@TPG_Telecom My NBN has been down for an hour now. Can't see any planned maintenance in my area.

@Anarcish The NBN was through TPG too. It’s just when you live on top of a mountain you don’t get the best connection speeds. NBN was slow too and they said this Wifi deal would be faster. It only was connected to the NBN, but they disconnected that.

@NetflixANZ watching Season 3 of Lost in Space - it’s awesome - but Episode 4 will not stream in HD, it’s low quality. Previous episodes, other Netflix shows, no problem. I have NBN 210Mbps download. Restarted Apple TV and modem - no change.

@Jaknoph @hidflect For me it's opened up the option of moving to the country, it's a test, at most, I'll lose $700 and have a paperweight, at best the problems with the NBN will continue and I don't need to worry

@GeorgeBludger I couldn't help but crack up. This morning I received a txt informing me that mine NBN connection will be down on the 10/12/2021 from 12am to 6am. This connection has been down more in 14mths than my ADSL connection was in 12years total!

@NBN_Australia Caleb? Not only is your service horrible, you don’t even know how to read a name. Geez.. that’s embarrassing.

@JulieCollinsMP When NBN or w/e is installed and **** doesn't work, ppl typically complain to their friends or on twitter and so on. But just smiles and meek "thank you" to the tradie. There are lots of customer rights in Australia, and as long as ppl don't use them, we 100% deserve 59th.

So again NBN co have not actually sent anyone to actually open the pit and fix their faulty infrastructure. So it’s rained and it’s stopped working as usual. Up to our 8th fault in less than 6 months.

It’s 2021: You shouldn’t need to call an ISP to cancel your NBN connection. FFS!
