@NBN_Australia Thanks for the pleasant but meaningless reply. I’ve been down that road. Neither NBN or our supplier are prepared to take responsibility and just want to play the NFF (No Fault Found) game. Meanwhile the dropouts continue and I will use social media to vent the frustration.

So...#NBNfail problem...NBN satellite internet has dropped out...for hrs...which I need to boost my mobile phone connection via wi-fi. Can't phone service provider to sort it because mobile signal is too weak, can't open links & I can barely get a tweet out. Dammit. @MySkyMesh

@NBN_Australia @bananabenana “Hey Ben, set a timer for 5 months and check that website, yeah?” Looks like I’m pretty well cut out for this PR bizzo too!

@jones_writer @yinyangman69 One thing I've noticed with my phone is how slow it is, regardless of NBN or 4G. I have an S10. It's slugging along and I wonder if it's that age old "time to get a new phone" If you have Android devices, I would download an app called SD Maid and run that. Cleans a lot of crap

  • NewcastleGardia ☂ Newcastle Guardian🇦🇺 (@NewcastleGardia) reported

So @nbnnews what in the hell has happened to the second half of the NBN News service. Local adds, yet all 9 network stories, stories we'd already seen locally presented in the first half of the news.

Oh, @VodafoneAU NBN is down in Newcastle. Modem has switched to measly 4G, but better than nothing.

@LeoPatRoss yeah see if you can make an arrangement it might take some perseverance but maybe you can wrangle them to buy two plans worth a month? instead of add on data.make sure to mention your nbn problems, it may even be a good idea to call the communications ombudsman

  • ShezBisShezB SB (@ShezBisShezB) reported

@NBN_Australia Did all of that yesterday. Got a message from NBN today to say they aren't coming to fix it.
