Nationalise all essential services. Things that citizens require to survive should never be run for profit (and should never have been sold). Bank, communication/NBN, water/gas/elect supply and infrastructure, employment services. 17/25

@Telstra hey Telstra, The smart modem was providing backup 4G wifi till the nbn gets connected. I got a call from Telstra to connect the nbn. For some reason the nbn can’t be connected at this time. Now the 4G back up isn’t even working. Please help. Telstra app chat is no help

@NBN_Australia @Terrytoo69 My internet has been down since 30th! NBN is doing jackshit to support the providers in resolving the issue as NBN thinks the net is working fine at my residence.Bloody frustrating.Will be lodging a consumer court complaint tomorrow, enough is enough. Disgusting customer service!

@Telstra Told me what I already knew. That my nbn will be connected some time in the next 48 hours. They said the same thing on Wednesday🙄. That’s not the issue though. The backup 4G was working fine about an hour ago but now it’s not working at all after they ‘tried to connect the nbn’
