@NBN_Australia I’ve spoken to NBN on many occasions. There is planned maintenance 27/7 (yay). I have been advised twice that no fix is coming before September. It was broken 19th May, but apparently “within operational limit” now, even though my house is hot-spotting Vodafone. Sick of it.

@Telstra I'm about to lodge multiple days of conversation between myself and Telstra with the Telecommunications Ombudsman around our loss of NBN and your inability to solve the problem despite ongoing issues for over 1.5yr since ADSL. Something's wrong with the fibre in the Rd.

Hey @NBN_Australia - your outages page says no known outages in my area, yet facebook group for locals is full of people complaining for hours now about NBN-based services for multiple RSPs being down. What gives?

@NBN_Australia Nothing reported. Yet amazingly, there's suddenly "planned maintenance" between midnight tonight and 6am tomorrow. There was no such planned maintenance scheduled when I checked this morning. We wouldn't be fudging statistics would we - "planned maintenance" to fix a fault?

@NBN_Australia why is telstra saying you MUST come to my house to enable the connection. I have plugged in the equipment and checked myself that the links all come up. the only piece to do is enable the gateway which is a back end software enablement. We’re in a lock down…

@enveebe We're really sorry for the delay in having your service installed, Nick. Sadly, we have not yet received an update from NBN about the issue. We'll check with your case manager to see if they have received feedback from NBN about the issue. -Mel

@LJPatton @NBN_Australia I've had three examples in the last few months where there's a clear fault with my NBN HFC services. Every time, NBN claims no issues, then suddenly schedules "scheduled maintenance" at short notice, and the problem is fixed afterwards. Gaming the system, clearly.
