Still no internet connection almost 24 hours later @NBN_Australia @iPrimusAU 🤯😵🥱😴 can you at least fix your process and let people know when there will be outages?

  • matty_k Matt Kelly (@matty_k) reported

Needed an @NBN_Australia technician to fix a fault somewhere between home and the node. @Aussie_BB says it was somewhere between 150 to 300m from home. Guy who came out was great. Fixed it & parted with the words "If it goes down again it's not our fault." He was that confident.

Seriously this is ******. 30 minutes into my planned 12 hour stream and my internet dies. Apparently equipment fault with NBN. Nevermind that my plans today are ruined, but I swear if this is still down for tomorrow, heads will roll.

ffs my @NBN_Australia is DOWN again. They only just came out and fixed it and by the evening its GONE

  • JKarmouche John Karmouche (@JKarmouche) reported

@abcnews Optus increased my #NBN speed to regular 100 Mbits recently from previously very slow speeds by simply replacing the original wifi modem they supplied in 2014 (or thereabouts). I'm not sure that Albo's expensive plan will make much difference.

  • Filthy41443535 Filthy (@Filthy41443535) reported

@abcnews I read that they agreed with Albos ranking of 59th globally for our sub par NBN network, and saw the giant green tick on his photo and new the play, wasn't trying to troll, sorry must have clicked it the right time.
