@NBN_Australia I am with more broadband and my uni-d ports are not enabled from nbn side. It’s been nearly a day already. I need to be online for work. Why does it take more than a day to fix something on software side in this day and age!

@dannywaterson Hi Danny - Sorry about this. We have just checked and can see an NBN outage in 2146 Toongabbie. At this stage we have no ETR, however our technicians are working hard to get this fixed as soon as possible and get the services back up and online - Aman

@redwinewombat The response I got from iinet suggests there is a difference of opinion between them and NBN as to who should pay for the final few metres of fibre to deliver the level of service I have been paying for over the last 6 years but have rarely received.

@iB3nji @Telstra with the use the data you pay for how you want then pay for a full speed plan? It’s no different to having various speed levels on the NBN network. With lower speeds being more affordable.

    Nbn is down again

@GreenJ @Telstra A few people here suggesting a switch of ISP. That is unlikely to help. The problem is almost certain to be with the underlying NBN. You may be better opting out of the NBN entirely. I have fixed wireless (non NBN) and it's reliable and cheap.

@selden5 NBN notified me that FTTH was now available and to contact my ISP. Iinet said they are not included in the NBN upgrade program but 'negotiations continue". Seems the only solution is to change to an ISP that is included in the upgrade.

@TPG_Telecom Internet is unstable since 3rd Nov and it keep dropping every 5-10 minutes. I received at over 10 messages on NBN investigating issues and even confirmation that issue was fixed but no luck so far. It has impacted my work and overall daily schedule.

@BarryLi51767296 @innocent_abroad Yep, there was slowish ADSL2+ here too, on an old Telecom landline that had been in use for 50 years. NBN at first saw fit to replace that with slow, limited, expensive geosynchronous satellite. Not remote, just 16 km straight line from a major international airport!

@RuncibleH Having worked on nbn issues this sounds suspect. You can log a complaint with nbn and they will give you some information
