Forced to pause my subathon. Internet has dropped 17 times in 12 hours, it's actually impossible Hopefully the tech tomorrow can fix that part he knows is damaged since @NBN_Australia wouldn't replace it last week when he told them it was a problem- I'm really sorry everyone

  • Chrissiebythes1 Chrissiebythesea75 (@Chrissiebythes1) reported

@MissDissentEats @NBN_Australia Optus wireless broadband - unlimited plan $59 per month - never had a problem with it. 3 laptops, 1 TV, iPads and mobile phones. Multiple devices streaming at the same time and never an interruption

  • turquoisebbear Turquoise Bear (@turquoisebbear) reported

@JonesHowdareyou The NBN is so slow. The LNP really stuffed that whole visionary project up.

  • SwitchLiche 🔴LIVE SwitchLiche (@SwitchLiche) reported

@NBN_Australia I'd really like some help getting this fixed instead of "it works on our end". Dropping out 15+ times a day isn't working especially when the technicians know what's wrong and want to replace it

@CalSauer @rohancct @realCarrickRyan Worlds strongest post pandemic economy, trade surpluses, secure borders, defence funded properly. Every vital service funded above 2013 levels. Not leaving badly designed & Unfunded thought bubbles like NBN & NDIS when you leave office doesn’t mean you’ve not achieved anything.

@Joshx Dont listen to the reviews most of those were from 2017 when they first started or they are on other types of NBN which they don't have access to the fast nbn like me and you trust me try them and leave if u dont like em no contract nothing to lose. Full aussie support 24hr

  • AmandaValentina Amanda Valentina💋™💉💉➕💉 (@AmandaValentina) reported

@its_Aidos1 Honestly, when I was dealing with TPG during 12/21-3/22 I had the same issues over and over. I took out two accounts; one for home and the other, my investment property. Both modems did not work and 10000 phone calls later on top of NBN no-showing 3 times, I went elsewhere.

  • mblueaudog Mark B (@mblueaudog) reported

@RoadknightThe My optus nbn modem died and after a few chats was sent a new upgraded one at no cost plus $25 credit and 25gb on my mobile for the inconvenience. Very happy with their service.
