    @NBN_Australia I’ve been working with my service provider Rosemary. The last answer is NBN won’t investigate as less than 6 outages a day is acceptable apparently, which is a complete joke. Instead of the patronising customer service weasel words, some action would be better.

    @VodafoneAU Today has been the second day in a row where i have had my nbn speed slow down. It has been fine all day. I have noticed that the speeds get bad when it has been raining here in Canberra.

    @albericie Not just the speeds that’s the issue. Running on 50 yo copper. Whoever thought that was a good idea? Been trying to get NBN to replace my lead in for 3 months. Dodging all responsibility. Thanks #LNP

    Since NBN took over the copper wire network, regional Australians have NO TELECOMMUNICATIONS in times of need (eg bushfires, destructive storms). How was this an acceptable decision? What is being done about this reckless endangerment? #auspol #nbn #EmergencyCommunication
