@ABCByulStar I can assure you that NBN are already aware of this and their technicians are working to fix it as soon as possible. There is no time frame for resolution at the moment. Apologies for the inconvenience. Kartik

  • silver_cappgun Liquid Metal (@silver_cappgun) reported

@abcnews The incompetence of government is incredible. Spent billions on a NBN that was obsolete and slow before it was completed and now they stop natural gas supply so morons in Canberra have to rely on unreliable solar and wind energy that is expensive. 🙄

  • Optus Optus (@Optus) reported

@ABCByulStar Hi Jenny, sorry about your NBN internet connection issue. Yes, there is a fault reported in your area DEER PARK, VIC, 3023 at the moment. Kartik

WTF @NBN_Australia White text on lime green buttons on your website? 100% not readable....

  • DeanMilner Dean Milner 🏳️‍🌈 (@DeanMilner) reported

Thanks for making life harder than it had to be today @NBN_Australia and @Optus . Constant NBN upgrades and yet it’s never working and you have to switch it off. When you didn’t touch it during COVID there was never a problem. Go figure.

With NBN rollout nearly done, can they go back and fix it up like @AustralianLabor planned to in the first place? Like, maybe in the next budget or so? Let's future proof Australia

  • ABCByulStar Jenny (@ABCByulStar) reported

@Optus is their an ETA of when the NBN outage for Deer Park 3023 will likely be resolved? It's been nearly a whole day and you site still says under investigation nothing else. I work from home so have had to top up on my phone to use phone data as the programs drain my ph data

  • rowey_au Rowey (@rowey_au) reported

@_FredMackay @NBN_Australia Actually disgusting how they treat people. Saying "Oh you can just check in with your ISP" To which I reply with "Yes, but you see, I paid YOU the $3.8k to install the line, and that's what the ISP is waiting on." They didn't assign my port in the pit... I'm the only one here...

@Telstra nbn keeps connecting and then 20 minutes later disconnecting, has been happening for over an hour now. @Foxtel has now gone down too, what is going on

  • galzig121 Tony Willson (@galzig121) reported

@TurnbullMalcolm & @HonTonyAbbott are responsible for perhaps the worst infrastructure disaster in our history. They should be limited to dial up speed net access for eternity. #nbn
