@WayneMansfield The apocalypse has already started. @telstra internet @NBN_Australia down, backup 4G SIM not doing its job. The good news? Router says it’s Jan 1 2018. So - this may sound weird - STOCK UP ON FACE MASKS and TOILET PAPER!! 😜😜😜

@SilkCharm @Telstra @NBN_Australia It took me 24 hours via messaging to get a simple response about changes to my plan. During one handover the guy asked me for all my deets again and seemed to want to start again after me spending 6 hours to that point. Told him to read the history, he never replied - 15hrs.

@pauldarcey We've noticed a number of dropouts with your service, Paul. We've detected a possible fault within the NBN network, however, it is not an outage. We've escalated the case with our Engineering team for further investigation and updates will be given within 24 to 48 hours. -Basil

@Telstra Are the NBN and Mobile Broadband speed issues in Portarlington, Vic? I can't get over 3mbps and our NBN modem is on mobile broadband instead of on the NBN

Anyone else having issues with their @Foxtel NBN dropping out all the 🤬 time like I can’t even stream one episode without multiple dropouts yesterday and today? 5 mins between the most recent dropouts but it’s says there are no outages in our area! WTF.

@belindasmilne @pauldutton1968 @iiNet We had a young man out to fix the landline this week and he admitted Telstra will not ever fix it properly because they are waiting for Broadband. They've been out at least 6 times this year. I do not believe NBN will ever get here.

@belindasmilne @pauldutton1968 @iiNet In our case, with the power out, the dish doesn't work and we have no mobile cover, but our old phone still does work. We don't have NBN in our area. We're on the road to nowhere.

Hey @TPG_Telecom @NBN_Australia , how come your status pages say there’s no outage in Erina NSW when clearly there is, and it started when the storm hit here?

@MMareeslatter @pauldutton1968 @iiNet If the power goes out and NBN router goes down, your old phone won’t work either unless you have a battery back up. Best to have a mobile phone on standby for emergencies
