  • MattCowgill Matt Cowgill (@MattCowgill) reported

Thursday me was so naive. “I have been connected to the NBN, so now I can use the NBN,” I thought. What an idiot

  • AWSbrett Brett Andrews (@AWSbrett) reported

@simonwaight @shanselman @TMobile Went to my mum's place where there is a line of sight tower on a hill a few hundred metres away. The 5g was more than 10x faster up and down than my fixed home internet (NBN FTTN). Several hundred Mbps on mobile. I was impressed. 5g near my house is slower than my home internet.

My internet keeps cutting out every now & again too Must be nbn issue 🙄 haven't had a lot of that But today's the day lol

@JaneCaro @ABCaustralia Couple of thoughts... they are doing it on purpose I.e Alexander Downer on the Drum asked a ?? But his reply frozen & garbled Another... it's OUR NBN OR... underfunding to let it run down to promote Privtization. Or ALL of the above

  • JulianCalaby Julian Calaby (@JulianCalaby) reported

... however @SpinTelAU support just told me that I shouldn't do this as it'll prevent my NBN box from reconnecting. Is this correct? And if so, why haven't you re-issued these manuals with updated instructions? A lot of people would read the paper manual when there's no internet.

  • BazzaRyder Bazza (@BazzaRyder) reported

@Telstra what's the deal with raising the price of NBN plans by $5 this month? You're already the most expensive option. It's not like you've added anything to the service recently.

  • s_palm Stuart Palmer (@s_palm) reported

Backhauling the master data set over our asymmetric VDSL NBN link, via the corporate VPN that hobbles everything, to a network drive. Going to take several hours.

  • msstraighty180 Tiffany (@msstraighty180) reported

Hi team @VodafoneAU appreciate it's Monday morning but my NBN is soooooo slow I can't get any work done 😳 I checked the @NBN_Australia website and there is no work being done, so I wondered if you'd mind checking for me. Please let me know what details I need to DM you. Thanks

@Optus I understand that you cant fix nbn issues immediately but what makes me rage is your communication I messaged through the app yesterday after received a text about the outage. the outage WAS NOT on your map but I could see the reason up the road

  • karisfilion Angus McLeay (@karisfilion) reported

@TurnbullMalcolm I had cable broadband for nearly 20 years, during which I had one technician visit (to replace faulty modem). Three months ago, forced onto #NBN (higher cost, same speed), I already need NBN service repair.
