We are aware of some service disruptions caused by power outages after severe storms on the northern beaches of NSW this afternoon. Once power has been restored and when safe, we will assess any damage to the nbn™ network.

@Mark33450381 It's madness, Telstra & NBN blame each other and then say it's scheduled maintenance and they can see an issue, yet I get 30 plus dropouts each day across all devices.. Impossible to work or do anything else, very frustrating

Trying to explain the national broadband network to non Australians is wild. What the nbn is: the government sends ectricians out to give you broadband internet. The internet access is slow and clunky. And if you raise this with public nbn electricians they get mean

  • quelsemme Samuel Webster (@quelsemme) reported

Seems to be an nbn issue. Don't know how we got a national broadband network yet still filled it with middle men...

  • Augustusone2 Augustusone (@Augustusone2) reported

@Telstra Now would i waste my time. It will show no outage because NBN tech was here and fixed their part Friday morning. Its your part, box that is faulty just as NBN tech as advised me and NBN. So get it fixed.

@EmergencyBK NBN proving once again it stands for No Bloody Network. Honestly a tv binge and internet detox is good.

@Da_Oberst_ Feels bad man. I'm getting war flashbacks to pre-NBN internet speeds of 0.6 upload 😭

@Telstra I was told that they raised a NBN tech for 21/12/2021 @8AM . Then got message back an hour later saying that we don't need to be home for them to look at it. not sure if that means they found an issue elsewhere, hopefully they can sort it as need to tether to phone to do any work

@originhelp I had no service all weekend and it keeps dropping out for no apparent reason. If this is the nbn it ain’t good
