  @laurenmartyn @Aussie_BB @iiNet To be fair to ii, if it's a technical fault with the line, they might not be able to do much other than escalate it to the NBN. But: Aussie's signup and service so far have been stellar if you do decide to move.

  @MaBovill NBN here Saturday. Nice guy from Qld. Keen to help ..NOT allowed to change us to close node. Told to fix us as best as possible. Looking for 17Mpbs😩 Took out all extra Telstra lines tried again ..hopeless. Rang again ..NOT allowed to change. Apologised and left .. us with 6Mpbs

  8am-12pm - NBN install scheduled 12:05pm - no install message, so I follow up 12:20 - finally get through to tpg who transfer me to a case manager, who hangs up rather than picks up 12:30 - I get a message saying install successful while in the queue for tech support. I hang up.

  @BelongAU how can I reach you technical support? I have issues to connect my modem to the NBN box and no internet signal! How can you not have a phone number to provide support to your customers??? Very poor customer service/experience!!

  @andyyapwh Hi Andy. We apologise for the inconvenience, we can see that the issue affecting the service is now being handled by our Engineering Team and has been escalated to NBN Co. we're currently awaiting for their feedback. Updates will be provided when it becomes available. -Shane

  In Nov we placed an order with @Telstra to have @NBN_Australia installed in our Melb CBD office. Since then technicians have missed 3 appointments, offering vague excuses about "not enough technicians in the area". When we finally complain, Telstra's advice: cancel the order. 😡
