    @readerr0r I had a similar issue but it only happened on wifi via nbn. Ended up being an IPv6 resolution issue, it would eventually fall back to IPv4

    @ScottMorrisonMP So no support for business with a turnover of less than 75,000? The only reason my income has fallen is gov negligence on vaccines. I still need to pay rent, feed kids and pay for the ****** NBN that doesnt work well enough to run my business from home properly.

    @Optus I received a call from one of your agents "Active Office" trying to sell me NBN. I was very polite answering all his questions despite him continually talking over me. He was very rude and when he realized that I was not going to switch from Dodo he hung up.

    @Optus @Optus your service is not in question. I have been notified that @NBN_Australia has an outage. It’s very frequent. Can’t rely on millionaires factory and a monopoly to provide reliable service. Can we switch back to cable or alternates?

    Disgusted that @Telstra have cut off my nbn service 6 days before it was requested. Was specifically told it would be disconnected on the 19th, but they failed to tell me they’d cut it within 24 hours of my request. Appalling customer service, never again.

    @NBN_Australia we have been without wifi since Sunday 2 weeks ago and we have called our service providers and they are saying they are waiting on a response from you about our situation and we have still heard nothing. it shouldn’t take you 2 weeks to figure out a problem.

    @NBN_Australia Thank you. My ISP advised the 4th revised estimated date is on/before August 6. This will be 8.5 weeks outage if fixed by that date. Estimate means no guarantee it will be fixed within this timeline. How do I know this date won't pass again without nothing done.

    @Telsta promising a resolution one week and then ignoring you the next. This is why I need to escalate to the ombudsman. I didn’t know that refunding 4 months of unusable NBN is a blow to your bottom line. #fail #alltalk
