@NBN_Australia Hi there. Currently experiencing a 7+ hour outage with no ETA provided. Your website refers me to my RSP, RSP advises NBN has provided no further information and, if service isn't restored over the weekend, call back on Mon! Is there an SLA of sorts I can refer to?

@Telstra I've tried Telstra support. Having spent about 4 hours on phone to them just to get connected... then gave up after another hour trying to explain that NBN was working but the modem resets itself every few hours. Hoping it's just software updates and will wait a week or so...

@AvidCommentator @NBN_Australia What type of NBN connection do you have: * Fibre To The Node (FTTN) - worst * Fibre To The Curb (FTTC) - medium * Fibre To The Premises (FTTP) - best Have you spoken to your neighbours to see if they have drop-outs also - if others are, team-up and complain to NBN.

@nobby15 @SDHamiltonVIC How the vaccine went terribly so wrong because Morrison and the LNP took control of it that's why It went so wrong everything they do they fail at for crying out loud they took over the NBN in 2013 they still can't get that right LNP don't produce leaders

@propinqua Oh no mine was out a couple of weeks ago.... for 10 days! I’m with Optus but it was an NBN issue and most of my Street was put! Hope you are back online soon. 🤞🤞🤞🤞

@38c014417ffc48a @NBN_Australia I've got a 4G backup that I use, so I'm not without alternatives. But its none the less frustrating to have a service that drops out regularly, particularly when I'm in the middle of something.

@Telstra Tried getting through to testra last night - said difficulties, call later. No outages showing, no nbn outage showing.
