    @TPG_Telecom account in credit contract 1 month to go. Cancelled my wifi NBN until I pay in advance 6 months. TPG aware goverment emergency medical connection. Australian goverment communication minister allows this reported ICAC 1 year ago on the TAKE from TPG. CRIMINAL SCAM

    @Telstra Our NBN has been operating at half the normal download. We have 100 down but last couple of weeks only getting 50. I was hoping it was temporary. So not happy we are not getting the service we pay for.

    @NBN_Australia I've already done this and they were no help at all. We have gone from having a confirmed time to have nbn connected, to having no idea at all when it will happen. Truly disgraceful.

    @NBN_Australia This has been an issue since the 8th of February, and then became more severe on the 20th. My ISP doesn't have more information, NBN has blocked them from asking about it, in fact. I understand that the floods were a thing, but this issue was there well before it.

    @NBN_Australia And if you weren't a chat bot living in a city office tower, you'd be able to go to a remote area and experience just how **** your service is.

    Hi @Telstra. My internet has been down for 3 weeks. The @NBN tech was a no show for the first appointment. Just had an SMS scheduling another appt for tomorrow. The @Telstra faults operater in Australia just hung up on me. If I ran my med practice that way, I would be in jail.

    Needless to say, the NBN technician who came to repair my 'broken' link was not impressed - and very apologetic.
