James Smart (he/him) (@PoE_fanatic) reported@Optus It seems to have rectified itself but I do have this problem from time to time. I've done a traceroute in Windows and the issue seems to be a particular router on the NBN.

William (@wrhollingsworth) reported@NBN_Australia The have replaced all of the equipment at my home, but the dropouts still occur daily. I have tried to raise it with them but they refuse to help.

Alan Katzmann (@Katzo60) reportedI recently updated my NBN through @Telstra to FTTP which meant my Foxtel pacakage had to be unbundled. Instead of moving it to a stand alone account they have tonight completely cut off my service and there is nobody at Telstra tonight to restore it and correct their mistake.

Mama bear (@Mamabea82335374) reported@markhumphries In Perth, there is no way a renter would pay for an NBN connection of $300 to a new build. Developer reimburses tenant. Otherwise, internet service provider are attempting to rip you off. Are you in a new build? If not - ripped off.
