    @Aussie_BB Absolutely pathetic service! my internet is down since this morning and this was never an issue with NBN and Telstra. Perhaps time to switch back!

    A quick update on my @telstra internet saga... I lodged a formal complaint and now the best they can do is to check if I can get ADSL or, if I'm lucky, ADSL2+. And both of course will be charged at @NBN_Australia premium price. #telstraFAIL

    It appears NBN upload speeds have completely disappeared from @Internode's website. Sure this must be considered critical information for an Internet service? Am I missing something?

    @NBN_Australia Umm, I tried and their app, website and support numbers were down. They had huge issues.

    @marygarden @Telstra We've had the same problem, Mary. Spent more than an hour on the phone to @Telstra twice over past couple of weeks...Internet unusable. Specifically asked if it was because NBN was arriving/had arrived in our neighbourhood, were told it wasn't (it was). Still awaiting connection

    @TPG_Telecom I’ve been through this countless times since November and like I said, I’m not wasting more time on it. As soon as the first month is up I’m closing my account with TPG. The “service” you and @NBN_Australia have provided has been shockingly bad. Never again.

    @Aussie_BB Down again in 3950, on nbn wireless. For your motto you do have a lot of bull problems.. Honestly considering going back to telstra even though it's more expensive and **** support
