    Hi @NBN_Australia! Are you having a second outage in Dee Why area in NSW? First one lasted almost entire day. Seems the connection died again.

    @NBN_Australia Thanks for your response Sherief. Thankfully this outage was only 30 mins. After the last one (48 hrs) I feared the worst! Unfortunately reaching out to my provider @Optus is a waste of time - their service is non-existent. I need a provider that actually has service.

    @Telstra need 2 call me 2 update stalled NBN connection. Always asked for my DOB. I say no. That's info that can be hacked. Then they ask for a Billing ID, who knows theirs? They close out the call because I can't be ID'd. How about my Customer Number? Pls change this routine.

    @TPG_Telecom my nbn connection became jumpy since an nbn technician tried to fix a problem on our street a week ago. Could you please raise a ticket.

    @NBN_Australia do you have an ETA for return of service to our corner of Syd 2050? My provider can’t help as it’s an NBN unscheduled outage. Hours so far.

    @Optus bloody again the nbn is out in Earlwood area, went out about 11pm on Saturday, woke.up from odd dream (nothing to do with optus) & still off having no home tome is quite dangerous for some.people, please fix you piece of crap system, no way im recommending optus.

    @NBN_Australia please help! Your service in my street is a disaster. Constant call outs. Your technicians fix 1 house and knock out another 3. We are down for the 2nd time in a month. Terrible mobile coverage here too. We are in iso for Covid. No internet or phone.
