    @Aussie_BB It annoys the **** out of me that I have to be that Ken and resort to social media to get eyes on a genuine issue. The *initial reason* I need to see the service? So I can run a NBN test because my internet connectivity has been flaky; I suspect nearby construction caused issues

    @ryan_racz @SpaceX Yes. Not all internet issues are the NBN*. A lot of issues are ISP’s not buying enough bandwidth from the NBN for their subscribed users, so at peak periods it slows down. Had this issue with Optus. I’m with Aussie BB on a 50/20 plan and they deliver this. ..1/2

    @marydever8 @WendyNorthey Are you telling me remote medicine doesn't work? But, but... thst was why the NBN was built!... wait no, it was all but killed by a certain lawyer who went on to be PM. explains it really. Please don't get another headache trying to figure out the logic of my posts

    @Stephen___Burns @SpaceX Oh your saying that Starlink (SpaceX) uses the NBN as its internet provider. Didn't realise that. But I personally get a much better service/speed using my Starlink than the NBN connection I have available to me

    @NBN_Australia Yes it is listed, has been listed since 12:00 AM. It shows unplanned outage however zero transparency. No ETA on fix. No details on why it was planned outage from 12:00 am to 6:00 am and why it converted to unplanned. I work from home and facing loss of wages

    @Telstra Really pathetic service from Telstra. I enrolled for NBN during peomotional period where i was promised 50000 points which were never credited and upon raising a complaint , customer Rep talked rudely and said we can not honour the points.
