@superloopnet contacted your support 3 days ago complaining of poor NBN speeds. You haven't bothered to even acknowledge our ticket... Tonight we're experiencing the worst speeds ever on our 100/40 plan (right near the the node). Can you explain to Australia why we should stay ?

@akshataballal As all appointments are booked and managed by your Service Provider, it is best to seek updates from them directly as they can liaise with their internal nbn support team to find out the reason why the appointment did not go ahead and schedule 2/3

@Telstra Thanks, it isn't just that nbn isn't available but you aren't offering any broadband service in my new home, full stop. So sadly Telstra is leaving me with no choice but to go elsewhere.

What a joke @NBN_Australia and @Telstra. I currently have nbn service but am moving home and I and my spouse both work from home. I am moving from HCF to HCF, but nbn is not taking orders due to "equipment shortages".

@NBN_Australia Thanks Maya Totally aware our ISP will schedule an earlier appt if available. My issue is not enough nbn techs that I have to wait this long. If Perth lockdown is extended I’ll be $$$ out from mobile hotspotting in the interim

@xander85 We do send out outage and maintenance notification to our customer via SMS however, there are times that we fail to do so and we are really sorry about that. In times like this you may check ours and NBN service status page. -Mel
