@MicrosoftHelps I do have a 3rd party software"everything"Do "searches"get turned off installing it?The NBN box went down earlier too I rang my InterProv they fixed on their end,but my resolution was taken away& the settings had disappeared&as mentioned b4 system restore had 50 saves in 24hrs!!

Had to phone Telstra after Internet got too slow at home, seems an issue with the NBN box, they are sending technician out tomorrow morning, very quick service, person I spoke to today on the phone was very helpful, phone call took one hour not as long as some calls in the past

@Telstra Latest attempt NBNCo disconnected one of my tenants unbeknownst to me & connected my business to that port. Lasted about an hour before my tenant raised hell. Now I’m back to zero NBN with added reputational damage. This is only the most recent debacle, I should post all of them!

@NellyJa73255653 @NMaconachie Their NBN is run through their own network and the mobile plans are through an Optus resell agreement. Generally, the Optus mobile network can be crap outside of the big cities.

It is abundantly clear to me (from the diagnostic actions I have taken and the mountains of hard evidence I have gathered) that there is a hardware or cabling problem with our #NBN connection. However, I cannot call an NBN technician out and all #iiNet has seemingly been able 1/5
