I mean it's ridiculous. Currently on hybrid fibre coaxial (HFC) with 110mbps download which is going to be unplugged in 7 months and I'll drop down to 85mbps on the NBN.

The priority policies should be to overturn laws that take away our civic freedoms, fixing and improving the NBN, and working to ensure everyone can access the internet. And to claw back power of big tech, I support more common ownership and making companies pay their fair share.

@NBN_Australia Hey NBN - thanks again for reaching out. @telstra have not been able to help. Sadly, they haven't given me a ticket - they did though put a stabilisation on the line, slowing us to 6mb! Lack of comms from the teams in the tech dept is non-existent. The social team do try try but

So, currently on the phone with the Telecommunications Industry Ombudsman who said that there is no action they can take against @NBN_Australia for cutting my service off and replacing it with something inferior! Is this correct @PaulFletcherMP? #NaffBroadbandNotworking

Can anyone give me a sensible explanation why Australia has persisted with the #nbn - a substandard #nbn ? I mean, we dont get a better internet service, no faster service, no cheaper service - what is the benefit? I am still waiting to get connected to the #nbn after 4 weeks.

@hpstorian Our nbn in suburban Sydney broke due to NBN modem fault, took them 7 working days ( 9-10 days) from date of reporting to come out and replace the NBN item. All this while two people were working from home and had to use mobile internet to do work. NBN service is slow #nbn
