@Optus Hey, what’s going on? It’s been 24 hours of incredibly slow and intermittent service on my Optus NBN connection. Still no news of when normal service will return. And zero support or customer service in the meantime!

@gedkearney The first thing you need to do is have NBN recognise that households are their customers not ISPs. When you have an NBN problem at your point of service you are left frustrated at not being able to deal with the accountable source of a cure the NBN. Its just nonsense

@bittenbydesign @lenoretaylor 100%... same here.. and the #NBN have altered their tools and line monitoring so that any instability is not registered if the carrier is renegotiated (retrained) without actually dropping the connection completely, thereby hiding the actual problems.
