    @DodoAustralia your customer service is literal trash for NSW. I have a friend who’s had no working NBN from you guys and you REFUSE to help them, and not only you guys refused, but you called the cops on them because they god mad and threatened to leave you for another company.

    @NBN_Australia The next day was the scheduled appt to complete the installation. No one shows up. The previous technician didnt update notes to say the property did not have a blockage. I call multiple times to tell them it's fine. They tell me I have to fix an issue that doesnt exist. 2/3

    @colonelhogans Guess what David, most of Regional Australia has **** mobile coverage & **** NBN & **** health & **** roads. Yet they still vote for your shrill policy analysis & strategy of do nothing to fix it, and allowing the market to price gouge. You get what you vote for fuckwits!

    @Optus 3 days with <4Mbps internet after the "problem" that wasn't one before was "fixed" by NBN. On hold 56mins while an agent fault finds a fault that wasn't there beforehand, but now is following an unnecessary fix. #CustomerService

    @MyNameIsMurray @NBN_Australia I just switched providers. functioned for a week or two, then ping-pong between nbn and Vodafone. it never worked again with Vodafone. the pvc line has been run up and back on the street. get paid by the metre or what? not corrected. sync takes 10 minutes. drops. degraded. CROOKS
