@smiffy @NBN_Australia I’ve had an issue for months with my iphone and nbn. Have tried every kind of reset - it seems to be a “page load” issue because if I switch to 4G to load & then straight back to nbn it will work fine. It’s really frustrating ‘ but I need to get someone in to try & figure it out

@Telstra I have been running with 4g backup for the last month because there was no nbn bookings available till march. The 4g backup was ok till yesterday. Now the speed is horrible and I can’t work from home like that. I need help asap please.
