@ShaunRatcliff they can log a fault with our nbn support team. Once they've raised the fault, your provider will be given an INC reference number. We'd recommend that you please stay in touch with your provider for as soon as any updates are available, 2/3

Hey @NBN_Australia who do I have to bug to get a locid moved from service class 20 to service class 21. In the same building, the shop next door is service class 24... LOC000157996902 service class 20 LOC000157996941 service class 24

Me: Why are there no outages listed in either the optus or nbn status pages? Optus rep: As mentioned, that's not an outage. That's a Network issue with the NBN FTTC connection Me: 😠

@TrishCharter It's basically a choice between which level of **** you're prepared to pay for, unfortunately. I've heard very good things about Superloop. Also check what NBN you're getting: FTTC FTTN HFC (can't remember if there's others). Ring a few ISPs, get quotes, ask Twitter!

@NakamichiRs I moved outta home few months back into a brand new place, never had internet there. TLDR been messed around by both ISP & NBN; NBN no-showed an appointment on 1st Feb.
