    @Telstra Your customer service team are disgusting. They mixed up NBN and Optimcomm and not one person answered a single question I asked. Absolutely disgusting. I want to raise a formal complaint.

    Australia has free fibre internet. Nobody needs high latency satellite garbage in fibre areas. Being inflicted with Kband wireless radiation that could well be CIA subliminal messaging mind control signals like mobile is. Overbuilding NBN fibre should be prevented and ridiculous.

    @Telstra for 5 days now we have been unable to watch Foxtel as our internet speed is 4.49 as per their consultant. We have contacted NBN who told us to contact Telstra. The person there said the problem is our modem which it is not. We need a solution please Telstra.

    My parents love NBN News, my sister and I love the rewind segment at the end of the Sunday bulletin. Moving NBN news to a half hour before the Sydney bulletin is a god damn joke.

    @Telstra When are you getting us a cell tower @Telstra?? This is dangerous! NBN connections are so bad we had to sign up for Opticomm, which until today, was awesome. But an all day outage and I'm working from my car.

    @Prowerock1 @VoteLewko @Starlink I myself ended up with a Telstra 5G modem also. It just shows that NBN was not the way to go. Even back when they decided to go with NBN it was obvious it was dated technology and for Australia it has never delivered the service it needs.

    Four days with no NBN. We were promised a fix today but the 4G network fell over from overuse instead. Thinking about investing in puppets and more paper books.

    how is my wifi out for 10 HOURS for a maintenance man 💀💀 during peak work hours too, 2pm-midnight “NBN are doing emergency network maintenance between Fri 12th June 2026 14:00 AEST and Sat 13th June 2026 00:00 AEST.”

    @NicFromOz They use Telstra wholesale network, coverage shouldn’t change from what you have now, 4G, no 5G, I have used them, changed to Superloop though, tied in with NBN plan for bundle discount.
