@NBN_Australia hi what’s going on with the nbn? It’s just not working for us is there an outage?

  • psg_au Peter (@psg_au) reported

@NBN_Australia IT IS NOT OK for your Techs to review jobs from their office & decide there is no need to attend. IF Telstra and/or Optus Tech have attended site & decided THERE IS A PROBLEM, WHO ARE YOU TO CANCEL IT BECAUSE YOU "THINK" YOU KNOW BETTER?

  • dragonray Dragonray (@dragonray) reported

@Telstra I want someone to resolve the nbn issue. We have been on this app for almost 2 hours without resolution or even a reason for the woeful download speeds . Paying $90 a month as a disabled pensioner to be treated like this is just pathetic.

  • robot_sir Sir Robot ADB 🦁 (@robot_sir) reported

@Telstra Im frustrated with the download speed and connection issues. I drop packets and have a really high ping. Everywhere around us have nbn but because we have a community hub on my estate we cant get nbn

  • FeneleyJohn John Feneley (@FeneleyJohn) reported

@NBN_Australia So NBN now advises they no longer need to do a service visit. They say it’s fixed—problem solved. I hope this doesn’t mean that an on again, off again service is considered ok

  • the_g_rant 💧 Rowan Rafferty (@the_g_rant) reported

So @Telstra why is our #NBN not working, again. Have you cut it off again without reason? Truly pathetic service: "No outages in your area." Trust me, we're out. After battling for months we're a bit sick of this.

  • MikeButler44 Mike Butler (@MikeButler44) reported

@NBN_Australia Mine came on again yesterday but off again now. Can you confirm if there is another outage ASAP please?

  • ThatTallKiwiGuy Yvan J Drake (@ThatTallKiwiGuy) reported

Is our IP dynamically assigned? If I bounce the NBN box, will that assign us a new one to circumvent the issue?

  • XobiaCyan Xobia (@XobiaCyan) reported

NBN is worse than what we had before... how ******** do you spend millions of dollars to go backwards.
