  @Telstra my elderly parents in Geelong metro are frustrated by your service. NBN is being rolled out in their area and twice now Telstra have made appointments to attend, with a 4 hour window. On both occasions no one turned up. No phone call, no apology.

  uploading video and being careful to not do anything else that might interrupt the upload certainly bites into a day - wouldn't be as much of an issue if I got the other 10Mbps of upload speed I pay for yet don't get because of copper. Thanks Malcolm. #nbn

  then @NBN_Australia went down for 30 mins right when I was trying to extend volume size of my server so server could run again after having full disk so used 4G Huawei wifi hotspot for accessing internet while NBN was coming back up again - everything happened at once!

  @NBN_Australia hey so if you guys are gonna shut down my internet for scheduled maintenance for hours on end while tonnes of people are working from home due to the sydney outbreak you reckon you could like….tell us first?

  @GumLeafWhistler There's definitely a fault in the line. Getting it escalated within NBN to investigate is like pulling teeth however, even with insider help.

  @Telstra I really need some help. I have Telstra velocity where I am and have complained multiple times asking for nbn to be put in my area and they said 12 months but it’s been 21 months since they said 12 and still nothing. Please send help

  @Charalanahzard Surely it’s not THAT bad where you are? NBN is bad, but it isn’t horrible anymore? Optus and their 100mbps plan is actually decent and I’m half way between Brissie and Goldie
