@JSNoble @NBN_Australia Hi James, Good catch, A number of people certainly caught this error and I believe the customer comm's team should already be ontop of sending a correct. While both can technically be used for speed it is uncommon and our plan would be out by a x8 if that was correct! - Adam

@RaptortillaW @hexsteph @NBN_Australia if this is what it's like why get it at all? they obviously aren't providing the service people need regardless of what they claim.

@bilalakbar78 Thanks for raising this with us, Bilal. We've tested the line and was able to detect a possible fault within the NBN network. We've raised this with our Engineers for further investigation and updates will be given via SMS or phone call within 24 to 48 hours. Stay safe. -Basil

@hexsteph @NBN_Australia Option 2: I presume you've complained about the delay but make sure it's official (complaints people also can work magic). Record interaction number. Then complain your complaint wasn't met to the standards you expect. With THAT # contact ombudsmen who will help.

  • tallenfnq Terry Allen (@tallenfnq) reported

@Telstra six (6) days until one of your #failure @NBN_Australia tech can fix my internet fault ? Not acceptable

  • TheLaughingBurg Just an internet burger (@TheLaughingBurg) reported

@hexsteph @NBN_Australia The NBN is absolute dog **** imo, it's a good idea but excited so poorly 3rd party companies do better. Not to mention that the rates they stated, I rarely even get. They should do more work behind the scenes so that Australia can have some compareable internet to other places

  • RaptortillaW wRaptortilla (@RaptortillaW) reported

@LeonRyan @hexsteph @NBN_Australia They’ll deliver eventually. It sucks but they know they have no competition. If you need the service you will pay and wait, they have the power in this situation. ACCC would be your best bet but that’ll take longer than 6 weeks

  • MertErkul17 Mert Erkul (@MertErkul17) reported

Where I’ve been living in Australia, the NBN network is bloated and poorly run, big telecom will scramble to save their customer base when cheap and reliable access is available via satellites.
