@Telstra Apparently this is an NBN Co issue, but my dad is a Telstra customer and it’s your responsibility to ensure that he has the service he pays for! At one stage someone told hi. To contact NBN Co himself! Poor service

@MJPhotographer @bluebird_green The NBN policy he introduced is...still terrible but an improvement over Turnbull and Abbott’s. He’s increased the international development budget. Jobkeeper and the Jobseeker increase were good (albeit temporary). I’m not a fan, but gun to my head, that’s my list.

I need someone to come to my house to check the NBN line from the phone pole to my router as it’s 99% the reason my internet cuts out. That’s literally it. Otherwise I’ll just take my business elsewhere because my viewers and I deserve better than the service you are giving.

@Telstra, your customer service is horrible. I have been pushing for someone to come out and check my NBN line for months, and all your customer service tells me to do is reset my router and then finish the chat without actually getting to the root of the issue.
