@DodoAustralia NBN down in Blackburn North since 9pm last night. NBN website acknowledges something is wrong but not your outage map. Do you know when it'll be resolved so I can do work/study again?

@NBN_Australia I didn't tag you for a reason, because i am sick of this ****. You blame them, they blame you but we all know that both NBN and Telstra have botched the entire system and the infastructure in regional Australia is not designed to support your plans. Leave me alone.

@wc1756 @Telstra It’s the NBN that’s third world and all carriers have no choice. Question for me is. Why does Telstra have third world service and support?

@sushedron Hi, there's currently no reported outage in your area. Our test is showing some errors on your line. Please advise if all cables are plugged in properly and if there's a light on the NBN Box that's off or red. -Mel

A very decent gentleman arrived & fixed an NBN wiring fault. Travelled 43km just to get here plus half an hour fixing the problem & even tidied up the original crap wiring for me. Gets paid flat $65 by NBN & $0 if he can't fix issue while NBN CEO paid $3M. I'm horrified. #nbn

Ah @NBN_Australia - gotta love any system where one typo can clobber a business-critical Internet service and it’s not simply reversible. People make mistakes. Any system that doesn’t take this into account is broken AF.

@Tony_3163 Hi, NBN Co has advised that during their investigation they found out that a 3rd party managed equipment was causing the issue. As of 11:53 AEDT, they have advised that the 3rd party technicians are already on-site. -Mel
