I use 4G when NBN is too slow then revert back to NBN when NBN is OK again

As if your service isn't crap enough @NBN_Australia - now there's complete loss of service. All while people will need to work from home. Brilliant.

@ACurrentAffair9 Absolute disgrace. Where's the internet coverage @NBN_Australia ? These people are not far from populated areas. If it's a government problem come out and publicly state it. Otherwise do your job.

The internet here is so slow it is infuriating @Telstra Ditto my Telstra mobile service even tho paid $1000 for an aerial on roof. And have booster etc for WiFi. No NBN in this street cos of TREES. Feel like selling up some days.

@profsarahj They are unaccountable and the work is incompetent. I lodged a complaint through the telco and got a NBN reference number. I hassled the Telco until I got a response. Be aware though - the Telco weren't being honest either. The only word either understood was Ombudsman.

Without Rudd's policies, there'd be no modern primary school catering for the disadvantaged migrant kids of the neighbourhood. And, far more transformative, without him, there'd be no ******* NBN. I'd still be on a **** WiFi connection with a 10GB data cap.

@Telstra @andy_penn Just got a bill for BOTH ADSL2 (disconnected service) and NBN for the same period of time. 2 bundles…really? We get disconnected without notice, now we are charged twice. How can we get charged for something that not longer exists???????

@AnthonyJohnMas2 In Lennox Head the internet shuts down when it rains or is overcast. NBN says that cannot happen, but the reality is different.
