@NBN_Australia How can they call when they have no phone working I tried to call but they said I need to be there to Trouble shoot. Is there any other way they can get it fixed without them needing to call in themselves

  • Alpaca_Capital Alpaca Capital (@Alpaca_Capital) reported

@7amahanti How do you not have 100Mb/s in Sydney via NBN, or access to Optus’ 5G home network? Both materially less expensive. On a setup and ongoing basis…

  • Calligan_G Calan (@Calligan_G) reported

@JollyWangcore Had the same issues in the past, still haven't been fixed. When it rains the internet drops in and out at random. NBN ***** are less than useless.

  • tyfrost Ty Frost (@tyfrost) reported

@TPG_Telecom My mother just received an email in regards to a refund offer for her NBN service. Something about not receiving maximum speed according to the plan. It states the refund isn't automatic and she'd have to call a 1300 number. Can you please confirm this is legit?

  • TheRewster The Thinkalorian (@TheRewster) reported

@TugboatPhil @bayareahausfrau Our i/net hasn't been shut down. NBN is fixed lines to homes, and has outages all over Aus. Plus 4G/5G is unaffected, which is more useful for protestors so why shut down only NBN? Police are clashing w protestors, but we've never had a Ruby Ridge, Waco, or stolen presidency.

  • LuckyLaki LuckyLaki (@LuckyLaki) reported

Are they protesting the terrible NBN in #northcote or do they just want the Kmart reopened?

  • paulwiggins Paul Wiggins 💉💉🍺 (@paulwiggins) reported

@HollyMystkowski The NBN had an outage. Mobile networks were still up.

  • paulieferrari Paulie Ferrari (@paulieferrari) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria

@AussieAppsro @carloslicea1 @AngloBeat Agree, when you consider how any corporates are now using nbn, yet I heard nothing from my employer about their main offices impacted by network outages. Another #freedumbrally fairytale

  • TimeTravelAnon Time Traveler Anonymous (@TimeTravelAnon) reported

@TAttucks Is it the entire country, just Melbourne, specific ISP’s, cellular access..etc I cant imagine NBN would forthcoming about the scope of the outage.

  • BurneyeAus Burneye (@BurneyeAus) reported

@oneplanetmikey If it was an NBN issue, doesn’t that mean that 4G would still work? As in, you can still have the internet?
