@Optus seriously 2 of NBN outage in Mt Gravatt and nothing - just that there's a fault and your investigating it which we've had to find that information! Definitely not loving Optus right now, let alone in 2022! This is utter horses&$t!!

@TPG_Telecom service in kedron 4031 has been dropping out continuously since we set it up a week ago. Paying for an unusable service - not happy being given the nbn runaround by support either

@jasonandrade Not really, they have access to auth-logs.. they knew she was logged in on the SIM, so I’m guessing the auth-logs gave the time of login and device ID... don’t forget the idea was “transparent backup if the NBN goes down” so the IP address is likely to be switched to the SIM.

@NBN_Australia Appreciate your response! Strange the actual service provider passes the buck. Currently forced to mobile with better speeds! If you have a direct portal to Telstra so I don’t have to go through the long wait process that would be helpful!

@NBN_Australia & curb stomped the existing fragile copper network into oblivion. you've used orcs from middle earth & in some cases just put more spaghetti in the CAN.. you think just because it's in a pit somewhere within 500m of the end user it's now "accessible"

@vernievalentos So you have an NBN box connected to an Optus modem? It's ethernet so I'd absolutely get a better quality modem instead of the Optus junk more than likely it's causing you the problems. Better equipment provides better connection and stability

@maz_net_au @NBN_Australia till bascially telstra said that they cant submit a report cause nbn will turn it down and i could demand nbn to upgrade the connection but i would have to pay for the **** they could be bothered doing in the first place.
