@OAICgov @NBN_Australia It doesn’t help when food services demand you QR scan in. Using free web sites they found on the internet. Some of which obviously decided selling personal data was a good idea. My solution was to stop visiting restaurants for meals.

Hi @TPG_Telecom your customer service is terrible! Our NBN hasn’t been working since Thursday & every time we reach out, we’re given the complete run around. We’ve been told that you are unable to book an appt with an NBN @NBN_Australia technician, so what are we supposed to do!?

hey @Aussie_BB why you are advertising on TV for 250mbps plan the majority of Australians cant get that , just put this into your mind #nbn when I see it , I say WTF is this ad , as I cannot get over 100mbos with this **** FTTN anyway

Worst customer service @Telstra I have an nbn connected and tried to get resolved from past 4 days and still agents asking for my account number and the address, though I have provided it multiple times.

So the massively incompetent fools at @NBN_Australia have cut my service for the second time in a year. They just cut my line and gave it to someone else again, leaving me without service for weeks. Absolutely inept.
