@VodafoneAU I just wanted to cancel my Vodafone NBN service 😰😰. So far I’ve spent 1 hour 40 mins chatting to Vodafone staff (it’s impossible to call them during the pandemic). It was all agreed today. Tonight I get a bill indicating the service is not cancelled. WTF!!

A friend of mine who teaches at Griffith has been told her NBN is down for 2 days. Teaching and research up the spout. Of all the idiotic decisions @TurnbullMalcom took, screwing up the deployment of Australia’s internet was one of the biggest. Truly awful

@JimRHoughton *******. It’s like the 70’s all over again. The only reason they’re putting nuclear forward as an option is because it will buy the coal industry another 10-15 years while they build a reactor. Then they’ll have to go renewables anyway. It’s the friggin NBN redux

@jdaalder I’ve been seeing this weirdness too. Slow or no loading on wifi - so Telstra over NBN HFC. Turn off wifi - kick to Telstra 4G, all good…

@optus_help I live on Glen Valley Road forest hill vic. The nbn has gone down nearly one day a week in the last 3 weeks. Why? If it's so unreliable, why aren't you providing sim backup modems? I have to use my mobile data for 4-6 hrs. Obviously it always happens daytime weekdays

@NBN_Australia there is another unplanned outage in the area of 3131. It is the sixth time within a month. Can you please explain what’s happening? If the management team doesn’t have the capacity to run the company, should they quit to avoid wasting our money?

@Optus The moment I hang up, ur staff disconnect my nbn! Now, after another 30 mins on the phone to get it reconnected I’m told it’ll take another hour! If ur going to outsource your call centre for cheap labour, at least spend some of the extra money on training competent staff!

@Damo__73_ @BenFordhamLive NBN is a gov owned corporation, they are obligated to recoup the costs of the NBN's creation. The gov paid for the NBN, but you can be damn sure they will claw that money back.
