@NBN_Australia @burgess_ag You guys a flogging a dud product. You are a complete circus and waste of money and how much compo to service providers are you paying out weekly! Obscene

  • rarghdinoshaw Ben Grimshaw (@rarghdinoshaw) reported

    5. The day came, and without any communication, the NBN technician was a no show. We called TPG who started the NBN blame game (but let's not forget TPG disconnected us), and promised each time we called that they'd call us back (of course they never did. Ever).

  • peter_adderton Peter Adderton (@peter_adderton) reported

@Aussie_BB @NBN_Australia You Guys send me Emails to my email account and then when I go to set up App it says it doesn’t recognize the very Email you use to communicate with me that has zero to do with covid and I am not waiting 60 Mins on a phone to sort it out, Sign up was easy, down hill since then.

  • rarghdinoshaw Ben Grimshaw (@rarghdinoshaw) reported

    4. So, now having to run work internet from our phones and costing us a fortune, we thought 'well, at least the NBN will be connected soon. What innocent, bright eyed fools we were. After a NBN cabling problem was sorted out, we waited for our appointment.

  • LukeBaggs Luke Baggs (@LukeBaggs) reported

@Telstra No. Still very slow... unable to stream videos or participate in video meetings. I can't call the faults line ... too busy to dedicate that time waiting on the phone.... but just wanted to make sure techs know that Orana Road Ocean shores NBN is still very slow and unusable

  • seolarjupiter lo ☻︎ oddinary (@seolarjupiter) reported

Why is the 5G network slower than the NBN like is it just me?

  • AzuraRL Azura (@AzuraRL) reported

@Telstra Hey @Telstra just checking how I can see if nbn is down at my house or if it’s my modem by itself thanks

  • halil_mustafa halil mustafa (@halil_mustafa) reported

@Optus cable was a great service...reliable, fast and next to no drop outs unless an actual cable got damaged. Now we're stuck with @NBN_Australia junk fibre that goes to sh!t every time it rains and the archaic pits they repurposed fill with water.

  • KitIsTheAwesome Kristian Peacocke (@KitIsTheAwesome) reported

@NBN_Australia Is that while using ancient technology that mean I get a faster and more reliable connection by pointing at low-orbital satellites? Or is it while quoting $16k to run fibre to my house to fix your infrastructure issue?
