@NBN_Australia Hi Sarah, I've been checking both and neither website is saying the internet is down. However it's the nbn box itself which is showing the error. The power light is on while the downstream, upstream, and online lights are blinking in sequence

How can @NBN_Australia still be so bad at communications? My suburb is on the list for FTTN to FTTP upgrades, but are there any details _at_all_ available about when approximately that will happen? Of course not.

@anarcho_magpie @NBN_Australia Exactly the same thing at our place in Leichhardt @NBN_Australia - but neither your website nor our ISP website say there’s an outage. 🙄
