Our signal is fine but the connection dies and restarts every 5 minutes. Its unusable and a waste of money. We waited as we were told between 8am and 12pm. We called them after 1 and was told we'd hear back by the end of the day if nbn don't show up with a new timeslot.

15 days and still waiting for @NBN_Australia internet to be restored. @Optus offering phone data but that doesn't fix the problem. How much longer Optus?

@NBN_Australia and Aussie Broadband have not yet fixed our internet like they were booked in to do last Friday. The out door unit is ******. Aussie Broadband have told us they are looking into it but we have not heard back and we have called them 3 times now. Fix it! Ffs.

@__negg it sounds like i'm joking, but i'm with dodo and it hasn't really given me trouble since they upgraded the landline for NBN otherwise i can derecommend telstra and iinet lmaoo one charges a lot and the other has too many outages/slower than promised speeds

@AaronDodd @PhilCygnus @Telstra Horrible 3 months with Telstra who do not appear to have a CRM - every interaction is like Groundhog Day. Wasted hours waiting on overseas call centres. Finally have NBN installed so can move to Aussie Broadband

Optus customers: an outage is currently experienced. Mainly mobile telephony is impacted but there were reports of NBN outages: so safe to assume Optus network will be unstable till resolved.

...and in a similar vein i'd like to say a big thank you to @NBN_Australia for a recent upgrade that cost me $250 for a new modem which has only served to make a terrible service even worse. You useless bastards.
