    @NBN_Australia has there been any network outages in the Melbourne cbd area after the thunderstorms? Because my white nbn modem can't connect and keeps having a red connection error light regardless of power cycling it.

    @BMcSport @NBN_Australia Had the same issue last week, waited all morning and got a call at 11:45 saying they’d be late and they turned up 12:30 after I had to go to work… then I rang and they said there was nothing I could do and they had to reschedule

    I think I'll need to get a new modem as well, as I think my current modem will be locked to Iinet, so would hope to get a good unlimited NBN static IP plan with a modem, doing similar speeds (80Mbps down, 30-35ish Mbps up)

    @jordantcarter @NBN_Australia @ChorusNZ NBN is so confusing with all the different access methods, and anything close to gigabit is scary expensive. Pls help fix!

    @Telstra any idea when nbn service will restored to 2224. No time or date on your outage page. 4g backup is useless as we barely get 1 bar of mobile coverage

    Hey @iinet why don’t you do your callback service anymore? Over an hour to report that NBN won’t work thanks to massive lightning in Melbourne. Yet mysteriously web keeps saying all is fine. I’m not the only one in my area.

    @Telstra you made an error on 18/12 by allowing our @NBN_Australia service to be transferred to another provider. Since then we have spoken to multiple Telstra employees who keep passing the issue from one to another. How do I get this resolved? On app since 10.20am!!
