    @Telstra we pay for premium NBN speed. Our NBN including phone has not worked properly since Saturday and we have spent a ridiculous amount of time getting the run around from your people. We are over it. We want the service we paid for. Please sort it out

    @NBN_Australia it’s now been over 5 weeks since the hardware has been installed for my TCP application, and i still can’t order a service. This is longer than the 2-4 weeks quoted, can I please get an update for when it will be turned on?

    @AlboMP #Scottyfromannouncements is only able to talk the talk never walk the walk, where's the banking reforms, bushfire assistance, aged care reform, NDIS and home care support, the fit for purpose NBN, emissions reduction plan, energy plan, one could go on.

    And the Telstra NBN saga continues. Day 7 new modem same problem. No proper phone service and download speed less than 1mbps. Run around continues. No care no responsibility . Same response every day It's like groundhog day. That's what you get when you pay a premium for service.

    So finally got an update about the whole internet situation. Turns out the house is completely ready and it's a 5 minute job to connect the house to NBN. Unfortunately the ISP we're with is useless and won't send someone out to fix it.

    i was watching Americans on Australia on you tube and theres a girl saying wtf have you done to your broadband, Im used to much faster speeds, I just cannot handle this #NBN, its awful, why did they use it? Id like an answer to that too

    @jypersian @Telstra **** - I just don't know why people use Telstra any more - all the horror stories! I refused to have the NBN and survive with an Optus internet connection and mobile - couldn't be happier.
