Surely @Optus takes the crown for that worst CS in Aust. - ordered service 3wks ago - they cancel wrong account - tell me NBN connected ..it’s not - they send me out 3 NBN boxes - spent >8hrs on the phone - still no NBN or wifi so **** don’t even have a customer complaint No. 🤬

@wendy_harmer Did anyone say Telstra @MrKRudd had to set up the NBN to fill the void that was left by privatisation of a public network that was neglected by a private company in a failure to keep up with technology and demand thanks libs

@Ellimkc @watson_stevo @therealrukshan As we always do, NBN fiasco roll out, never to be compared to but we spent the money on NBN so your using it, sound familiar

@NBN_Australia my NBN has been down for 20 hours (postcode 4053), and @Internode tells me you don’t even have a technician working on it. What’s going on? You have one job.

@Aussie_BB @NBN_Australia Ironic when I was sent the box and asked to install it myself when activating my service..?? That seems counter intuitive and contradictory.

@doubWRLD Damn in aus for years we had terrible internet, I'd always be watching youtube on 480p but since they introduced NBN, it's made people's internet even worse but for me it got better cause they installed a nbn poll right near my house 😭 wish y'all could get it

It’ll be so good if Labor gets in. Fix Aged Care. Fully fund child care. 10b spend on social housing. Stop wage theft. Genuine move to zero emissions. Free TAFE & extra Uni places. One off 15b welfare payments stimulus package. Anti-corruption commission. Fix NBN. Protect ABC.

@doubWRLD Hope you get something like NBN eventually tho, I mean they have to do smth also hey having internet even if it's slow is wayy better than having no internet at all so you're very lucky

@Aussie_BB @NBN_Australia It's not your fault it's ok. I have a case already but can't be delivered til next week. Ironic when I was sent the box and asked to install it myself when activating my service..?? That seems contradictory. I'm not saying go to a store but meet a tech anywhere.
