Gotta love how our rich neighbours can get their NBN upgraded while we can't even seem to get a technician out to fix ours which is currently running at 30 mbps instead of the usual 70 which is still slower than the 100 that we pay for. @AlboMP please fix this shocking network.

@BradSabbath I actually had a conversation with a customer exactly about this last week. NBN flat out refuses to believe that her internet goes out when it rains. Ive had it happen to me for a year.

@mattjcan WOW, the NATIONALS have a great brain Trust. You and your current party Leader David Littleproud, have just realised that phone services are ridiculously poor in rural areas. What about Internet? How many places have NBN FIBRE ? Or they still using ADSL/BROADBAND?

NBN was made aware of my internet issues and did “remote testing” rather than come to my premises to fix the issue. After they said everything is working as intended my internet still proceeds to drop out. As someone who does this for work, I need functioning internet.

I’ve been struggling with a decent connection with my internet ever since I moved in to my new home. I can’t stream without my internet dropping out multiple times which affects my viewership/income. Can I get some support through this tweet to address this to @NBN_Australia .

Coming up to day 5 without internet @NBN_Australia and no updates on what the problem is or when it will be fixed. You should be embarrassed. Complete lack of NBN service and lack of communication.

FYI Tweeters. Just got a (pretty obvious scam) call from a bloke with a fairly heavy Nth African accent claiming to be from my NBN provider. Anyway his MO was that he reckoned my internet speed was too slow and I could be upgraded free of cost. I politely declined at that point.
