    @Telstra I fail to see the humour in a now 28 hour old NBN outage that has meant I have spent the best part of 2.5 hours in the Telstra app chatting with 3 separate customer service reps asking the exact same questions and still no further along with answers

    @NBN_Australia I just got my lease renewal. Been waiting 12 months for the landlord to fix a towel rail that was U/S when I moved in, doubt they'll spring for a NBN relocation.

    @Stephen_OMalley from 2 February 2021 nbn™ temporarily paused the connection of most new customers to the nbn™ network via HFC technology. We have started to receive the first new shipments of HFC modems and from 24 May 2021, 2/4
