    Hey @NBN_Australia can you confirm if we're going to keep having emergency outages in Yeronga over the next two weeks? Some of us have to use the internet for our work, so, y'know, time is money and all that.

    I have 2 @NBN_Australia /@TPG_Telecom outages in the same month. Last Friday during work hours which I lost a whole day’s pay for and next week after work hours which means i’ll lose my relaxation and down time… why am I paying for this service again??

    Made it almost a week from date of nbn install to date of first major all-day nbn outage. Better than I was expecting tbh.

    It’s actually amazing that even Foxtel have pulled the NBN’s pants down on this issue. Their IQ5 box is basically streaming only, and guess what bandwidth you’ll need for that!
