Have had to move, which has meant going from a private FTTP internet to the @NBN_Australia FTTP. My god the NBN Co FTTP is awful. Feels like I have gone back to the early 2000s internet. As someone that works from home, this is awful for productivity.

@Telstra have been on hold for 50 mins now and yet to speak to a human about an unplanned nbn outage here since 6am this morning

@NBN_Australia I would think the issue has something to do with the nbn contractors who have been working in the nbn pits for the last few weeks. I'm moving forward with the assumption that the pit wasn't properly sealed again, water and copper don't mix well.

@NBN_Australia @n_c_oz I don’t think it’s unreasonable to ask for an actual update that includes what is the issue, what is being done about it and providing an honest / respectful update about when internet will be back so we can plan. Or maybe it’s time for starlink?

@TPG_Telecom my NBN is down again! 4th time this week and I can’t seem to get an answer. Hoping I have more luck here. The outage status page is not clear and I have to drive somewhere to send this. Is there an outage in inner north melb? Will it be another 8 hours again?

@NBN_Australia i love all the tweets from people ASKING FOR HELP NBN CANNOT DO A THING u need to call ur ISP nbn does NOT deal with customers u have to go threw telstra optus iinet aussie broadband who ever ur ISP is and they can put in a request to NBN
