    @TweetrHatesMe I haven't, because I am poor and housebound in rural West Wales. When I made it clear in my email exchange to the JA pre-pandemic that I can't pay for myself, they literally stopped replying to me. Also in 2012 I'd received an email from NBN saying that 1/2

    @BelongAU hey guys. I don’t have nbn from midday. Sent message to your support guys , After trouble shooting asked me to buy new cable. I did and it’s not working.I wfh full time and you don’t even have a phone support. Should I change to another provider?

    WTF… Somehow my neighbours know more about my #NBN upgrade process than I do? They know where its going, when it should be installed etc… How the heck did they even find out?

    @Telstra my elderly parents in Geelong metro are frustrated by your service. NBN is being rolled out in their area and twice now Telstra have made appointments to attend, with a 4 hour window. On both occasions no one turned up. No phone call, no apology.

    @Optus @NBN_Australia this is out tenth outage this year. honestly, considering you are selling a service you clearly cannot provide, there may be a case for the telecommunications ombudsman

    @NBN_Australia Hey Amy, we found out why the service is so bad, part of the copper network further up the road is running along the ground under a twisted mess of branches.

    @BSFootball @DimitriPeppas_ @lionsman33 I’d appreciate any sort of help! I thought it was bad NBN but apparently we just have the basic package of internet with iiNet! And it SUCKS
