@JaneAlcorn @jmil400 Feel your pain. Spent Thurs afternoon & Friday trying to get so called complaints to act on dangerous NBN cable across road outside my house. Maybe next week! They are as bad as Telstra..

@Telstra Sorry, I don't tweet much, I might have followed the wrong procedure - part 2 is a reply to my first tweet. I wanted to know why I was told the 4G backup doesn't work in an NBN outage because it doesn't use the same network as mobiles.

@SaysGypsy Can the government introduce a law that allows the ACCC to fine any company, providing telephone customer service/support, that doesn't reply personally to the caller within 15 minutes. This would create more jobs improve service and stop NBN congestion.

@NBN_Australia perhaps you missed answering this? As customers, the NBN should be more transparent about how often you are happy for it to fail before doing anything.

Almost 3 hours wasted with back and forth messages to @telstra via their app. Maybe a phone call would sort out this NBN (wifi) problem.

Beware #Foxtel contractors Australia! Foxtel transmission has been booted off NBN and are now having to revert back to satellite coverage. Contractors are routinely wrecking digital free to air cabling in roofs with no accountability. They don't come back to fix their sabotage.

@NBN_Australia I have, we do. Often you cancel appointments saying everything is fine. Everytime NBN attends they have no notes of what the previous technician has done, I have to tell them. They all agree the infrastructure is stuffed, but your limits won't allow it to be fixed.

@NBN_Australia @MRowlandMP Hi @NBN_Australia , there is only one factor. I'm on a decaying copper line and node 1.3km from my home despite there being a node across the street. There is a simple fix that only you can fix. After 5 years of asking can you please do something?
