All over #Victoria today vulnerable elderly people can’t phone for help, or be contacted by phone to see if they need help because the power is out and the nbn is down. 🙄 #priceless

@NBN_Australia could you please advise how a customer can make a complaint about a technician not showing up for an appointment without notifying? Neither Telstra nor #nbnco customer service can provide any assurance that said technicians face any repercussions

@flickybean @NBN_Australia Because like the oz nbn it is slow and outdated. 3rd world country when it comes to internet. Actually take that back. Even 3rd world countries have better. Is there a 4th world classification?

Worried about my elderly folks in Melb's outer East. No power, no phone as they were forced on to the NBN, no mobile reception, tree down has damaged the plumbing to the house. Hope Dad managed to find accommodation for them both until the house is back up and running.
