@damana @Telstra If it’s a fibre service. The box would have been installed regardless of whether the previous tenants ordered a nbn service or not.

@everglaves And it doesn't help that the nbn installer/maintainance crew are underpaid. Covid screwed everything up.

Ooh, 46 minute wait time to talk to someone from NBN service. Imagine if I billed @Telstra for my time spent on fixing this.

can I point out another failure of specifically federal government that is ******* up state level Covid response? the NBN. It’s SLOW and glitchy and keeps dropping in and out at the best of times. running a whole household’s virtual meetings simultaneously is a fool’s errand

@VivoClassAU @Telstra @NBN_Australia My daughter was cut off from the great VIVO axing of 2018. She lost $800 worth of VIVO points overnight with no explanation. So poor.

@GDTVhazza So jealous... here in tech-dilapidated Australian our government is doubling down on NBN, a failed tech of yesteryears. Guess we skipping 5G all together and dream of 6G when the time comes.

@NBN_Australia So 2nd appointment to fix service, no show from #nbnco. Nearly month without wifi. @NetflixANZ @StanAustralia, we are cancelling our accounts with your streaming services cos we can't watch without wifi. Recommend anyone else experiencing similar, to do same

Our flaky af FttC NBN has finally convinced me I need a modem and a router. Sick of pos 'soho' garbage that breaks almost as much as our NCD loses sync

Been doing some mobile phone and NBN provider research and made the jump. Sure I may miss 5G. But I’m not going to argue with 15GB, unlimited calls in AU, and unlimited calls to 15 countries all on the Telstra network for $29.90/month.
