@superloopnet hey team any issues with NBN around merrylands/greystanes (NSW) had up and down connections. Restarting NBN and modem doesn't resolve it. It just comes back randomly.

@Aussie_BB @NBN_Australia i removed the NTD from my property which I'm renovating, so it didn't get thrown away by the builder. it's a pity you can't let me use it on a temporary basis until the NBN engineer swaps out the broken one in 4 days time.

transmitting data. then eventually a storm rolled in and we had lightning that put the nail in the coffin of my connection and my NBN connection failed. so that is a perfect storm or crap show, label it as you please.

@Telstra Same thing is happening in my area, says there’s no outage on the website but not only does my nbn not work but 4g barely works and dips into 3G.

@DodoAustralia We needed to have the connection down so @NBN_Australia could run some line test to see why the service was failing. However we missed our opportunity and now have to wait for the service to fail again. I have spent hours on the phone to Dodo last night and this morning
