@stufromoz @ColourpurpleGal Very true – so dependent! I use Vodafone for my phone and Telstra for my home nbn. (Rationale: if one has an outage I can use the other.) I've experienced more outages, planned and unplanned, with Telstra than with Vodafone.

  • EnsignR Ross the Refactorer 🏳️‍🌈🇦🇺🀄🐇 (@EnsignR) reported

So @Telstra disconnected the POTS service here weeks ago as part of the @NBN_Australia rollout. They said the number would be lost if we didn't do anything. We didn't. What they've done instead is suspend the service and continue to bill for the disconnected service.

  • samwell01 Sam Hooper (@samwell01) reported

@NBN_Australia I'm currently waiting on a phone call from TPG, I've heard a lot of people on my area are having the same issue.

  • Bazzio101 Bazzio101 (@Bazzio101) reported

@Jodie3735 @Therese_Rein Yep. A thought ran through my mind last night = with so many dodgy deals and decisions being done by #LNP since Abbott wrecked NBN for Rupert, the $ cost of multiple RC's would be too much to bear. How to amalgamate each issue into one RC? = Perhaps RC into #LNP Spend & Decision

  • virtualpete Pete Viertel (@virtualpete) reported

@NBN_Australia Well. It’s now next Tuesday instead of today. There is no way that is acceptable that nbn can just cancel with no consequences. But of course nbn just wave it away with “we are wholesale” and the isp can maybe throw some $$$ but I really needed the bandwidth today.

  • BianchiMarcioo Marcio (@BianchiMarcioo) reported

@NBN_Australia We have a very lengthy outage in our address, the issue has been going on for a couple of days now and the wholesaler doesn't have any information from you? When can we expect the issue to be solved? Many Thanks

  • aussie_smitty Mel 🇦🇺 (@aussie_smitty) reported

@Gigglebits3 I just relised my internet was my nbn. Phone was like urs 3g so switched to WiFi. But had sos. @AnonQuam just said nation wide problem. They ment to do upgrades weds/Thursday too

  • carroll_jono Jonathan Carroll (@carroll_jono) reported

Ugh. My NBN (home fiber) connection is broken somehow and the tech can't figure out what is wrong. Luckily my modem has a 4G backup so I can keep doing all my remote work just as long as there's not some catastrophic national failure of that system.

  • ElsmithJames james elsmith (@ElsmithJames) reported

@Telstra can you please fix you horrible NBN drop off every 5 minutes. Call customer support and we have to wait more than 30 minutes on the phone.

  • NBN_Australia nbn™ Australia (@NBN_Australia) reported

@brushbox Please ask your provider to place a SIP connection request with nbn, for an unserviceable address. They can do so raising a Service Request on the nbn™ Service Portal. Thanks Adam. 3/3
