    @NBN_Australia The provider is saturated with calls and is not taking any calls on. Surely as this is ten days since it was raised you can be a bit more proactive? Turns out my girlfriends knee is not broken but lack of Telstra coverage & NBN made a difficult situation terrible. World class!

    @Judith54Nunn Yes thats the way they play…its NBN fault…ring them..no its telstra …been thjere done that…with a small company now …no trouble for 15 months since we got rid of one of the big players and whats more we get the full speed we pay for.

    @tpg garbage internet honestly, it keeps shutting off every 2-3 minutes then comes back and i have the most expensive/best nbn plan

    @TechYESCity Hi. I just received an email saying my modem (DM200) is going to be obsolete beyond 31 March 2022 and will no longer connect. The NBN is upgrading the tech in my area to UNI-DSL. I don't know what that is, let alone what modem I should buy. Can you help?

    @NBN_Australia nbn has been out from flood damage since 2am at my place in Cooran, QLD. Is there anyone working on fixing it/an estimated revival time. Barely any phone signal at my house, need wifi.
