@NBN_Australia how do I send a complaint? The NBN Complaint Management Document says call 1800 687 626 but there isn't a complaints option. The other option is via Contact Us webpage, but there's no info there. How does one make a general complaint about NBN?

The NBN is the most inefficient shitful organisation on the planet. No internet since 22 December provider can do nothing because issue is NBN node. NBN spin and bullshit is unbelievable. Do you ******* job & stop pretending the provider can fix YOUR infrastructure outage.

@NBN_Australia After #nbn arrived first time connection disappeared altogether- complaint from me and tech support arrived and was scathing of original sub-standard work. Connection reestablished but speed very slow. Don’t want a repeat of that thanks.

@NBN_Australia If you choose to look it up, you may find some details of my grievance under complaint #15427064 raised with NBNCo - which was also quite difficult to do given NBNCo's pass the buck/blame mentality.

@NBN_Australia My TIO complaint number is 2022/01/00134 . I have contacted the member for baulkham hills and member for mitchell in assistance to get my Internet fixed. 7 technicians have come and verified its corroded TAPS, and poor signal on the lead in cables.

We gave the world the exemplar of how NOT to do broadband Internet when LNP sabotaged FTTP for its slow, unstable, corroding FTTN MTM that dies in floods, fires, storms, outages & has cost us MUCH more than Labor’s original perfect fibre network. Pissed our💰away. #auspol #nbn

@NBN_Australia It's been at least three weeks since we've had an internet connection.. This is unacceptable. I'm a system integrator and my wife works from home. We're paying a fortune in data from @Telstra. Fix our **** before we just switch to @SpaceX Starlink. What. A. Joke.

Super not fair to have another NBN outage bang on go-live time. I had enough time to mess about with all my stream settings and go live to the pre-stream, right for it to fail as I switched to my face.
