    @ToneSaysGoLeft I was so relieved when he left, my boss and I cracked up about the 5G, omg they go on with some ****. What are they going to do when the NBN gets shut down because 5G is faster and far more efficient. Are they going to give up their phones?

    Omfg exetel are such ***** 😑 have changed to a new NBN service for the new place but omfg their whole website ******* sucks & I’ve had so many problems with both the connection & their shitty billing service 😩

    @tanya_plibersek @craigreucassel I live in Glebe, and recently I was forced to switch over to the NBN. Telstra cut off my usual service, and it took OVER A MONTH for them to connect me to the NBN. That was over a month without internet, and I live near the CBD of Sydney. Absolutely unacceptable.

    @telstra I've been on an online inquiry for 3hrs trying to ask about moving my nbn service. Just rang the customer service line to be told that they are experiencing higher than normal call volumes and extended wait times and to go online!

    Heya @Optus I'm currently waiting to chat with someone on your app as to why I should pay $133 dollars to terminate the "free" "landline" that came with my nbn service, which I have to cancel, for which there's a $167 fee which I vaguely expected, but I was told originally…
