Can’t you lot believe I’m still battling @Telstra to get my internet working. A year later. Sent nbn tech last week to fix yet still drops out, home phone doesn’t work & now they want to send him back to do the same thing even though his words were “there’s nothing more I can do”

@Optus I have just sent you a DM as I have been without NBN in 2450 since 20:45 SAT NIGHT! I have bought THREE new routers to try & fix as says no outage at my address. How is this acceptable? Please help me. I NEED to work! Thank you - Rory!

It's like the spammers have all decided to step it up a notch this week. 9 different phonecalls about my "NBN" service so far today and over a dozen emails trying to get me to click to change my email password.

NBN in rural Aust. It goes down and there’s no phones without driving. Sick kids. No ambulances if needed as you can’t contact anyone… NBN 8 days later and still haven’t been contacted. World class @NBN_Australia

@floyds63 @JamieNicolaou @Telstra We had 1 bar to no reception and celfi go gets us 4-5bar and gives us twice the download speed of our nbn satellite. Going to cancel our nbn sat and get broadband. I have a new tower 12km north of us which i can nearly see and still couldnt get reception.
