 days. You still haven't managed to sort it out. Try to connect NBN with @optus. They say you still hold the line. Which you say don't. You rejected a connection for service on 2 February. Riddle me this. Fools.

@jaynelshannon Yep, we can’t deal directly with the wholesaler (NBN) and the ISP has no leverage to solve the problem. Neither take responsibility. I got my internet cut off by nbn due to new next door neighbour quoting the wrong address (mine). I had no recourse and they made no apology

@NBN_Australia The storm took out our NBN and it hasn’t been restored. I live with two 92-year-old people with chronic heart failure who are dependent on NBN for their phone service. They’re told they have to wait 4 days for it to be repaired. What if they have a heart attack over the weekend?

@jaynelshannon Worse still since we cannot deal with nbn there is NO avenue to make a complaint and seek modification to the process. Not even via the ISP. Zero quality assurance. No corrective process No preventive process

Does anyone want to know the definition of frustration? When your @nbn_Australia doesn't work so you log 5 faults with @telstra and they tell you that only NBN can resolve your problem so when you contact them they tell you to take it up with your service provider.

@NBN_Australia this is pretty funny being promoted on my feed when I signed up for a plan on the 17th of December and you guys still haven’t fixed my shortfall. I’m pretty disappointed in the service considering I’m trying to work from home!
