  • OROBOSKIDO The Boy Who Lived (@OROBOSKIDO) reported

@_Kas____ @Kingkuti_ @_Olatayo_ Lol. Wrong. It's bad EA severs. I have very high internet NBN connection. It still happens to me.

  • GlennBaker47 Glenno (@GlennBaker47) reported

Contacted the office of @PaulFletcherMP after his photo op in Wangaratta recently to highlight continuing NBN issues. Reckon I got a response? Obviously my vote is not important

  • RichardfromSyd1 Richard from Sydney 💉💉💉 (@RichardfromSyd1) reported

@ZBasyouny @Aussie_BB I have been with them since I got cut over to the NBN (currently on "UltraFast" via HFC - routinely get 600 Mbps throughput with Aussie) Made sure Dad signed up with them when he got cut over. Would be lost without them in his terrible FTTC case.

  • GeorgeousTake George Andrews (@GeorgeousTake) reported

@KelliebTwits @AmyRemeikis Third this. I installed Launtel at my elderly father's property and they have been excellent in every way. The NBN limits the options that are available to you by region, but a retailer that knows their stuff, can cut through the garbage & red tape that the NBN imposes.

  • Ignatius_Tse Ignatius Tse (@Ignatius_Tse) reported

@iiNet nbn hfc is down in Croydon NSW 2132. Both NBN and iiNet websites show status as ok.

  • reparb Red Promos (@reparb) reported

@peter_adderton Agree 100%. Thank you for sharing. Many Telco’s lose the culture by outsourcing to reduce cost as they was too slow to innovate and will die eventually due to lack of customer service and experience. The Tier 1 in AU are struggling as over 600 NBN resellers and MVNO are better.

  • sweetapotheosis Sweet Apotheosis (@sweetapotheosis) reported

@mwyres Yeah. Couldn’t send an email with a word doc attachment last night while I was on my uni zoom. NBN is the worst.

  • fromjimbarnes Jim #CongoRainforest #RealityWinner #Ukraine (@fromjimbarnes) reported

@AmyRemeikis Ms Remeikis if you're on NBN then they should have run an optic fibre down your street. If your ISP offers it get a modem using cellular, without extra charge, as a backup. Thats of course if you have good cell reception. IInet offers this at $89 pm for 50mb speed with voip

  • BewareOz Peasant _Australia (@BewareOz) reported

2/ Due to the high number of faults that FTTN/B tends to have, it was done to reduce the number of faults reported as customers were constantly tripping on the noise caused by copper lines and losing connection. Reducing the reports means the NBN does not actually have to fix it.

@RichardfromSyd1 @NBN_Australia We lost internet in rain and wind. My job was marked as completed when the tech didn't even show up. Apparently they'd just tested the line on a sunny day, saw the problem wasn't occurring, therefore didn't exist. That was the time I went right off at the NBN supervisor.
