    @FeathersMcGee @Telstra Nope. This is @Telstra chat. I have an issue with the data they say I'm using and have tried to follow up to see if they've discussed it with NBN Co, which was the issue last time this happened. The help is woeful - you talk to multiple people without realising it.

    @iiNet Your guy left a message saying "it was online and now it is offline", which at least shows you understand the problem I guess. What he didn't say was, "NBN say it's miraculously fixed itself and they're not coming", which is what I'm now being told. Spoiler: it's not fixed.

    @Telstra please fix your NBN and Wifi routers. We are locked at home. Your 100 year adverts are very telling. We need new providers. Not old dinosaurs.
