JD1337 (@JD1337) reported3) this just shows absolute continued poor direction at @NBN_Australia . Money focussed rather than actually building infrastructre for Australia. Cost cutting, and nickel and diming is going to continue to hurt our economy AND our international competitiveness. Invest!

I could go a beer actually (@iajanus) reported@james00000001 So it's exactly like the NBN where literally everyone in the IT industry knew how much of a garbage fire changing to FTTN would be?
-
KatherineLyallWatson (@arts_tart) reported@Telstra fail. Switched to Telstra cable in Sept 2019 - written confirmation there was no contract & could leave anytime. Now moving to NBN and I have to pay for broken contract. WTF? 9 hours trying to resolve in My Telstra app & got nowhere. @andy_penn

Benny Mitchell (@Benny_Mitch) reported@NBN_Australia I got a Quote to Upgrade my Premises to FTTP and was wondering how i would go about bringing the cost down if i was able to get some Neighbours to agree to an upgrade as well? Thanks.

Bitten By Design (@bittenbydesign) reported@JeffC42 @BethanyinCBR Yes, but now Scotty has announced they will ‘fix’ the NBN (by using the original plan. The announcement came strangely just a fortnight before Murdoch launched his online streaming service called Binge. Libs pandering to Murdoch again? No of course not, totally coincidental!

Nigel Purchase (@Nigel_Purchase) reportedSo our NBN connection is down, and has been for 2 days. Before that it was 1/10th the speed our plan is for. Useless government! Well, as soon as Starlink is available, we'll be getting it. Having to use my phone as data hotspot to type this.
-
matthopkinson (@matthopkinson) reportedHow about you don't disconnect workplace phones in NBN screw ups and if it occurs, fix it in days not months.
-
Fred Mackay (@_FredMackay) reported@NBN_Australia I would LOVE to, if it weren't an intermittent fault. I'd hazard a guess and say it's a problem at the exchange level, not my freshly installed and tested line.

Dr Ann Jardine (@aj_aspire) reported@Telstra @NBN_Australia we are now on day I can't remember of the runaround over our NBN issue. It is groundhog day again and we are over it BIG TIME. If one of you doesn't get this sorted quickly it will end at the ombudsman. Sort it please.
