@Telstra Are you having server issues in Brisbane today? I can’t use chat via My Telstra app to discuss problem connecting to the internet. Mobile signal is red on the back of the NBN modem, can’t get Apps to work on TV or Foxtel. Have been waiting on hold on 132200 now for 25min

  • JihadCollective Jihad Collective (@JihadCollective) reported

@JacintaAllanMP You going to fix the NBN as well so people can access company servers easily?

  • MissIgraine Miss Igraine (@MissIgraine) reported

@CC68891975 Wow. Shocking. I'll find out this week. We're running something this week where I'll be able to speak to both nbn and Telstra reps and I'll ask about the area/region and also ask about general internet issues in the area. Piss poor.

**** you @Telstra you criminal ***** the government MANDATED you upgrade everyones nbn FOR FREE to a reasonable speed and now you're trying to squirm out of it by saying its for new customers only - I AM A ******* NEWW CUSTOMER!!!! ONE YOU ****** OVER FOR MONTHS AND TOOK YOU TO TIO TWICE , THRICE AS OF TODAY!!

On Friday 8th my HFC NBN stopped working. It’s now 21 days and not fixed despite 12 calls to @exetel & 3 @NBN_Australia (and 2 no shows). Totally frustrating. Exetel has had no urgency to fix and has poor processes that have led to continual delays. 1/3

@TMFScottP Mate I'm at the point I don't even know who my car is insured by without checking my emails. I change every year. Smart tip is to do the same with nbn internet, swap after each 6mth promo never pay full price again

  • Blai5e1 Blai5e (@Blai5e1) reported

@davepl1968 Here in Australia, we flex with 1Gb for a residential connection. Unfortunately, 1Gb down/50Mb up but in two weeks, the NBN infrastructure overloads will grant a free upgrade to the upload speed to 100Mb. In addition, a new 2Gb/200Mb tier service will be added.

Just saw the #NBN union protest... So we are living in #india ? #WTF

  • BrowntownBrew Cdbrown (@BrowntownBrew) reported

@Tank9999 @AustralianLabor The LNP party room hated the idea of the #NBN because it would hurt Telstra and show that selling it off as a single entity was stupid. And they had to try and protect foxtel from the streaming platforms. Turnbull invested his own money into fttp rollouts in Europe.
