@Telstra The latest is that they want me to upgrade my plan. I went through hell dealing with Telstra in April, then in May when the error was identified by NBN Co. To have it happen again, 3 months later and be treated like I'm a cash cow is unacceptable. I just want the issue fixed.

Our @DodoAustralia NBN has been down all weekend and we work from home. They don't have a torch support number or any means of talking to someone. The advice is to go to the website which is pretty counter intuitive.

@AlBendall 2/3 unplanned outages like your case must be checked first in NBN outage status page specially that it happened outside our operating hours. Moreover, the traffic management and civil crews are on-site. -Geli

@NBN_Australia My ISP advises me there's a 1000/50Mbps plan now. I'm currently on 100/40Mbps. Why does download increase 10x but upload only 10Mbps? Why is 50Mbps the best Residential upload you can offer when the network supports much faster rates?

@jaklina51 Telstra don't give a **** about customers I gave them the chance to install my NBN on 18 March and they ignored me for two months I signed with skymesh and it was installed 8 days later at $20 a month less and it's 70 mbits for fixed wireless rather than $100
