    @superloopnet @NBN_Australia Ta, so will be looking at early next week, worst case scenario. Would I be able to get a discount for the time that I am without internet? (just charge @NBN_Australia ;-) )

    @SeanTaylor1984 You can also take my cat to her vet appointments, renovate my kitchen and fix my NBN. And of course, you will happily deliver all the parcels to me that AusPost drops at the post office, because "nobody was at home" (which is code for "the driveway is too steep"), right?

    @DodoAustralia @NBN_Australia One of your supervisors is going to call me in an hour, so we will discuss what happened. My problem is annoying and hard do diagnose, it is annoying because it is not constant. so other customers please take that into account when reading my post.

    @Blackwolf_Kuro We're sorry to hear about your drop out issue. Our test indeed shows that there are recorded events showing that your connection is dropping. May we know if you've done any troubleshooting steps yet like checking the cables and lights on the modem and NBN Box? -Mel
