@Telstra I rang today about a fault with our home nbn service. Randomly at 4.00pm yesterday it stopped working. Spent 45 minutes this morning on the phone to someone overseas who couldn’t address the issue and promised to get her supervisor to call me. No call - no surprise

@NBN_Australia Did that. The internet dropped out half way through my conversation with someone who was trying to help. Haven't heard from them since.

Might need to start stream even later my internet is hard down right now ;W; It's hard to be consistent with stream times due to the NBN dropping out randomly every day. On the phone to support again

@unenergy @RonniSalt Feeling very frustrated as we experience the 4th day of no internet while in lockdown due to an NBN outage. The level of incompetence continues to have widespread consequences.
