@RobMax4 Fortunately our connection to NBN was early 2013 and we got FTTP - we get what we pay for (50mbs) 24 x 7 (always 51.2), hasn't ever dropped out or suffered issues. Do it once, do it right, do it fibre.

@NBN_Australia Upgrade is not available in my area. That is beyond me, I live in a suburban area that has been established for 25+ years. Looks like **** internet forever

  • tonytau101 Tony Ilian (@tonytau101) reported from Westfield, State of Western Australia

@MSMWatchdog2013 Only in Australia do we announce we’re rolling out a national network, then we **** if up with fibre to the node, HFC & the bollocks of fixed wireless and satellite - to now find out that the Aust taxpayer is on hook for $40b. Plus we’re now rebuilding it with FTTP. TI #NBN

No wonder @Optus had a data breach. Same company cannot supply full strength internet or phone line for over a week. So called help line incompetent. Technician baffled. Blame game has started with @NBN_Australia. @Telstra here I come.

@velcrochicken12 @NBN_Australia @michaelplis I've had 5 years of them not fixing my issue and all they do is say "contact your ISP" when even their own engineers admit it's their fault.

  • BrowntownBrew Cdbrown (@BrowntownBrew) reported

@Tayzlor @NBN_Australia Consumers decided they wanted better speeds and were happy to pay, but LNP's crippled network prevented the consumer getting what they paid so the RSPs were forced refund the users

  • velcrochicken12 Chickenoodle (@velcrochicken12) reported

@NBN_Australia @michaelplis 3 months and waiting for you to sort out my speed issue due to line damage. Yeah good job.

  • Chileno02Hugo Hugo (@Chileno02Hugo) reported

@PhilipOLeary11 this was Turnbull's fiasco...Abbott palmed it all over to Malcolm to take care of. Two subjects Malcolm Turnbull dodges are the Panama papers (his name was all over them) and wtf happened to the NBN.
