@DeanRosario Hey Dean, it's completely understandable that being sent back and forth would be frustrating for you. As nbn is the wholesaler, we aren't allowed to action faults until your provider (the retailer) has raised them to the internal nbn support team). 1/2

@Optus I have been unable to use my phone or NBN to even contact you guys prior till now due to no internet or limited connectivity, I am in Richlands 4077. Both my 4g service and my NBN service is impacted and I am unable to remotely work or do my job at the moment. Thanks...

@Optus so I’ve seen online there are issues in Brisbane - here in Toowoomba nearly 2hrs away we have little to no mobile and no nbn. ETA on when it’ll be fixed??

@Telstra NBN is out in Quakers Hill NSW Tried calling to log a fault on our line and was hung up on. Any help would be great
