Not good enough @Optus . NBN out since 1pm, 4G backup not working (keeps disconnecting and max 1mbps!). Tech support clueless about issue or any outages. Had to top-up my phone data as multiple adults WFH and have meetings! are you gonna compensate us!?

@stansfie1 Hi Scott , apologies for the inconvenience caused. I've just checked and can see there is a service fault in 3149. At this stage we have no ETR, however NBN techs are working hard to get this fixed as soon as possible and get the services back up and online. Aman

@AllanSpence20 We acknowledge that there are delays in connecting some premises to the NBN network particular those who are using the HFC technology due to global equipment shortage impacting the supply of NBN connection boxes. -Charm

@iiNet any update on this issues around Gwandalan NSW? NBN 100 only getting 20mps and dropping out constantly in the past 24 hours. Router rebooted many times.
