@craigreucassel @sacarlin48 @NBN_Australia My Internet has been down for days. It just always goes off which makes everything so hard. I have stopped complaining about it now and was going to try another company when my contract is up, but it is so bad.

@DCAU7 Our sincerest apologies for recent experience. We will look into this further and will dealt internally. Our engineering team are continuously pushing NBN to get this resolved the soonest possible time as there are about 83 customers being affected by the outage. -Daisy

@craigreucassel @NBN_Australia NBN outage so I called it in, provider goes the full Sgt Shultz but book a technician. Check neighbours & all declare us too! Some f*ckwit dug up the cable. NBN deny there's a problem. I ping NSW Senator who was on NBN Hearings. Response from NBN immediate - fixed following day.

@markhumphries @craigreucassel The previous tenants took the NBN modem bcoz no 1 told them not to. It took us 4 days to have a new 1 & we were unable to identify port (there are several) for NBN. The rigmarole involving the reseller, nbn supplier, tech support and multiple call center agents !!! 😫😫

@craigreucassel @NBN_Australia I had an issue with constant drop outs. I called my provider and they organised @NBN_Australia to come out two days later. The problem was fixed straight away. So I’m happy how my provider and nbn dealt with my issues.
