@ItsBouquet Plus his screw-up sale of Telstra cost us even more down the track when LNP botched the NBN. Even at time of the sale it was obvious that at the very least, the retail & infrastructure sides should have been split. This guy is barely better than Josh, possibly worse for the waste

@mavrickau @superloopnet Not many people are talking about it, which made me think it’s an isolated incident. My NBN box clicking, flashing red and no connection with the ISP. Can’t get a technician out till Monday. Might have to go read a book or something.

@RolandGM4 @NBN_Australia So in other words, we rolled out a substandard solution using existing copper and we now want to apply a band aid solution in selected areas. Which may or may not include your premises. Nice.

All this by the way through your ISP. NBN don't deign to speak with those commoners who actually use their service. If you contact them through their website they reply through "our preferred method" which is email. no sign of the customer there

@narelleford I’m the son of a nurse. I’m eminently qualified to create public health policy. I’m also the son of an IT worker. Give me responsibility of the NBN and I’ll fix it!
