@moonyeyed I had iinet for a while and ******* hated their customer service. Currently with Mate NBN bundled with my SIM (they run on Telstra infrastructure) and they’ve been good as and relatively affordable in the grand scheme of telcos

Hi @Optus , are there any outages in Gordon, NSW? For 24 hrs our NBN wifi has been down. Have restarted modem numrous times, but no luck. I have registered an outage and received 343103 as our issue number. Pls advise ASAP

so i'm having to use my mobile phone as a hotspot because the cable is out due to the goddamn fortnightly maintenance they need to do on the piece of **** @NBN_Australia call a network and i'm losing connection there as the mobile signal keeps dropping out 21st century country!
