@roobiefox I used to get a lot of scam calls from the "NBN". I now tell then that the NBN man is working on the problem outside my door as we speak and thanks for the follow up and good service. The last person who phoned said to be careful, the man at the door might be a scammer lol

@ATVIAssist Hi - I am receiving a "VIVACIOUS" Error on the home page when loading up Vanguard. Options are to retry or quit to desktop, both resulting in the same loop. Is this a known error and is their a fix? I've reset the NBN, router, PC, reinstalled the game - no change.

@optus NBN outage I have no internet in Roselands 2196 since 7am today, I can't get through to you to report it, your 24/7 help app chat is not responding. Where is your commitment to customer support?!

@roobiefox I never answer an unknown number on the land line. They are just bots checking to see if anyone is home so some random call centre person in Delhi can ring later and tell me my NBN needs fixing.

@VodafoneAU nbn goes down so we think we can use our mobile as hotspot to do work from home. But guess what Vodafone is crap in our area too. We have the worst internet and mobile coverage in the world. Oligopoly of 4 major networks is reason we lag behind the world

Dumbass optus can't even provide customer service blames the outage on weather but areas that have no nbn never had even been hit by weather and its 100s of kms away it used to be good now its 2nd rate
