    @PeterKlages @NBN_Australia True. If you live outside of a metropolitan area's or large cities your just a poor cousin and not just on communications either. Heavy rain has knocked out my service as well and on one occasion I had heavy winds that knocked out all communications including the Landline.

    @Optus The whole street goes to sh!t. @NBN_Australia needs to sort it out. This didn't happen with your cable service.

    @NBN_Australia The last announcement NBN made about these upgrades was April 2022. The last announcement that included rural QLD was August 2021, 13 months ago! I even considered Starlink, but some of the issues related to the service conflict with my needs.

    @strategyaust @MRowlandMP And cheaper. Telstra installed NBN here, but I have a mobile phone that I use all the time at a fraction of the cost of a fixed NBN service, which I no longer use at all, not even for a home telephone.

    So over my Telstra NBN connection, nothing but trouble for weeks . We keep getting text messages "your issue has been fixed" Then down it goes again. At least fortnightly for the last few months. So frigging over it!!
