I know Australia’s nbn issues are legendary, but shouldn’t that mean that there are extra failsafes for access?

@Telstra I got an SMS saying there is a plannec outage due to NBN on the 11th of December 12 a.m. to 6 p.m. but when I go to the Telstra website and it says outages is on the 10th of December so which one is correct?

@Telstra @UbisoftANZ Someone better god damn talk to me! You use the pandemic to give crap service and never answer calls! Talk or I will go outside, lift the NBN cap and start cutting random cables!! I suggest ALL Telstra customers finding Telstra is not delivering service to go and do the same! 🤬

Have just been sitting alone in my house for weeks reading books and making baked goods while slowly becoming more isolated and depressed. Unable to go to telehealth apts until the NBN tech comes. This service is important for people in rural areas. @NBN_Australia

I would however @Telstra appreciate if you would fix our cable connection which seems to be constantly dropping out ever since nbn network was ready. Funny coincidence...... Next you will probably tell me I need to upgrade to nbn on a more expensive plan

@NBN_Australia Thanks Darren. That page is helpful for some I’m sure, however they don’t change the maximum speed of the line. I have no issue with my wifi (or wired connection for that matter), my question relates to finding out why my FTTC connection can only hit those max speeds.

@RichardTuffin @iiNet On the eastern rim of the valley I use Signal Co Wireless on their 50MBPS plan. ADSL peak was 1.5MBPS download. Estimated NBN top speed around 30MBPS

Internet has been down due to storm-based nbn issue. Can’t log into my @creativecloud Adobe subscription or substance 3D to work offline. I understand trying to prevent piracy, but... if you’ve paid? You should be able to log in and work offline? Is there a way? Help?
