    @NBN_Australia There’s nothing to optimise. The technology itself sucks. The maximum possible plan for our address is 50/20 FTTN as confirmed by Aussie Broadband, Vodafone and NBN itself.

    Why do ISP’s have such a long wait time! Been on hold for 20 minutes to a provider…Covid has been around for 2 years, people work from home…this is stupid! I’ll go with them this time cause #cheap, but hot tip…find another provider. @NBN_Australia @Activ8mesocial #activ8me

    @incorrect @NBN_Australia FTTN overbuild? I don’t much care; As Telstra says, there’s no reason why they can’t keep prices down by eroding their capital instead of aiming for profitability. They don’t actually need to make a profit at all, tbqh.

    @NickPfitzner @NBN_Australia That was predictable, and predicted back in 2008/09 when the implications of the copper disconnection mandate became clear. Telstra is now an access service acquirer just like everyone else; They ain’t special anymore.

    @Telstra slow internet, dropping out all weekend. My son on the other side of Brisbane has slow internet too. Has NBN failed?

    @NBN_Australia I've experienced a series of degradations and outages in the last week lasting days each. My ISP says they can't help me since NBN is investigating, but there is no current ETR. I need to know if I should be planning for disruptions for another day or another week?
