    @Optus @NBN_Australia broadband is down again in Bonnet bay 2226. Looks like they only provide a service 3 days / week. It's a great job of you can get it. Muppets

    @Telstra Trying to transfer phone and broadband. Front end of your automated call center tells me everything ok. I don’t have nbn at new address and need someone to help preferably human to help. 16252053 is case number

    I'ma use my phone's 4G to upload 6GB of data, which is 1/10th of my data allowance because unlimited NBN is too slow and time is money...

    NBN News talking about making vaccine 'as easy as possible' finally they mention HotDoc. This was the ONLY way I could organise a vaccine (AstraZeneca/ budgeted by Morrison) and this I ONLY learned about by chance!!!! I now anxiously await my second AstraZeneca. Morrison fail!

    @Telstra It is constantly described as "network update" on your website. But it is happening EVERY DAY. Was advised it would happen overnight... but now in the middle of the work day without notice. Not much of an update if it means nobody can use the net reliably for 2wks. @NBN_Australia

    @NBN_Australia Thanks #nbnsupport I have spoken to @iiNet numerous times with no outcome. My @Telstra 4G service is quicker than the service I receive from them

    @setoide @TPG_Telecom Same experience different provider if that makes you feel any better. We are on our 3rd Modem now after both provider and NBN visited, and BTW NBN only consider min 30 mins outage an outage. It's an outrage!
