    Surprised my NBN went down hours after the storm yesterday. Not surprised it went down, given the amount of lightening, but it didn't fail until 11.30pm. At least have an appointment for fix scheduled on monday arvo. Would be nice for a resilient internet solution...

    @VodafoneAU why is your customer service so horrible!! 😡. We have no nbn service since last night and no amount of your troubleshooting pages are helping!! On hold for last 1 hour but I am tired of listening to the stupid music only to have the call disconnected!

    @1Swinging_Voter I note Conroy never skited about his NBN with his budget of $4.78 billion, he was only about $75 billion out 8 years with the build, and completely out with the scope of works!
