  @stansfie1 Hi Scott , apologies for the inconvenience caused. I've just checked and can see there is a service fault in 3149. At this stage we have no ETR, however NBN techs are working hard to get this fixed as soon as possible and get the services back up and online. Aman

  @Optus getting unclear messages. My internet(NBN) is down, I called Optus support and there is a recorded msg saying ‘there are currently issues in Victoria’ but the online outage map shows no issues. Yr msg app is not connecting either altho 4G is working. Any clarity??

  @kayosports you can shove my subscription up your arse. I’m currently measuring 58mb per sec on my nbn and your **** house coverage is buffering every 5mins. WTF. Hey all this piece of **** service is not worth it.

  @Optus NBN down at my place in glen waverley. 4g backup failed to work as a backup in time of need. Without internet for almost 5 hours. Smarthome became dumb home. We got 4g back up at extra cost to serve only in situations like this. But a disaster failure!

  Not good enough Optus . NBN out since 1pm, 4G backup not working (keeps disconnecting and max 1mbps!). Tech support clueless about issue or any outages. Had to top-up my phone data as multiple adults WFH and have meetings! are you gonna compensate us @Optus !?

  @cat240359 @Telstra In this case they phsically misappropriated the line and the NBN connection and sold it to another customer.. The number goes nowhere...
